ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

The hotel room was clean but the hallways and elevator had strong cigarette smell due to smoking area being right outside the exit door. The carpet in hallway looks outdated. The room and amenities were nice but I can’t give a true rating for breakfast because they don’t serve hot breakfast due to pandemic. I have stayed at nicer Homewood suites in past but at same time service was great but facility needs updating.

Great location, minutes from the beach.
Great food sources within 3 mile radius.
Room was awesome looking, its like i never left home. Stayed here for my 50th Birthday...great getaway from my home area.great staff, Robert and Theresa were great to deal with.
Someone might want to do something about room 3104 couch in living room it squeeks loud when you sit on it and get up ...it was funny ...topic of a great laugh...will come back again and again.

Decent hotel and the suites are nice A small kitchen and really not a dining table per se but a table to eat with a living room and then a full separate bedroom only thing is the bathroom is in the bedroom which would not be my favorite when sharing space. parking lot can get crazy busy since it's next door to trader Joe's. However it's really convenient to have it next door breakfast looked just average so i skipped it.

Great staff. Wonderful breakfast and social hour. The staff was top notch and really made you feel at home. If you want to feel as if you're more in an apartment rather than your typical hotel room, this is one to consider. Fabulous location with a Trader Joe's and a few restaurants within walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It wound up being a good location for the guests and bridal party attending my daughter's wedding at Paramount Ranch. The rooms were quite nice, clean and comfortable. The group sales agent was very helpful to my daughter in setting up a block of rooms with a special rate, coordinating free shuttle service to and from the venue. I would come back again, for sure!

Highly recommend this facility. You can tell the staff enjoy working here and they take care of this hotel. The complimentary breakfast is extensive and very tasty. Never seen a hotel breakfast with so much fresh fruit.

Had a nice peaceful July 4th with all great amenities, including breakfast and dinner each day within the daily rate. I enjoyed the poll and gym. It felt like my little own condo. Great value and great installation.

Very nice! Pool was awesome. Great continental breakfast - varies daily. Comfy, clean room. Loved being able to eat dinner in our kitchen. Noise next door (unloading dock at grocery store) early morning... Don't get a room on that side of you're light sleeper!

We stayed here when my husband had a show at The Canyon. Nice place, bed was comfortable, full kitchen and the couch had a hid-a-bed. Housekeeping was just finishing up when we arrived and the cart smelled horribly of old trash, which made the first floor entry to our building smell. It was bad enough that even after they removed the cart the stink lingered and you could tell that they had taken the cart back up the elevators, because the elevator had a lingering smell of yuck. The rooms did not smell and after a bit the hallways actually smelled pretty good. They have wonderful down pillows, however I have an allergy to feathers, so I had to call the front desk to ask for a couple of alternative pillows. The person who answered the phone either didn't want to deal with me or had not been properly trained. I was initially told that they didn't have any down alternative pillows. After telling them that I can not breath if I sleep on a feather pillow they pushed it off on housekeeping and said that they would check with them. I did get my pillows, and all was good. The free breakfast was good, check-in and check-out were super easy. Overall a nice place and we will be staying there again later this year.

We are member of the Hilton family and I had never stayed at a Homewood. Beautiful clean rooms always a given, but this property unique as there were chocolate chip cookies given at check in and you could come back for more as well as a coffee and tea bar that is open 24/7. M-Th is a themed buffet, with wine and beer included. Everyday there is a full spread breakfast buffet including a freshly made green drink. The staff was amazing. If my son chooses to accepts Pepperdine’s admittance( and we hope he does) this is the property we will stay at for visits. It could truly be a home away from home.💕

Clean; well appointed; friendly staff. Nice location. Close enough to Los Angeles, without the congestion. Right off the freeway, though you can't hear it from your room. Includes free breakfast, and free dinner during the week. That alone made the stay free for my family of 6.

The staff was super nice! The rooms were spacious and very beautiful, included a full kitchen: sink, fridge, dish washer, AND plates and cups! I HIGHLY recommend it! They also have complimentary breakfast and dinner. I only got to try the breakfast but it was very Good, you can make your own waffles! Beautiful outdoor pool and bbq area as well!

This location is similar in design with the other Homewood locations. The front desk representatives were courteous and friendly. The rooms were decent, though a little smaller than some other locations. The breakfast and service was outstanding. We were on the 3rd floor so it was quiet. We faced the side of the buldi6 so we didn't hear much road noise. I'm assuming the rooms facing the freeway are quite a bit louder. Overall, this is a good location.

Love this place! Next to a Trader Joe's market-- Source of healthy dinner fare to consume while watching TV in the evening-- Just get there before the market's 9pm closing time!

Also, a good selection of breakfast items in the morning with plenty of sitting areas.

Would definitely recommend, all the staff especially my favorite who befriended me Teresa, the GM Vince and the cooks/maintenance/housekeeping are great and have never said no to anything. They treat me very well, property is well kept and clean. Above all else they always are genuinely happy to see me and always make time to catch up with how I have been since last they saw me. Even when I haven’t been a guest for any period of time, we always pick up as were we left off.

Glad I became a Hilton timeshare owner many moons ago. Otherwise I would not considered Homewood Suites, as well other Hilton chains for my preference in hospitality.

The room was great. I had a king bed on the second floor of building 1 and while the room was great the walls and ceiling at paper thin... the room upstairs I could hear his phone conversation... doors shutting downstairs shook my bed...

The rooms were incredibly spacious and had a separate living room/kitchen. It's perfect for families that need to stay somewhere for an extended period of time. There was a slight mildew smell in the room but everything appeared to be clean and tidy. There is also a Trader Joe's next store which made it convenient to fill up the refrigerator with drinks and snacks. I would stay here again.

Good value hotel. Suites are on the smaller size but adequate. 2 hob cooker microwave and fridge freezer in room. The King suite is ok for 2 adults and 1 child but you could squeeze another child on the sofa bed.

Good room service and food included Mon to Thursday. That includes breakfast and a evening meal but it's limited choice so don't complain when you don't get what u want. Check in was simple.

Staff were very polite and professional. Wifi is good and there is a hard wired network socket in the room. Only thing that stops this place from getting 5 stars is the rooms are on the cosy size. Also location.

Its a minimum of 50 mins from LA with no traffic. If you are driving to Anaheim it takes over 1 and a half hours on a good day.

The rooms are spacious, and always clean. Large fridge and full kitchen (except oven) make extend stays easy, especially with the grocery store next door. I've never had a problem with the service. And the complementary hot breakfast AND dinner put this place over the top.

Great hotel for families and traveling on business. Check in was really easy and convenient through the Hilton app. It was great having a separate living room area from the bedroom. The location is good. The rooms are nice. Only complaint is that when we arrived, which was at 3:30, they still didn't have our room ready. We were staying there for a wedding we were attending nearby so not being able to get into our room to get ready was inconvenient.

Terrible setup. Once you check in you have to leave the building and walk to your building, then use let to get in, fine elevator, then walk to your room. Difficult with luggage in tow. Showers are awful. Zero water pressure. A rainfall would be better. Plus the shower head leaked and got clothes wet outside the shower. Bed was super hard so didn't really get a good night sleep. Wouldn't go back. Nothing about this hotel was convenient and even the cookies were hard.

We reserved 10 rooms for a wedding at the Calamigos Ranch. We were short of rooms needed so we had to settle for some other locations for other parties attending. This place is a very well situated and the rooms are very good and the rates are very affordable considering the discount for multiple rooms reserved and occupied. Good breakfast was included and their lounging room is very spacious for big groups like ours. We highly recommend this location for the quality of their rooms and service.

The room, a handicap-accessable rose bedroom suite, was well appointed, clean, and perfectly comfortable. The additional amenities, including free breakfast and a pool open to 10pm, were great benefits as well. While the view of the Hills out the front door was great...the proximity to the highway was disappointing to say the least.

We stayed here as part of a family group in town for a memorial service. Staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to hold group dinners in their dining area and helping us secure our rooms close to others in the group. Hot breakfast was delicious and filling. Some cold breakfast items were available as early as 5am, which was really nice to take a small grab bag with fruit and yogurt.l when I left for my early flight home. Coffee is available at all hours in the lobby and that is much appreciated. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, with quality sheets and towels. The kitchen area is sufficient with full size refrigerator, stove top range (no oven) and microwave. Would be perfect to bring your own groceries to save money rather than dining out. The courtyard area is perfect for gathering, with tables and chairs along with a grill. Pool area is clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Arrived at 1:00AM. Despite the hour receptionist was friendly and efficient. In the room, things appeared fairly clean until I got a pot from the cabinet to boil some water. I don't know how long this primordial soup was sitting in the pot but it was well on its way to sentience. I didn't care enough about to call the front desk or anything, I just set the pot aside (lid on) and bedded down for the night. Everything else was fine as far as cleanliness. It was fine for my needs.

I was there to visit a guest so I cannot comment on the stay beyond what has been relayed to me. The rooms were really lovely and we'll decorated. My parents said their stay included breakfast and dinner and was told they enjoyed the food for the most part. Parking was scarce but I guess that could just be a testament to their popularity (or available real estate to accommodate parking, this is SoCal after all)

Stayed at this hotel because it was a good jumping off point to go to Disneyland in the morning. It looks as though they put a lot of money and time into the common areas. The room was clean but starting to look a bit warn. I think it was mostly the carpet. I enjoyed the managers reception. It included cheese steaks, dries, beer and wine. Sandwiches were decent, wine was Shaw, beer was 805 (which I like). Staff was friendly and helpful.

Got in for a late stay, I have a grave schedule so I arrived by 4am. The front desk had already charged my card as a no show and had to reverse it.

There is very little parking so we had to park on the oposid side of the building from our room.

Then when I awoke the complimentary breakfast was also over by 9:30. And there was not even a serviced coffee.

I even stayed in a suite. The room was nice and had full kitchen emanates, though the bed was extremely firm and felt like sleeping on the floor.

Two stars for the room, but I will not be staying there again.

I stayed in one of the suites a couple of weeks ago with my sister, her husband, and their 1 year old for a wedding they would be attending that weekend. They suite had everything and then some that we needed for our stay especially with the baby! The staff was super friendly and courteous; even brought up a high chair to the room. I slept on the pull out couch which was surprisingly very comfortable. I even lost an earring during my stay and they are now Fedexing it to me! Oh and the breakfast in the mornings is absolutely delicious. After such a great experience, I will be sure to recommend them to anyone that ever asks me for advice on whom to stay with when they travel.

I stayed at Homewood Suites in Agoura Hills in April with my 4 children. We stayed for 5 days and it was a perfect experience. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. We had a kitchen in our room and were able to walk next door to Trader Joe's to get some fruit and snack items to keep available for the kids. Breakfast and Dinner were always more than acceptable and quite convenient with the kids too. Kids also loved playing in the pool. I am very happy with our choice to book Homewood Suites in Agoura Hills and will use the Homewood Suites franchise again when I travel with my kids.
