ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

I recently began travel nursing for the COVID19 crisis in New York. I stayed at Hilton hotels during my stay. Now I am on Maryland for s travel assignment and decided to stay at the Hilton for a short stay. I have been grateful for the accommodations Hilton has provided to me as a nurse. I will continue to make reservations at Hilton hotels outside of nursing because of the kind staff, cleanliness, convenient locations, and going beyond the basic services.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. The fitness center is actually a 10/10 athletic club. Dining options options are nice but minimal. More low carb options for healthy eating would be nice. Paying an additional 30$ a day for valet service is unacceptable.

The location can't be beat, there is a Starbucks attached, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. I was in town for a bridal shower, and to be able to go out and walk around the inner harbor the next morning was fabulous. The restaurant selection near the hotel is also unbeatable! Honeygrow, Sweet green, and a Whole Foods made meals easy.

They are great! They always accommodate my needs, and are very helpful. Rooms are clean, and the location is perfect! I stay here every month, and wouldn't stay anywhere else when I am in town.

The place looked good in the pictures. My mother and some friends and I booked a suite and expected the best from the well known Hiltons. But when we got there, the pool and gym were closed so we could not do anything much on rainy days, the pull out bed in the couch was broken, and the maids did not stock the bathroom with enough towels. The hotel also gave us limited information about the perks of the suite that would have been important to us to know. The internet was very problematic going in and out. Room wasn't cleaned properly.

I spent the weekend of June 22-24 at this hotel. It was a clean and friendly environment. My wife loved it and we will definitely go back. The rooms are spacious and very accommodating. Breakfast was great. My only disappointment was that the pool was closed for repairs during my stay.

Great location ... valet parking and bag storage need improvement during busy time periods. Check out time is 11 am per front desk but 12 pm on the door in the room. This caused as issue for us which the front desk could not resolve to our satisfaction.

Homewood Suites are close to the Hilton Hotel, so that it seems like there are 2 hotels in one. They have separate dining rooms and other things, but we stayed in the suites. The room is huge, with a well equipped self-catering corner: fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, cups, pans, glasses. The design is a little 70's, but this is something I like, in the sense that a lot of quality wooden furniture was used to furnish, and this is the best option in terms of healthy living (let's say: most modern hotel rooms are made of plywood....). Shower perfectly working with good pressure.
The bed was huge and comfortable, there was a desk and a great availability of plugs everywhere.
The bathroom is quite large, with a separate sink outside, between the bedroom and the bathroom. Rich availability of hotel supplies, branded Neutrogena.
The hall is huge but never chaotic, with valets and receptionist working efficiently.
Breakfast: the waiter is the best; kind, professional, and smiling. Wide choice of scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, boiled eggs, pancakes. You can do your own waffle with a machine. Also: fruits, cereals, yogurt, milk, coffee, juices, bagels, bread, croissants and I am sure I forget something.
I would recommend this place.

If there is ten stars I will give this Hotel I was there with my family last weekend we check in for a night first when we check in the room I just found out that I need more space for us I went directly to the service desk Mr. John David (Thank you John!!!) who was there for us with his very professional costumer service and he was very cooperative and able very smoothly to switch my reservation and get a spacious suit for us. I was so happy and spent a very comfortable night there plus the fantastic location, free wifi and breakfast in the morning with very fair price. I would like to come back again to this hotel if we plan for any visit to Baltimore and I recommend Hilton for anyone who looking for wonderful and five stars residency

This is the most historical hotel in the Harbor East.
We feel comfortable staying here for long days, reason for wonderful various conveveniences, kitchen, microwave oven, reception space with sofa and table, working desk,TV,shower room with bathtub, collected into one guest room.
If you check in the hotel, you should go to left counter, named this hotel for the avoidance of difference with another hotel on the same place “Hilton Garden Inn”.
All staffs are very kind and friendly, and give lots of help for comfortable staying.
Yellow Cab(Checker Cab,Sun Cab, are same company) always wait at the porch.

Ok, so it's not the most updated property, but every effort is made to make your stay comfortable. Free breakfast is welcome though not extravagant. Working out is an upgrade as guests are allowed to use the health club next door. The evening social has enough food to pass for dinner for those on a budget. The Starbucks on the corner can be accessed through the hotel lobby. There is a cinema next door. A Whole Foods market a block away. Restaurants with a variety of cuisines nearby. Many tourists attractions in walking distance. The rooms are clean and decently appointed. What's not to like?

Convenience. Walk the harbor every morning or evening. Walk to Fells Point. Restaurants everywhere. Parking is pricey and dog floor quality was a bit lower than expected. For $100 non refundable fee, they should not have so many pests irritating my little one. Overall would definitely stay here again and leave my little one at home.

Really nice hotel - here’s why:
-amenities include access to the Maryland atheistic club (WAC) which is infinitely better than any other hotel gym.
-consistent room keeping and hotel service
-above and beyond pluses of hot breakfasts and evening mixers.
-spacious rooms with well maintained kitchens and furniture.

+Even Thanksgiving dinner!

Super drag to be away from home - The Homewood Suites makes it a bit easier. Nice work guys.

Good experience with the hotel staff, everyone was very friendly, had to ask for toilet paper, towels and coffee; should not have to ask for these things. Breakfast is better at Hampton, surprising to me. We tried dinner, big mistake, food was poor...they should rethink that.

My only complaint is the valet service scratched up my front bumper, fine going in, three days later scratched up...things are very tight quarters there...I keep my car up but we were in a hurry to leave so I didn't catch it. I tipped pretty well on my way out just to find that...we enjoyed the inner harbor area, Camden Yards was very cool.

Beautiful location. This part of the city is very clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable. It's the kind of place where you won't feel stir crazy after spending time inside. Furniture is comfortable. Room size is adequate for a city room. Food was decent. Service has been extremely fast. At the time of this survey I am two night in out of 5. So I'm not sure how it is for the long term guest. The convenience shop leaves room for improvement.

The rooms were really nice and spacious. They really seek to replicate the feeling of being home with a fully equipped kitchen, a couch and bed, and a rotatable TV. The location is nice being quite close to the waterfront. My stay also came with complimentary breakfast. Overall a very nice hotel.

We had a great experience as a family here. We had a panoramic room on the 7th floor. It was beautiful and spacious. My wife and I had a king bed in a separate room while our kids were out on the main area on a sleeper sofa. We also brought a pack-n-play for our youngest. We had ample room. This was a perfect fit for us. We used the valet parking and this was in walking distance to the inner harbor plus so much more. We did not eat in the restaurant they had. The pool they offer is part of the gym in the building. It is fine, but you have a long walk through the weight room to get there. Not at all ideal. The residence was superb.

The hotel is located within walking distance to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Parking is essily accessible at an adjoining location at additional cost about $25/day. There is complimentary full gym access to a MAC gym, also attached to the building. Whole Foods is a block away. Decor is a bit dated and card access is needed for the elevator; the card reader in one of them doesn't always work easily. Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and electric stove are available in the room. They're serviceable, but watch out for a leaky dishwasher. Some room configurations are not optimal. Try to get a room with separate loving and bedroom areas. All in all, decent for the price, especially if you take advantage of free breakfast and evening socials where they serve food and beer.

Nice Hotel. Get a room on the S President Street side of the building, the Fleet St view is cool and all but it ain't the water. Hotel is a lil pricey and farther away from the Convention center if that is were you have to be so plan accordingly (good weather, average shape is a 15-20 min walk)

Uber rides are $7-15 depending on the time of day or surge in demand. The ride can take just as long as walking if traffic is clogging things up.

I got to be honest the breakfast kind of sucked, expected a lot better than the slim pickings offered, just seemed cheap to me for a Homewood Suites. Had better at a Hampton Inn

wifi was good and parking costs$$

The hotel was very clean. The people at the front desk were polite and helpful. The only issues I had were that one of the clothes washers was out of service, there were no coffee filters supplied and there was a spot in the kitchen where the flooring was separated. These were very minor issues and hardly impacted my stay at all. Overall, this was a great experience.

Had a great stay at Homewood Suites for my bachelorette party. Was a great location for going to bars and dinner. Rooms were clean and the suites are great. We stayed in room 1262 and it was a good size but we also had room 666 and that room was much bigger. Great view of the city and its so nice to have a full size refrigerator and a two burner stove in the room.

Great location.Whole foods, CVS, restaurants all close. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast food is tasteless - stick with the fruit and cereal. Towels were not included 1 night- had to call for new ones. I would stay there again given the location. The bedding was mediocre as well as the mattress.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights for a conference held at another hotel down the street. Homewood suites had free wifi, free access to a great gym, free breakfast and dinner on weekdays, and was less than half of what the conference was charging and it didn't provide any of those amenities. In addition, the actual room was excellent. It had a bedroom with two comfortable double beds, a living room with a nice TV and okay furniture, and a nice little kitchen complete with a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, and a set of dishes and pots and pans. If I return to the area for any reason, I will almost certainly be staying at the Homewood Suites again. I cannot recommend it enough.

Ok maybe I'm a little bias because I am a Hilton team member but to be completely honest this is one of the best Homewood Suites I've been to in awhile its very clean the staff was helpful with all my questions & to top it off its in an awesome spot food shopping tourist attractions etc galore right across from the inner harbor so glad I stayed here will definitely be back three days was not enough!
