• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Terribly terribly unclean. If it wasn't for the bed being made with travel soaps and towels freshly folded, I would have sworn housekeeping just forgot to clean the room. Loose tobacco all over the floors. I pulled the sheets back and lifted the mattress just to be sure there weren't bedbugs. That's when I found a creamy pastry wrapper and fruit loops...on top of the skirt covering the box spring. Seriously. Gross. I'm giving it 2 stars because the view was incredible although the hotel room itself was horrid.

We stayed 3 nights here in February and loved it. The location is excellent--close to shopping, bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The room we booked was a King Suite w/ view. It was clean, updated, bed was comfortable and we had a small sitting room and kitchen. The view of the city was great. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is comfortable and clean; breakfast was replenished regularly and had a good variety of foods. They even had a free happy hour in the evening. We loved everything about our stay--no complaints.

Exceptional! Centrally located. The rooms were lovely; the service from all involved was perfect. The supper served from 5-7 is without compare--wine and beer included. We were in walking distance to everything. Many excellent restaurants all along the same street as hotel. If you decide to stay there, I can't imagine you would be disappointed. (But all things are possible.) We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and spacious hotel within easy reach of major attractions in Chicago. One block from the Magnificent Mile and 15 minutes walk to the Navy Pier and Art Institute of Chicago.

It’s a perfect hotel for long stay or stay with family. There’s a Jewel market, Whole Foods and Trader Joes all near by within easy walking distance to pick up supplies.

Clean, comfortable room. Sofa bed could use a better mattress. Double Queens were great. Full kitchen. Free hot breakfast, free social hour (appetizers & drinks). Good for families to keep costs down if staying downtown. Great location. Staff were all amazingly friendly.

Pretty small room. Definitely a hotel for the business traveler. Liked the Weber Grill downstairs. Hard to believe but no HDTV, just standard def. Not the hotel's fault but parking was outrageous, but that's because it's downtown. The staff was ok, didn't have much interaction. The maid on our floor was very nice though, hooked us up with everything we asked for. Heard sirens what seemed like every 10 minutes, all day and all night. Good hotel if you're traveling for business I guess.

A modern suite style hotel. Hot breakfast included consisting of oatmeal, eggs, sausage, and potatoes. A waffle iron and your standard assortment of cereal, bagels, bread, and fruit round out breakfast. The rooms a well kept and fairly modern. The outside rooms do get the city bustle of honking horns and sirens.

Great location to great eateries and theater and concerts. The House of Blues is nearby. Try Weber Grill. The food and staff are awesome. So many great pizza places nearby. Pick one each visit to this area. A Starbucks on every corner. Definitely check put some of the local restaurants that are not chain restaurants. Hotel has a fun end of day appetizer and beverage option. The breakfast is top notch with over 30 breakfast menu items. Worth the value and location.

Stayed overnight with my 10 month old. It was probably one of the most relaxing experiences I've had with a baby. They have a little snack shop in the lobby and I was able to buy popcorn for the room. The kitchenette, with full fridge and freezer, and dishwasher made it SO much easier to manage an infants food needs. I was able to use the closet light as a nightlight. The place was so comfortable I didn't want to go home!
Continental breakfast left something to be desired, but with the kitchenette, I could have made my own breakfast anyway.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was excellent, variety of choices each day. There was even a happy hour during the week in the evening with food and beverage. Enough food to make a meal if you wanted. Rooms were very nice. We had a suite with a kitchen so we could eat there. Dishes and a dishwasher were provided for cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would plan to stay there again.

Nice rooms. Great area. Lots of restaurants, bars and shopping close by. Laundry and grocery delivery available. If you need to stay in a hotel for more than a few days this is the place to do it. My only complaints are the internet sucks (typical for hotels) and there's a pool but no jacuzzi.

We came here a few years back to see the sights. I just have to say, out of the 3-4 I’ve been to, this was the best Homewood Suites. Staff was friendly, food was great, and the whole place was clean. It was nice that they had a valet to park your car downstairs, so you don’t have to search for a parking space in downtown Chicago. The hotel was also very close to all the amenities that Chicago has to offer. If I was in Chicago, I would definitely stay here again. 👍🏻

Great location, amenities and included extras. Housekeeping were flexible and happy to make up our room even though we often went out in the afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful
It would be great to have some more vegan options, even something as simple as non-dairy milk for coffee and cereal at breakfast as we had to purchase these ourselves. This would make for a five-star review.

Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good. My only issue was with their valet service. My car was entirely searched through. All my items in my glove compartment, front door storage compartments and center console were all thrown around my car. Luckily nothing valuable was there but definitely a scare and don't trust their valet service.

Everything was great. Free breakfast in the city really helps with kids. The pool was clean and nice. Only downside was that the too temperature was off from one room to another. So boiling hot in one room and cooler in the other. Overall, would stay again, though.

King suite was perfect for two with a fully stocked kitchenette, comfortable living area with TV, large bedroom with closet and vanity. The bathroom was large a nicely upgraded with a full tub/shower with tile walls. Hotel room was very clean and newly upgraded. The location was perfect walking distance from shopping, restaurants and attractions. The one negative of our stay was a broken elevator which caused slow downs moving in and out of the hotel.

Room is good for 2 plus a child or two. Three adults is a no go. That hide-a-bed is insanely uncomfortable. Had to put mattress on floor. Great location. Use a parking app, half price around the corner. Provide dinner and breakfast, both were well stocked and better then the average hotel breakfast.

We had a beautiful modern suit with a small kitchen and living room and a beautiful bedroom and bathroom. I loved that the windows open, the view this time was not the greatest. The only thing missing from that suit is a large jetted tub and a grand shower, the space is there. Overall it was very nice.

Let me preface this with I am picky and difficult to please. Excellent stay (3rd time for us). Customer service friendly and attentive. Very accommodating. Huge, updated rooms with a full kitchen and fridge/freezer (this nursing/pumping mama was grateful!). Great location, walking distance to many wonderful restaurants JOE'S (!) And attractions. Always a smooth stay when we are there.

The hotel was centrally located and provided easy access to some nice restaurants and good shopping. The breakfast buffet was also pretty decent. However, we did have some negative issues. After being told at check-in that our luggage would be brought right up, we sat in our rooms for about 30 minutes and had to go back down to get our bags ourselves. We also had issues getting our room cleaned on the second day. We called for service at about 4:30 pm and were told someone would be right up. We called again at about 5:40 when no one had shown up yet. Finally, after no response by 6:15, I went down in person. They finally sent someone up. For what we spent on our stay, I would have expected better service. I give it 3-stars for the great location, but we will not be staying here again, unfortunately.

We had a king suite and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was also very good for all the shopping and eating we wanted to do. We parked our car in an iparkit lot on the next street which was cheaper than parking with the hotel so I would definitely recommend that.

I also want to give a special shout out to Javier in maintenance and also the concierge working Saturday (10/14) morning. we did not have a full length mirror in the room (a necessity when planning outfits). At first they told us they did not have any but an hour or so later Javier came and installed one for us. Needless to say we were very excited (maybe unreasonably so). Overall we had a great stay.

The suite was clean and comfortable, with a fridge, microwave, sink, and hot plate. Even the pull out bed was comfortable. We had a great experience at this hotel. The front desk printed out directions for us and were always helpful when we asked questions. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall a great extended stay hotel. Rooms are in a suite layout with a small kitchen. Nice free full breakfast each morning, and a weekday evening happy hour with free beer, wine, and heavy appetizers that I felt were a good dinner substitute. It even included hot cooked vegetables and soup. Staff is also very nice, and I mean everyone from the valet to kitchen staff to maintenance. I would stay here again.

Once you've entered off the street and offer your keys to the valet, one of a collection of very kind gentlemen who perform this service, you take a short elevator ride to a beautiful lobby. This lobby is a beautiful and tastefully decorated room, just high enough to offer a taste of the view you'll have in your room above of the world's greatest skyline. This lobby extends a short distance to the right, where there is an all hours area in which you can find a snack you can charge to your room, and to the left there is extended comfortable seating in this area that has delicious breakfasts and an evening social meal. The staff in these areas were always kind and we're often a fantastic burst of friendly energy. The rooms above have several amenities uncommon to many hotels, offering in our case a decently sized refrigerator, stove top, a separate bedroom, and an even better view upon a glance out the window. A fast elevator ride to the top floor of the hotel reveals a pool with a view, good for all seasons. No hot tub is adjacent to the pool, but there is an adequate fitness center where every treadmill gazes towards the skyline to the north instead of another boring television. This is an amazing hotel, and I will make it my first option whenever the need to spend a night in Chicago is necessary.

From checking in to checking out the hotel was an absolute dream. The staff were all sweet and helpful. The room was super clean and updated. The view was really nice with all the skyscrapers in view day and night. Housekeeping was wonderful, stocking the small things, setting the dish washer, and making the beds up. The food was buffet in the mornings and gave a nice selection.
The really nice thing about this hotel was the location. The Red line within a block away and that we were just outside the loop. We had access to a lot of choices to eat and drink.

Renovated in the spring of 2016, the hotel is well appointed and very comfortable. The lobby is on the 6th floor. A full breakfast is also available on the 6th floor. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Way better than I expected. Arrived around 1130a, they had a room available for me to check in early. Staff members are really nice. Facility is impeccably clean. My room was super clean, and you can smell the "new" renovations. Evening reception was GREAT, hot breakfast, never made it, I would get up too late. Only two elevators, so during busy times, expect to wait a while. The elevator moves super fast. Rooftop pool was super clean!

The room was clean, and VERY roomy - my wife and I have three young children (6, 5, and 2) and the two-room suite allowed us to put them to bed and sit up and talk a while before we went to sleep ourselves. Staff was friendly - particularly the valets (thanks for the great recommendations, JJ!). Free breakfast was very good, too. The pool was very nice and clean - my kids loved it. The free wi-fi was spotty at best (I only really was able to connect once, and not for very long) - but I did not contact the front desk about it, so I can't hold it against them. Beds were comfortable, shower was good, and the place was pretty quiet too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - this place is awesome!

Beyond LOVED every part of our experience here! Checked in on the Hilton App and chose our room there, too.

I arrived at 11pm with a small child and the front desk staff was prompt, FRIENDLY and so helpful.

Our room is very well appointed for a king suite with kitchenette. More importantly, it is SPOTLESS, newly decorated and has a great view. Everything here is immaculate and nicely decorated from top to bottom : the main floor entrance, check in area/dining space, rooms and 19th floor pool.

Each employee we have come across has gone out of their way to make our stay enjoyable (without being asked). Every staff member seems truly customer service oriented at their core.

Check out is tomorrow. My son and I will be sad to leave but our family travels regularly and will definitely make this our preferred hotel when visiting Chicago!

As a downtown hotel, the valet, guest service, facilities and rooms were well organized and family-friendly.

It is easy to reserve a room of your choice through your phone and check in.The complimentary dinner and breakfast choices were a little bit limited (but were welcoming), and the internet reception is unequally distributed throughout the whole building. However the pool and the fitness center located on the top floor were clean.
