Certifications

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Easy to find and close to major highways we truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast bar was very well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Our rooms were CLEAN!

We had a great stay here! Traveling with kids is sometimes a challenge but all staff (except the older man working breakfast) was very nice and had no problem with kids! The worker at breakfast seemed to be annoyed with every child that was getting breakfast! We would definitely stay again!

Nice rooms but kind of small compared to other home suites I've been at. Service was friendly. They had my billing incorrect and would have been double charged if I didn't have them double check.

The staff was nice and the location was perfect. If you are a family on the move, this place is a great setup. The rooms have enough space, the pool is convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was a good quality.

Oh where to begin. AC wouldn't get the room below 70 degrees. Ice maker in the freezer didn't work right. However the biggest issue was the toilet... After returning from dinner it flushed but wouldn't refill. After calling the front desk they set a guy to work on it. He got it filling very slowly but after another flush it stopped again. He came back and got it filling very slowing again and said that was all he could do. By very slow I mean 10+ minutes to refill. It baffles me that a hotel would leave a guest with a barely functional toilet. Would not stay again.

Everything worked out well for our one night stay. The front desk was helpful and exceptionally nice. The room was sufficient and nicer than the average. The breakfast was on par with the norm, maybe just above it. I cant decide if it was just visually packaged and that made it appealing, or if the ingredients and quality made it just above average. Nonetheless, i would come back and also recommend to others.

I'll tell you what, this place has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered! The manager robyn got alot of compliments from myself and my husband. From the second we walked through the door we were greeted by sherianna who had the most amazing personality. Alfred, john and sheila also super friendly at the front desk and in the kitchen area. I would definitely stay here again and will have to say probably the best hotel experience I've had!! Great stay!!

I just rented a meeting room for the morning. Robyn, the manager made it really easy. We had water and coffee provided, a table and chairs and power for the devices I was showing. Signage in the lobby and at the door made it easy for people to find me. The price was very reasonable as well. Everything was perfect.

We stay at this location every time we visit the Cl area. Clean and quiet. Pool is always busy. Gym area is small but efficient. Rooms are clean, no bugs. Bathrooms could use an upgrade....tub was old looking and floor needed an upgrade.

Only complaint is there are no actual curtains in the rooms, just some really light ones that do nothing for you against daylight or streetlights. The staff are all really nice and the breakfast is pretty good. There's a pool and an exercise room, standard hotel amenities.

Nice clean rooms. Would stay again. Only problem was the door was hard to open with keycard. Also the exit closest to our room was a breeding ground for mosquitos and they had no bug zapper to kill them or prevent them from getting inside.

Location was easy to get to, has lots of places nearby to eat, movie theatre within walking distance. The room was very clean with stove, fridge, micriwave, living room area, bedroom area. Wasnt the biggest fan of the showerhead but if that is the only complaint i think that is pretty great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very quiet. Heard one other family coming in after we arrived. Was able to read and relax without being woken up throughout the night. Management enforces a no party rule that makes it great for business travelers and fuddy duddys like me. Breakfast host is an extremely nice young lady. Tried a family recipe for a casserole french toast on us that was very good. If we're driving through here without the RV this is where we'll stay.

Really nice hotel but laid out like a maze. I let the desk clerk know that our shower didn't work at check out and she could not have cared less. We like to pay a little more to stay at the Homewood brand because we expect a better experience & service. When you pay this much (in excess of $200.00 per night) and can't even take a shower, it's time to reconsider your thinking.

Great place to stay for a great rate, especially if you are going to be staying for a few days. Feels like a small house rather than the typical tiny room that you get at most places. Living room area, dinning room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (all smaller than a normal house, but it's nice to have). Large fridge, stove and dishwasher in the kitchen. 2 tvs. It's just a nice place to stay if you have to stay for a few days.

Hotel was amazing, 5 star facility. I have to give it 2 stars based on my experience though. I checked in, and asked if it were possible to have a late check out. The woman was very nice at the desk, she said it should be no problem at all. I had a do not disturb sign on my door. At around 11:15 am I get a knock on my door to the cleaning lady rudely asking, "Are you going to check out?" I told her the front desk told me I could have a late check out. She had the nastiest attitude, she threw her arms halfway up, and she spun around quickly mumbling in anger walking away. I called the front desk, and they straightened it out. I was so angry at the cleaning woman's attitude though, that I could not go back to sleep. I sat in bed for the next hour, fuming mad. I packed my stuff, and left 45 mins earlier than I had originally requested. It is a shame one bad apple had to ruin my whole experience. Everything else, and every one else was amazing.

This is a decent hotel. The ceiling fan did not work in our first room, but they moved us to a different one. The queen suite with sofa bed is a little cramped but you figure out how to make it all fit

Nice enough. Not much character but for business use you get all that you need.
Rooms are a good size and clean. Breakfast was ok. But as seems typical with Chain hotels in the US, plastic cutlery for breakfast!!

Cons: Building is a bit of a maze. When I checked in the woman at the desk didn't know left from right. She literally pointed left and told me to go down the hallway on the right. The doors leading outside in the pool room are illegal, they aren't crash doors. Two days in a row I went swimming, and they were bolted closed. So in case of an emergency you'd be forced to run back into the hotel and find an alternative exit. There was a wicker basket with a fake plant in the pool area that was moldy; the bottom was rotting out. The tile around the pool seemed to be your run of the mill kitchen tile, which was extremely slippery and unsafe. Two of the days I stayed there the side doors (close to the room) were down for maintenance. I won't even get into the stupid sign that was posted. When I checked in, the girl behind the desk told me something along the line of "no parties" or "we don't allow parties here". I am a veteran who was staying with my sick mother on oxygen, visiting family in OH. I found the comment a bit disrespectful. Apparently I look like I party. Wifi was weak, but it worked.

Pros: This place actually had the best coffee I've ever tasted at a hotel. Not the stuff in the room. I mean what was put out for breakfast. It was pretty surprising how good it was. Kitchen staff seemed on point. Breakfast was more than adequate each day I stayed. There is a movie theater right next to the hotel. Rooms were nice, and clean. There was confusion with the bill at checkout, and the manager was very friendly and quick to help. There are signs at every corner that help you navigate the place.

It was a decent hotel, but I probably wouldn't stay again.

Cleanest hotel we stayed in on our trip. Room has a full kitchen, including cutlery, cooking utensils, full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. Walk in shower was nice. There's even a bag of free popcorn in the room. Not only do they offer free breakfast but free dinner on most weekdays! If you're going to Cleveland, its worth staying here as it isn't too far from town. Very affordable considering all the amenities and comfort this place has to offer.

Hot breakfast was nice. Service to buy groceries. Wireless worked well for both my personal PC + VPN. Nice pool area. Hot tub was cold - not sure on that one? 5-7 Happy hour dinner was impressive compared to other happy hours, included enough food you *could* make it dinner if you didn't want to go out. Workout room was 2 treadmills, 1 bike, 1 elliptical. Bring headphones to watch the TVs on the machines. Exercise ball + medicine balls, but too small of an area for a bench. Rooms were nice, clean. Bench area built into the shower and plenty of hot water. Was nice having easy walking access to several restaurants, and even a movie theater behind it! Main downside.. hotel is a complete maze. Thank god for signs at every corner, because you'll turn 8 corners just trying to find your room. When they hand you a map at check in for a hotel that's in a square.. it's for a reason.
