ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Hotel is great even with the construction going on. The dinner service people are the best I have ever experienced.

There is a lot of conaconstrucand renovations right now, and the room we are in feels like a rush job without a quality control final checkoff before letting someone check in. The dishwasher leaks and our emote is broken and the maintenance crew is very busy so it probably can't be fixed during our stay. However having a suite for $139 a night is a great deal. Also I slept great on a pullout couch bed and that is not usually possible. The rooms area little tight for space but overall great deal. I'm on a plant based diet so the breakfast here didn't have many options for me. But there was a weird option scrambled egg nachos...I think it is their specialty.

Amazing staff! These people are so kind and will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are dated but currently being upgraded so that won't be an issue for much longer. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is the best and I still dream about the Texas Waffle.

I understand needing construction and renovating it, but most of the parking was gone and getting to my room took 5 min because the entrance I needed was blocked by construction. Breakfast tasted stale and reused from leftovers, fruits were old and tasteless. Internet was slow. Some lights needed to be turned of manually rather then switches The bed was comfortable and surprisingly plenty of channels to watch, good water pressure with plenty of hot water.

Only place in town with a room left after I was stuck on a layover due to blizzard in the east. Service was wonderful but room was a little sketchy. Smelled awful of cigarettes and the smoke detector was wrapped in plastic. I was only there maybe 5 hours but she offered to arrange my cab the night before so I didn't have to worry in the morning. Happy they were there but probably wouldnt pick this without seeing the room first in the future.

I like my room very much. Enough space to work and move around. Very clean. The only thing that I am missing is the printer. I was told that it has to be replaced. However the assistant manager was very helpful and printed a couple of documents for me. Next time, I will have to call before I make my reservation.

Check-in was seamless and the hotel staff was friendly from the front desk to the kitchen staff. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was clean, large and suitable for our needs.
However it needed some upgrades and updating. Repairs to cracks in the sink and cracks in ceiling was very noticeable and the furniture had stains. For a Hilton brand hotel, they should hire professionals to make repairs and clean or replace the soiled furniture. The mattress was a little too soft for my liking but manageable.

The worst experience was the TV and internet. Dish network was horrible. It froze every 10 seconds and the internet was slow.

Breakfast was good but we were never around for the evening fare. This is a great location if you're going to visit Six Flags which is within walking distance. It was also within a 10 minute drive to malls and restaurants.

Rooms are nice enough and well stocked. Good selection for breakfast. Nice, clean pool. But THE BEST thing about this place is the staff. They are incredibly kind, helpful and went above and beyond. It didn't matter if it was day or middle of the night, if you needed assistance, you got it promptly and with a smile. Thanks for making our stay the best it could be!

We always stay at a Hilton brand hotel when possible. However, we probably won’t be staying at this one again. Our first night we were bothered 3 times by claims that we were being too noisy. None of it was true and the last time we were already in bed. When I asked about it the next morning I was told nothing was logged in and to talk to the manager when we checked out. The same person was at checkout when we left and still didn’t know anything and refused to offer even a little discount for our disturbance. For a 2 night stay we paid $360. The mirror on the closet was broken, there was rust all around the overflow drain, and wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom.

I stayed here 2 nights with my family, while I attended a business meeting. The room itself was fine, and met our needs. However, the A/C did not work at all. I called the front desk and she wasn't much help, just said an engineer would come the next day. Our bedroom was pretty warm, so we didn't get much sleep the first night. The engineer came the next day, and said we had the air set too low (it was on 65 degrees), and that we needed to leave it on 68. I've never heard of that being an issue with an a/c unit, but okay. Left it on 68 the rest of our time, and the air NEVER kicked on one time. So, once again, the second night, the bedroom was still too hot to get a comfortable sleep. No call from the desk to see how it was working, no offer to switch rooms. Oh, and the ceiling fan in our bedroom also wasn't working, the part to fix it was on backorder, so we weren't even able to use that to help get some air moving.
The room itself was fine, and the breakfasts are good...but the non-working air was a disappointment.

This isn’t the newest Homewood around, but let’s be honest, we all stay at these for the spacious rooms and amazing happy hour. This Homewood is set apart from all of the others because of the ladies who work in the evenings. The food was better than any Homewood that I’ve ever been to and they constantly came and checked on me and kept my glass full. True southern hospitality. My room was clean and comfortable each of the three nights that I stayed. Great value for the price, I’ll definitely be back.

We found ourselves in need of immediate lodging, and displaced from our home, due to a sudden plumbing situation.
Not only did Homewood Suites provide a more than suitable answer to our problem, but went above and beyond to make us feel at home with wonderful accommodations, a wonderfully supportive staff, and superior service.
We highly recommend this hotel and will be forever grateful to have had the opportunity to have stayed here.
On a person note.... I say to the entire staff..
" You guys will forever be a reminder to me that there are still good, positive, loving people in this world. Thank you."

The hotel was located right near the parks. Although it is older it has been well maintained with an updated lobby and eating area. The staff was always nice and helpful. I would stay again when I am in the area.

This place is a little dated, yes I'm talking about the vintage carpet and wallpaper, BUT the people that work here is what made me ignore the small details and enjoy the hotel for what it is. The bed comfy, the pillows are comfy, everything you need is practically in the hotel room. Free breakfast, free dinner Mon-Thurs and an excellent staff that will show you the best customer service and not just fake smiles and laughs but actual kindness from the heart. I truly enjoyed my stay, and I will be back soon.

Definitely a lack to detail at this location. The building seems dated the carpet had large stains the fake wood is breaking and peeling. Definitely not worth the 150. I chose this over other locations due to the pool that we didn't even use no fault to the hotel but most likely won't stay at this location again. Missed the snacks I have received at EVERY LOCATION I have ever stayed at Thai one does not offet

Location is great if you're interested in Six Flags, seeing a baseball game or going to a Cowboys game. The staff is nice and veey helpful. Other than that, the upkeep of the hotel is just enough to pass inspection. Lots of stains on furniture, torn carpets, etc. Too much to name.

Staying at the Homewood for two months for a work assignment. Each room is like a small one-bedroom apartment, with a full kitchen and living room. Complimentary breakfast is provided Monday through Friday and evening snack Monday through Thursday. Internet speed is about 2.0 Mbps down, so enough to steam video like YouTube or Netflix. Indoor pool and gym, movies available to rent for free, and a paid laundry center. Couldn't be more happy to be here!

Me and my family are staying here for a month or so while waiting to finalize a move. Upon check-in one of the rooms was very late and this was a reservation they had ahead of time so a bit dissapointed.

The complimentary breakfast is better than most regular hotels as it had eggs and sausage along with the usual bread, waffles, yogurt, eat. That said compared to the Residence INN which had breakfast sandwiches and potatoes as well this feels like it is lacking in comparison.

Rooms have a reasonable amount of carpet damage and being separated from the floor. This always makes me nervous as you never know what a hotel will try to put on you. I have taken pictures to be safe.

Room layout is fantastic. It is basically a studio apartment with all the necessities. Has a bedroom door which locks and has a television in the living room and bedroom. Desk is also in bedroom which I love but I know many would want it elsewhere.

Internet speed here can easily handle Hulu but struggles with live streamed broadcasts so the WWE Network may not work well Live. Gaming appears to be out of the question as I was experiencing bad lag trying to play Minecraft.

Patio, Pool, and workout room are about what you would expect. All three without the exception of the workout room are a large step down from the Residence INN I stayed at however.

Overall a great place to stay with some minor issues. Gets 5* as it is great on it's own merit even though I feel the Residence INN overall has a leg up.

We love the extra room and the full size fridge that Homewood Suites have. This was a pretty quick stay, so not much time to check out the amenities. You can tell this location is a little older, but everything seems to be maintained pretty well.

I don't know how to fully express my gratitude to this hotel staff for making our extended stay wonderful! The management, front desk staff, kitchen staff, and housekeeping all treated my family with professionalism, yet compassion and kindness.
A few examples: the kitchen staff helped me with getting plates for my small children, making sure they had drinks, and made sure I had a clean high chair for baby. The front desk was always pleasant even on the 3rd time we locked ourselves out of the room (life with a mischievous toddler)! The housekeeping was accommodating to our specific needs (worked around nap time). By the end of our stay, the management worked with my teens to surprise my husband and I for our anniversary. Truly a wonderful and unexpected treat!

The extra lengths this staff went to assure we were in clean, comfortable accommodations exceeded my expectations! We will always consider Homewood Suites a home away from home!

Nothing fancy, but clean with courteous, friendly staff and a decent free breakfast. Don't forget to figure that free breakfast into your costs. Not a big deal if you're staying alone, but it easily saves $35-$40 per day with a family of four.

It was nice to have a fridge in the room for the leftovers from eating out in the evenings.

Love the short walk to Six Flags so we could avoid the hassle of parking at the park. And it's central to Dallas and Ft. Worth for other attractions. I would definitely stay here again.
