- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Great location. Thank you all for being available. The General Manager and his respective staff were amazing. It has to be tough during this time. Hang in there!!

This is my favorite hotel in downtown Denver. Conveniently located near downtown attraction, Homewood Denver is the place to be. Their rooms are very spacious and clean. I highly recommend this 5 star hotel to anyone searching for a local place in Denver. Staff were very friendly. Luis welcomed us to the hotel and helped me with a reservation err. Luis, YOU ROCK!

I loved this hotel. It has a full kitchen separate from the bedroom and is very very spacious. It’s literally an apartment. Rooms were clean, and the view I had of the mountains was beautiful. Comfortable beds and pillows, water got really hot in the shower. Lewis (the gentleman at the front desk) was extremely helpful. I will definitely return.

The hotel lives up to what you would expect from the Hilton line, classy and clean rooms with pleasant staff. The bartender was friendly and patient with me, I appreciated her dealing with my hearing issues so easily. The pull out couch was far more comfortable than what you'd expect from a hotel one, and the room was plenty big for myself and my family. The only downside is that people do tend to smoke marijuana in the suites, and you can smell it down the hall, but it IS Denver so that is something you'd expect anywhere in the city. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Location: Great! Right by the 16 street Mall, close to public transport. Rooms: Also good. Clean and modern. Service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was also very good, tons of options!

Location was terrific! Right across the street from the Pavilion and 16th Street Mall. Very easy to walk to museums and several restaurants. I know these rooms are meant more for business people, but I found the Studio a little lacking in that the living room was a great open space with hardly anything in it. It felt like it desperately needed more things! I think even an island in the kitchen would do it. The staff was phenomenal and the breakfast selection was fantastic. I just wish you could add gratuity to your bill in case you don't have cash!

This is a beautiful hotel. The amenities are fantastic and the free breakfast is 5 star! The staff is amazing, friendly, and more than accommodating. It's only a block away from 16th street (Denver Mall Area).

Room was very nice and comfortable. Extremely clean. Friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Location was great. Short walk to 16th street market and shopping. Also, nice qalk to Union Station and Coors Field. I would definitely stay here again.

This is in a very good location if you want access to the 16th street Mall area. This hotel feels pretty new and has a lobby that has a part restaurant with happy hour wine. Parking can be expensive and traffic around the hotel has a very limited drop off area.

The hotel is located conveniently close (easily walkable) to the convention crew her and some fabulous restaurants. The valets are wonderful. Very quick, friendly, organized, and accommodating. The views of the mountains are nice to wake up to, though, it is not pristine (many building's rooftops are in view, as well). The kitchenettes are nicely equipped with stove top, full sized refrigerator, sink, full sized microwave; bottle opener, dishes, glasses, etc. The pool is very small and located in the basement. The fitness facility is fantastic and open 24/7. The complimentary breakfast is good and staff is friendly and attentive. An area that needs improvement is the cleanliness and appearance of the rooms, (hair found in freezer, crumbs on carpet not vacuumed during days with service, shower has a stain on the backside, pillows not put back on couch neatly after service, and other very minor details).

From the front of the house to the back, the staff has done everything to make my stay in Denver a pleasant one. This property is located 2 blocks from the Denver Convention Center and the 16th Street Mall which is great for exploring. The breakfast was delicious and social is a great way to end a long day of conferencing.

The location was great as most of downtown was easily accessible from it. The rooms were large and allowed for great meetings. The service was great as the staff responded to all our needs.

Great stay. Pool is saltwater and very warm. Breakfast is huge and staff are friendly. Middle of downtown and close to everything. Parking will run you $25 but it's a major city where parking is at a premium so to be expected.

Happy hour wine got two thumbs up from the wife. Would stay again without hesitation when in Denver.

Great location right in 16th Street Mall area. The manager Hannah is awesome. Our vehicle was left unlocked in valet at night. She resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We stayed another night! Clean rooms, friendly customer service.

Very nice and clean place. Remodeled in the last year or so. Nice selection of food for COMPLEMENTRY breakfast. (Waffle station, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and the usual pastries).
Our room was single King bed. New furnishings, nice tile in bath and counter. Direct TV for television. Plenty of outlets to charge/run our electronic devices. Clean and well equipped fitness center.
We enjoyed our two nights here.

Here for 4 days. Very decent breakfast, great amenities, parking sucks and valet is expensive but nice if you can afford it. I came with my husband and two children. The rooms are definitely sound proof. We haven't heard anyone. Most definitely the best shower I've had at ANY hotel my entire life. I love how it's central to many things. I am looking forward to the rest of our stay!

Best hotel in Lakewood. I come to Denver a few times a year for work in the Federal Center. The rooms are great and clean. Rooms have safes, stoves, full size refrigerators, cabinets, etc. Staff is friendly.

They also serve breakfast including eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels etc.

Dinners can range from pulled pork sandwiches, chicken tenders, pasta, tacos, and more.

Suite Rooms, good service, good location. Stayed here several times. No complaints. As far as rooms, cleanliness, and customer service goes, the the crew gets is on point. Seems like a good family vacation spot for exploring Downtown Denver without breaking the bank. Place is modern and hip and makes me feel like I'm in a higher tax bracket but the breakfast and bar could use a little love. Maybe.get rid of the bar and grill and give more room for.the guests to grab food in the morning.

Kitchen is nicest downtown. View is great. Also, has 2 tv's and 2 rooms. Think for extended stay this is 5 stars. Not as upgraded and elegant as Hilton city center but way closer to the convention center. Only big problem was lack of real office desk. Hard to do office work here.

Excellent hotel. Clean spacious rooms that are very comfortable. Kitchenette fully stocked and easily accessible. Decor has modern touches and bed was very comfortable. Thermostat in room makes it very easy to control the temperature. Very conveniently located near the Denver Pavilions off of the 16th street mall area in downtown. Used digital key and it worked perfectly (elevator and room).

Hot breakfast was included. Each day they served a different breakfast meat so it wasn't the same thing over and over again. The room was like having two rooms. Definitely enough room when u have kids. When in the area, I recommend u go to the Denver marketplace to enjoy the small shops and businesses.

My wife and I are traveling for our honeymoon and arrived last night (12/27/2017) to the most welcoming staff in valet and concierge. What truly made our trip special was the gentlemen working, Steven, sincerely congratulated us on our special day, talked lightly about our trip, and gave great suggestions for local entertainment and food. Employees like Steven are what every business needs to make their guest truly satisfied and happy with their stay!

Great hotel in the heart of downtown. The 16th Street Mall is a short walk. Lots of great restaurant options very close. Light rail stations are easy walking distance, DCPA is right there. Doesn't get any easier than this. Rooms are nice and large with kitchenettes. Hotel is bright and open. Very nice overnight.

Our room is amazing and the hotel is beautiful. Steven at the front desk is very professional and welcoming. The staff in the bar need training not only in hospitality, but also how to mix drinks. We asked for a martini and Amy had no idea how to make one. Heather in the bar is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is our second stay and probably the last. There are better places in the same price range nearby. I give three stars because our suite was beautiful!

The hotel was convenient to the convention center and 13th street mall. Some of the lights in our room didn't work and the pool was very small (holiday inn has bigger pools...). Breakfast was very good, lots of variety and long hours. They tended to run out of everything (dishes, cups, coffee, breads, toppings) around 9. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Great location. Right in the heart of downtown Denver. Very close to the shopping mall and tons of great and affordable restaurants.

The rooms have been newly innovated. Actually the building itself has been renovated 4 years ago. It's new and clean everywhere in the hotel, including the dining place. Would definitely come back!

Very beautiful room with lots of space but very poorly executed. Shower takes a full 5 minutes to get warm, the TVs are too small for the size of the room. I didn't get conditioner... Parking is either $50 valet or $14 two blocks away. Terrible view of more hotel and bleak landscape. 4* because the bed was maybe the most comfortable ever.

Big rooms for downtown. Very quite and just like home. Air was warm at first, but did catch up later. Very comfortable with bed and room darkening blinds are great. No early check in for diamond members was about my only problem. Did get top floor or would have drop another rating level.

The location was decent. Breakfast was good. Room comfort good. Downside is either valet parking it having to park it yourself 2 blocks down...which is still cheaper than the valet. Pools are downstairs in the basement along with guest laundry. 3 elevators will get you to that level so sometimes you have to wait for the appropriate one

The stay was nice and everything was clean. The staff was excellent as well. My only gripe is that the breakfast was completely overloaded (may have been because it was the weekend of the 4th...). I don’t blame the staff, but they were running out of stuff and were definitely understaffed. Also the parking is very expensive (valet is $45 a night + tips and non valet with no in and out privileges is $20-$30 if I recall correctly). I recommend using one of the parking garages near the hotel instead.

I was extremely impressed with the room. My room had a full sized fridge, 2 burners, as well as pots, pans, and plates for those travelers that want to cook. Very cool, I haven't seen many other affordable hotels doing this. The living room and 2 tv's were also pleasant surprises. The gym at this location is also superior to others at or around the same price point. Unlike the others, their gym had more strength training and machines. Very much enjoyed my stay here!

We stayed on 6/9/17 our 1 year wedding anniversary. The front desk staff was quick and friendly when checking in and we had a surprise basket in our room! We went to dinner and came back to another surprise from Shawn!! The staff is so thoughtful, this is our third stay here and won't stay at any other hotel besides this one. I highly recommend (and I also work in hospitality)!! Thank you soooo much!!

Free breakfast, a variety of free food in the evening socials, and quality beds. I appreciate the design and I welcome fully equipped kitchens. I had a bit of a problem when I arrived and staff were quick to take care of it. Chancellor was at the desk and he represents the brand well with a fine tuned friendly professionalism.

I'll suggest we stay here every year. It's my favorite hotel near the convention center thus far and I have stayed in many different hotels over the years.

The staff was helpful. The rooms are big and clean. Saltwater pool is clean and has an adjoining gym. Walking distance to good food and shows. Parking is $39 a night, so if you're not used to that plan accordingly. Denver's bus system and lightrail is convenient if you choose to park off site.

Lauren (customer relations) especially made our stay memorable! We had our first night away from baby for a staycation and mentioned that to her in small talk during the complimentary social hour. She sent a bottle of wine and a sweet note up to our room! We will for sure stay here again. Very clean and modern. Pool, hot tub and gym were also great!

Lovely staff. Decent free food Monday - Thursday. Good location. "Mountain view room" means that you might be able to see a tiny bit of mountain if you crane your neck out the window in your bedroom. Living room has no windows at all.

This hotel was beautiful. The rooms were very spacious with the living area and sleeping areas very separate. We arrived at 8am after an early flight and the front desk clerk allowed us to check immediately and enjoy breakfast. Although our room was not directly facing the city, we still had a pretty good view. My only complaint would be that breakfast is a little subpar but if you're not picky its great!

I cannot brag about this hotel enough. We arrived several hours prior to our check in time and they were more than willing to accommodate us and they already had our room prepped.
We were surprised to see how spacious the room was and the full size kitchen made matters even better. This hotel pays attention to the raw details of making your stay amazing. The breakfast had different varieties the 2 days that we were there and although it may not have been to my personal liking I wouldn't knock them for it one bit.
Staff was extremely friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, and all-in-all this is a top hotel that we have stayed in around the country.

The Homewood Suites is a very solid option. The hotel itself is modern and clean, and its location is great to go to restaurants and shopping nearby.

Excellent stay all the way around. Stayed with family and friends to watch the Parade of Lights and the hotel team here goes above and beyond. Fresh Hot Cocoa at night was a nice touch. Gustavo the morning manager was helping out and talking to all of the guests which was great to see. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff is responsive and friendly. They accommodated my request for a room next to a vacant room. It was nice to sleep in without doors slamming. Love the entrance and ambiance.
