Certifications

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Nice rooms. Clean with separate suite. Quiet, thank the Lord. Can't hear the highway. Occasionally hear a noise stomper above me. Maybe ask for a 4th floor?

The place is clean. The service is excellent. They keep the coffee and tea stations well stocked. Their evening food can be either light or filling enough to be dinner. This is my favorite hotel in this area.

What a simply wonderful place to stay with such a beautiful view. Close enough but far away. Quiet and clean. My favorite place to get away and decompress. 15 minutes from red rock amphitheater.

Got early check in so was very happy could transfer Hilton hotels without being out on the street. Very clean and nice hot tub. Exercise room good size. Rooms are good size with full kitchen for long term stays. Internet easy to connect using new Hilton login. Speeds 15 mbps down 14 up. I think the price for a room here is high compared to most places. It definitely caters more the business than to leisure travel and the prices show that. I think if they have better leisure rates would stay here more. The rooms, amenities, and staff are great. Just need to lower the rate a little.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with how accommodating this hotel has been. Every single staff member has been very nice and professional. Lauren especially went above and beyond to help me. Give that woman a raise, her kindness was the reason we returned to this location even though our drive was slightly longer.

The beds are super comfortable and there pillows are awesome as well. I will say the pullouts aren’t the greatest, but my 6 year old doesn’t complain. The free breakfast is decent, and my kids love the fresh baked cookies. Only complaint is with a family of 4 with 2 young kids a bigger trash can would be helpful, but honestly that’s it.

This hotel is great. Nice desk staff. Nice pool. BUT the days I stayed, there was only two maids. So it was hard to get trash picked up or to get tp stocked. Also, on my last day here, my granddaughter went down to breakfast, when she finished, she was making a plate to-go to bring to me. (I am physically challenged and generally don't go down to breakfast) The "cook" came over and told my granddaughter not to be taking so much food because it puts more work on him!! RUDE!! RUDE!! RUDE!! That cook does not know our situation! He did not know I was in the room and that there is also a toddler here waiting for breakfast!! As most people, we travel a lot! We usually stay in the Holiday Inn properties, but have been slowly switching to Hilton. This RUDE incident won't deter me in the future because we haven't been treated so rudely in other Hilton hotels. Train your employees!!

Just your average hotel with an upgraded price. I called in and asked what the procedure was for an early check-in and they said call back the day of, which I really think wasn't truthful. When I did call in I was told that there were already several people who had requested an early check-in. The staff was rude, ofstandish, and uncosiderable until we had breakfast the morning that we checked out. I understand they were booked to capacity but it isn't hard to at least say simple things like "enjoy your stay" or "how was your stay." I got much better service at Home2 Suites just down the road and I wasn't even staying there but had several relatives who were. I cannot recommend this hotel from my experience.

The check in was so easy and pleasant - the woman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful in letting us check in a tad early. The room was spacious and very clean - the AC worked wonderfully - - water pressure was great with nice sized bathroom - bed very comfortable with plenty of covers and extra pillows if needed - nice pool area with hot tub - even had a really nice BBQ area with covered tables. The breakfast was surprisingly very good - waffles even! The breakfast staff was right there filling things up - everything was clean and spotless. The staff was all very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Mountains mountains mountains...I love this location. The check in was so friendly, Ashley?, was so sweet. She offered to show me and my family around on her off day!!! Such a sweet young lady. Our rooms were beautiful and so clean.... Logging the full kitchen and living room..😁 Views of the mountains.. which were across the street!!!

Nice pool and jacuzzi area... Loved the grill area.. Actually grilled some steaks and chicken on my portable grill, I prefer charcoal..😉..But there were Weber propane grills available for use.

The area was very relaxing and everything was so convenient and close by. The breakfast and light meals were delicious.

There is only one thing hindering this property from being 5 star, it desperately needs a bar and grill addition, but don't take space from that grand dining room, it's gorgeous!!!

The stay was very good but the Wi-Fi was HORRIBLE, was there for a whole week, talked to front desk tues about Wi-Fi, they took note of it, told them again Wed, and still nothing. I had to contact Hilton corporate to get anything done. Finally on the last night, fri @ 8pm, they offered me Premium Wi-Fi at no charge, and nothing to compensate me for the week of having to use my own data because their Wi-Fi is not strong enough.

The rooms were excellent. Beds are comfortable and amenities meet expectations. It is disappointing that breakfast does not officially start until 7am though. The lady that prepares the food was also late bringing out the food and that delayed my start to the mountain for skiing.

Typical hotel with some typical issues. First, nice presentation, looks nice; we even got a suite we didn't book. Under the facade, however, I find the typical problems of a hotel that cuts some corners. My card key stopped working everyday, even the one left in the room. The A/C worked marginally at best and the toilet ran for two minutes each time it was flushed because of maintenance. The shower was either hot or cold and there was mold and mildew on the floor corners. The bed was okay but the pillows are awful and the sheet set was just not big enough for the bed. The window curtains didn't cover the entire window when shut letting in lots of light at light. The worst part was the sofa in the all rooms I visited, simply unusable as it is a hide-a-bed with no platform so the seat cushions fall into the sofa, picture added. We didn't participate in any of the evening festivities but it's a neat idea.
The good news is even though near the elevators it was quiet, didn't smell bad, kitchen was stocked and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was definitely meh but free. Access from C-470 isn't bad and food can be had easily near by. Parking in front gets full quickly at night. Views from our second floor room of the front range was nice.
All in all its on par with price IMO, maybe a bit high but would likely stay again when in town. However, I would love to see maintenance stepped up and I might shop for a deal next time.

Lovely large rooms and they serve breakfast every day and light dinner mon-thurs. All the rooms are suite style with a full sized fridge, stove, microwave, oven, etc. I'm not sure if they're all like this but our room has three separate areas with a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. There's a pool, exercise room, and a small basketball court. Very nice location.

Clean, conveniently located for my business, good selection of stores and restaurants in close proximity and a very friendly and professional staff. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for an extended stay or just a one niter. 5 thumbs up! I will be returning. Residence Inn decided they couldn't accommodate and now someone else is getting their business. Sorry Marriott but lucky me!

This is a fantastic hotel with a great front desk staff who is willing to help in any possible way. My family stayed in this hotel and the beginning and end of a two week trip out west to Denver and on to the Grand Canyon. The rooms are clean and large. Upon our first night's arrival, we needed a cot and the young lady at the front desk was friendly and efficient in providing exactly what we needed - linens and all! I wish I could remember her name as she deserves special recognition from her manager. Our 6 night stay at this hotel was perfectly pleasant.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites in Ken Caryle, CO for about a week (Sept. 26-Oct 3) while in the moving from Sacramento to Denver. In tow were our dog, cat, and 18 month old son. Upon arrival, after a long day of travel with the whole crew, my husband checked us in and came out to the car to give me the keys while he got the luggage and pets in. When I woke up our son to get out of the car, he decided at that moment to have a complete breakdown. As I carried our bags, and walked my poor, tired little guy in, the front desk person gave a sympathetic smile and asked if we were OK. I said, long day of travel, which she then asked if she could get him some milk. Quickly went back to the continental breakfast area and poured him two cups of milk in coffee cups, with tops. With the stress of the day the move overall, that simple act of kindness turned around everything . That was perhaps the nicest thing anyone has ever done for a tired mommy and her baby. My son took the milk and instantly calmed down and even squeaked out a “tank ooo”. It seems small, but those kind acts of service are things that you don’t see anymore, and for that alone, I highly recommend this hotel.
