Certifications

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Clean and well-appointed extended-stay hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with top-notch bedding and nice furniture. We used the game room, which had a Foosball table, board games, and game consoles. The room was nice and quiet with big windows for natural light. The view wasn't spectacular, but we didn't expect that.

Homewood Suites is always clean and comfy. Spacious rooms are great when you've been trapped in a vehicle with your family for 20 hours on your road trip. Love the evening reception M-Th. It's pretty much dinner and drinks and they do a great job! Great breakfast, too. Homewood Suites is just ducky!!!

Very nice, basic accommodations in a great location in Warrington, very close to the county seat in Doylestown. Room was very clean and front desk staff friendly and professional. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well and was quiet. My only complaint was that the faucet water pressure in the bathroom was woefully inadequate. Interestingly though, the shower water pressure was great. We did not stay long enough to get the full flavor, but based on our one-night stay, we would return.

The rooms were great. They were comfortable and nicely decorated. My only problem was the air freshener they used. It was strong but you'd get used to it unless you had a long disease or something along those lines. I am an asthmatic and I had no problems but my relative who currently has lung cancer kept coughing a lot. They were happy to stop using it though after we asked though. An overall good experience.

The room was comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was very good. I've been many places were breakfast was adequate at best. You can tell when a meal is prepared with love and Yvette, Warrington, PA hotel, cooks with love. Being able to chat with her about her love of cooking was a blessing for me.

We were from out of town and had an affair 4 miles away. This was a perfect weekend place to stay. The accomadations were quite comfortable, a sitting area with a sofa bed, and large screen tv, a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and 2 burner stove. It was clean, and conveniently

For $300 a night there should be better attention to detail. Don’t get me wrong, the place (cosmetically) is comfortable and attractive. The front desk staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was clearly not well maintained. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very roomy and nicely laid out. The tv in the common area did not work (front desk had it working in less than an hour). The thermostats were locked, so you were stuck freezing your butt off. One bathroom had a burnt out light. The desk lamp had no place to plug it in. One bedroom had a missing pull cord for the ceiling fan light (so we couldn’t turn it on). In the kitchen, there were 2 cabinets that were siliconed shut because they were broken. Finally, there was dirty laundry left in a drawer, from the last occupant, in the main bedroom. These were all small issues, but in my opinion, they add to the value and experience of my stay.....not worth the premium cost!

Clean room. Smaller than the ones I usually stay in but not tiny. The staff was friendly and offered suggestions of fun things to do nearby. The free breakfast was pretty good though I didn't go get it every day during my stay. I think they had free dinner a few nights also but I wasn't ever around to try it. I would definitely stay here again. Parking lot was well lit as I arrived around midnight.

Building is easy to find and has ample parking. Suites are a decent size and comfortable. I think we were accidentally given a smoking room, because everything smelled musty and the three occupants each had allergy attacks while there.

Great hotel in the area. The rooms are spacious and they make it feel like a step up from a plain hotel room. The shower had hot water and good pressure and the room was clean. The only gripe would be that it could be a little on the pricy side for a one night stay. Overall it was a good stay.

Beds are ok, and on the softer side. Having a range, refrigerator, and microwave in room is great. TV in every room with satellite, I think. Feels well taken care of, and cozy. I appreciate the breakfast everyday, and the evening food on days it's offered. Wish the elevator wasn't in the back of the building. Wireless internet only hardly reaches the room I stayed in, and the front desk was unable to help with that.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is honestly just about average. However the rooms and happy hour make the hotel an absolute delight. The rooms are VERY nicely appointed with a kitchenette, living room, and a very comfy bed. The shower pressure (at least on the third floor) is great. The entire hotel was very neat and clean. Whenever I'm back in this area, I'll certainly look into buying a stay here

The stay was nice, but the rooms offered for wedding stays had stovetops and full refrigerators which was not needed. Would have preferred a trade-off in price for a simpler room, but those looking to stay longer may prefer the amenities.

The room was clean, large, and the kitchen was well stocked with clean dishes/utensils etc. The microwavable popcorn was a nice touch. The TVs were modern and had all the hookups easily available on a breakout box for connecting your own electronics. I can't comment on the Internet/wifi as I didn't use it. I thought breakfast closing down at 10am was too early for a Sunday morning.

8

Beautiful suites, great free breakfast, my only issue was that it seemed that I had the air return for the whole floor in my bedroom, which resulted in a pretty loud constant hum and nonstop air circulation/movement regardless of what I did to the thermostat (it was like having a fan right on you at all times). Thankfully I was able to sleep through the noise like it was just white noise, but others might not be able to, and it made watching TV on the bedroom a bit difficult.

We had used the Homewood Suites for our room block for our wedding weekend. We met and spoke with a few different group sales coordinators. They were helpful in providing us with a list of our guests so we could make sure our friends and relatives were booking correctly.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the rooms are very spacious. Our entire wedding party was able to get dressed and ready for the wedding in two separate rooms and the kitchenettes were great for keeping the lunch and snacks for the day of the wedding. The game room downstairs was a big hit and gave us somewhere to hang out and the dining area was a great space for a gathering area after the wedding. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It appears that the computer system or the communication between staff members is lacking. There were a few times when we or others in our party were checking in and the front desk was not able to locate a room reservation right away. Their first statement was “I don’t see a reservation” which can be troubling to hear as a hotel guest. Also there were a few requests made that were entered into the notes under the reservation but they were not followed or not read later.
Overall the hotel was great and it was a very nice place to stay for the whole weekend. If we were ever in the area for an extended period of time we would book with them again.

Pretty up to date for a casual traveler, it passed my test so far and I'm a kind of picky. Staff has been nice and accommodating, our luggage was lost in flight so we were a little frazzled, they made us fell at home. Housekeeping did a good job, room smelled good as soon as I opened the door A+

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed and quite affordable. It has a kitchen and the room is so cleaned and stylish. Except the pillows makes my neck hurt but no big deal. Is not noisy at all where I stayed in 4th floor. Staff members are so nice, and breakfast ready before 6am. I spoke with the cook she woke up around 3am.

Did not honor my request for high floor as I needed peace and quite as a traveling consultant staying at Hilton brand hotels 3-4 days a week. I received a room on the 2nd floor and had to deal with noisy guests and their kids some were there on extended stays. They also did not acknowledge my HHonors membership which should value for our loyalty to the brand. The room as clean and the stay was OK, but next time I will call ahead to make sure I get my preferred floor to get a better nights rest after a long day of work and travel.
