• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

The beds were very comfy, but the customer service was not great. They couldn't check us in until 4pm when they told us we could check in at 3pm. It seemed they had too many excuses instead of good customer service

Not a bad hotel but I would avoid eating from the breakfast area. Super friendly staff and semi decent property.

Comfortable and accomodating, this hotel is a great place to stay in Montgomery. I came in to check out late but the front desk, James got me something from the kitchen. Nice rooms and they are all suites. Great facility.

This is my second time staying at a Homewood Suites by Hilton and it is more fantastic than the first time. My family stayed here for a little while so we truly got to experience all that the hotel offers, which is a lot. There is complimentary breakfast every morning and it is pretty good and a nice way to start the morning each day. They the offer the complimentary "manager's special" Monday through Thursday, which is my favorite part. I originally thought it would just be an evening light snack with just some cheese and crackers but it is so much more than that! They have different types of meals each evening that fills me up every night and is so good. It is so wonderful that the hotel offers this because travelling and moving is so expensive so having this four times a week really helps financially and really allows me to just relax at the hotel. I have only met the male manager but what I can say about him is that he is so wonderful! He continually is checking on the guests, always has a smile on his face, and truly has his guests best interest in mind. The hotel also has a pool and a small basketball court in the back that you can ask the front desk for a ball to play, which is a good way to get active. The only thing I wish was that the rooms were a little bigger because it was a little crammed with a few grown adults sharing this area for a little while. Overall I would definitely recommend that people come to this hotel because the entire staff and team is super friendly, the place has a lot to offer for children and adult's, and the place is super clean. What a great place to stay.

Had a great experience here. They welcomed our two dogs, were very gracious. Super nice room and clean. Very quiet being next to the interstate. Breakfast was typical, but good, plenty and hot. This is one of our new destination spots when traveling.

I am here for about 45 days and my suite has been awesome. Very modern, nice, clean, and food is provided. They have suites with kitchenettes. They have a laundry mat. They also have dry cleaning services. They have an outdoor pool. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's just really pleasant to stay here. It's close to a lot of things since it's centrally located.

I was pretty disappointed with the condition of this hotel. The front doors don't automatically open and they don't have a button to automatically open them so trying to push a luggage cart through can be quite challenging. The "reception" was only Sutter House wine and a keg of beer. The breakfast in the morning was really crappy and not well maintained. The silverware was unclean. The food was lukewarm and you could tell that the condiment trays have not been cleaned or refilled in a long time. The beds in the room are nice but the carpet is moldy and smells musty. The air is forced out by a machine from the wall and it's difficult to work. I had to get up several times during the night to adjust the temperature. This hotel wsw not up to the standards I'm used to from a Hilton owned hotel and it felt like a small step up from Best Western. I wish I had stayed somewhere else even if it is just overnight. I would not recommend this hotel for families. The only redeeming quality was that the staff was nice.

Nice hotel that's in need of major TLC. Very nice staff including Ron at front desk, Ms Barbara in the kitchen area and Ms Tyreka in housekeeping.

However, the carpet needs to be cleaned in some areas and totally replaced in others. The room we stayed in smelled like cigarette smoke and pets (it is a pet-friendly hotel though). We had allergy issues after spending one night in the hotel. Some hotels have "pure rooms" where no pets have been. This one did not have any. Equipment in the room that we stayed in needed updating.

There seem to be safety issues where the bed pushes up against an outlet. The lamp cord that was plugged into that outlet was always under stress from the mattress pushing up against it.

The only reason for me giving it 3-stars is due to the upgrading that's needed at the hotel. The People are awesome here. If you have pets and would like to bring them, this is the place.

We would gladly return because of the niceness of the staff. However due to allergy issues we may not be able to.

Spent 6 weeks here with my family for training at Maxwell AFB. Considering we had two young kids and two dogs with us, our stay was wonderful. Ms Linda and the others with housekeeping were wonderful and accommodated our needs and schedule (the wife and kids spent a lot of time in room during day). Continental breakfast and M-TH dinners were so-so quality (typical hotel standard), but all staff were friendly, especially when we had our kids with us during meal times in the lobby.

Exceptional staff, very nice facility, clean, comfortable, good value! I injured my foot and the entire staff was extremely kind and helpful! They called Urgent Cares to find one that was open and printed out directions for me. They brought ice and extra pillows to my room. Everyone at this hotel goes the extra mile! The evening receptions offer good quality light fare and wine. As a frequent business traveler, I can say with certainty that this facility is fantastic in every way!

The rooms were great as well as the service. Pillows were soft and the bed didn't have a hard table top or worn feel. The kitchenette was a great asset. I liked having a table in the room where you could eat. It kind of gave it a homey feel. The staff was unbelievably nice and responsive to any questions we had. The breakfast was complimentary and worth a stop by. It is secluded so you don't have to deal with any traffic noise or traffic itself. There was plenty of parking and everything was clean. All in all I would recommend.

We are enjoying our stay here. The pool is great for our kids to burn energy and they love it. Breakfast in the mornings is good and dinner-type snack foods Monday-Thursday is really nice to have.

Some words of advice:
The washer and dryer cost $2 each in quarters to use. The front desk can turn bills into quarters.

Watch out for your valuables in your vehicle. There have been 3 separate break-ins (smash and grab) in the last 2 weeks. To my knowledge, they have all been vehicles parked in the south parking lot (the lot closest to the highway.) I did get a note on my windshield from the Montgomery PD to advise me that my radar detector was in plain sight and could be stolen. First time experienced police actively seeking to prevent theft.

Get to the mealtime area when they start offering food, otherwise you might miss your opportunity because food does sometimes run out. The food staff are really nice ladies; civility with them will go a long way.

I would have liked to have given 5 stars but no full size range w/oven and no cooking utensils (except 1 slotted spoon) in our suite was very disappointing. Everything else, especially the service to guests the staff provides, was impeccable. We would definitely recommend and we look forward to returning.

Hmm... what has happened here? I stayed at another Hilton property on my last two visits to Montgomery (due to price), and came back and the dinner was terrible! :( I'm hoping this is just a fluke. The salad and toppings all looked like they had seen better days.
Also, my non-smoking room smelled of smoke.
Come on, Homewood Montgomery - y'all can do better!

Loved our stay here! We have stayed/lived in a lot of hotels and this one is by far the best long term stay we've been to.

Breakfast every morning, with later hours on weekends, which is perfect for weekend sleeping in. And breakfast is a little different every day so you don't get bored if you're there for a while. Even had pork chops one day.

Dinner for a couple hours in the evening Monday to Thursday. We never got a chance to make use of it because timing was always off and we always wanted to try the local fair.

The staff is great, the rooms are well stocked and it was pet friendly.

If we need at long term stay in the future they'll be on our mind. The cost is a bit high compared to other long term stays we've been to, but he breakfast and dinner options can help to subsidize that.

I am a multi-year Hilton Diamond, so I've stayed at a lot of different Hilton hotels in a lot of locations. I am loyal to Hilton because they consistently provide customer service. My opinion was that all Hilton's were great until I ran across the Homewood Suites in Montgomery, AL. The staff is the difference at this Hilton property, they excel them all; they're better than great, better even Hilton resort staff.

When you're away from your own family, nothing compares to being welcomed as family by this group. Among these all stars, one stands alone, so meet Cheryl when you stop by after work for the Homewood Suites happy hour. You'll be glad you did. This staff is a model of customer service delivered with a smile.

Other all start at this location include Keisha, Francine, Michelle, Barbara and Q. You can't go wrong and they're 15 minutes from anything in Montgomery.

I've stayed here several times before, and absolutely love the hotel. The suite style rooms are super nice, especially with having a pullout couch in the living room and a separate master suite. The privacy is a definite bonus. The hotel is super clean and kept up with an amazing continental breakfast in the morning. They also have a really nice pool and a separate half basketball court outside. Definitely a double thumbs up!

This was my second time staying here in the past year. I normally don't participate in Happy Hours at hotels but I didn't feel like going out to eat. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. They served heavy food and plenty of it. Turns out I was able to eat enough to not have to go out to dinner. The tab was open for free beer and wine, too. Plenty of staff were on hand to make sure nothing ran out. They did a great job hosting my notary class, too.

I was at the Homewood Suites for a professional business seminar. The decor was beautiful as well as clean. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff was extremely pleasant. They went above and beyond to accommodate us especially when it came to providing plenty of water and coffee. The seminar was 7 hours so a constant supply was needed. I'd definitely say I would book them for an overnight stay if need be.

The room is beautiful, but the internet didnt work until we asked for help and they reset a code for us. Then we got locked out of our room after we were there only one night. We had to have the keys reset too.

Located in a nice section of town. It was easy to get to different locations from this area.

The staff were very friendly. Enjoyed conversation with one of the staff who was working the front desk. He was engaging me in conversation and working at the same time, so we were interrupted quite often while he worked.

The staff taking care of the meals prepared each day were very nice, very busy and had a great sense of humor.

The lady who took care of our room was very helpful as well.

Keep up the good work and thanks for taking care of us during our stay.

We arrived late, around 12:30 am. The room key was supposed to unlock the hotel main entrance, but didn't work 90% of the time. The A/C was was not working in the hallways and elevator. The breakfast had really good flavor and good variety, but when we arrived to breakfast at 8:30 (served from 7:00-10:00 on Saturday), they were out of waffle mix, milk, juice cups, plates, forks, & spoons. They brought more out when asked, but they kept only bringing out a small portion of items (5 or 6 plates, forks, etc), and guests kept having to ask for things. The volume of guests seemed steady, but it should not have been overwhelming. Otherwise, the suite was fine and the staff was friendly.

Overall I had a good (extended) stay. The rooms were great, excellent housekeeping, superb breakfast spread, and decent evening receptions M-R. What was very disappointing was the complete lack of training of the front desk staff. As a former front desk manager I was disappointed and shocked to a degree. They were generally nice, usually, but woefully trained for their job. Maybe this is why no one wears a name tag... Upon arrival I was given a room with a repairman in it and a disassembled toilet across the floor; the second room was in the middle of being cleaned. Finally, I got the keys to a clean room. Later I tried printing work papers per the instructions in the room, and the front desk person was clueless on their own instructions. They gave me non working keys on several occasions, and disabled my key to the building by checking me out on the wrong date. What I believe was the least professional out of all this, however, was the fact that very often there was no one at the desk at all. They would disappear and you had to basically holler into the back office for someone to slowly and drearfully appear, as if roused from a nap. But, to end on a positive note, I will reiterate that the rooms were nice as was the rest of the staff. Major kudos to the breakfast and evening reception team, very polite and friendly.

stayed in homewood suites in montgomery, alabama on june 14th - the front desk, cleaning, and breakfast staff are nice and hospitable; hotel is situated in a peaceful location; my problem is, the living room and bedroom in the suite i stayed in has those drapes that you cannot close. i had to clip the drapes in the living room so i can have privacy. i did the same thing in the bedroom so i can sleep and so no one can see me when i use the bathroom.
i'm hoping that management will see this review so they will install normal drapes in all their hotels.

Awesome experience so far! I've only been here for 2 days of a 30 day stay, but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and the courtyard decor (overstuffed patio furniture, pool, BBQ area) makes the location very relaxing. The local transportation (bus) can be caught at the end of the road and I took it downtown to walk around with 2 toddlers without any problems. The hotel is only about 10 minutes from Maxwell AFB and the price includes a 7 day hot breakfast (waffles, oatmeal, eggs, meat, potatoes plus fruits, yogurts, breads, cereals ) and a 4 day dinner (this week is Chicken Marsala, Speg & Meatballs, Deli Night, & Hotdogs/Hamb) plus complimentary beer and wine with dinner. Great deal especially when traveling with children. I have 3 children serving in the military so I have traveled a lot and this is one of the friendliest places I have ever stayed. Highly recommended.
