ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

The rooms are amazing. Two bedroom suite, one king, two doubles, a nice kitchen with a full fridge. Most of the staff was amazing. There was one shuttle driver ands one valet that were a little short, but everyone else, from the manager to the room cleaners, the other shuttle drivers and other valet people were amazing. Definitely recommend and will return next time in nashville.

Valet service excellent. Shuttle service excellent. Very helpful and welcoming front desk operation. Breakfast better than most and manager's reception has decent food, beer, wine, coffee, and soft drinks. Room suites are very comforatable, quiet, and efficient.

Loved our stay at this hotel. My neice an her boyfriend came in from Colorado an i got us a suite here for the night due to it being on West end an downtown not being to far away. We went out downtown Nashville for the night an we woke up had a amazing breakfast an then they all went to the pool to swim. A really great place to stay an surprisingly to me one of the more affordable among downtown. Our room was fabulous. Had a little kitchen, table , living room an then another room with 2 beds an the bathroom an vanity. An it was super nice. Definetly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay! Nothing super fancy, but I really like staying here. Comfortable bed, wouldn't say spotless but very clean, breakfast (they usually have fresh berries which is a huge plus for me. Just wish they had plain sugar-free yogurt but that's just my preference!), friendly staff including the Valet peeps. I stayed here a month ago and when I returned, many staff remembered me. I felt very welcomed.
Rooms are spacious enough to feel comfortable having a quick business meeting in the living room section.
I am very tempted to give this place a 5, but currently it is 4 due to house keeping not being great for the last couple of stays. (Replenishment of amenities, wiping down etc) But who knows when this may turn a 5!

I stayed in a studio style room. It was great. Full size fridge, stove top, dishwasher. The location was ideal, outside of the crazy downtown environment, but less than a five minute drive and you could be downtown. Right next to Vanderbilt university and a local park. Very nice and quiet area. Would recommend.

This place is nice, comfortable, classy and feels like home. The kitchen is packed with essentials. Where else could you get a hotel with two bedrooms a living room and kitchen for $200? Go for it, treat yo' self!

This was the best Nashville hotel experience I have had in such a long time. The room was immaculate, updated, and large. The bed was amazingly comfy. Every staff member was genuine and friendly. The breakfast was far better than the typical hotel offerings. It is obvious the management takes pride in this property. Well done! I will suggest to all who travel to music city,

I enjoyed my stay here, the complimentary breakfast and dinners were very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and Tony, the shuttle bus driver is the best!
My only complaint is that housekeeping knocked at the door and before I could even answer she opened the door, and you have to pay $30 to park in their garage after you've already paid for your room. Other than that, It's a great hotel.

Great place to stay, if you have to go to Vanderbilt. They take good care of Veterans as well. Shuttle go to Vanderbilt, VA Hospital, and to Music Row. They maybe make other runs as well. During the week they have customer appreciation breakfast and dinner wine bar and beer.

Overnight stay in a suite. The room was comfortable, clean. The staff were very nice. Friends were there for a parent's upcoming surgery at Vanderbilt. The hotel was convenient to the hospital and very accommodating with the changing surgical schedule. The location was very convenient to a number of restaurants.

We rented a car, and the parking situation was confusing and expensive, but I strongly recommend renting if you're visiting Nashville and want travel freedom.

The hotel staff was very friendly, hotel itself very nice, clean and quiet. Check-in/out was very easy and painless. You'd almost think you're in a Ritz Carlton. The cleaning crew that cleans the rooms does an awesome job, I never once felt dirty here.

I thought the free hot breakfast and coffee was great and really added to the stay; beware, however, on the weekdays it ends at 9 (if you're there for pleasure, I think that's way too early)

The location is phenomenal, one of the best strategically placed hotels in the area. If I visit Nashville again, I'll come back here every time.

We have been staying here for 2 weeks now and this is the best hotel ever! Clean rooms, spacious rooms and the staff from the guys in dining room to management is so courteous. The ones we see on a daily basis is Corey, front desk, Taylor and Tony, shuttle and valet parking, Matt in management and our awesome housekeeper Tena. We consider all of you family and thanks for being there for ALL our needs.

Wow! What a great experience at Homewood Suites. Friendly staff. Nice pool for my son. We stayed in a suite. It was perfect for our family. We didn't take party in the complimentary happy hour, but should have. Its a nice touch. The hot complimentary breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. We used the valet service for our car. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, and the morning breakfasts are comprehensive and option-filled. The hotel is convenient to Vanderbilt and midtown, and is easy to get to. The only drag is having to pay for parking.

Update: The staff makes this hotel. Between the cleaning person spending time to talk with our infant, the breakfast staff going out of their way to accommodate odd requests, and the front desk folks always being friendly and cheerful, this is definitely the hotel to stay at when you're in Nashville.

The accommodations were great. I didn't really have a chance to use the in room kitchen, but it ease well stocked with anything you may need to cook simple meals. I tried to use the coffee maker to boil water for tea, but it seems to not have been properly cleaned since it was last used and had a thin layer of coffee grounds on the inside. The breakfast was delicious on both days with the eggs having a different meat mixed in each day. I was a fan of the meat lovers. On both days, I was not able to get through to the valet desk to request my car ahead of time.

The building is clearly very new, therefore the rooms are still nicely appointed & clean. Unfortunately during my stay another guest decided to hang his clothes from the sprinkler in his room setting off a down poor in a section of the hotel, luckily though not my section. Management did apprise all guests of the situation whether or not we were affected which was good, although I happened to pull in during the fiasco & things looked pretty chaotic for some time. Other than that my room was entirely skipped for turn down services the 3 nights I was there & when trying to call services & the front desk on the last night about it I got no answer & voicemail... Not worth my time chasing them down to be honest & I'm sure they were just busy drying out 3 floors worth of lost revenue & reimbursements. Hope they can get it on track over there.

The lobby was surprisingly nice and open. There were free afternoon refreshments (and free beer that I didn't try) as well as a nice breakfast buffet. The room was very nice as well, including a nice mini kitchen complete with pots and pans. My only gripes would be the layout of the building, and the elevators. For one, we had to walk quite a ways with our luggage to the room from the lobby. Furthermore, the two main elevators at the lobby seemed to be slow and simply weren't enough for the amount of traffic through them. Luckily, there was an elevator right next to our room, but it was even slower, although nobody else used it. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel for a simple overnight stay despite these fairly minor problems. I did not get a chance to investigate the workout room.

Rooms were nice, everything was clean, breakfast was not bad. They advertise complimentary food during the week nights at dinner, but it was just salad and cheese and crackers the night I was there. Location is close to Vanderbilt, so it's a good place to stay if you're from out of town and here with a patient.

I loved staying at this hotel... Breakfast was very good, the rooms were really nice, we had good access to the pool and fitness room and laundry room, and the staff were very nice. I'm a kidney transplant patient. Been going there for the past 10 months. It's a great hotel. Nice, clean rooms with kitchen, dishwasher and fridge. It's quiet, breakfast, and dinner is great! Very nice staff. All it takes is one stay and you'll love it to. They have a laundry room, pool, and a shuttle service, that will take you anywhere and pick you up within a 3 mile radius. And close to everything. Really enjoy staying there. Oh a love the Smoothie King just a 3 min. walk to the corner.

The staff here are among the most friendly you will find anywhere! I have stayed here many times. HOWEVER, I have been disappointed lately by the quality of the cleaning. At the breakfast buffet, I have to search through 5-10 scummy/still dirty dishes for every clean one. At my latest visit, my room's microwave and other appliances still had food splatters from previous guests, the floor didn't even seem vacuumed, and the room generally felt grimy. I hope they hire better or more housekeeping staff to keep up their reputation!

By far the best Homewood Suites I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff is well beyond professional, accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable, and was one of the things my family and I enjoyed the most. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and we noticed that they have a carpet cleaning contractor that comes through and shampoos out any stains that pop up, leaving the carpets in immaculate condition. Elevators were speedy, and the hotel is located within 2 miles of Broadway's entertainment (and across the street from Vanderbilt) . Breakfast was pretty good, and the complimentary beer/wine/ hors d'oeuvres made evenings even more enjoyable. I don't ever write hotel reviews, but this wasn't an average hotel, and I felt that it was deserving of feedback. Should I find myself in Nashville again, without a doubt, I will be staying here.

We travelled a few hours and needed a place to stay after a concert. This place was an excellent stop. The staff were more than friendly. The valet parking, while expensive but only $3 over what it would have been to park the car ourselves, was a perk. The men working the valet took good care of my car, loaded my bags for me, and had the car at the front on time. Check in and out was a breeze. The room was phenomenal. Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't even get me started about how good the bed was. Overall, only positive things to say about this hotel. It will definitely be my go-to when I visit Nashville again.

The staff here is incredible! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The rooms, pool, and breakfast area are all wonderful as well! Having a kitchen and living area in the room is a nice bonus for families. We will definitely be looking to stay in Homewood Suites hotels again.

Free breakfast was delicious. Also evening social food was very good. Rooms are clean and quiet. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and short drive to Broadway and other local sites.

Fantastic service and spacious rooms! The free hot breakfast may be the winner of the week, though! Different every day with the staples offered daily.

Everything's brand new and the internet works great. I must of used it for 5hrs one day. This is a must visit hotel just for the cool layout in the driveway and front lobby area.

I have stayed here two years in a row for corporate meetings and had a great experience. The staff is genuinely helpful, great hosts and provided consistent service. The rooms are clean and well taken care of. The free wine and beer happy hour does not hurt either. I recommend this hotel for anyone booking a business weekend or family reunion.

The hotel and room itself were nearly perfect. The $25 parking is ridiculous. The shuttle driver we had was a joke. She didn't keep track of anything and what should have taken 10 minutes ended up taking over an hour. Ended up using Uber the rest of the trip which only cost around $5 to anywhere that the shuttle went. Cabs cost about $10 for the same trip.

Overall this hotel is wonderful. In most areas the service was outstanding, the food was delicious and the staff was courteous and very friendly. My only issue was when we left for the day we made sure we took our “do not disturb” sign off the door so that housekeeping would clean the room. We assumed it would have been since housekeeping was cleaning the room directly across from ours. When we returned 5 hours later, the “do not disturb” sign was back on the outside of our door and the room was never cleaned. Very disappointing since this was NOT an oversight. With that being said, I still recommend the hotel because the pros outweigh the cons.
