A5 stars! This hotel was awesome! I never thought their assistance would be this professional despite their very affordable rates. Their crews were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I won't forget to tell all of my colleagues and relatives about this hotel for sure. Cheers to more customers and success in the future.

Nice convenient hotel, room was spacious by city standards and comfortable. The kitchenette is a nice touch. Breakfast was just ok not great and crowded. Coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby was nice. Overall I would stay here again, location is good.

Overall the hotel is pretty nice, breakfast is definitely a war zone but this happens in every Homewood suites. Service is petty bad specially at the front desk, cleaning personnel is awesome and deserve all the credit on what is good in this hotel. Breakfast is pretty bad, so if you want to stay here don't consider breakfast as something positive. Rooms were clean, and all the facilities are pretty nice.

The service was outstanding. There is a parking garage on the same block. The rooms were neat and clean. A key card is required to get use the elevator for safety. Garage and rooms were typically priced for NYC. It is a short walk to any number of attractions without being right in Times Square. Having the convenience of a suite is nice. It is easy to get to driving. We would definitely stay there again.

Only problem was with Hilton reservations. I was clear we needed a site where bedroom closed off from the living room. Upon confirming 2 weeks prior to stay, discovered we'd been booked in a standard room with roll out in the bedroom. Hotel couldn't help. Upon escalation, someone in Hilton reservations tried to switch me to a Meadowlands inn. Upon further escalation to Hilton Worldwide Customer Service, finally got a room appropriate to my needs.

That behind us, our stay was splendid. Fabulous location, exemplary facility. Absolutely loved our room. Such clever use of space and modern decor. Loved the very generous and diverse breakfast buffet. (Breakfast staff is extraordinary! So happy and helpful!) Roof top area is quaint and a nice touch, though view is disappointing. 24 hour exercise facility is nice enough.

Great location. Rooftop has cool furniture and wonderful views. Our room is well design and well equipped with a decent size refrigerator and a cozy kitchen. Bathroom is super clean. The only downside is the ac filter needs to be replaced periodically.

I stayed here for a total of 7 days for a camp. For the most part, it was good. But on the last day, we waited 45 minutes for an elevator to get our luggage to the bottom floor. We had no service in our room, the cable kept on cutting out, and the shower never worked. Please fix these issues.

Great hotel and value. We stayed for four nights.

The rooms and hotel inside are very nice. The breakfast was a HUGE bonus. Most hotel "hot/cold" breakfasts have mediocre food with no selection.

Each day they had different hot items (pancakes, waffles, potatoes, eggs, etc.) options. Bagels, toast, muffins, hard boiled eggs, cereals, granola, juice were also available each day. Plenty of selection to find something for everyone at breakfast.

Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again if I would go out to NYC again.

It has well planned rooms. The bathroom does not have the problems of water from shower room spilling out to the dry area due to an inch elevation, sealed partitions. The water drain does not accumulate hairs. Hooks and toilet paper racks are present. Rails prevent you from slipping.

The kitchen has large microwave oven, electric stove , full size fridge and DISHWASHER. Utensils, plates, mugs and pans are provided. Toaster and Oisterizer are available. Liquid dish soap and washing machine soap are also given.

You will enjoy your stay here!

Five stars because everything is great. It's located in the middle of downtown and Times square. The room is very clean with everything you need in it. Very quiet, you can have a good sleep after a whole ang long day of touring in the city. In the morning, breakfast is waiting for on the lobby to start for the day. Wow

Great hotel. Clean rooms and sheets, a public terrace, great breakfast service, and large, comfortable beds. Will visit again sometime. The view doesn't leave too much to be desired (see images), but if that is an importance to you, you can request for a room near the front. No complaints.

Location is great if you want to be close to Times Square / Hudson Yard / MSG but still a bit tucked away on a quieter street. Nice rooms and the gym is quite spacious with weights up to 50 lbs. Breakfast is decent given its free in NYC with a large fruit selection and some hot foods. Easy check-in.

Great gym, plenty of breakfast variety, great to have a kitchenette with large fridge and cooking facilities. We booked a courtyard room. The courtyard was dirty with weeds galore and a filthy table and chairs that were never washed down. I had to buy disinfectant wipes to clean then. The courtyard had a few stepping stone pavers but was just pebbles and dirt on the floor. The room was small but serviceable and reasonably clean, the bathroom was clean. The bed comfortable but the pillows were dreadfully soft. A convenient location.

As the hotel is located streets away from Penn Station and Times Square, it makes access to subway and sightseeing quite easy. They kept our luggages with no extra charge for as long as we want, before check in and after checkout and offered us restroom for freshen up, to accommodate our flight schedule. Also having a room with kitchenette was useful as we were staying as a family. They have a good breakfast buffet from 6.00am to 10.30am and a 24hrs hot drinks station.

Rooms are very clean and tidy. There's everything you need if you want to cook yourself some meal or to iron your clothes. The breakfast is nice even though it would have been nice to have more options. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the hotel is well located, a couple of minutes from Time Square.

I guarantee you will be rudely awaken every night like clockwork at 1:30 AM from the thunderous clank of industrial metal garbage bin being emptied out right outside the hotel. Not sure why the hotel contracted the private garbage collector to do this between 1-2AM but don't say you haven't been warned. I know this is NYC and the hotel is situated in the heart of Time Square but this is a different level of noise pollution. By the way, I consider myself a deep sleeper. Avoid facing 37th street side at all costs. Highly advise those who value good night sleep to stay away from this place. There are simply too many comparable low cost hotels to choose from all around the block.

Took some time for booking blunder to resolve. Had to make some calls. But we got the rooms. Everything is there in these rooms for a long stay. Hotel entrance is easy to miss if you don't know cities better. Parking is on road. So pay and park on weekdays and if you are lucky, free on weekend. Situated 7 blocks from times square in midtown so good location.

I had never thought to stay at a Homewood Suites Hotel until my cousin booked the one located at 312 37th St. Manhattan, NY. This is a very nice hotel. Not only was the hotel nice but the staff was nice as well. Along with free breakfast, a warm and cozy place to stay. Home away from home. I shall return!!!

We had a great time here. Close to subway system and near Times Square. We'd definitely stay here again. Free breakfast was uncommon in other hotels. It was decent and busy, but had options and lots of seating. Constant hot drinks available free. So nice to come in from the very cold to that. Good rooms. Clean and updated. Fast elevators. Friendly staff. Very happy here.

I would almost give this place 1-star so I'd have the place to myself next time I visit.

Absolutely fantastic experience with extremely large rooms which are kept meticulously clean. Staff was courteous and friendly, especially the two gentlemen who gave us an instant feeling of coming home when we checked in! Don't stay for the view but let's face it, if you want to stay in downtown Manhattan with a view you're looking at different prices.

Only downside I could think of was the full-size fridge which tends to buzz a lot (like all fridges do) but that shouldn't be a problem if you keep the A/C on.

A true 5-star stay!

Really tiny place, three elevator for 16 ish floors so it takes awhile. But I do like the mini kitchens and fresh coffee bar available at all times. The front desk was staff was incredibly kind and seemed to handle stress well during a snow storm with other guests who had thier flights cancelled. Left a note and a tip for cleaning staff and all requests we're granted so that was super awesome. Room thermostat only goes up to 80°f which in 10° seems low but was fine with the nice blankets. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed with 2 of my friends, so we used the extra bed which taken out from the sofa. We were a bit sceptical about it, but it turned out the bed is as comfortable as the main bed. Although, it took almost all the space you have in the room. But that's okay considering it's in Manhattan. They provided all your need for a long stay, such as stove, microwave, coffee maker, and even the pans! Staffs were nice and helpful (including posting our Christmas cards). The only drawback was the breakfast as there was not enough seating, so we have to wait a while. Also, adding some pastry to the menu for breakfast would be good.

This hotel is great, location was close to all the tourist attractions we wanted to see. We spent almost every evening in Times Square. Breakfast is a little busy during peak hours. Close to great places to eat and the subway. Room was larger than I expected. Parking was easy and at $50 a day cheap for New York.

After searching hours for hotels, I decided to go with this one. Great location, nice hotel, helpful staff, excellent breakfast. I paid $107/night. You can get 10% discount by using your AAA if you book from the hotel website. Parking was $45/night. Parking is about 50 yards from the hotel with only one in and out privilege. From my hotel search, I found out that other hotels have hidden fees which is not included in the price they show for booking the hotel, so watch out for that.

This is our favorite place to stay in NYC. Can't beat the breakfast buffet, also we were offered free dinner during the week, along with beer and wine for FREE! It's in a very convenient location. Parking garage is located across from the hotel, we didn't need our vehicle during our 3 night stay, even with our baby, because everything is in walking distance to the hotel. We plan to stay @ this hotel again and again. Absolutely loved it!

More comfortable than I expected with a friendly staff. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Only disappointments were the less than inspired breakfasts. Obviously they were keeping to a tight budget and things like flavor or quality were a second thought. For example, the tater toys were not the joyous nuggets of carbohydrates that they usually are - they were bland and mealy. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing.

Good location. Close to Penn Station and MSG. Service is excellent. Front desk and dining (free breakfast) staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent size for Manhattan, and suites have a well-equipped kitchen including full-size fridge, microwave, stove, and toaster! King bed is comfortable, and there are handy outlets right by the bedside tables for charging your phone.

Stayed four nights here for business. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel has a nice workout space, a welcoming lobby and a relaxing outdoor patio area on one of the higher floors. I needed a couple of items that I forgot and was in a store and was able to text the desk through the Hilton app. It was very helpful and I didn’t need to buy unnecessary items. In fact the items were in my room when I returned.

My room was a king and it had a fridge, couch, stove, oven and sink. The room was also very spacious for NYC.

The hotel is a few blocks from Times Square but not in all the madness that exists in that area. It is on a quiet street and noise was not an issue. Room rates were affordable when I stayed and with a free quality breakfast. I felt this hotel offered a lot of value and I would stay here again.

My stay at the hotel is not yet complete. It has been great so far. The roof is a splendid feature. A 10min walk to times square on a good day. 5 minutes from Penn station. Rooms feel comfortable and are quiet. The food leaves something to be desired.

Stayed here with my family and we found it rather enjoyable. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the morning breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. The room itself was well equipped with a kitchen and all the plates, pots and utensils you would need. The bed though was a bit uncomfortable with some sinking in the mid area and the pillows were too soft for my preference. But overall, nice stay.

Very convenient hotel. They have coffee, tea & hot chocolate for their guests all time. Continental breakfast is amazing, lots of choices and everything is fresh. They give you internet pass as soon as you come and take care of your luggage before & after your check in & check out. This hotel is close to city center - walking distance. Very friendly atmosphere, you get what you paid for and even more. Highly recommended.

I travelled here from the UK after booking this hotel last minute, and could not have been happier with it. It was clean, full of amenities and the breakfast was really good which changed slightly each day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. This being a long stay hotel/suite provided cooking facilities, self laundry and on demand coffee. Cooking utensils pots and pans etc are provided in each room as is a dishwasher. A small shop is located next to reception. The roof terrace is a nice place to escape. The rooms are large enough for your day to day needs with good cable TV. Free snacks and soft drinks are provided in your room daily. In general i would highly recommend this affordable midtown, Manhattan hotel.

I've been to a few Homewood Suites and the room I had here was pretty tiny. It fit my needs though because I was only staying for one night with my family. It would be perfect for one person that wanted to spendost of their time touring Manhattan. The breakfast was free so that's good, but it was below average. They kept it replenished but everything tastes microwaved and/or prepared out of a freezer bag. I had no issues with the room besides it being small. TV worked, shower stayed hot, clean, comfortable bed, and well stocked. This hotel also has a patio on the roof. The view isn't great but it's relaxing.

What a great experience. Rooms are clean. Staff is great. There's coffee, decaf and water available in the lounge at all times and cookies in the afternoons. This review is way overdue! The first time I came here was November 2014 and was pleasantly surprised to find out that some of the rooms have patios!! There's nothing like being in the middle of Manhattan in a decent hotel room, not overly expensive, that has outdoor patio! There's even grass! This is a great secret in Manhattan and I just gave it away! My girlfriend will beat me if the next time she tries to get one of the rooms and can't because of a review by me! A big plus! By the way, the breakfast is also pretty decent along with the staff makes this Manhattan hotel an enjoyable stay!

Service Is absolutely outstanding. Outstanding to the point I would recommend any family stay here. The rooms were also very modern and there was WiFi in all rooms. They have continental breakfast as well in the morning that is better than other hotels by far. The lobby is also very nice and there are places to charge your phone, laptop or simply lounge. Such a great hotel

Since joining Hilton HHonors, this is the only Hotel I stayed in while visiting New York for multiple visits. Aside from the Hilton loyalty program, I'm quick to develop and maintain a loyal demeanor. The staff goes above and beyond to meet expectations. When there is something wrong, the immediately rectify the situation without placing any blame on me even if I made a mistake. Talk about top notch hospitality! For example, I checked-in digitally through the app for 4 p.m. I arrived at 6 and my room was not ready. After a slight delay, it turns out that the previous guest, who did check out, left luggage and other lines in the room. I was looking forward to the top floor room for the convenient rooftop access. The staff quickly assigned me an upgraded room with free snacks. I didn't care for the snacks since I was hoping forever with easily accessed outdoor space. I brought that up to the attention of the staff and with no hesitation they quickly assigned me to a room with a private terrace. Aside from just the hospitality the rooms are clean, up-to-date, and private. Housekeeping is truly amazing. This hotel is amazing. I know I need to change up my hotel stays, try new ones, but that's hard to do when I've already found a home away from home! 😎

I am actually really enjoying my time at this hotel. We have been staying in the Premium King Suite for 3 nights now, so far this is my experience.

Pro's:
Room is modern. And finished to a very high standard. Not the biggest room I stayed in, but very manageable, and it is NYC so space is tight.
Bed is really comfy. Not sure if it's full memory foam or half/half, but it's very difficult to get up in the morning =)
Bathroom is great. Shower is powerful. Clean, no mold or old equipment. Finished nicely and is modern like the whole room.
The kitchenette is very handy, with hob, fridge, microwave-oven and sink. Things like blackout curtains, iron, hairdryer, full length mirror and desk are also a great bonus. Soap, shower gel and snacks and replenished everyday by housekeeping.
The location is great, plenty of coffee places and fast food on the door step, with Hell's Kitchen not far away for all the restaurants. Subway is very close too.
Service at the hotel seems top notch. We haven't had to complain yet but everyone at the desk has been real nice to us so far, they seem to stop talking and acknowledge you when you walk through the front door which is nice.

Cons:
Not many at all but if I had to pick some. The coffee machine in the room is awful. Couldn't bring myself to finish half of the cup. Lucky there are good coffee places around.
Having the fridge next to your bed is kinda noisy. It kicks in every hour or so and gets a loud humming sound. However, by the second night I was used to it.
Hotel guests/housekeeping can be kinda noisy, doors slamming. Wasn't a massive problem for me, maybe just been unlucky so far.

All in all I been really happy with my stay so far. I wouldn't change my hotel for another place if given the chance. And as you can see, the Pros greatly outweigh the cons. Would definitely stay again.

I wouldn't change my hotel for another place if given the chance. And as you can see, the Pros greatly outweigh the cons. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect space for our four day stay. Clean, comfortable room with up-to-date furnishings. Kitchenette worked well for our breakfasts. Gym met our needs. Well situated for access to Times Square, downtown and Central Park museums.

The rooms were very modern and comfortable. I am in the city for business on an ongoing basis and I would recommend Homewood Suites. My only complaint is that they need more diversity in the breakfast.

Staying for an extended period for work. So far, the stay has been very good. Staff is attentive and responsive. Rooms are a little on the small side, bathroom mostly, but it is NYC. Good breakfast with extended hours (6am-10:30am). Great rates for being so close to the action.

This is my third time staying at this particular hotel love the breakfast and the customer service they really do go above and beyond at this establishment. The reason I'm only rating this 3 stars is because there was a incedent with the fire alarms at 4:50 am in the morning the alarm went off with blaring sirens for almost a hour in my room ruining my whole morning as I could not fall back asleep. I called down and in formed them of the problem they insured me a tech was going to come to my room to fix the problem. No one ever showed up. To be fair the hotel was very apologetic upon check out and offered me 50 dollar off my bill. Would like to have seen them stick by there policy and refund me a full night not 50 bucks. All in all great hotel fantastic experience would def stay here again.

Excellent free breakfast, nice and clean room, great amenities such as free coffee and tea all day long, free fruits, complimentary printing from room to business center, well provided convenience store and a friendly staff. Everything is great, just the location could be better, the hotel is located in the Garment District between 8th and 9th Avenue.

NO PORK FOR YOU! I have to say everything about the hotel was good except the fact they have intentionally removed pork from all of their breakfast. Replaced by turkey bacon and turkey sausage. To me, this is discriminatory. Don't think I'll stay here again. And I'm a long time Hilton diamond member, so I will make sure Hilton hears about it.

I'm not sure if this place is no, but I think that it might be. It is very nice. The room that I had a good size and I just love a room that includes a kitchen area. I didn't have the free breakfast, but it looks like there was a large spread in a nice comfy area to have the meal. I will definitely get it if I stay here again, which I hope to do soon.

This hotel was absolutely excellent I highly recommend it. The room was large, the bathroom smart and modern with all the amenities you could need. Small kitchen area with fridge freezer, 2 ring hob, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and dishwasher. Everything was very clean. I didn't need to use these excellent facilities as coffee and hot water with tea bags were available 24 hours in reception area.Bed was so comfy and excellent pillows. Breakfast available every morning was simple but more than adequate.. small snack shop on site was well stocked with munchies drinks and ice cream. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel location was perfect for our 2.5 days of sightseeing we could walk to fifth avenue, Times Square, Central Park, Empire State Building, grand central station and Rockefeller building.we took a tour to see the other sights we visited.

Front Desk Staff really goes the extra mile! Helped guest get a piece of damaged medical equipment shipped back instead of having to drag it on the plane. Thank you for taking care of it. Well done!!

We loved this hotel! We were lucky to find it on Hotel Tonight for a steal and we couldn't be happier that we chose it. The rooms were awesome. They looked almost brand new and included an extremely comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. The free breakfast included much more than the typical continental fare and they also served free dinner with wine and beer. The WIFI was free and "good enough." There was a premium option but we didn't need it and, in all honesty, we didn't have much of a chance to use WIFI anyway. We were only there one night, but we had an excellent time.
