ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

The swimming pool water was hazy translucent. I am comparing this to my town pool where the water is always clear. There was rust on the pool filter. It is also weird that the restroom was not in the pool area. The rest room was located on the other side of the building. You will have to cross the lobby while wet.

The guy who worked in the kitchen was very helpful.
Breakfast is free. I only ate there once. The sausage patties were overcook and dry. The eggs were soggy.

Went into NJ on Christmas Eve to visit my daughter. Stayed at Homewood Suites for one nite. Very nice place . It's like a small apartment. Lobby sells everything that you could need from snacks ,to frozen food for the microwave. Will stay there again.

I believe they were in the middle of transitioning staff and such. They were all kind and willing to accommodate whatever our needs were. We would definitely go back. They did forget the turn down service one night but I can't complain because the room was comfortable and honestly I don't even make my bed at home. 😀 The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and my kids loved that they had a sports court it was a great place to get their wiggles out after traveling all day.

The room is spacious; the bed is perfect: firm and welcoming. The manager, Doreen was incredibly welcoming, helpful and accommodating. I love the Hilton brand already, but this stay has raised my impression to the next level!

I stayed for one night to attend a wedding nearby. The staff was accommodating to put my wife and I in a room asap. There wasn't a room next to the other guests attending the wedding, but we were given the option to wait. The complimentary breakfast was more than satisfying. The variety was more than expected, and the chefs came out to check on whether the food was to our liking. The room was large and comfortable. The only downside to the room was that either the HVAC was lacking in power to warm up the entire room, or maybe the sofa shouldn't have been up against the vented door that contained the unit. As the seasons change, the extra degrees for warmth would have been perfect. The comforter provided in the closet was on the thin side. My wife used it as a throw blanket. Unfortunately I used what was on the bed. I sleep warm, but still found myself pushing the thermostat, which was located on the other side of the room, next to the kitchenette and door, up to 80 degrees. A guide was not provided for a TV channel lineup. I found myself scrolling through the channels. All in all, I would definitely come back. My wife even mentioned doing a weekend getaway with the kids. I would definitely recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton.

I stayed at this property for 162 continuous nights. There were some bad nights like the power going out from storms or utility workers making loud noises after hours. With that said my overall experience was very positive. You are within walking distance of multiple shopping and food venues. The hotel is tucked away just enough so you don't have to hear or see all the nearby bustle. Surrounded by trees. I learned the staff members names and they treated me like a guest in their home. The evening food, beer, and wine was a tremendous benefit along with the breakfast. For long-term stays this place is worth an opportunity.

Though possibly blocked from view (behind the Best Buy) it is amazingly quiet. Several close by restaurants and stores. Breakfast and nightly managers get-together's are both great. Kudos also for the customer service.

The shower is nice. Internet is only good if you get the upgraded speed. The bed is too hard for my comfort, and the TV is far too small (I have a better TV in my bedroom at home)

Overall my family enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean and looked nice. The people in the dining area were so friendly and helpful. With a child with peanut allergy we have to be very careful with her food, and they helped us out a number of times. They had a nice breakfast selection. They also have some kind of social hour with food in the evenings that i did not attend.

However, the people at the front desk ... not so helpful. There was a question about our bill, and the person was not at all helpful in solving the issue. It turned out to be fine, but we had to figure that out on our own while she looked at her computer screen completely ignoring us. Her response "it seems that way" to the concern "it looks like we were charged more for the last night" and our questioning why, gave us nothing.

There was also a leak in our room that required us to move the day before we were checking out, so that was a pain. I had to do that myself because it had to be done right then and i had just happened to stay behind to get a little work done that morning. Needless to say, work did not get started since i spent the time packing and moving.

Stayed there for business, everything you could want in a room. It's basically a studio apt. If you're staying for multiple days this is great. The social events each evening are a great addition.

Very spacious and modern rooms. This was a pretty big hotel compared to other Homewood Suites I've stayed at. The hallways were extremely long. They gave me a room on the first floor, which I normally don't like, but considering how far it was away from the lobby and elevator it was like being on any other higher floor as far as noise level and busyness. Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere.

Great family value hotel. However, better check and re-check your room before exiting this hotel! If you happen to be unfortunate as to leave something behind...consider if permanently lost (even within the hour)!

The Homewood Suits was very nice.. The two problems we had was the pool was not working it was freezing and didn't get fix until we checked out. The second issue was that we stayed there February 16-18 and there was a hold on the card, which have soon to be release back to us.

Nice suites! Good breakfast and an evening social with appetizers! The hotel is nice and clean with fairly modern amenities. The kitchenette in the room is a little old and dated but I never used the kitchen. It is stocked with pots and pans if you want to cook for yourself. Homewood suites audio offers a service where they will do your grocery shopping for you which is nice if you'll be on an extended stay.

Had a great stay here. Hotel was well kept and clean - the room has all the amenities that were advertised. Jenica at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. She has such a pleasant personality. She went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Doreen at the front desk was also very helpful. The hotel location was extremely convenient - near, Rt 73, I95 and I295 - lots of restaurants, bars and stores nearby. Very close to Cherry Hill and Philadelphia. The hotel itself is pretty big - I would suggest requesting a room not too far from the elevator. The pool area was also attractive. I'm a very picky eater so to me the continental breakfast was only ok.

Wonderful Hotel! Traveling to visit family with 2 very busy boys aged 5 & 7 1/2 (the 1/2 is very important to him). A great family friendly hotel. Pool & hot tub are clean & well maintained. We stayed in a non smoking king bed suite which was clean & spacious for all 4 of us (2 adults & 2 children). We really liked that there was a door between the bedroom & other living space. The pull out bed in the couch was big enough for both boys to sleep together with lots of room to spare & pretty comfortable. The king size bed was also pretty comfortable. Nice sized bathroom with tub/shower. Nice kitchen area which was kept very clean with lots of dishes if we needed to cook. Big fridge to keep lots of food if u are staying for an extended period of time. We stayed a long way from the pool, but our room was nice & quiet. Front desk staff was very nice & helpful for local information. Monday thru Thursday they have a social in the small dining area which is basically the lobby which is all one large area. The social includes food & some drinks. There is a hot breakfast each morning which was pretty good (cereals, make your own waffles, hash browns, juices, coffee, tea, etc.). Your standard buffet breakfast options. Plenty of parking. There is a large outdoor patio with tables & chairs & at least 2 grills to use. Directly off the patio is a basketball court. Bring an extra blanket if sleeping on the couch, especially for children. We stayed during the winter months, it gets pretty cold in the hallways (before even heading to the pool) & our room was freezing as we discovered the window in our room leaked cold air. As long as u keep the windows covered by the curtains & crank the heat u will be comfortable. The hotel is located in a huge shopping & dining area & there is easy entrance & exits, especially to get back on the main road. We feel like we found a great hotel for our traveling needs.

Nice staff, but smallest Homewood suites I have stayed at. Little insignificant things like, kid sized pool, no outdoor dining, no real juice, I think they used Hawaiian Punch, or something real chemical tasting, and the water was not infused. No coffee or water with 24 access. Wich all other Hilton Homewood suites had. Clean, but the beds were poor quality in comparison as well.

The lobby was very inviting. Front desk girl was welcoming and friendly. The first morning was wonderful. We were greeted by an extremely friendly breakfast attendant named Amy. Based on our experience with her alone, I would have easily given this hotel a 5 star as well as stayed here for all our future visits. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience with the manager, Maryann, was not good at all. Our first night we came back to our room it had not been made up. This was around midnight, I called the front desk they said there was nobody left from housekeeping to do this for us. I requested the towels and toiletries be sent up for us. The next day I called at 9 in the morning to make sure that somebody was going to make up our room. They said they would. We came back at 4 pm, nothing was done. I spoke to the manager she was extremely rude about it. She said we had our do not disturb sign on our door both days which we did not. She sent housekeeping up to clean. The person seemed upset to be there and kept asking what we wanted her to do??? We just wanted the bed made, fresh toiletries, clean towels, garbage taken out. I thought this was pretty basic...maybe not for this hotel. We left and when we came back there was one clean towel left for a room that sleeps 6 people. I had to call the manager again, and again no apologies just rudeness. She ended up sending up 10 towels, I only wanted/requested 4. I am not sure why this was so difficult....really did not need the extra drama on our trip. Our uptairs neighbors seemed pretty loud too, not sure if it was them or the lack of soundproofing?

We checked in at 9pm and got the wrong room. It was very inconvenient but we got it worked out. Friendly staff. The whole place could use some remodeling. The interior is quite dull. My biggest complaint is that the room was smaller than perceived on the website. My husband's company paid for the room so our family of four could stay for the week and it was too small for 2 adults and 2 children.

Our room keys didn't work when we initially checked in and our room was quite a bit away from the front desk. The hot tub had caution tape surrounding it and was never repaired during our stay. Second day we were just about to leave when housekeeping knocked. I told them we were leaving and we were gone til about 5 pm and came back and room was not cleaned. At 9 30 at night housekeeping knocked on our door and said she was sorry she was so late. I just asked for towels, which she did provide. The next day we left at 9 and came back at 3 and room was not cleaned. Went to dinner and came back and the trash was gone and the beds were made, but that was it..coffee was not replaced or travel coffee cups. Staff was friendly but didnt explain the 50 dollar charge to my card, which i looked up a temporary charge for incidentals. Both nights had to call the front desk because of the people upstairs which was taken care of. Huge pot holes at the entrance way.

I absolutely love staying here. I go just to get away and I love that I am able to bring my kids as well (for the indoor pool). The staff is great, but there is one young lady in particular who I'd like to mention. There is an employee there by the name of Shaneek Young who is wonderful. She exhibits the best customer service and makes it a pleasure to come back each time. She always gives a helping hand when needed and will go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Thank you Ms. Shaneek Young for all you do! See you soon! :)
