• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Great place to stay. Hilton in what ever name and type always have the best to a offer to the people. The courtesy of the staff, the quality of service is one and the same every where and at any time. Me sitting in the lobby and watching the people here at the front desk always trying to take extra step to make the guests comfortable and cosy, can't leave without admiring the efforts. Keep it up team.

We had a nice stay. The rooms are large, clean and nicely equipped. The staff is professional - check in/out was uneventful. The free breakfast was so-so (but I rarely have anything more than a bagel and coffee, and both were provided.)
The property is located in a professional area outside of Pittsburgh near route 79. This allowed us to easily move between north and south hills areas (well, as easily as someone can given the traffic and ancient road systems in this area).
I recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

This is the cleanest nicest hotel we have stayed at in a long while. Since the sitting and work area is separate from sleeping and bathroom spaces, my boss and I use the rooms to get a lot accomplished without it being weird. Plus, we don't have to bother other guests with our banter. Breakfast is inspired and unique (differs from standard, boring hotel staples). Walking distance to plenty of restaurants (and coffee) and easy access to the highway; shopping etc.

The suite was amazing! The front desk was always manned! Air conditioner worked, 2 TV's. The continental breakfast was fulfilling and had many choices. The lobby and hotel were extremely clean.

I only went to the hotel to meet a group, so I didn't have an opportunity to interact with the front desk staff, or review the rooms. The front lobby was clean and looked new. I did join a group for breakfast, where the server was very personable band polite. He was doing a good job of keeping the chafing dishes and breakfast areas clean and well stocked. I had a coffee, which tasted hot and fresh. If I were in the area again, I'd absolutely consider staying here.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a good location close to restaurants and Pittsburgh suburb highways. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite with large amount of space, full kitchen, large closets, and manufacturer TV remote controls, that don't have sticky buttons. The one issue I have is that the shower curtain smelled a little musky. The facilities include a large pool, hot tub, and outdoor basketball hoop. The full breakfast included is good and staff again are very accommodating with special requests.

Ironing Board Set review for the business traveler:

Ironing Board (9/10): This was a full-sized ironing board with great fabric which allowed for smooth ironing. It is as close to perfect as it could be. The reason it is not a perfect 10 is because the open/close mechanism was abnormally loud when opening and closing.

Iron (9/10): The iron was in pristine shape which heated up quickly, had a steam puff function, was very clean with no hard water buildup. The iron glided easily across all types of clothing and made for a very swift ironing session. The one knock on the iron is that it didn't have a door on the water fill reservoir which led to some water loss while ironing. Other than that it was top notch.

Overall, this hotel is strongly recommended.

A fabulous hotel in a serene location, on the outskirts of Pittsburgh. Superbly modern and clean, with a very friendly (and "real" down-to-earth) staff. Shopping, restaurants, drinking establishments (including a large sports bar), among others -- are conveniently located just steps away, across the small street. Beautiful indoor swimming pool and fitness center, among other amenities.

The rear of the modern open lobby and outdoor patio each have many tables to sit and enjoy the FREE beer, wine, and food during "social hour", 5-7 pm; plus free buffet breakfasts. Prices were VERY reasonable, and will continue to be, if we all band together to save energy (and conserve water) during our stay!

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk person on duty the afternoon/evening we arrived was rarely seen actually at the front desk, which I would think could lead to a major security issue if no one is there to observe who comes in the front door.

Accommodating staff, good breakfast, pleasant environment. Quiet and good place for families. Only visual distraction was the zigzag details on sections of corridor carpeting.

Update: 3rd stay in 3 months and other than moldy shower door (See photo) everything is great! Keep it up! Advise to avoid room 523 as it sits directly across from the ice machine and there is an elevator on the back wall, you hear the dings and hoists.

Update: Second stay a month later with a different room type. No change in service or housekeeping. Recommended.

Nice rooms, smooth check in and using the app received the room of choice. Very spacious 2 room suites with a full kitchen to accommodate the longer stays. Nightly socials, Monday thru Thursday, and decent breakfast included with rates. No issues with the internet and housekeeping was very good. Would stay again and highly recommended. Video on the YouTube channel and if this review helps give a thumbs up.

This hotel is really awesome; I can't say enough good things about it! Very clean and well decorated. The indoor pool is quite large. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to provide great customer service! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite; the bedrooms were surprisingly large and spacious, each with their own bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Good location within Southpoint, right across the street from restaurants. Rooms are in good shape and are pretty modern. Newly redesigned front entry and first floor lounge look nice. The breakfast is free but a little weak, could use a bit more items on the buffet. All in all, I always stay here when in town for business and have never had an issue.

Excellent hotel!! We stayed as a group on the eve of my buddies wedding and had a great time. Hotel is very new and very clean. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. From our experience it was very quiet which can sometimes be hard to come by. There's a very well done outdoor patio with plenty of seating and a gas fire pit that we enjoyed some beers around. Breakfast in the morning was actually great and all the staff we encountered were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Honestly. It is a Homewood suites. It's one of the newer styles but it is still a Homewood suites. Cost cutting abound. Not the best hotel but it has a full size fridge and a microwave. Sometimes these things can make a stay. A couple of restaurants across the street but for an overnight it is fine. Walls are a little thin, but what can you really expect? It was fine. Not great. Not bad.

Location was about 20 minutes from shopping centers. There are multiple good restaurants that delivery as well. The atmosphere was great, very large rooms, free breakfast, diner, and beers during certain hours. Very comfortable beds. The maid service comes everyday with new towels, cleans room, and makes bed. The staff are very enjoyable as well.

Stayed there for a weekend and was very impressed. The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was also very good. We also liked the kitchen in our room that included a full size refrigerator. The outdoor patio area is beautiful and includes a very nice gas fire pit. The patio also has an outdoor bar area with gas grills. My kids also really enjoyed the pool.

Super clean, right off the interstate. Rooms are spacious and modern. Truly central a/c, kitchenette and great breakfast. I was here for business so did not try all the amenities but it felt more like a small upscale apartment complex that a hotel. Recommended.

The hotel is nice but can use some upkeep. It is regularly booked pretty full and the wear and tear is starting to show. This used to be the best hotel in the area but the quality has declined over the past year or so.

Great hotel!
The front desk was very nice and friendly. Had everything ready even before I arrived. We didn't get a crappy room just because we booked through priceline. Thanks for not discriminating.
The room is big and clean. It has stove, cookware, dishwasher, full size fridge and a small dinning table. Great bed, sofa. Quite central air.
Community areas: Indoor pool, real fire outside, even has gas grill outside (i didn't use it, please check if everyone could use it before planning anything).
We wish we could stay longer.

Wonderful experience with very friendly, helpful staff! I came in late at night after having to leave an Airbnb unexpectedly. I was travelling alone and was far from home. I was literally in tears when I approached the front desk. Shane was so kind to me! The room was great, especially for the cost. It was clean, quiet, and in a great area. Would go back for a planned stay next time!! I cannot say enough nice things about my stay, and I am especially grateful for Shane, who came to my rescue!

Comfortable, quiet rooms with kind staff. The rooms have very small tables, but that's kind of to be expected nowadays. Televisions, sofas, etc. In each room. Pool is well sized and clean. The exercise room is also very large and well stocked. Breakfast is mediocre, but it's nice to have an evening meal included with the room. Very modern design and clean facilities.

I'm changing this review from one to five stars. The original was written in November 2015, and it is now August, 2016. I've rented a room here constantly since then.

My original review were due to problems with the the property changing hands from Hilton to a franchisee, concurrently with the General Manager leaving for another opportunity. To make a long story short, all problems were resolved, and I couldn't be happier with the staff.

The GM, Alberto, interacts with his customers on a daily basis, either at breakfast or at the evening "reception".

Shayne, the Front Desk Manager, is going places. Good guy. Goes out of his way to provide good service.

Jeanette, the housekeeping manager, runs a tight ship and is hilarious, too.

And then there's the engineers, Walt and Ed. Don't let them scare you, they're uglier than they are mean :D They'll go out of their way to help you. Walt even did my laundry one night, when the washers were broken.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I've been on this hotel, for business reasons, since October 1. I have the room reserved until March 31, and may be staying longer.

My only complaint is that one of the washers I the laundry room has been broken since before I checked in, and two months later, it is still broken. The second machine is starting to fail (this place actually needs three machines).

Multiple times in the last month there has been a line of people waiting for the one

The chief engineer, a nice guy, has been trying to get the company that owns them to come out and service them, to no avail. I took out upon myself to alert the GM that a little executive oomph might be needed to get the issue resolved.

Were that the GM knows about it; I'm still waiting for his call a week later.

Hilton, this is no way to treat a loyal customer!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends for a wedding. We all had such a great experience staying here! We were greeted by Carol at the front desk who was one of the nicest people we have met. She was very helpful and customer service friendly. We went across the street to an Italian restaurant called Tuscan Brick Oven and had a server named Tony who was also wonderful and the food was amazing. The hotel was very clean and quite. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were so soft I really didn't want to leave - we went down to the continental breakfast in the morning. They had a very good selection of food. My boyfriend and I are on a diet and there was something there for everyone. Check out wasn't until noon so we went back to our room after breakfast and hung out and watched TV until it was time to go. The hotel has a great shuttle service back and forth to the Meadows casino - Winston was our driver - We will definitely be back to stay here again ... we miss Carol already :) worth every penny
