• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

The hotel was clean, but it's starting to look a little dated. They did not have hand sanitizer available near the elevators. The location is near lots of shops and restaurants which is a plus she praying is easy and free. Unfortunately due to covid-19 restrictions, they are not serving evening snacks or a hot breakfast and the pool and gym are closed. You get a breakfast bag with a bottle of water, a banana, and a fruit bar. Not quite as good a value, but it's understandable at this time.

As usual Hilton knocks it out of the park with a great stay.....there studios and suites are the best! The staff as always is the very best of courtesy and help!

Beautiful place. Great breakfast. Free parking all around the building so almost any room can overlook your car or be near a stair exit/entry way that requires a card for entry. Special buzzer for late night entries. Quiet, can't hear through the walls. Tucked back behind a booming roseville area. The higher the floor you get the better the view at night.

Kind of out of the way location. We reserved two rooms, but ended up taking a two BR suite. Very accommodating, roomy and great breakfast as usual.
The front desk was more than helpful and went above and beyond to accomodate us. One of the true reasons I love Hilton family of hotels and the Hilton honors program.

This has been our family's BEST hotel experience ever!!! The very first surprise was getting here to check in and seeing our name beautifully written and decorated on the chalkboard as Guests of the Day! The rooms are clean, beautiful, accommodating and spacious. The pool and hot tub are awesome! We are excited to go to the great gym we heard is included too. The front desk workers are all so nice and helpful. The next big surprise was learning they offer an amazing dinner for free each night! Last night they offered the best, yummy, healthy options ever!
My biggest surprise happened today. I was making a health drink that is very important to have a lemon for, and I didn't have one. I didn't have a car here either. I happened to think I would take a shot and call the front desk with my silly question to see if the kitchen happened to have a lemon. Brook answered and right away offered to bring one right up to me. It turned out they were out so she even walked over to the hotel next door to get me a lemon!!!!! She brought it to our door and was so kind and sweet!! I almost cried! We just came from such a hard week, evacuating from the fires in Redding, and the kindness from this hotel, especially Brook, is touching our hearts deeply. Thank you Brook and Homewood Suites!!! :)

Stayed on ground floor. Extremely quiet for a full to capacity hotel. Could not hear guests above us or any noise from hallway (talking or door sounds) Decent breakfast included (waffles! As well as other fare) Overall very pleasant, I would reccomend!

We stayed on the second floor in rm 227. Neighbors had a dog but we never heard it while we were in the room. No blankets for the pull out so we had to go down to the front desk to get them. Found little hairs all over our bed. Pool was too warm given its summer. Wasnt refreshing.

This place is in a great location.
Just across the street from Roseville galleria, it's still quiet and you can't hear most traffic. We stayed for about a week. The staff was amazing. Consistently smiling, knowledgeable and great customer service. The Continental breakfast was pretty good with fresh coffee, waffle maker, eggs, (rotation of sausage links, patties and bacon) , cereal, oatmeal, toast, muffins and bagels. Pretty awesome.
The place is in dire need of a remodel. It feels dirty bc it's so old. Green stained carpet, old linoleum, cracked tile, pink coaches and bed spreads. The gym is out dated as well. Looking at previous reviews and comments, I noted that a remodeling is coming... But it needs to become a priority.

Very nice hotel. Clean and modern. Digital keys are nice. Check in and check out process where a breeze. With digital key you just walk to your room. No need to to stop by the desk at check in.
Free breakfast and socials in the evenings.
Wifi was free but not very good. Kept dropping.

We have stayed at this motel a number of times, and and have found it to be consistently friendly and clean in a great location. The manager, Becky Hendricks, was especially helpful when we had a mix up in reservations with another Homewood Suites. The location is ideal for us because we like to be within walking distance of the Creekside Shopping Center, and the Westfield Galleria where there is a great selection of shopping and restaurants. We plan to stay at this motel whenever we are in town.

Homewood Suites is where we usually stay when we come to Roseville to visit Family. I like having a refrigerator in the room so we can have snacks and cold water. I highly recommend this location.

The room was clean but was in need of a remodel. Old wall paper and beat up doors made the place seem very old. They also put us on the floor with the smoking rooms that we had to walk by to get to and from the elevator. This caused us to use the stairs and we were on the fourth floor. You could also tell they were smoking a lot more than cigarettes and the staff said they couldn't do anything about it. I didn't enjoy walking my children through that place. On a positive note, the staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

My room was tattered, torn carpet, stained walls, wallpaper peeling in restroom. I bobbed two months in advance and rate was 150.

The Homewood suites in Phoenix is much nicer, but I won't stay at a Homewood suites again based on this stay.

Very nice rooms, the kitchenette really add value. As does the buffet breakfast and the evening reception. My room faced the pool, so it was a little loud until about 930 and it quieted down. Great experience, my new go to hotel in Roseville.

Wonderful wlroom, the king suiize bed was comfortable and it was very spacious. I didn't spend a lot of time in the room myself but it could definitely handle a small gathering if you have a group in multiple rooms fairly comfortably

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in a while. The double queen suite is very spacious with a living area and a separate bedroom. It also has a kitchen with plates pots and pans and silverware, a full refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove and microwave. The staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Roseville and I would stay here again definitely

It is a good location next many stores and restaurants. Room was pretty clean and quiet I have stayed twice for 2 weeks at a time. Breakfast is fine as it is free. The free evening meal is tolerable because it is free with the room Monday thru Thursday and there is free beer and wine. Just ONE flavor of beer and I think 3 different bottles of wine.

We secured an ADA Accessible room which at first glance was lovely and met out needs - EXCEPT... the tub/shower that was supposed to be accessible was not only NOT accessible, since it did not have a wand shower that could be used by the person sitting on the bench at the back of the unit - BUT it was so slippery that it seemed it had been waxed! Both my husband and I slipped in this tub and I sustained multiple bruises from the fall. We asked for a bathmat to make the tub more safe - but no one could come up with one during our stay. You'd think that management could have gone to a nearby store and purchase one ...we were right next door to a mall! We gave using the bathing facilities at all, which was very inconvenient and troublesome. The person in our party who is actually in a wheelchair had to bathe at the sink - there was simply no way for her to use the tub/shower.

This room should not be sold as accessible until a hand held shower wand is installed and something done about the slippery surface of the tub!

I stayed at Homewood for some business meetings. My company covered the cost of the room. That being said my stay was quite comfortable. The room was clean and had a stove top, microwave and refrigerator as well as a queen size bed and a pull-out bed. Would have been more than enough space for more of my family. A free continental breakfast is provided as well as evening drinks and hors d'oeuvres Monday through Thursday. I did not try either of these. The exercise room was somewhat small but certainly adequate. There was a pool outside but I did not use it. Staff were helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel is right next to a major shopping area which would be nice if I was interested in shopping.

I typically stay at the Courtyard Marriott nextdoor, but everything was booked. While I ended up in a suite with two rooms and three beds, overall it was not the best experience. The shower walls had cracks where the curtain rod was put in cockeyed and it was just left damaged, the elevators are in inconvenient spots, and it was incredibly noisy being able to hear people walking above clearly the entire time. It was certainly not terrible, but given the choice I would choose the Courtyard Marriott nextdoor.

The hotel is in a nice location (Roseville). But the clientele are trash. We held a memorial service in the meeting room and right outside the windows (which the curtains do not close) there were guests shirtless wondering around And trying peer into the event.

I came to set up and the staff didn't seem to understand the urgency and at an hour before the event I had to direct the staff myself to get table cloths and tables for seating. I also had to ask several times for water and coffee when it should've been brought in before we started.

Unprofessional and not experienced with event coordination. But the lobby is nice and location is tucked away.

As with most Sacramento hotels, the bathroom could use A REAL cleaning (mold in corners) and the breakfast was awful but other than that I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel felt safe and clean and free of the standard brothel status that accompanies most Sacramento area hotels and motels.
My bed was super comfortable, clean and the room spacious and cozy.
A lot of places in the sac area advertise kitchenette, even the 'nicer' establishments, but they are usually just a half fridge with a micro thrown on top next to a desk. Homewood had a full sized kitchenette, full fridge freezer combo that was already cold on arrival, clean dishes, nice cook top, good sized table and chairs rather than a half fridge with a micro thrown on top.
God willing I never have to go back to this area but if I do, this would be my first choice.

Easy to find but at the end of a business park like turn around. Got in too late for happy hour but breakfast was great. Although seating was tight. One of the room keys stooped working at around 9am but it wasn't a big deal, just a minor inconvenience.

We often stay here.............but...........the Night Clerk was really non-personable, and unhelpful,
and slow as molasses...........we arrived tired after a wedding and found that someone else....had cancelled our room.....she wouldn't reinstate it............made us wait and wait while she crawled through
her computer screen and was "can't do that, can't get another room, can't find a vacant room, can't
help you,".......and after 35 minutes we paid $200 for a room after midnight.....
I had the same problem on the previous Friday night.....we think it's the same girl....but it's
like hurry up......we're tired..............she was horribly inept. 10-12-13.........

Awesome service from start to finish. I made reservations for a group of 11. Could not have gone smoother. Speedy check-in and check-out for everyone. Great location, pretty tasty breakfast/dinner items. Tried to buy a couple batteries from the front desk, but they just gave them to me. They even laid out breakfast items for the group at 3:00am as we were leaving for the airport on our last day! What's more I left some items in my room and called upon realizing I had done so. They boxed up the items and had them in the mail that day. Can't recall a better experience at any hotel.
