Homewood Suites is my group's go-to every year for convention going. It's in a great location near the convention center and is always comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

The included meals are awesome. One less thing to have to consider when starting off a long day in this great city. The front desk staff are attentive and helpful. It's a little annoying that the front door's hey card scanner is broken so late night entry requires knocking for building access.

Our room had a very spacious king sized bed and a very uncomfortable pull out couch/mattress. It was a very nice room and would recommend if travelling with no more than 3 people. They didn't offer rooms with two queen or twin sized beds and there were four of us in a room. Other than that it was a great hotel.

Good value for money. Clean, spacious suites. Food is good enough and varied both breakfast and dinner. It could use a better and bigger workout room with a rowing machine and a stationary bike, and ideally with a bench press machine.

Prime location within walking distance of many amenities. Service and care are excellent, and hotel is well-finished. Evening social events also included during the week.

Really nice hotel, stayed here for a week. The room was big and had a mostly fully kitchen minus an oven and had a full size fridge. The staff was super nice and the breakfast and light dinner was always welcome. Would definitely stay here again if I was staying in the area!

I stayed here for three months. Great place. Quiet, comfortable, spacious, clean. Amenities are new, kitchen includes a dish washer, coffee machine, microwave, and toaster, also utensils are provided, plus plates, bowls, watter cups. Rooms are cleaned twice a week, and staff are really helpful. Memorable experience!

The kitchenette, small refrigerator, surface top oven, microwave oven,
coffee maker, plates, cooking tools and utensils will probably be useful for those who are on very specific dietary plans. There are numerous unique restaurants within walking distance in this location is less than a mile from the famous Pike Place market. The semi-separated office is very nice and functional, the bed was very comfortable in my room was clean. I had a nice view of the city from my room and everything worked well. The Internet service was great and the breakfast was basic, but still very useful for my busy schedule. My constructive feedback would be that the property is showing signs of age. There is an outlet cover missing in my room, they were some marks on the walls and the carpet could use some work, as it was coming up in a few area and not well matched to some of the seams. I would stay here again, but do hope they will continue investing in this property.

Okay this place was fantastic! We loved the suite it was beautiful. The best part was the "snack" that they had. We got both continental breakfast and what was basically a supper. It was enough for us to eat as dinner and we got a few drinks! Worth the little extra for the room to have that. One down side was the only parking was valet.

Reserved two rooms for the convention, and only one of them went through. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and patient while helping us with the situation, and did not institute a charge for us having three unplanned people being stuffed into one room. I appreciate the efforts of the hotel to provide for the abundance of people there throughout the weekend, and would still recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to go here! It also is fabulously close to a scenic shortcut to the Convention Center, as well as having free breakfast and wifi, and a hot tub/pool area!
All in all, Homewood did their very best, and I feel if the staff were not so slammed with the convention-goers, things may have gone much more smoothly overall.

This was my second time staying at Homewood suites, both times for an event at the nearby convention center. The proximity makes it super convenient, especially if I need to go back and forth to change or just wind down in the middle of the. The rooms are well furnished, clean, and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will recommend this hotel.

Spent two nights here. Got upgraded to a one bedroom queen suite.

My mum slept in the bedroom and said that bed was good. I slept on the pullout bed inside the couch. It was alright.

The room had a fridge, dishes, and (I think) a stove. We used the first two as well as the complementary tea.

My mum ate at the morning buffet included with the room and said that it wad very good: great selection and tasty.

From the valets to the front desk to housekeeping, staff was very friendly and helpful. I've been to Seattle countless times, but the area around the hotel is newish to me and the women at the front desk gave me great advice about where to go running.

The only downside was the internet was s bit tricky to connect to on my mum's phone. Someone at the front desk tried to help, but they are not tech support. They did give her a number to call and she was able to connect fine.

The location is great: close to dozens of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Only a couple of blocks away from the Paramount, where we were going to see a show.

This is my go to place to stay in Seattle. It's close enough to downtown and Capitol Hill to where you can walk pretty much anywhere you might need. The service is always good and it's a decent sized and priced room especially if you are doing a longer stay. There is a pick up spot right in front of the hotel so that if a place you need to go is too far away to walk, Uber can take you easily. They have the social Mon through Friday where you get free food and drinks on those nights plus free breakfast in the morning and free Starbucks coffee anytime. Also there is a pool and a pool table as well as a workout area.

Nice place, perfectly located. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Starbucks. The room we got was a bit small but they accommodated the complimentary crib just fine. The staff is friendly and they have free breakfast and dinner. It was awesome not to spend extra money on food.

Absolutely wonderful! They staff were so accommodating about our awkward check in and outs. Valet parking also held our bags for us before check in. They were within walking distance of the conference center. Spacious rooms, soft beds and clean bathrooms. Complementary breakfast and light dinner with beer and wine for those over 21. Can't wait to stay here next time I'm in Seattle! Home away from home!

Stayed here for Emerald City Comic Con. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the convention center as well as numerous food options. The beds in the suites are second to none for similarly priced hotels in the area. Since it's Homewood, each room is basically a mini apartment, with a separate living room and kitchenette. The kitchenette is furnished with four of everything you could need for serving friends, family, or clients, and the housekeeping staff do the dishes for you each day. Overall I would stay here again over qny other hotel in the Seattle downtown area, simply for the amenities and proximity to the downtown core.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was stellar. The valet parking makes it pretty pricy, but it's a really nice touch. The staff are extra nice and knowledgeable about the area, and they give really good recommendations. The location is fantastic, especially for the price point. They are close to almost everything you may need staying anywhere from one night to 7 months. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I might meet. Top notch. A+ rating. Insert accolades here, they win.

1. Rooms are clean and well maintained 2. Staff is very good and will go out of their way to help you out 3. Free breakfast was included in my suite and it was good from vegetarian perspective 4. They also have free event from Monday to Thursday and they serve a themed food and beer 5. Very close to downtown, thus all the popular shopping destinations were accessible by walk

Good staff, great hot breakfast. The rooms are a little dated in decor, but the beds are comfy. The pullout couches in the rooms are not very comfortable, I'd skip these for a two bed room. The suites have a little kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, sink and hot plate.

It was really clean, the kitchens were nice and the billiard/game room was really cool. A family member was staying there so I didn't sleep over night but I've stayed in my fair share of this specific chain and this location was by far the nicest/cleanest. The view from their room was fantastic and the ability to open windows was quite nice.

It's a suite, fairly large room with a full kitchen. They have breakfast, good selection. They also have evening receptions but we didn't get a chance to check this out. Great location. One issue was the carpet in the room, buckling, needs to be straighten to avoid tripping. I would stay there again.

Everytime we come down to Seattle from Vancouver, we stay here. The rooms are very clean, the amenities room is alot of fun and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are lots of fun things and great food nearby too.

Clean and pleasant with professional staff. Breakfast was decent and included which was good. Nice to have an in suite kitchen. In short: Based on my experience I wouldn’t want to stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to a friend or family looking for a place to say.

Overall it is a decent hotel in a good location for getting around down town Seattle. The staff have been reasonably friendly so far during my stay. It may have just been me, but I have had a less then pleasant experience during a month long stay for work. The first room I was in had a wet basement smell coming from the heater. Maintenance took a look, but nothing change and I had to get a new room. I am also not a fan of smoking and found it irritating there were times I could not leave my windows open because the pot and cigarette smell from people smoking on their balconies founds it was into my room. I was also less then pleased when I went for the hotel's breakfast one morning and pick up a plate to find my fingers filling a squishy pancake with syrup stuck to the bottom. I had to hand a stack full of plates to the staff that clearly were not cleaned sufficiently. The staff apologies and then proceed to check all the remaining plates in the pile for dirty dishes. My biggest issue of why my rating is so low is that I got ringworm from the hot tube here. I will admit there is no way to 100% prove I got it from the hot tube. However, all the things I've consider lead me to the hot tube as the source. Then when I go to talk to a manager they do not have an office mangers staffed on the weekends, only one to overs see the house keeping.

For years, I made this my go-to place for staying in Seattle. Unfortunately, their policies have have continued to be less customer focus and more protectionist. They have mealtimes during the seekdays, and breakfast all week, so that is really convenient. Only really one room type, so options are limited.

Location is right in the center location. Rooms are a bit old but clean. Kitchen has everything you would need. There is a work desk with a comfortable office chair. The only downside is that is's located close to a very busy highway and it's quite noisy even at night (my windows are facing the inner yard, but still). Unfortunately it makes the balcony useless. Overall I think it's an okay hotel for one night, but I'd suggest looking for something else for longer stays.

Great room quality, good service, and good complimentary breakfast. The hotel is close to pretty much everything, but the proximity to I-5 creates mildly annoying road noise on the western side of the building. Rooms on the exterior have balconies, but they mostly just have views of the freeway and some buildings. Overall, it's a good hotel with a great location.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Rooms are very large. Windows don't open and air sometimes gets stale. Furniture shows its age but is good. Laundry machines are not that good and there is always a wait. There could be more plates and glasses in the room for cooking and larger plates would be a good addition for kitchen supplies.

Stayed here overnight as a local for a night on the town for my birthday. It was perfectly located close to shopping, dining and nightlife. The check in was quick, and the room was great. We had a room overlooking Pike and Boren so had great views of the city! My only complaint is that parking was super expensive--$40. However I know this is comparable for the area, so I can't expect it to be lower either. We would definitely stay here again for an in-city getaway!

Wonderful hotel! Gorgeous, urban hotel with a friendly staff and great, included food for breakfast and dinner. Location is ideal if you are attending an event in Washington State Convention. Breakfast and light dinner with alcohol for residents and the menu changes everyday. Walking distance to interesting places such as Starbucks flagship at Pike Street. Convenient for dricing as Interstate 5 in round the corner. However, the hotel has no self park. Valet parking is at $45 per day.

Located next to the convention center, this hotel is also located less than a mile from a few great touristy spots. The wife and I stayed here for the weekend getaway and loved it. There's a 2 hour spots across the street so if you get a car2go car, you're covered. The room was big and was in typical hotel condition. There's free WiFi and breakfast as well. It's about two blocks from the Starbucks Roastery if you're into that thing and a brisk walk from pikes place market.

Reliable low end (for the Hilton chain), all two room suites with full kitchen. This has a small exercise room, a heated (I think outdoor) pool which I didn't try.

Has a typical free motel breakfast, and a manager's reception Monday - Thursday, with a light meal, wine, beer and other beverages -- pleased to note that the beer we had was a local brew, and quite good. Good location if you don't mind walking

I went to visit a friend at their room during a Seattle convention, and I was impressed. The rooms are like a real suit, with the bedroom separate and a kitchen with fridge. I requested to buy a small bottle of sprite in the lobby. The clerk told me it would be $4. OK, hotel pricing, i get it. Up in the room, the tap water, even after letting it run, would not come out clear. You could not see through the water as it was full of white looking particles. I found that to be incredibly strange, and did not drink it.

Whenever I write a hotel review I usually focus on how comfortable the bed is and the bathroom.
The bed is pretty comfortable, not the best, but comfortable. The bathroom needs a lot of work. First of all, there's only a very tall bathtub. It is necessary for to take a huge step into it. If you are a person older than 60 yrs old or have any type of bone problem such as a bad back I would not recommend staying in these suites.
The faucet in the bathroom is extremely slow - it needs major fixing.
Don't count on the food. They don't not understand the meaning of the word "healthy food" at this place. You have no options! Chilly dogs for happy hour.
The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful however the rest of the employees throughout the facility are not friendly at all. They don't say hi and most of them look unhappy with an a bit of an attitude . They were not trained well expect for one or two. I had a corner room with 7 windows with curtains. Drove me a bit nuts.
I understand rooms in the 300s have a better layout.
Bring your own food because they have no restaurants. There is a small grocery store up the street conveniently located 3 doers down. Make sure you pay attention to the expiration dates on all items you buy in there.
I am a Hilton diamond member and nothing was facilitated to make my stay more enjoyable. So Even you have a high Hilton status the old saying "membership has its privileges" does not work here unfortunately.
My feeling is that day owner of the place is too tight fisted and refused to make the hotel a better place.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

Typical Homewood, nice sized, clean room. During our stay, 1of the 2 elevators were down, so there were delays getting to and from the lobby. No explanation as to why or how long it would be out of service. Hence 3 and not 4 stars.
Managers dinner during the week was nice, and breakfast is always pleasant with a decent variety of food options.
Super convenient to the convention center.
It seems everything in Seattle is on or just off Pike, so the location is very convenient for tourists. Most things are well under a 1 mile stroll. Would stay here again.

The room was outdated, though spacious, and unfortunately not cleaned well. The used bar of soap from the previous guest was still in the shower. The front staff were cordial but nothing special. There was certainly no effort made to make the stay better than a simple hotel stay. The valet staff were polite, though did not appear organized and at various times during the stay, the valet desk was simply unattended. As this is really the only way to park the vehicles downtown, there were times that there were cars backed out onto to the street, and there was no one out there to explain what was going on. This is clearly not a reflection on the assumingly busy valet staff so much as management for not curtailing the appearance and providing guest service. So was it terrible, no. Was it great, far from it.

Check-in was quick and easy and the room we were assigned was clean and well-appointed. The bathroom was large, the kitchenette was handy, though we didn't really use it, and the king size bed provided a restful night's sleep. All in all, the room was a good value for the price. The location was great, as we were able to walk and cheaply Uber to many different bars on Capitol Hill.

Overall facilities were nice. The staff was accommodating, but not overly nice or helpful, which was disappointing. The reservation said our room would have a jetted tub and in room laundry, but to our disappointment we had neither.

This hotel was one of my absolute favorites. We had everything we needed, including a small balcony. The staff were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful hotel that is super close to the Washington State Convention center. Each room has a wonderful bed and pullout couch, stove, full fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The room I stayed in also had a jacuzzi tub! The room was very spacious and I enjoyed every second of my stay. The sink did break apart and gush water everywhere but I called the front office and literally within a minute a person from maintenance was at the door. I also really loved the hot tub and Cabana room on the 5th floor (floor we were staying on!) Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming and added bonus of breakfast that changed every morning was fantastic. A highly recommended hotel for anyone looking to stay in Seattle.

The check-in process was quick and easy. You can only access the elevators with a key, which felt safer. The rooms were very spacious with full sized kitchens if needed. The fridge was handy! The continental breakfast every morning had rotating menus!

My favourite place to stay in Seattle. Very friendly staff and nice, spacious and clean room. I got a suite in 9th floor with fully equipped kitchen.

Good customer service. Difficult to drive on the area. It's directly down town.

The rooms are big and include the kitchenette. The Wi-Fi is poor. You can't stream anything. And even just connecting can be spotty. The TV allows you to plug something in to the HDMI port. The room is clean. There is not a lot of room when you pull in. Which is why it is valet parking. The staff is friendly and lots of them around.

Good homely place which works well for long stay. It is a simple home stay place, don't expect high end experience.

Breakfast spread is average.
Staff hospitality is average.
Rooms are clean and well cleaned.
Room service staff keeps missing replenishing coffee counter.

Location is pretty good. Close to shopping, convention center, restaurants and bars. You can walk to most of the places.

There is a convent store next door which is really handy. Also there is Avis car rental in same building.

I was here for a week, and had a really good experience. First, about the WIFI that other reviews have flagged: this would be a deal killer for me so I called in advance to ask about it. The front desk staff was transparent that there are some rooms that don't have great coverage, but they made sure I had one with strong signal. I had no issues while I was there.

Best of all, the location is awesome. A few blocks in one direction to downtown and, up the hill the other way to a very cool neighborhood with tons of coffee shops, restaurants, markets and bars. If it didn't rain so bloody much in Seattle, you can easily walk everywhere.

My room, on the Pike Street side, actually had a pretty cool view. Some oddities, of course, and Seattle isn't exactly a mecca of tall building architecture, but a nice, expansive view looking west.

I'll definitely stay here again.
