ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

The front desk girls were very sweet and welcoming. Upon my arrival I could tell that the outside of the building as well kept and the inside for your is well-maintained and updated. They have a evening appetizer and drink that is actually well put together and the rooms are clean and well maintained.

I was going to give a 4 star, but not sure if it was by accident or just good luck but I had a few issues and the manager quickly fixed everything. Free parking... gave my room away to someone with a close name but then I got a great room upgrade for waiting. Prices were better than others in the same area. Has a decent German style restaurant practically attached to the hotel. I'd totally go back there when in Seattle.

They had a late afternoon snack hour and early breakfast spread included with the stay which was very good. The room we stayed in, although lacked a good view, had wonderful pillows, cleanliness. The staff was all very kind, welcoming and helpful. Although their mini store for small items like forgotten toiletries lacked feminine products and one of the tv's channels in our room was completely different than the guide.

When we finally made it to our room at 1am we walked up it not cleaned! Even thou I had made the reservation a month in advance and checked in early they completely missed that the room had been checked out of by previous guest...after 40 minutes the room was cleaned. Needless to say it didn't add to the most restful night. For being a homewood suite location I would have also expected breakfast to be way better than the standard Hilton heat and serve. The building and location is incredible so it's really been unfortunate to have such a trying stay this far.

Love the free meals. The location compared to stuff downtown and the museums let's you walk pretty much everywhere. I got a suite and my family and dog had plenty of space to walk around. I thought that we were going to start getting on each other's nerves pretty quick but nothing so far. Everything is nice and clean. Everything looks new enough and fancy enough without paying through the nose for it.

Beautiful suite room with a pretty good view. Common areas are clean and have fresh coffee 24/7. Pet friendly, which is a definite plus. I wish they had patches of grass or something for a dog rest area. Has underground parking which I really like so your car isn't outside all the time. Location is a definite plus, city center is a quick walk away.

The front desk gave me attitude, but the rooms were beautiful and the room service was extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good but the complimentary meals throughout the day were mediocre. Overall good stay, would stay again!

Just stopped in to meet up with my brother and his family before a show at the Key, so didn't stay too long. Nice lobby with good looking facilities. They didn't have one of the two rooms ready when they got there, and it wasn't ready when we headed out to dinner at 5 PM. But there were free cookies on the lobby!

Loved this hotel! Parking was a little expensive, but expected in the city. This hotel was very accomadating and our room was HUGE! Full kitchen, living room, huge bedroom and bathroom. Shower was AMAZING with 2 shower heads. The corner room was definitely the way to go!

I stayed here for two nights in February 2018. I got a lot of value for $189 a night. First off, a hot breakfast was included for free which includes two types of scrambled eggs, potatoes, make your own waffle station along with other dry selections like cereal. Around dinner time, they have a free mixer which includes beer and different food selections each night such as pizza or clam chowder. My room was HUGE. There's a proper living room with TV, dining/work table, fully equipped small kitchen in addition to a full bath and a separate bedroom with two queen beds. While my room didn't have a good view, I would stay here again for the value on the dollar.

Dropping off and picking up friends who stayed there. Lobby was spacious enough to move but quaint enough to still utilize the space efficiently, front desk staff was amazingly friendly, and the room - even while next to the street at ground level - was quiet and felt very secure. All the rooms (bathroom, bedroom, and living room) were very clean and allowed room to move. Parking was slightly awkward, but was free which was a big plus for me as the driver.

The manager's reception includes free dinner, beer and wine. Parking is extra, but if you're lucky, you can snag some of the free street parking nearby. A few places are walkable from the hotel. This place was remodeled withing the last year of posting, so everything was still shiny in my room. I'd stay again if I worked in that area again.

I've been staying at this Homewood Suites since 2010, a few times a year on average as I visit Seattle for work. I've always had a good experience, and now they have just done a remodeling job which has really improved the property. Everything is brighter and more open, and the new furniture is more comfortable.

Awesome hotel! Had a lovely lobby with great free breakfast. Our room was right next to the eating area and we're slightly worried about noiae but it was very quiet in the room. Great experience, if we need a hotel in Seattle again we will remember Homewood Suites.

Large room. Good location. Big breakfast. Got a one bedroom suite and it was nice wrap around corner unit with a huge room with king bed and tv and another room with another tv and pullout couch. Plenty of room with full fridge too. Walked to space needle and enjoyed bars around Seattle Center at night with a short, safe walk home. Nice, underground parking too.

Great hotel near everything! Love the breakfast, happy hour and extremely friendly staff up front. Rooms were huge (especially for downtown Seattle) and night parking was reasonable. If you're like me and you live in the Hilton family, this is one of those gems that you'll remember and return to.

I had the opportunity to stay here this past week and as a Hilton hotel, it did not let me down. I ended up on a red-eye into Seattle and didn't get to there until 2 am, no problem. The sign in was quick and parking was easy. They have the happy hour after work with free beer, wine, and a really nice assortment of snacks. That was impressive. The room was clean, and for being right on the street, it was quiet as well. Great place to stay.l

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

The room was clean and spacious. The furniture did not match, at all, but that really didn't matter. It was a 5 min walk to Key Arena and close to many other places. Would stay again.

I had a bay view suite on the 4th floor - couldn't see much from our room during the night, but the view is decent during the day. Breakfast selection was pretty good, and you can get coffee / hot chocolate / tea in the lobby any time. Only complaint was that the sink in the bathroom leaked water onto the floor and it wasn't fixed 8 hours after we notified the front desk. They sent someone to fix it right away after a second trip down to let them know though, and they took $50 off the bill. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is nice and clean with modern touches. Parking garage has a lot to be desired for the price. Not a single piece of furniture in the room matches another, cheapens the Hilton experience to well below the nightly rate they charge.

It's a little pricey for me but expected for the location (near the waterfront) but this is honestly one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in and the price is pretty part for the course for being .3 miles from Key Arena. The breakfast is also pretty good! Very pleased with my stay so far.

I've had a wonderful stay in the suite and it resulted in a memorable experience. The new refurbishment of the rooms really goes well with today's style of apartments. The living room has a nice inviting warmth to it, the kitchen is a big plus point, beautiful bathroom design and the bedroom was something I really looked forward to after a busy day. I really appreciated the service of the staff and their abundant friendliness - which makes me look forward to come back to this place again if I'm planning to visit Seattle for another time. Complimentary Wi-Fi signal was quite strong, I never experienced any loss of signal strength. The fresh breakfast buffet in the morning was also nice. What's also great from this particular location is that shopping places, restaurants and grocery stores are in close proximity and therefore easily accessible. Big thank you to the staff and their major efforts in delivering such strong service- striving to make the stay of each of their guests worth while. It made me feel at home and very grateful :)

This location is under renovation however, this did not affect our stay in anyway. The staff is very accommodating, breakfast is in included and it is in a great location downtown. The newly renovated rooms are very nice and spacious. The staff is super friendly and helpful! We had a small problem with the door battery which happens, so I stepped down the street for dinner while they got it fixed. The manager personally walked over to the restaurant let me know everything was fixed and gave me some new keys. It's hard to find quality service like that nowadays.

Great three night birthday weekend at the Inn at the Market. Perfect location for walking to nearby restaurants, bars, and the Market. (Pink Door and Shuckers were highlights). Also walking distance to Pioneer Square and the stadiums. We were in room 809 facing First Ave. A bit of noise, but not bad and expected given the downtown location.

It has a very convenient location near the seattle science center and the space needle. The staff are very welcoming and kind. They have delicious breakfast. Very expensive for a not that great room. The room we rented was advertised as sleeping 4 -- 2 in a king bed and 2 on a pull out sofa. We didn't have high expectations for the pull out, but it was bad to the point that we had to call maintenance to look at it. When they did, they found several of the springs weren't attached to the frame. Also, the light in our shower didn't work.

On the plus side, the location is good. Free afternoon social hour (with food and drink) each weekday.

Nice big suite, separate bedroom, small kitchen. Best room I've ever had in size and amenities. They even have free breakfast and a very large eating area. From the outside, it looked OK. Maybe even the same from the inside, but still, the best room I've ever had. Loaded up the fridge with drinks, used the microwave to cook dinner, we were set. Thumbs up, five stars.

Hotel room layouts are good complete with a functional kitchen. The staff is also nice and accommodating. However they are in serious need of a top to bottom update which apparently is happening at year's end (2016). The beds were terrible and the pull out couch even worse. Forget it if you have a bad back. They also need some cleaning service QA as 'clean' sheets were anything but. I would revisit but only after they rennovate.

6

Clean hotel with wonderful staff. It has a fairly odd layout - our room only had one window (in the bedroom) which leaves the living room and kitchen area very dark. Exercise room is very hot and the thermostat is blocked. Laundry (and exercise) are in the basement and require taking the main guest lift to the lobby and walking through with all your things to a second lift. Nice views of the bay if you get on the right side of the hotel. Parking charges are extortionate and the staff are nearly apologetic about it.

Large excellent room with excellent staff. Loved the location. 15 min walk from the Seattle Center and the Space Needle. Also just 5 mins from the waterfront trails, which were easily visible from my room. Nicely equipped kitchen as well.

Cons: Missing modern requirements.

Very few electrical outlets. The only one in the bedroom was hidden behind the bed and hard to get at.

Internet was VERY slow and needs to be constantly logged into.
