• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

The rooms were comfy. Getting a little outdated. Stains on chairs and carpets. Right across the mall with decent food options. Staff was nice. Gym looks like retro 80s gym but a good gym for hotel. Breakfast was good. Evening social was good as well.

Pros: Convenient to metro link tram. Updated rooms and decor. Staff was pleasant and helpfull. Shuttle service to surrounding area including metro link. The ceiling fan was quiet and worked well with the A/C. Cons: Don't use shower heads that can't adequately disperse water at a pressure intended for the setting. In other words, either change your shower heads or up your pressure. The breakfast containers for sausage and eggs were broken. The handles were not attached as they should be. Takeaway: I'd stay here again, but would like the shower head to have more pressure.

Diamond member. Disappointed by hotel and staff. Kinda a mixed bag here. Some staff was great, others just so so. Air conditioners in the two room suite ran 24x7 and couldn't cool down the rooms. Water pressure in shower was poor, but acceptable by hotel standards. One of the pillows in the room was heavily stained and quite disgusting. Breakfast was a normal Hilton property breakfast buffet, but had a few extras I don't usually see at other hotels. Pool was nice, hot tub was extremely hot. Hotel is right next to highway. Overall, I would probably look at other options when I return.

Homewood Suites has provided one of the greatest hotel stays I have ever had. The location is perfect for visiting St Louis and their shuttle service is great. The staff has been nothing but helpful with recommendations and assistance when it is needed. I would recommend this place any day of the week and will stay with them again if the opportunity arises again.

This is a very nice hotel for long stay. The rooms have a small kitchen net. They have a full size ice box, microwave and table and chairs.
They have a couch and coffee table area sitting area. The beds are comfortable and the cleaning service gives you lots of towels and necessities.
I actually left my Yeti cooler there this week, that I use with my sight dog and they are in the process of mailing this to me. I stay here often and this was the first time I left a Item. So I appreciate them sending it to me at my cost.
They are close to shopping and other known locations of St. Louis and close to the metro. It does have a pool, and the traffic isn't heard from inside with the tv on during the day and at night its not noticeable as it slows way down.
They also have a complimentary breakfast. All in all its a good hotel. I gave it a 4, I leave 5 stars for the hotels like the Grand Floridian, The Four Seasons etc,, you can compare the extras and understand why some are 4s and some are 5s. This Hotel would be a 5 if they could offer all the extras this is a business hotel more then a vacation hotel.

We always like to get a suite when we travel with the kids. That way we're not all on top of each other. Homewood has excellent rates and is conveniently located throughout the U.S. Every evening they have a managers special, with snacks and drinks, beer or wine. There is always a pool and spa to keep the kids occupied. My wife likes to burn off big vacation meals in the well equipped fitness rooms. I like to relax and watch the kids in the pool.

This extended stay hotel is about middle of the pack when it comes to offerings, hence the 3 stars. It does have a pretty nice workout room and there is a pool and spa. Food and drinks are served 4 nights a week. The rooms are pretty spacious, but the TV is a little dated, the kitchenware could be a lot better, and my stove has a broken burner. The internet speed is very slow and my showerhead/water pressure could be better. Overall, not a bad place to stay, but when you know you're gonna be here a couple months, those negative things can really be amplified.

It's was and inviting. The work staff were all friendly, not just the front desk person, but also the other workers who clean the room and the cook staff also. The amenities were awesome. A swimming pool full weight room, comp breakfast and dinner. Nice roomy rooms and clean and cozy. Also very comfortable beds.

I was in town with my son for a Cardinal's game and we loved every bit of this hotel! The room was so fresh and so clean:) Delicious breakfast..... I didn't realize the stay would include free drinks and snacks during social hour so that was a nice treat!! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Really nice hotel! Staff was helpful, good breakfast spread. And it was great to be able to walk to dinner nearby. I didn't use the shuttle, but it was nice to have the option. Free parking and easy to get to as well. I would definitely stay here again .

Nice hotel centrally located outside of downtown. Very close to the highway (right next to it actually, but it's not a nuisance) so getting downtown is very easy. It's also great to be literally across the street from the Galleria and have lots of shopping options available.

The hotel itself is very nice! Almost all of the rooms are suites, and even the ones that aren't have a wet bar, fridge, and microwave in the room. Lobby was kept very clean, breakfast was nice, and the staff was very friendly. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back!

Great location! Easy was to many dining options and shopping. Quick trip to Forest Park. Clean accommodations and friendly staff. Hot breakfast was fresh and they kept it stocked. Hotel could clearly use a bit of facelift, but not rundown. We will stay here next time we're in town!

This place was great. I had some unlucky issues with my room which is a bit dated with stained carpet and walls, but management quickly addressed my problems properly. The gym at this place was best hotel gym Ive ever seen. I would have paid for a membership here. Food service was great with tap beverage service on week nights. Small pool but wasn't an issue for me. Great patio/fireplace in back. Would definitely stay here again. If I had any complaint it would be that there was only one washer and it was pretty antiquated, but it got the job done.

Outdated decor. Caulking in shower is orange displaying a lack of cleanliness. Refused to offer complimentary upgrade even though I'm a Diamond customer. Staff is friendly but don't seem to care about customer service. Came back to room after work and found for open and room not fully cleaned. Front desk confirmed that room was cleaned per the list. Apologized but didn't really display any care about the situation. Don't recommend this location.

The location of the hotel is great for shopping or visiting local St Louis attractions. The view from our room didn't have much of a view. The hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub. They also have an outdoor fire place for those who enjoy peaceful afternoons outside. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The room was spaceous enough for a family of four.

Stayed here twice, each time traveling with family. As far as Homewood Suites' go, this is mid-tier. Staff is accommodating. Rooms aren't disgusting but definitely aren't kept to impeccable standards of cleanliness. Location is good... Close enough to most area attractions but far enough that room rates and parking availability (it's free) are pretty good. Decent mall is just across the street and in walking distance. I'd stay here again, but wouldn't be my first choice I'd traveling without children.

Nice hotel across the street from the Galleria mall and lots of other stores and shops nearby. The staff is friendly and they also have a complementary hot breakfast which is pretty good considering most other places provide just a Continental breakfast. The hotel also has an indoor pool and a hot tub, rare to have both nowadays. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

this hotel was overall pretty decent. it had great space in the suite and it was nice having a kitchen in it as well. it was an older building so you could see the wear on it. the pull out bed, bedding had hair and glitter on it. it could have been cleaned a little better than what it was. I would recommend this hotel it was overall a nice stay and staff was very helpful.

Room was clean, everything worked. While the hotel appeared to have many guests, cwevwere not disturbed by any activities during our stay. As hotel breakfasts go, Homewood Suites breakfast was ample and featured fresh products. The desk staff was pleasant and efficient. Housekeeping was courteous. Parking is not overly plentiful, but we always found a spot.

I had planned on writing this after completing my stay at the Homewood Suites in a couple days. So far my experience has been great. No qualms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Size of about a studio apartment. King size bed. 2 large HD tv's. Dishwasher, 2 burner stove, full size fridge, microwave. Nice furnishings.

Where to begin....

Amazing value for the location! 2-minute walk from the Galleria Mall and there are tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Extremely welcoming and accommodating staff. A variety of rooms to suit all needs and all types of stays. They have what is easily one of the best hotel fitness center's I've ever been fortunate enough to have. There is a squat rack and a bench press, which are very hard to find in hotel gyms. I've gotten nothing but the best service here and would readily recommend a stay to anyone I know passing through the STL area. And they have an excellent back patio with a fire pit, grills, and a comfortable amount of privacy.

Much larger rooms than most other hotels. All rooms have a complete kitchen and dining table too. I was shocked by the amount of equipment in the gym too. I stay at this homewood suites every time I'm in St. Louis for work at the children's hospital. In addition to all of the great amenities inside the hotel the location is also great; next to a huge mall and lots of nearby restaurants.

When my family and I travel to the St. Louis area we always stay at the Homewood Suites St. Louis/Galleria. The customer service here is impeccable! I feel right at home, everyone is super helpful, very sweet and down to earth. Food is pretty decent too, but they do try to go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. I just don't like being a bother so I don't ask for anything special. Still give it 2 thumbs up.

The Homewood Suites here in st. Louis was okay I travel for a living I'm on the road weekly. I'm going to different state every week for the most part. The staff was friendly there gift shop area and Pantry area was fully stocked. The TV in my room was very dark I didn't like that outdated internet and cable. The parking is absolutely horrible. Overall it was okay

Great location, but very average and slightly smaller rooms. We had some issues with service and the front desk. There a WAY better hotel options in Clayton or the new Drury nearby. But if you want to be right next to the Galleria mall--this is your place. Very central and newer. However, we will not return due to the service issues and rather cramped spaces. (One example--housekeeping slammed the door next to ours about 25 times onto the door lock while open that shook our room. It also kept our 2 year old from getting a nap before a family night out. If you have had a 2 year old, you will respect that this is a big issue.) More service issues from 4 day stay than I can mention here.

Nice hotel with nice amenities. We had the same room type as our friend but we were missing many things (e.g. Food Menu, Hand Soap, etc.). There was a dirty towel in one of our drawers and a dirty towel hanging by the sink. Really not sure our room was cleaned prior to check-in.

Stay at this hotel for a sister slumber night the rooms are very nice! But some of the staff are very prejudice! The breakfast manager was not very nice and if you're black they think everyone is there to have parties Kim smith the front desk clerk was very RUDE to my sister when she checked in telling her she couldn't pay for her room with cash just down right ugly disposition workers say this isn't her first incident she has treated other guest of color this way! Other than this it's right across from the Galleria mall and ihop is right next door! I will not stay at this particular hotel again because of the staff good customer service is a MUST with me when I'm spending hard earned money at your establishment

We stayed the night of Feb 27th and the 28th. My husband and I, along with a few friends, were very pleased with the services. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name, but the cook! Sunday morning for breakfast they were EXTREMELY short staffed due to a terrible snow the night before. The young man that was the cook provided EXCELLENT service to all! He wore many hats. We watched as he stocked the food, bused tables, checked to see if customers were pleased with their food and even ran food to rooms! We were on our way back to our room as he was entering the elevator holding a plate of breakfast. He initiated a conversation asking how our stay had been. We told him everything was fine and that we were very impressed by his amazing work ethics and customer service. We gave kudos to him and he greatly appreciated it. Everyone was friendly, however that one young man stood out among the rest! Never once did we see that smile leave his face!
