ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Very comfortable and very clean! We made our reservations very last minute and were able to accommodate an early check in too. I will definitely be returning next time I am in the area.

A suite that could pass for a modest apartment. A large refrigerator, stove and microwave. Add a stacked coffee maker and dishes, a spacious bathroom and a bedroom plus a door separated sitting room with a sofa bed and you start you understand why I shall return.

Great spot, friendly hotel staff, clean rooms and a nice complimentary light dinner. Sad the website was a little misleading and they do not provide long stay parking. We thought we could park and fly but found out on check-in that it was not provided. Parking is only allowed for the time you are there and they charge 15$ a night.

The hotel is really nice. It has an fitness room, pool, mini putting area. Breakfast is decent and the rooms are the size of an actual 3 1/2 appartment. Overall staff are friendly and would definitely visit here again.

This is a lovely hotel. The room really is like a little home, with a fully functional kitchen. The only downside is no bathtub, but the shower is quite big. The staff have been exceptionally friendly, which has made our stay extra pleasant. There's also complimentary breakfast every morning and a complimentary evening food-related social event most nights. The price of our room was already reasonable, but with all these perks, it feels like we got a really great deal. Finally, we've also enjoyed the location as it's not in the main city part of Toronto, but it's close, so we can easily get downtown but can also retreat back out of the bustle. It's also only an hour and a half from Niagara Falls, and it's right by the airport. All these things has made the location ideal for us.

Nice hotel great staff... I like the homewood suites because of the big rooms. Although I must admit that i have never used the kitchenette in a hotel room it is nice .the hotel is well maintained and looks good. It has a nose exercise room where everything works which is very rare.

Good place for an extended stay. Breakfasts are generally quite good. Staff are generally very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are always clean. The food available during 'Social' hour, available Monday through Thursday, while not quite a full meal, will suffice in a pinch. Good location for the west side of Toronto and east side of Mississauga, but not so good for downtown and east.

100% recommended, the staff of the hotel are very nice, they always try to help you in anything, the room service is so good. The location of the hotel is excellent, not too far away from the Niagara falls (1 hour and a half) and from de Downtown (30 minutes) the hotel it's like in the middle of all attraction. Highly recommended.

Everything was very clean, I just did not like that my daughter was given the worst room in the hotel with a wall covering the outside view of the window she was given the worst room, horrible not being able to see outside, I see that gesture of the employees of this place and their bosses as a lack of respect to their guest that go to enjoy their vacations in that hotel, it is sad. I never go back to this place again, they also need to renovate the whole hotel, it looks very old, with cream colors that were used 50 years ago, the old and dark furniture, with scratches, need to renovate the whole hotel. The hotel pool is indoors and when I came in to bathe there I had to leave immediately, the strong smell of chlorine produced allergies and asthma in my person, they do not have an air extractor in the pool, and if they have it it is broken.A big problem, forget about parking your car in the parking lot of the hotel, as it is shared with another Hilton hotel next door and it is impossible to find parking.

It's a Hilton people you know it is good. We had a 2 room suite so the kids could get to bed a bit early and it was all worth it. Rooms are massive with kitchenette and are well kept. Beds are very comfortable. If you are headed to the airport this is the place to stay for the night.

First room that we checked into had non-working heat. After waiting 30+ minutes for maintenance, we complained to front desk, since room was very cold, and were changed to another room. Desk comped us some free snacks and drinks for the hassle. Room is nice as is the bed. Pool is shared with Hampton Inn and is small. Nice gym. Good hotel for the money. Weirdest thing is the entry tiles get very slick when wet and Toronto was cold and icy/ wet when we visited (New Years). I don't know how that got past a building inspector. Closest Tim Horton is less than a mile away.

Beautiful Hotel with Staff willing to go over and beyond.
Shuttle Service to Pearson Airport was super quick both dropping off and picking up.

Beds would be the only downfall as they are not very comfortable.

Sarah Pineda and Merita Elmazovski from front desk are angels. They’re what is keeping the property going. Helpful, professional, kind, caring and the definition of going the extra mile. I prefer embassy suites, but whenever I’m in Mississauga homewood suite will be my home just because of throes two ladies!!!!

We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was spacious and comfortable. The location is good, near the airport but also only 25 minutes from downtown. The only negative was the breakfast. The replenishment staff were slow replacing items and there were limited options for people with specific dietary requirements. Overall though we would stay here again due to the location and comfortable rooms.

Our recent stay here was absolutely the best hotel experience I have ever had. Every single employee we came into contact with was kind, helpful and friendly. We felt truly cared for during such a difficult time (a death in the family). The rooms (a 2 room suite) were immaculately clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the front desk was highly responsive and helpful, the pool was warm, the complimentary dinner AND breakfast were delicious. We truly could not have asked for anything more. My only regret is that we didn't book 2 nights instead of just one.

Our flight was cancelled so we needed a place to sleep and something to do for a bit the next day before our new flight. Homewood sent a car and got us all set up. A large, comfortable suite that would have been wonderful for a longer stay. The suite had a kitchen with a fridge, stove, dishwasher and the dishes needed to use these great amenities. We enjoyed the continental breakfast the next morning and the pool before our flight. All of the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay.

We stopped I'm hoping they could accommodate our family of 5 adults after a cancelled flight. They did much more than that!! We were welcomed in and given an exceptional suite at a very good rate. Everything was clean and looked new, the staff was fantastic, special shout-out to Sam!! The buffet breakfast was fantastic and we were refreshed after a great night's sleep! They turned a potentially stressful time for us into a relaxing, unexpected getaway! Thanks

What a great time had by all. I took almost two weeks to decide which hotel to use for 7 family members accommodations in the Toronto area when we had a family adventure to Medieval Times. I booked one of their suites on the suggestion of a hotel staff member. Clean, lots of room, swimming pool, free parking, and free breakfast all just what I was looking for in a hotel. So HAPPY with my choice. Many Thanks

Wonderful amenities including hot breakfast and dinner each day. Staff are very attentive and quick to respond to your needs. Well worth a few extra dollars to avoid dinner out. Tonight's dinner was barbeque, lentil and garlic soup as well as dinner salad and rolls. Coffee is complimentary and available 24 hrs a day. Just a few miles to Toronto Pearson International airport. Shuttle is convenient from Terminal 1 S5.

Theses guys rock. I got scammed by a different hotel, and they stepped up to find a way for me and my co worker to not sleep in the rental car. I'll be booking here first on return to Toronto. Did I mention included dinner four nights a week? Or a convenience store and 24/7 coffee?

I would personally endorse this hotel as a great place to stay. I experienced some of the best service and most friendly staff anywhere. Nice hotel and stay here a few times. This time during the week so you had a chance to try the dinner. We stayed two nights and both dinners were prepared for kids. Chicken fingers, and the other Pizza. Fair enough it was during the holidays and more kids will be staying.

This all suite hotel is perfect for business travellers and families . The large suites with full kitchens, full complimentary breakfast and evening dinners on weekdays were much appreciated. The location is a quiet oasis facing a golf course and only minutes away to Toronto's Pearson International Airport . It is also only a 25 minute drive to downtown if you miss rush hour .

There is no doubt that this is the best value near Pearson Airport. At just under 2 miles away, it is near enough to be convenient yet far enough to be quiet. The hotel is new and is beautifully appointed and very well kept. The furnishings and fixtures are quality and the food and service is better than you might expect at a Homewood. The free hot breakfast buffet was fresh with a good selection and is served on china and silverware. The breakfast area is also a substantial size so unlike make other hotels there was no table scramble in the morning.
The room is a good size and very well appointed. The full sized refrigerator is great to store everything and having a separate climate control for the bedroom is a really nice feature. Free parking is definitely a bonus for drivers as most other hotels in the area charge up to $25 per night. It has relatively easy access to all the major highways so it is a very good base if you need to get to different places around the city. I have tried most of the other airport hotels; this is definitely my new favorite.

I know that this hotel has all great reviews and that is why we went to this hotel. It was a bit expensive for a family, but every morning we had a large full breakfast for the 5 of us and barely needed lunch as we walked around Toronto so we saved a bunch of money and time having that wonderful breakfast available every day. So in actuality it turned out to be a great value for us. We toured around Toronto via the TTC (subway), every morning we would drive our car to the end of the Green Line at the Kipling Station (about 4-6 km away, $5 CAD parking before 3PM, free parking after that) and bought unlimited passes for the week. Worked out great. About the hotel, rooms were very clean and new and spacious. The beds where wonderful and extremely comfortable. The pull out couch was even very comfortable. The pool was very nice and even though we didn't use the workout room we could see into it from the pool and looked clean and useful. There was a small golf putting green to play with but it isn't huge, just a way to blow off some steam, don't know if they have putters at the front desk but I would bet they do. They think of everything. As far as the staff, supersonic-great! We brought breakfast up to the room every morning to let our kids sleep in and without realizing, ended up gathering quite a few dishes from the breakfast area by accident. So when we brought the dishes back down one morning, they said something to us like they were wondering where all the dishes had gone to. Now at some hotels I would expect that staff might be a bit negative toward us in that situation, but in fact they complimented us and made us feel good about the situation instead of making us feel bad about it. This is just a minor example of how the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable

The hotel is located next to a very nice 500+ acre park called Centennial Park and we even were able to watch a cricket match, on Saturday morning nearby. Ask the front desk how to get there.

I used to travel quite a bit for work and have been to many hotels. For the price, this is the nicest hotel and nicest staff that I have encountered. This is a really great place to take your family, especially if you have more than the standard 4 in your family. That has always been a problem for our family traveling. Most hotels have rooms for 4 and not 5 or 6 but it works in their hotel chain. The room was very spacious and at first we were concerned that our room was next to the elevator shaft, in fact shared a wall with the elevator. We didn't hear the elevator at any time. I could go on, but I won't, just know this is a very nice place and I highly recommend it to any family or extended stay business person.
