Certifications

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Pretty nice place, but not perfect.the free breakfast and free drinks and small meal every evening is awesome. Rooms are clean and comfortable but I noticed the hallways have a kind of weird oniony/BO smell. Very friendly staff will stay again next time I'm in town.

The suite is very reasonably priced with ammenties such as daily continental breakfast and evening happy hours, pool, fitness room, and a whirpool. It's around the corner from a restaurant row and shopping, so, it's in a very convenient location. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is great. There is lots of room to walk around. Water fountains everywhere. They have a good and big pool, occupanied by a nice hot tub. My only 2 complaints are that the food and drinks are bad also lots of people got sick there.

Free hot breakfast bar until 9am
Free beer from 6-7pm
Pool, hot tub, & basketball court.
Our toilet seat was broke. Friendly housekeeping staff. Pullout full bed is all springs. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen with table, microwave, stove top, sink, & refrigerator. Plus 4 sets of bowls, plates, cups, and cookware. Laundry facility on every floor. Close to major highway, tons of shops, and restaurants. Carpets & couch were dirty. Didn't like the bathrooms inside the bedroom because kids would wake us throughout the night. All in all it isn't too bad.

The room was great! It was spacious and had a TV guide. The beds seemed bigger than just a queen and the TV were hd quality. The breakfast was pretty good. They kept it warm and had a pretty big variety. The hotel also has a sports court and pool. Though its April and they don't open the pool for another month since it's an outside pool, it looked to be a decent size. Service was amazing as well since when we got there our room wasn't done but they gave us another one and worked on ours right away.

This was first time staying here. Although the hotel looks like it was decorated in the 80's, it's in pretty great shape. The bed is comfortable, the aminities are great, and the staff goes the extra mile to make sure all needs are met. I was a little surprised when I received a text checking on my stay (sent by a human, it wasn't automated), but now that I've warmed to it I applaud the effort to stay connected to the guest. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Rooms always have fowl order of bleach cleaner or gym locker room odor. Bed sheets and duvet covers also always have body odor smell and never fragrant of cleanliness. Neighboring guest in upper levels have no respect for ground floor noise, front desk can never seem to enforce this upon request. I can not handle the stench and odor as well as the noise and always request to be reassigned to a mother room. Front desk are always late a few minutes and require speaking loudly to get anyone’s attention when checking in. I travel here for work and this is my preferred hotel chain but I’m not sure why I still bother coming back. Hope this review provides me with a reminder not to book this hotel through my travel site. Two star for ok location.

We had the massive two bedroom suite that was great for us and our two teenage boys. Staff is very polite and helpful. Lots of retail nearby. Breakfast was the usual Homewood offering, nothing special, but just what you need. Evening reception food was good, except the wine was awful. Note to the staff, there are better cheap wines out there that do not taste like alcoholized fruit juice.

Great for extended stay! Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The hotel itself is in good shape clean and tastefully decorated. A fun movie quotes plaque hangs by the elevator. Small gym. An old spa. An outdoor pool and basketball area. The breakfast is standard
. The rooms are perfect.

Oddly enough, I was a tad disappointed that my conference meant I didn't get to spend any more time in this hotel except to just sleep on the bed for one night! I found clean, comfortable, thoughtfully stocked rooms, good free breakfast, and friendly staff.

**pet friendly**

stayed here over a month with my husband while he was in tulsa for work. our room was basically a small apartment with an almost full kitchen (full sized fridge, 2 'burner' stove, dishwasher, microwave), couch with a pullout bed and tvs in the living room and bedroom. breakfast is above average and served 7 days/week. they also serve dinner 4 days/week which proved quite helpful.

staff was friendly although they wouldn't clean our room for some reason we never figured out. this wasn't a big deal, however, as we're capable of cleaning up after ourselves.

overall a pleasant experience for extended hotel living.

**Update**

Stayed here again with my husband for about a month and I was once again impressed by the facilities. The kitchen in our room was full-sized and came complete with dishwasher, two burners, full size fridge, toaster, flatware, dishes and dish washing machine and pots and pans. They pretty much have thought of everything. Oh and also the complimentary WiFi works better than I would have expected.

I was skeptical at first based on other's input, but after getting here, I am surprised by how helpful they are. I booked a room online but wanted a bigger room. The front desk person checked and got me into the room. Upon entering, I noticed the filter tray was missing from the coffee maker. The lady at the desk got us a new machine. The suite is nice and the price was good.

Staff was great. Location was easy to find, and very convenient to multiple things. Our room was very large, the only complaint we had was the mystery stains on the couch. We were assured it would be taken care of. Breakfast was good and had a variety of things. Would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel. A bit more rundown than the others we've stayed at recently, but staff was very friendly, and the room was cheap. Right next to tons of restaurants, Super Target, etc. Overall, good value.

pretty good accept the first room I got was dirty. also expected the two bed suit to be in separate rooms rather than two beds next to each other, so the online booking was misleading. could've at least had a privacy curtain. also the breakfast tasted awful, but the two nights I stayed all of the staff was nice.

Decent enough rooms, sofa bed needs a new mattress. We pay more for the size of our family and the needed beds but the sofa bed was more like springs with a blanket. Breakfast needs improvement, chicken and biscuits (more like leftover lunch tenders on a biscuit), water in the eggs and hard muffins. Waffles were good coffee was hot.

Nice rooms, comfortable bed, and good complimentary breakfast and they even have a small basketball court and a small outside pool. They only have 1 elevator and it isn't very quick. The area is great, easy to walk to restaraunts and a mall across the street along with a gas station.

They have complimentary dinner/snacks with beer and wine. Complimentary breakfast and coffee. Rooms are nice and atmosphere is calming. The one downside - the gym is tiny. Two treadmills and free weights up to 25 lbs. No benches. Don't come here for the gym or pool.

First staying at a Hilton Homewood Suites. The hotel itself is fair for what I paid for the stay. I am currently enjoying my stay here. The room is very accommodating with the nice kitchen with everything necessary to keep myself from having to eat out and allow me to heat up or cook up a nice meal. The bed is firm but seems too springing but it will do. My only disappointment would be the slow shower drain, and it caused some back flow. Overall stay is great and I am sure management will get the shower drain unclogged.

My trip was to see my sister who had suffered a major stroke. Needless to say it was a sad time, but every morning at breakfast. Charlene greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome and comfortable. All hotels need someone like her! I will be back and have told all my family to stay there.

The complimentary breakfast is quite good. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is very family friendly. Having the pull out bed in the living room for the kids and a door that closes for my wife and I is a huge plus. There are lots of kids in the common areas so my kids have made friends over the weekend. Despite almost all of the guests having small children, I never heard any screaming children in other rooms, so I'm assuming that they never heard mine:).

Was there for 2 months staying for work. The staff was delightful. Always so nice and accommodating. I had a mix up with my work on when my check out date was and didn't realize I needed to be out when I did. I was prepared to pay for an extra day to clean up and get my stuff out as it was my fault I needed to stay, management was so understanding of my situation they waved my fees and let me get all my stuff packed and ready. Would stay again 10 times out of 10.

I have never written a Google review before, but I felt compelled to write one after reading a couple of bad reviews. I was honestly shocked when I read them, because my family and I have stayed at this particular hotel for a full week every summer for the last six years. I have nothing but good to say about them! The employees have always been courteous, professional, and quick to respond to any problem. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Not only that, their breakfast is extremely tasty, with fresh ingredients and a variety of dishes, and their dinners are good, too!
I just can't imagine what is wrong with people who want to complain that their room is too far from the front?! Oh brother.
