Great hotel. Clean , quite, great location, everything you would want in a hotel.

Very nice rooms, comfy beds and awesome pillows!!! Breakfast bar was great...stocked well, and, constantly attended to. Thanks for making a bad night (flight cancellation) much better!!

Clean, modern. Convent to airport. They have bus service to the airport for free, and you can leave your car in their parking lot for the duration of your trip for free too. Very helpful front desk.

The suite was nice, but the pull out bed was not too comfortable. If this is something you don't have to worry about, this place is great!

Horrible experience at this hotel. Staff is nice but the 2 nights I stayed were regrettable. I checked in and was given a room where the AC wasn't working. They were sold out so I had keep the room. They were able to accommodate my move request the next day but after checking in, I discovered it was infested with ants. I had enough after that and checked out. Again, the staff members were very nice, but the hotel isn't up to my standards. I would recommend any person considering staying here check out these reviews before booking.

Decent spot. Suite was sizeable and well met our needs. Staff friendly and helpful, pool was clean as was the dining area.

Overall, I had an enjoyable stay here. The staff were helpful, courteous, and generous, and they served free beer and wine with dinner. Where it was not a good experience though is just related to quality of sleep: The air conditioner / heater was so loud that I had to turn it off both nights to sleep. It is not a sound of air moving, which I'd usually consider pleasant to sleep to, but it is a high pitched mechanical squeal. Also, the walls are paper thin, so I could hear the staff playing music and talking right behind my bed early in the morning.

Fantastic staff. They even turned in a fit bit that my daughter left in the room. Very trustworthy

The room is clean and came with a nice kitchenette and sitting area. My bed was comfortable, but maybe not as soft as I prefer. The staff was friendly and polite. I would stay here again.

Nice room separate from a general sitting area. Full-size fridge, small cooling area. Nice staff. Morning breakfast was regular affair, buffet style, good enough. Nice place, would use again.

My husband and I stayed here for the evening and were quite pleased with how quiet the hotel was. The desk staff were nice and offered us a bottle of water before leaving the next morning.

A decent home away from home. Breakfast and dinner buffet included with the room. The place was clean and didn't appear to be beat up. It was a short walk from here to Arrowhead Park after dinner and convenient to the office I was working from this week.

Not a good hotel for dog owners. The grassy and wooded areas around it are infested with ticks. Otherwise its fine. Great transport for flyers.

Excellent rooms. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast and evening social food is well prepared and plentiful. Staff is friendly, always helpful, and greets everyone with a smile.

The rooms here are great. The beds are comfortable and I really like that there is a stove and refrigerator in the room that's full size. They offer a nice breakfast in the morning with hot foods like eggs and bacon and most evenings I believe it's Monday through Thursday they have a small meal which can be a decent small dinner. I like coming here because it's close to where I work. I can just walk two blocks over to where I teach instead of having to drive and they have a shuttle that goes to Dulles Airport and two local stores and restaurants in the area.

Staff is wonderful. We started on the 7 th floor, but the room smelled like stale cigarettes. They were great about moving us. 5th floor is fine. Breakfast is sufficient. We had a nice stay.

Very nice place to stay for a visit. Courteous, and friendly staff, willing to go out of they're way for their guests. While the pool was being renovated, they shuttled their guests to another local Hotel pool. Very Thoughtful!

This is my second long term stay here in the last year. The lobby has been recently remodeled as have some of the rooms. The staff is pleasant and more than willing to make your stay the best it can be.

Its a very nice and clean hotel but the rooms a little small. The breakfast could be a lot better. The sausage and hash browns were under cooked. I know its a up north hotel, but they could accommodate the southerners with grits.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, the lobby and dining area is very nice. Cleanliness and maid service could definitely use improvement. Standard continental breakfast but diners are a light snack at best. Stayed in a two bedroom suite, living room was the same size as a single - too small for 6.

My stay was excellent from the start. Check in was painless and fast. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The shuttle was extremely nice for airport pick up and return. We also used it for transportation to some of the areas wonderful restaurants.
I would stay here again.

I have been here for a training session. It was for two days. Very good service. Friendly crew. Breakfast was free and delicious! They have an amazing garden area as well.

A great place to stay for family. A very maintained establishment with clean and great accomadation. The staff is nothing but awesome from the front desk person to the house keeping. The indoor pool and the Hot tub was clean and highly mainyained. We stayed in a studio suit which was fantastic with a full listen and cuttlleries. A fantastic experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and generous. The rooms were very nice. They offer a free shuttle to the Dulles airport starting at 5am, and a complimentary breakfast.

Not a great location, main areas could be cleaner, no vending machine, extremely limited selection of sundries. Staff was very courteous.

Rooms are in average at best shape. Bathtub doesn't have a working stopper. Sink takes 10 minutes to drain. I was billed for movies that were not watched. They didn't have any forks available at breakfast. It is not a well run property. For the price, there are a lot of other hotels that would be a much better value than this place.

The hotel is currently undergoing construction, which is a tremendous inconvience. It might be better once everything is finished. The suit rooms are nice and spacious and the kitchenette is charming. Breakfast is included and meeting space is decent.

Renovated suites are clean, have new appliances. Breakfast and dinner are included. Beer and wine are available at self service dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful. A pedestrian friendly park is nearby, but walking to nearby shopping can be a harrowing experience. Shuttle was easy to schedule. Shuttle driver Rik is a superstar of hospitality. Wifi was reliable and decent.

Stayed here for an entire week and really enjoyed it! I used my kitchenette to its full potential. My only complaint would be the ongoing construction for the renovations they are doing. The fire alarm kept going off randomly which was a bit annoying. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Leaving my original review below since it still stands for that visit. We were back in the area again over New Years weekend and stayed at the hotel again. This experience was much better. The hotel is renovating and we were in a newly renovated room. Much cleaner. Everything worked correctly and the room was much more modern. Front desk were very helpful with a reservation error and made the stay very enjoyable.

Stayed here for one night while visiting friends nearby. Loved the size and layout of the room since we were staying with our kids. The suite was priced well and having some distance between us and the kids after bedtime was great. It was a hot summer day though and when we checked in the heat was on in the room and set to 85 degrees. I attempted to switch it to Air Conditioning but it did not seem to be getting cooler. The front desk was very polite and said they would be right up to help. After 25 minutes when they hadn't showed I tried again and finally got the AC on. When I went back to the desk to let them know they said they had tried to stop up but hadn't found anyone in the room. This could not possibly be correct since we were all there and had not left. The common room area of the suite also smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Not drastic but a definite smoke odor. Otherwise the stay was fine but the initially experience pretty much soured us to this hotel.

Stayed there for a weekend. Was traveling first time to DC. The King suite room was clean and linens were fresh. Breakfast was good. My family loved it. Will be staying in future.

Staff is great and helpful. Rooms are nice but finally showing a little wear. A current renovation should fix that. Can't wait for the Metro expansion to finish, which will be right behind the hotel.

There are a few addresses for the 3 locations that are close to each other. They sometimes have different cities attached to them. Once I got pointed to the correct hotel everything was great. Clean facility, a shared pool with embassy suites. Breakfast was common but satisfied. Everything in the room was functioning and location was safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The snacks were a bit high, really a $4 candy bar?? Other than that I'd stay again.

The snacks in the mini store were seriously overpriced. A pack of Mentos cost $4. The mattress was lumpy and so was the pullout bed. The breakfast was mediocre compared to the other Hilton and Hampton Inn I have stayed in. It is spacious but it is need of a remodel which is planned to happen.

Good service from the front desk, and a good amount of space to work in while traveling. Social hour dinners during the week, and a reasonably good breakfast, too. Fixtures are a little dated, but in working order. Quiet at night, which I appreciate.

Stayed two nights on a work trip. Everything you could ask for in a nice hotel. I very much appreciated the kitchenette and small dining table, as it allowed me somewhere comfortable to drink coffee and read in the mornings. The air conditioning failed on my second day, and I arrived to an 83°F room, but Maintenance arrived 4 minutes after I called, and had the A/C back on in as much time. The immediate response was greatly appreciated! Comfortable room, tasty breakfast, and (once again) cold A/C. Great hotel!

People are nice here. Very busy hotel. Breakfast is awesome, and the evening mixer is great as well. Only issues I had were my room temp and took 8 keys to finally get into my room. TV stations for English and Spanish and I think one other

Ok hotel. I like Homewood Suites. But the showers in this particular one are not very good. The water does not get that hot. The hallway on the 5th floor also smells bad.

Excellent service, wonderfully inviting employees and staff, and overall superb quality! I loved every minute at this place, so much so that I might just call it... a little home away from home.

Nadimón is the lifeguard, and he makes for a heck of a story. The chefs are all characters of their own rights, and one of them is a taller blonde woman who is one of the warmest and most talkative people you will ever meet. Her essential qualities only add to the beauty that makes this hotel seem like a family. The receptionists (all of them) are nothing short of brilliant, and are the model of how service and hospitality should come hand-in-hand. The cleaners are also quite friendly, even if English isn't always their best suit.

The cons? Water took a little long to warm up, and sometimes the hallways made for quite a walk to the elevators. But hey, shivering and walking both burn calories, so even the downsides had a bright silver lining.

Loved my stay here, and I trust you will too.

I live on the road and I'm midway through a 10 week stay here. It has become my favorite hotel. The internet works great. The suites are roomy and comfortable. They serve a decent breakfast and dinner, including drinks. They have an okay fitness room onsite, access to Gold's Gym for those who want more, and an indoor pool with hot tub. Prices are reasonable. And they'll shuttle you anywhere you want to go. What more could you want? Okay, maybe an outdoor pool and dessert at dinner. Also, there's nothing else in walking distance, though there is a mall with lots of restaurants a mile away. Best part is the staff. They couldn't be more friendly and helpful, almost like family. All-in-all, not perfect but about as close as it gets to home away from home.
