Certifications

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

My daughter just got married in Pinehurst this past weekend (9-2-18). The hotel was fairly priced and the staff was exceptional. I was able to check in a bit early and also we stayed up late ever night of our stay receiving guest from all over the USA. So I would give this hotel 5 stars as I stay many places. I really believe in great service and the staff was always ready to serve.great job and we will be back and look for Hilton hotels.
Thanks for making our stay warm and cozy. Oh the kitchen and pull out was a great bonus. Beds were amazing and cozy.🤗

A wonderful hotel with an exceptional staff! I was on a golf trip with a friend of mine and we stayed at this Homewood Suites. I'm a long-time Hilton Honors member and love the brand. Everything about our stay was fantastic. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was wonderful, the free hot breakfast each morning got our day started off right, and the manager's social each evening was the perfect way to end a day on the links. I will stay here every time I return to the Pinehurst area. Great job!!!

More like a country club than a hotel. You really do not need to leave the grounds. Food and drink provided free Mon to Thurs evening 5 to 7pm. Great hot breakfast, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, 2 television sets, fridge freezer etc. A true home from home.... Oh and rates are CHEAP!

Front desk staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are roomy and nice, the duvet couldn't have been a bit cleaner. Nice hotel though for the value and thank goodness the AC worked well. It was hot! Happy hour was nice and hot breakfast was good too!

Christi Burns went above and beyond helping us plan our sons graduation party. The price was affordable and they were very accommodating making sure the event went off without a glitch. Thank you again Christi and the entire Homewood Suites staff. Top notch organization. If I could have given her 10 ☆'s, it still would not be enough! Thanks again from #TeamBailey

We hosted our sons graduation party here and it exceeded our expectations! Christi Burns spearheaded the whole thing and took every ounce of stress off of us so that we could enjoy the special day. She and Ashley took care of every single thing. It was a wonderful party in a beautiful venue with tasty food and the attention to detail from these ladies was 2nd to none...what more could you ask for?!?! Thanks Homewood Suites and Christi Burns!!!! We will see you again next year for grad party #2 ;)

Average hotel accommodations. Bess.are.old and springy. The staff is very accommodating. The breakfast is good. The happy hour with complimentary beer and wine Monday thru Thursday, is.also good. They do provide basic food during happy hour that is satisfactory. I'm only this hotel an average rating bases.on the old furniture that is not very comfortable.

My wife and I attended an event in Pinehurst, NC and stayed at this hotel. We were thoroughly impressed with our suite. The hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous and attentive to our needs. We booked again within 24 hours for a future stay just to return and explore. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall spacious, staff is friendly, breakfast served above standard motels but below part for any basic hilton owned property. Beds are soft and ensure if your not used to sleeping on a pillow to wreck your night's sleep.

Wonderful, helpful staff!! Check in was easy and pleasant. Mr. Curtis especially helped our family settle in with our bikes, dogs and multiple pieces of luggage. Curtis has exuded what exceptional customer service means!!!

The ladies in the kitchen smile, say good morning and seem to authentically care about you! Very surprised by the delightful menu creations too !! A wonderful caring lady by the name of Miss Rhonda came to our door with food when we checked in after the happy hour event.

The room is a bit dated but, exceptionally clean! The housekeeping staff is detailed and friendly as well.

I’ll write another post to see how it all turns out at the end of our stay in a week!

Great clean hotel with nice pool great little gym and a putting grern. They were even nice enough to extend our checkout from noon to 1pm. Only concern was my wife had two different interaction with different staff that were either snippy or just straight up rude.

I liked that this hotel was tucked away from the Main Street (although the area is not super tragic heavy). The location is very nice with a handful of dinning options very near and a broader range not far. The hotel is also situated behind a nice grocery store which is great if you want to take advantage of the kitchenette and eat in. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast pretty good. My only complaint is that the breakfast was not considerate to folks with dairy allergies. For instance, the grits were served heavily laden with butter.

This is a nice hotel! I was there for a work training thing. Conference room was comfortable with multiple windows. They have really good breakfast and coffee in the morning plus free food and libations in the evening. Staff is nice. Lots of stuff right by hotel, shopping, restaurants, etc. If you're staying overnight, try Nina's restaurant in the adjacent strip mall. It's amazing!

We spent 11 days at this hotel once we sold our house. We were also retiring from the military, hosting a local fundraiser, and moving out of the state during this time frame.
The entire hotel staff was amazing! They were friendly and helpful with any question we had no matter how silly. Kim Covington worked with me months before our stay to create a block of rooms for out of town friends and family. She tirelessly answered emails and phone calls and helped me sort through a million small details.
We hosted a family gathering in the breakfast area of the lobby one of the nights and the staff at the hotel helped us by providing the hot pans and any other items we needed to make the night successful.
This hotel reminded us of why we chose Moore County and Pinehurst as a place to live when we moved here ~ polite, friendly, and just plain down to earth!
I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Moore County area.

Found a bed bug room 217. They were profusely apologetic and changed our room in the middle of the night (not that I could sleep after that) but didn't put their money where their mouth was. They did not refund my money or offer to. I said something upon check out about it and was told all they could do was give me some Honors points that might qualify me for a free night at one of their hotels, depending on where I booked and that it was only good for one year. Not good enough in my opinion. One smaller gripe, one of the reasons I booked this hotel is because they said they had a pool table and my kids love to play pool. When my daughter asked where it was upon check in, the desk lady looked at her like she had 3 heads. They do NOT have a pool table. I mentioned this to the person at check out and was told yeah, we haven't had a pool table here in over 5 years! The website needs to be updated.

My wife and I stayed there for a wedding weekend while others stayed at the very nice The Carolina. While The Carolina is incredibly historic and beautiful, our rooms at the Homewood Suites was more spacious and nicer, especially considering the price. The rooms are great, the staff were very friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. I would say that the beds were a bit stiff for my taste, but hotels can rarely win that battle.

This hotel was fabulous! The staff was more than accomodating and helpful. Free breakfast AND dinner, along with beer/wine. Can't beat this deal. Everything was immaculate and should you need to venture out for a meal... go to the NY deli in the same shopping center! :)

We have stayed in this hotel 5 or 6 times each year for the past 5+ years. Used to love it, but over the last year or so it has gone downhill - pulls in the carpet, damaged furniture not replaced, linens too worn . . .

Yes, I know it is currently under renovation, but still lampshades with a burn for more than a year?

So, this stay we were given a "rehabbed" room. Probably the first there. It had not been cleaned since renovation. There was construction stuff all over the floor, no trash can in bathroom, no alarm clock, incomplete coffee maker (didn't find out till there was HOT water all over counter & floor, lamps were not hooked up to wall switches, plug pushed into wall when I plugged one of the lamps in.

Additionally, we could not go directly to room - had to go to 2nd floor on one wing, walk across to other wing, then go to 3rd floor. We were given handicapped room and shower was too short to stand up under. When we complained, we were told it was a "special" room for handicapped people. I said great, but I am not handicapped and wanted to wash my hair. Interestingly the beds are positioned so that an individual in a wheel chair could not get into the bathroom.

We complained and were finally moved to another room. This one was missing a closet door, had no iron, and housekeeping didn't bother to clean the mirror for our entire stay.

After loving this place for so many years, we WON'T BE BACK
