ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Kitchen and buffet staff are very friendly. When there were only meat optiins the chef quickly made a vegetarian option for us. All the staff throughout the hotel would always greet us and always friendly. The parlour was always clean and a very fun option not always at other hotels. The gym was large and clean. The room was very spacious and clean. It is a nice and quiet hotel with minimal noise during the night even though there was young children. Breakfast area has lots of seating. Hotel location is great - easy access to I-5 for sight seeing and walking distance to Alderwood mall.

I visited my sister while she was staying here and they have great amenities. The rooms are big and there's some really cool community areas to hang out in. Pool was a little small and I wish there was a shallower pool for children. The courtyard and fire pit was great.

Great location. It's a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Seattle, but across the street from a big shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Beds are a little small, but the rest of the room is very large. My biggest complaint is that the switch for the bathroom lights is outside of the bathroom. Food is pretty good. There is also a pool table you can use

Our stay was short but pleasant. The room was very nice ann they supplied so much. I loved everything except 1 thing. Our room was paid for by another party and when we checked in they still needed a credit card to hold. That was fine the clerk said no charges would be placed on my card, but low and behold they tied up my cash this i did nor like. When asked about it was told their policy but no one to me

We had to do a last-minute booking, but they were able to accommodate. Has a full kitchen with a full fridge and a stove, so we did some cooking. We had to make a few calls to make sure the reservation went through, but it worked out in the end

This hotel is exceptional. I've stayed here a few times and every time I'm exceptionally satisfied. The staff is wonderful, the included breakfast is substantial, the hotel and rooms are immaculate, and it's very affordable. Absolutely recommend this place above any other. They really make you feel valued and at home.

Very nice hotel, nicely decorated and clean. The suites have dishes and pots and utensils for cooking. Very clean. The blankets were a little thin but the pillows were comfy and squishy, they weren't too big and didn't hurt my neck. The staff is very nice and breakfast was delicious.

This is a decent hotel, although it's not really close to anything (other than Boeing). It is much less expensive than staying in Seattle and a relatively short commute although traffic can be horrible. When I stayed they were having a lot of trouble with false fire alarms going off, elevator problems, and a history of other issues. It's an okay place to stay, but not more than a 3 star hotel.

We staying a suite with a kitchen (stove, microwave and full fridge) separate from the bedroom area. Nice place to lounge at night and be able to have the kids sleep in the bedroom suite next door. Only complaint is the wall are a bit thin for a hotel where above average talking volume or a loud TV next room or above us can prevent a good night sleep. Close to Costco, target and several great restaurants. Despite the negative I would come back to stay. Nice travel distance from Seattle without big city prices.

We stayed in room 610 on March 23, 2018. The front desk staff were kind. Sadly, the pool was closed that night because the chemicals were out of balance. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, but the living room felt smaller than other Homewood Suites we've stayed at. The fiberglass bathtub was not correctly installed, so it pops and crackles when you move around in it. The chocolate bars they hand out at the front desk all have espresso in them. That's a no-go for Mormons. Other Homewood Suites have hot cocoa at the coffee bar, not this one, just coffee; again, something Mormons don't drink. Good news! The pool was open again on the 24th. It is a very warm pool. Some web sites show that this pool has a waterslide. It does not. It is a normal-sized hotel pool with a hot tub and handicapped hoist. Breakfast was okay. We arrived at breakfast at 8:30. Our four children were able to find seats after about 10 minutes. My wife and I are while standing, due to a lack of seating capacity. Much of the food was gone when we arrived. My eggs were good, but my wife and children's eggs were undercooked and runny. The sausage patties were gross. Breakfast choices seemed more limited than those offered by other Homewood Suites locations. The lady who was trying to keep things stocked was very busy. She did not speak English. Would I stay here again? Probably. I just wouldn't come with high expectations.

Best suite I have ever stayed at. The facility is clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff are efficient and friendly. There is a mini kitchenette with all the pots and pans you need. They have a little living room in your suite, to relax in if you aren't ready for bed but your kids/partner is ready to hit the hay. The pool is small but it's sufficient. I got free parking and free breakfast. Hot foods! That won me over some more.

Awesome.large comfortable rooms, needs a little better cleaning though in room(especially under the couch, old food gross) and on pool and hot tub tiling which needing a good scrub brush. We were also missing the desk chair? Nice host and good evening snacks with beer and wine compliments of the hotel, plus free hot breakfast.pluses of hotel are fitness center, business center, warm pool and hot tub close to shopping and across the street from The Keg Restaurant.

Nice hotel with a lot of shopping, food and entertainment within walking distance. Rooms have kitchens with stovetop and stay includes breakfast. Basic hotel breakfast with hydrated eggs, fried taters, sausages, juices, coffee, tea, cold & hot cereal, waffles, fruit, and yogurt. Fitness center is probably the best I've seen from any hotel. 24 hour fitness also nearby to change it up. Studio is the best option in my opinion, comes with a walk in shower. The 1 bedroom option feels a bit cramped by the large furniture, and comes with a tub/shower. Hotel also offers a swimming pool, lounge with pool table, business center, and laundry room.

If I had the option to rate higher than 5 stars, I would. Our experience with the staff was superb. By the 2nd day, it almost felt like we were staying with friends. I would be hard pressed to find a better experience for my elderly parents and I to stay five days in a hotel.

I love this place. It's like a very modern spotlessly clean apartment. The staff I've talked to are all very friendly. The breakfast is fantastic, consisting of your choices of fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, breakfast potatoes, sausage, coffee, milk, etc... Not to mention they often do evening socials too, with a small snack or free wine and beer. Everything's just been great!

Rooms are nice, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. TV's in rooms all lean to the right. Food/ drinks are nice. Please hide the bouncer man that stares at all customers as if they are going to take an extra fork. Very uncomfortable, does not speak just stares until I feel I should leave. Other than that, thought it was good. Avoid dining unless you want to be watched like a criminal

Very nice Hilton extended stay. Rooms are nice and have everything you need for long stays. Good kitchen but the hotel has complimentary dinners Monday through Thursday as well as breakfast every day of the week. Located in a great location in Lynnwood offers access to 405 and 5. Only 20 minutes away from both Bellevue and Seattle.

Very nicw hotel. The rooms are very spacious with a bedroom, living room and kitchen. The patterns on the wall and furniture were a little trippy and maybe would have been more appropriate in the 70s, though from what I understand this hotel is only a few years old. The location is pretty nice. It's not really near Seattle, but the price is about half of what you would pay in Seattle so unless you have a reason to be staying down town, this is a good option. It is in walking distance to the Alderwood mall, if you don't mind walking up a decent sized hill, meaning there is plenty of shopping and restaurants around.

Just downgraded my rating to one star. As we checked out, the front desk lady did not even ask how our stay was. All she cared about was if we paid the bill.
Extremely disappointed.

Pros - This hotel is nice and modern. Rooms are spacious. Having a kitchen and two TVs definitely add to the appeal.

Cons - ran into some little annoyances that I've never experienced in a hotel... mostly with housekeeping. They made the beds but put two blankets on one bed and none on the other. No sheets for second blanket. No replenishing of shampoo and conditioner. Had to call down twice. No new clean glasses by the bathroom sink. I thought these were just given but not here I guess.

Pool water seemed dirty. A washer in the laundry area was broken on a busy night and maintenance just came by said he couldn't fix it and walked away. Front desk did nothing to help either.

Breakfast ends at 9 which is too early for families on summer holidays. We went down one day at 8:50 and people were frantically trying to get breakfast. They stop serving right at 9. If hot water or coffee runs out few min before 9, they don't refill.

Basically, this place is ok but too many little things that other hotels do as a given were missing here. It's just too expensive for what you get.

Wouldn't stay here again.

Well maintained, friendly front desk staff, free breakfast, and not far from downtown Seattle - those are the highlights. This was brought down by housekeeping that needed to be called not once but twice (same day) to make up the room. Although I commend the management for making things right on checkout, i'd much prefer not to have to call down or face grumpy staff that were clearly surprised when i asked them to clean the whole room not just swap a few towels (since it was late in the day after my 2 call).

Stayed here before with good experiences. Most recent stay was disappointing. I arrived at my room to what sounded like a stampede below. I called the front desk and they moved me to another room. The room right next to the stampede!!! This "new" room was also in disrepair with the A/C-Heater apart on the floor. I called again and was moved to yet another floor/room. The final room had issues too, but I was exhausted from travelling and decided it wasn't worth the hassle to bother with another move.

The locations is great, the facilities are pretty decent (if starting to get a bit worn), and the maintenance and housekeeping staff are fantastic. The front desk staff leave much to be desired, however, as they don't seem to know anything about the area or the hotel's offerings. Also, the pool has oddly short hours, and there's only one EV charging plug, despite the signs and charger indicating there should be two.

Staff was friendly. Furnishings and finishes were nice. Unfortunately, bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and you can hear everything! Great place to stay! First off, EVERYTHING was clean. Service at the front desk was prompt, courteous, and very welcoming. From arriving at the desk till we arrived at our room was less than 5 minutes! The suite was very well appointed and decorated. Best home away from home I've been to in several years! The attentive, welcoming staff were outstanding from check-in to checkout... First class all the way! Definitely will stay here again when I return to the area.

This is a great hotel. It's really new and everyone is echoed and eager to help out. We had two adjoining rooms - they were really accommodating to our request. I have had my problems with this location. With that being said they have made efforts to make it right. I have stayed here multiple times. Beds are 8.5 out of 10, plush. Pillows are great. I will only stay at this location if on the 6th floor. Floors are thin, buy that I mean you can hear every foot step above you. Usually never eat what they have out, very average. To me it is all about the bed and surrounding noise.

This place was exceptional. It was affordable, extremely clean, and to top it off, the guest service was exquisite. I have high standards for guest service after years of working in the industry myself, and these people blew me away. We stayed in a one bedroom suite on an upper floor. There is nothing amazing about the view, but it is not terrible either.

The room itself is comfortable with a mini kitchen and full sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The coach is a bit stiff, but pulls out into a full sized bed. TVs are in both rooms with HBO. The tub in the bathroom is a bit larger than standard sized which was nice.

The staff were generally friendly and parking is easy and free. It is not far from the highway making it easy to get into Seattle (25-45 mins based on traffic). It's also next to alderwood mall which is a mid to upscale shopping mall with a few restaurants. Costco, target, whole foods, and an Asian grocery store are also within a few minutes.

Home wood suites also have coffee all day in the lobby and a mediocre breakfast until 9 during the week and 10 on weekends.

All in all it was a nice place to stay, particularly for the price. Getting to Seattle wasn't a huge strain, but I could put some people off if they are here solely for Seattle's amenities.

Very nice. Great staff. Situated across the street from Target and Costco. Driving distance from a large mall. The hotel also offers complimentary dinner, beer and wine (very limited selection). The hotel has wonderful amenities and I love the room. The staff have been a delight as well as helpful to a tee. The kitchen works well, although I would not expect a guest to try to make a complex meal unless they enjoy challenges.

Lynnwood is about half an hour from downtown Seattle, with easy access to the interstate. The hotel is within walking distance from the Alderwood Mall, and several good restaurants are nearly. I hope to come back soon.

The is a pool open from 9am to 10pm and there is a slide! It goes from 3 to 5 ft and is kind of average for these types of hotel. The suites are nice and clean, and in the room that I received, included a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, sink, tabletop stove, plates, glasses, mugs, utensils , tv, full bath, clean beds, a small living room. Breakfast is good, I had eggs, sausage patties and some seasoned potatoes. The Commons is kept clean even when it is busy. When I was with my family and finished eating, one of the staff helped put our plates away (it was all ceramics and metal forks and spoons.) It was great overall.

Came to Lynnwood for a wedding and when shopping around for prices I couldn't believe how high the rates were for hotels in the Seattle area. Decided to go with Homewood Suites because of my work discount. It's in a good location right near the highway and the mall is pretty much right across the street. The hotel staff was really friendly and the room exceeded my expectations. It has a cute little kitchenette with pots, pans, plates, and silverware. They even have reusable containers if you want to make leftovers! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The suites have a very small living room-esqur area but make up for it with a more than adequate kitchen. There is a door that seperates this area from the bedroom which further lessens the space of the main area, however is convienient to allow sleep while tv is watched in the main area or a meal is prepared. The bedroom and bathroom are extremely spacious and are complete and full rooms. Has that hotel feel with the comforts of home.

The staff at Homewood Suites, Lynnwood is extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone greets you and makes you feel welcome and inquires about your stay and wellbeing. From the moment I arrived, Emmy and Christina were so very nice. Emmy and I had spoken prior to our arrival about my mother's disabilities and upon my arrival she remembered our conversation and made sure all our needs were met.

Our search for a place to live in Seattle was difficult. The front office manager Ms. Wright was amazing, kind, and very reassuring. Her knowledge of Seattle and efforts in helping us find a residence here were priceless. It is so wonderful to meet people who will go above and beyond their job description to help others!

The hotel is clean, spacious and well-maintained. The meals were hearty and healthy (not no mention tasty!) and the dining room staff is EXTREMELY accommodating. I would like to give a big thank you to Homewood Suites in Lynnwood for making our first week in Seattle feel like a home away from home! I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
