Property's Green Action

To protect the environment, we are reducing water use, energy consumption and recycling waste with the goal of limiting our carbon footprint. We integrate sustainable development into our operating procedures, contribute to preserve local communities and the natural ecosystems in which our hotel is located. With all sister hotels, we have already planted three million trees as part of a global reforestation project supported by the United Nations. The last but not the least, we engage our partners and suppliers in their sustainable development strategy and integrate them into the responsibility chain.

Certifications

Planet 21 Bronze

AccorHotels created an action plan that offered 76 actions to promote sustainable development, tailored to the hotel context. It sets out 16 mandatory actions for achieving the “Bronze” level, which must be obtained before moving on to the higher levels. Those initiatives are structured into 4 pillars & 2 axes:

- PEOPLE: Raise employees’ awareness of eco-friendly practice
- CUSTOMERS: engage guests in a sustainable experience
- COMMUNITIES: work hand-in-hand with local Communities for a positive impact
- PARTNERS: co-innovate to open up new horizons

- BUILDING: Move towards carbon neutral buildings
- FOOD: Strive for zero food waste & healthy sustainable food

Then, to go even further, each hotel selects other actions from over 60 additional initiatives. This flexible system enables it to build its own program in line with AccorHotels’ commitments, but also reflecting the hotel’s local characteristics:
- Its prior level of progress on sustainable development
- Its priority areas for improvement
- The environment and local issues

A weighting mechanism establishes the action achievement level with a score that places the hotel around the higher levels. Each level marks the progress hotels are making in implementing the Planet 21 program.

They were warm, welcoming, gracious and quite communicative. It is perfectly situated in the heart of tourist central with great cafes, bars and markets surrounding it. It was a joy to be so centrally located and walk to everything. Chic rooms and friendly staff.

Just returned from Paris and stayed 6 nights at this hotel booked through Costco Travel. This is a lovely hotel but they have many rooms below standard and we were given one of those rooms. We booked and paid for a Junior Suite but were downgraded. The hotel front desk staff is total chaos and the room we had was sub standard for a 5 star hotel.....3.5 stars at best. Even worse....the front desk was full of excuses....toilet did not flush...maybe we were wrong (until they got someone to fix it after 2 attempts) , key cards to room stopped working day before checkout (until they fixed it) ...maybe we where wrong, inappropriate billings against our credit card (they said it was an error?) In short, lovely hotel but we were assigned a poor room (stay away from the 6th floor) that was below what we had reserved four months earlier. We where downgraded when they did not have the room type that we reserved. They made us wait 5 hours to get a room and were just happy we accepted the downgrade. Would not recommend this hotel for those that want reliable high end hotel service and would not recommend booking though Costco. Friends stayed in the same hotel and booked directly with the hotel and got the room type they booked. In summary, the staff and offerings at the restaurant were great, bar staff and their service was very enjoyable (love Houl!) and the concierge staff were outstanding in recommendations and customer service. The room....not what we paid for!

Landmark hotel that's walking distance to all the major attractions Paris has to offer. Rooms are quite spacious with in room safes and wifi. Concierge and front desk are very helpful and can assist with various needs of the weary traveller. There's a small workout room in the basement for the health conscious.

A great experience. The hotel is nice of course but what makes it special, are the staff and their hospitality. The hotel even had some surprises for the little ones! We also enjoyed the range of novels available to read in the room.

Stayed for 3 nights in a junior suite room on the first floor. Overall had a great time. The staff is friendly and tried to help the best they could even though we didn't speak French. The only complaint I really have is that the walls and windows are really thin and I could hear people in the hallways as well as cars driving by in the middle of the night.

This is a very old building like most of European hotels, but newly renovated. Our room was simple, no view, but the bed was soft, the toilet was nice with Hermes toiletries. The whole hotel, espacially the room was so clean. We ate at their restaurant for breakfasts and the food was good. We selected this hotel mainly because it is a walking distance to the Eiffle Tower and to Arch De Trump. It is in a safe area and also close to the subway station. But if we are in Paris, we'll stay at this hotel again because they treated us so well. We love the staff.

Stayed here as part of a Luxury Escapes' deal. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is awesome but that's about it for me. I can't fathom how it's so highly priced. Tiny room (comfy bed for sure but we had zero view and the shower always soaked the floor) that was not very luxurious. Part of the deal was a bottle of wine and a charcuterie plate. The wine was very cheap (worth about €12) and the plate of food uninspiring. The hotel is convenient to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe but all the best sites to visit ate actually towards Le Marais/Montmatre so I'd recommend staying elsewhere.

Excellent hotel, perfect location just minutes from Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triumph. Best beds/linens & room nicely decorated (but small) like 5 STAR. Staff was tremendous (Concierge & others), so pleasant & helpful ..especially Claude. Serge & Kamir also were superb. Highly recommend this hotel! THANK YOU, CLAUDE!!!

The staff were incredibly nice and friendly when you walk in the door. The room was beautifully decorated and amenities were fantastic. We were able to just see the tip of the Eiffel tower from our room. It has been an incredible stay in Paris!

The hotel itself is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and Arc de Triumph. Whilst the interior of the hotel is contemporary, the room sizes are smaller than what one would expect.

Absolutely beautiful place, rooms are cosy and comfortable, the service is spectacular and staff are also helpfully fluent in English. Very very close - less than 10 mins to the Eiffel tower walking and about 15 mins walking to les champs elysees (apologies about the spelling) where you can see le arc de triomphe in the distance. The hotel is expensive but worth it for short luxurious stays or even business meetings at the bar in the lobby.

This hotel is very close to all the attractions Paris has to offer. Super friendly staff who all speak English and hotel is very clean and well managed. Surrounded by fine eatery as well. Room itself was somewhat small compare to American counterpart but it was enough to have a wonderful experience of my first trip to Europe.

We just spent a weekend in Paris staying at the hotel Baltimore and we were very impressed. The hotel is located just a short walk to both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe so the location is great. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Service from the staff was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely hotel! The location is within walking distance to the Eiffle Tower, taxis can be hailed easily, it is a nice neighborhood with plenty of places to dine at locally, and the rooms are cozy and sweet. The desk staff is friendly and most of them speak enough English to answer your questions. Their breakfast is also amazing, I've lasted on only fruit and eggs for 12 hours when I walked from here to Notre dame (7km).. Our 2nd night here, however, proved that paris is a city that doesn't like to sleep early. Some event next door, at a club maybe, had loud music and laughter until 4am, but we knew all the music and didn't mind only getting 3 hours of sleep. Our beds made up for the lack of sleep ;) Overall, I'm in love with paris, and when I come back, I will 110% stay here again! I hope you enjoy your stay here too ♡

The Hotel Baltimore is the place to stay. It is convenient to tourist areas, there are a variety of restaurants in the area, the tour bus is a block away, but most importantly, the staff was wonderful. A special thanks to the bartender. His experience and personable service were right on! Thank you for our memorable and enjoyable stay.

If you're trying to find a really great deal on this amazing hotel I'd highly suggest booking it through HotelRaven. Com They have great deals for it on there! Such a perfect place don't have enough great things to say! I was in town for Bastille Day last summer and found this Hotel very close to the Tower and other nice sites in Paris. The room I initially got was not to my girlfriend's liking so they switched us to excellent suite that no-showed. The room was clean and very boutique. The Hotel is in the heart of Paris and very close to the many tourist sites. The Eiffel Tower was just 15 minutes away by foot. You can also walk to Ave des Champs-Elysees and Montaigne. The breakfast was plentiful and gourmet. I must say the rooms were not all the same. I would suggest you call them ahead of time to secure the room you want that meets you expectations. For me and my girl this is the Hotel of choice when we visit again.

Great location close to all the main attractions, you get a feeling the hotel is grand by the ambience of the foyer, the friendly nature of the staff, would like to come back again even though the standard double room was a little bit small, however i need a clean bed, shower and toilet and it certainly had that.

Situated in between the two most famous monuments in Paris, this hotel had been so welcoming. We speak little French and still they were only happy to help with any request & spoke good English. I recommend this hotel to any tourist.
