I just love the restaurant. Amazing food, try the octopus if they still have it on the menu.
Beautiful view, really pleasant option for lunch or dinner, with family friends or for business.

Horrendous check in, over one hour! Saying that, the staff were very friendly and professional. We were upgraded for the inconvenience. Hotel itself was beautiful. Rooms clean, spacious and contemporary. Had great rooftop bar with fantastic views of Cannes. Our rooms also had a balcony which was nice an evening sitting out watching the sunset before we headed out.

We spent 10 days here and we had a fantastic time. On arrival the reception manager was very welcoming and courteous. We were so impressed that we upgraded our room to the top floor with a balcony and superb view. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and worth every euro. Much better than Martinez which we stayed in earlier in the year. Overall, the staff, our room, cleanliness and service was 10/10. Looking forward to coming back soon.

I went to a private event in the penthouse suite. The setup was a bit awkward, but the room itself was beautiful and the rooftop terrace had a fantastic view.

Nice attention to detail and very handy for beaches shops and train station. Beach charges excessive for guests but so long as you bear that in mind prior to your visit. Television was poor as no BBC but then you've not come here to watch television! Overall a nice stay. Be warned if you've booked a room staring terrace. Apparently a terrace is a balcony at this particular establishment. But was pleasant enough. Friendly staff. Breakfast in the garden terrace was lovely. Assuming you get a seat. Breakfast staff will say it's full but use your own initiative and just find one yourself. Uber from Nice airport is 50 euro direct to hotel. I'd come back again for sure. One last note... Despite what you read about being able to use sister hotel pool this is not true.

Wonderful! The checkin, the room, the breakfast is perfect - very tasty and the stuff are marvelous! Nice bar, perfect area! In the center, close to the congres des palais. Just perfect ! For a business trip and pleasure. Its a pitty there is no spa treatments...

Great location but the hotel itself is dissapointing. No pool, no great view, albeit we were under graded it was only to have a view of more buildings! The hotel staff don't go extra mile and we were not made to feel special or looked after although they knew it was our first wedding anniversary.
I would say pay a bit more for other hotels but you get better service!
It was simply disappointing!!

I been working there for a couple of days and the hotel itself is great and the personal seems very nice but not perfect in any way. I also noticed they don't clean the toilets on a daily basis and for some reason they decided to start using plastic cutlery recently, the worst plastic cutlery I ever used!

Very nice hotel, quite comfortable spacious rooms, some with a balcony some are not. A varied breakfast, dinner was also very good. A great advantage which is next to the beach, but a bit far from the old town. The staff was nice and courteous.

The hotel is very very central with quick access to everything. Modern lobby and good services. Friendly staff and parking (€28 per day) in the building.

The complaints are that the hotel mentions on their website that they don't have a pool as the hotel has a private beach... What they don't mention is that the beach access is €30-€40 extra per person (we booked through Expedia which does NOT mention any extra cost of the beach).

Also the carpeting in the room is filthy... Bring flip flops. The AC needs a rehaul as well it is cooler than outside but if you are used to US standard of AC even at a Best Western you'll be disappointed in the summer.

The rooms hold a 4* standard with the reservations above.

Decorated wonderful, a great location close to the beach, the room was spacious with a balcony without interesting view, and the staff was courteous! The breakfast was excellent and the dining room was pleasant. Parking is very expensive (28 euros!) Public car park underneath the hotel.

Toujours autant de plaisir à revenir au Gray d'Albion, une adresse incontournable. Le personnel de la réception, conciergerie sans oublier celui de la plage du Gray, de loin la plus belle de la croisette, tout ce monde est d'un professionnalisme exemplaire. À bientôt.

Bonjour ayant passé 2 jours dans cet hotel nous avons été tres déçus du petit déjeuner...
a 28€ par personne meme prestation que chez IBIS voir pire. Le saumon était "daubé," le café pas bon du tout, le jus d'orange pétillait, et la machine expresso pas allumée, les croissants réchauffés bref on attend mieux d'un petit dejeuner à 28€.De plus aucun geste commercial suite à nos remarques à la récéption.
Le deuxieme jour lundi matin à 8h bruit de perforateur suite à des travaux, une fois de plus on attend une qualité de couchage irreprochable.
La chambre par contre était parfaite bonne literie et tres propre heureusement...
Mais on n'y retournera pas.
