Idyllically situated on the Royal Route in the heart of the city—surrounded by historic palaces, churches, and statues dating from the 16th century to the present—Hotel Bristol is nestled next to the National Museum, overlooking the Presidential Palace. It is also within walking distance of Warsaw's most renowned sights, such as the Old Town, Royal Castle, National Theater, and Opera House. The latter two are over 200 years old and continue to feature classical world-renowned works by top composers, including Beethoven, Bellini, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Puccini, Wagner, and more.

An authentic horse-drawn carriage ride or bike rental are memorable ways to see the city, including additional art galleries, epicurean restaurants, cafés, parks, gardens, and museums, like the Copernicus Science Center: the largest scientific institution of its kind in Europe. On Bracka Street, just 15 minutes from the hotel on foot, the high-end VITKAC department store houses international boutiques, including Gucci or Lanvin. Also within walking distance are a number of renowned nightclubs, including Opera, Platinum, and The Eve.

Culturally and historically inclined guests enjoy the citys myriad tours, which comprise Wilanów Palace, the baroque residence of King John III Sobieski located is 12 kilometers away from the hotel. Tours to Zelazowa Wola, the birthplace and home of the composer Frederic Chopin, are also available. Located in a baroque-style castle, this multimedia museum invites visitors to fully experience the famous musician's complicated, inspired life.

Additionally, throughout the year, Warsaw hosts a number of festivals, including the Warsaw International Film Festival, Jazz on the Old Town festival, as well as additional jazz, Beethoven, and baroque music festivals—many of which take place just minutes from the hotel. Annually from June through September, guests can also enjoy Chopin concerts in the picturesque Royal Lazienki Park.<

As fine a hotel as you will find in any great city. The location is perfect: near but not in the historic but crowded Old Town, near Saxon Park and the University and less touristy restaurants. The rooms are spotless and well equipped and the restaurants are reasonably priced and excellent. This is the perfect retreat after exploring lovely Warsaw.

Nice hotel on the edge of the Old Town. Nice piano bar and drinks. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel and lots of different eating and drinking option. Try the club sandwich for brunch. Lovely. Rooms overlooking the park are nice. Worth asking for. Expensive for Warsaw but a top notch hotel. £££

Stayed here for a night while visiting Warsaw. The hotel looks really amazing before we entered. When we got off the taxi, the bell boy came to help us immediately and led us to the check-in lounge. The check-in process was really good and staffs were really friendly.

Knowing that I am a platinum spg guest, the staff gave me an upgrade to a very nice and spacious junior suite. Everything from the start to the end of my trip here was amazing!

Described to us by the gentlemen at the airport as the best hotel in Warsaw, we enjoyed the drive into and the location. It is simply exquisite, our concierge prepared everything we asked and assisted us with last minute details. The dining experience was top notch, December is highly recommended to visit. While I love the German markets and Christmastime, I am very impressed with the moments I had in Warsaw. I have roots here, being from Chicago I expected a few culinary delights and I was not disappointed. The hotel Bristol had all of my polish cultural desires right at the doorstep, I don't believe it could be more luxurious.

I’m an SPG member in Warsaw on business, and this is one of the nicer properties I’ve seen in the SPG family. Customer service from the moment I walked through the door was top notch. The location is great—in/near old town. I could go on and on, but case in point, this is a spectacular hotel.

As others fairly notice it's classy, elegant, beds are comfortable and staff is friendly. But for the price you pay - not having a simple water kettle was a bit strange. (I guess it's to encourage people to visit hotel bars). Bathroom is rather old. So if your company is willing to pay, or you ate ok to spend ~200 euro on this - do that and you will have a wonderful experience. Otherwise I think a bit of overkill price wise

The most luxury service in the city. The hotel is located in the historic heart of Warsaw. Ir is visited by crowned heads, celebrities, artists, politicians and regular travellers. Excellent quisine, conference halls, pool, great wine selection.

excellent traditional 5 stars hotel. Compétent friendly staff. excellent bed. Bathroom a little dated and shower access could be more comfortable (due to the rounded shape of bathtub I am finding it potentially hazardous). Excellent breakfast and afternoon tea.

Just perfect hotel that had everything it should. My room looked down over the presidential palace, I didn't know it at first but when I asked, what a surprise.

The rooms are a great size and very comfortable, not the best beds in the world for me but OK.

Location is right in the middle of town so you can get to old town very easily by walking.

Staff always willing to help but perhaps not quite as attentive as they could be when arriving to the hotel.

Class and elegance pour out from this amazing establishment. I felt like a princess. Take advantage of the delictable breakfast buffet (well worth the money and perfect fill up before embarking in all the museums and palaces close by) and Wednesday Happy Hour is not to be missed. Our room was elegant and the bed...so comfy...I am buying those sheets and comforter...like a cloud!!

I visited wine bar last evening, I ordered a red wine which was pretty good, however temperature inside was below 16 degrees Celsius, so at that temperature red wine should not be served, especially when you pay €10-€15 per glass and you spend time in the most expensive hotel in the city. Nevertheless, the bar staff was very friendly.

Hotel Bristol Warsaw is located on Warsaw's most popular and prestigious streets, among a good selection of restaurants offering polish cuisine and other types of food. It's within walking distance to the Old Town and many other tourist attractions.
A wonderful hotel which helped making our trip to Warsaw a great experience. Always very nice and clean, the breakfast offers a great variety of food and they let you order stuff like omelette and pancakes if you really can't find something you like.
The column bar has a really nice atmosphere and two professional bartenders. We got some nice snacks to accompany our cocktails which we were told were made from local ingredients.
Our room had a nice clean bathroom and a really comfortable bed, which they seemed to make twice a day. Our towels were also changed frequently and the maids made sure we had enough sparkling water, shower gel and chocolate for our pillows.
This was overall a great and luxurious hotel experience!

Probably the best experience ever in a hotel. My wife and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary, to pamper ourselves a bit.

It surpassed our wildest expectations.

The decour of the hotel is fantastic, reminiscent of the grand old-style hotels of 100 years ago. The service is one of the best we've had the pleasure to receive. Cafe Bristol serves very good food at decent prices. And the views from the room were fantastic, more so thanks to the spectacular Christmas decoration across Warsaw.

On top of that, the hotel is near the old city center, making it a perfect base to explore the city and many touristic spots.

Whenever we are back to Warsaw we will go to Bristol hotel again, for sure. It's close to perfection.

Classically understated elegant hotel. Stayed for one night and wished could have stayed for more.

Staff friendly and attentive with rooms full of character. Located next to the prime minister's residence in the old town, Hotel Bristol is well located.

Fantastic cocktails in the bar and the cafe had good Polish food with a modern twist.

Expensive! Room was mediocre for the price (900PLN per night), toilet door wouldn't close, stains on carpet and furniture, loud air-conditioning and bathroom ventilation.
Restaurant serving breakfasts is way too small - we spent 40 minutes waiting for a table (and we got a rocking, unstable table...).
Finance person that dealt with issue on my credit card ignored my calls and emails.
Nice pool, but very very small (five is a crowd!), great saunas.
Reception desk was excellent!
