Property's Green Action

To protect the environment, we are reducing water use, energy consumption and recycling waste with the goal of limiting our carbon footprint. We integrate sustainable development into our operating procedures, contribute to preserve local communities and the natural ecosystems in which our hotel is located. With all sister hotels, we have already planted three million trees as part of a global reforestation project supported by the United Nations. The last but not the least, we engage our partners and suppliers in their sustainable development strategy and integrate them into the responsibility chain.

Planet 21 Bronze

AccorHotels created an action plan that offered 76 actions to promote sustainable development, tailored to the hotel context. It sets out 16 mandatory actions for achieving the “Bronze” level, which must be obtained before moving on to the higher levels. Those initiatives are structured into 4 pillars & 2 axes:

- PEOPLE: Raise employees’ awareness of eco-friendly practice
- CUSTOMERS: engage guests in a sustainable experience
- COMMUNITIES: work hand-in-hand with local Communities for a positive impact
- PARTNERS: co-innovate to open up new horizons

- BUILDING: Move towards carbon neutral buildings
- FOOD: Strive for zero food waste & healthy sustainable food

Then, to go even further, each hotel selects other actions from over 60 additional initiatives. This flexible system enables it to build its own program in line with AccorHotels’ commitments, but also reflecting the hotel’s local characteristics:
- Its prior level of progress on sustainable development
- Its priority areas for improvement
- The environment and local issues

A weighting mechanism establishes the action achievement level with a score that places the hotel around the higher levels. Each level marks the progress hotels are making in implementing the Planet 21 program.

Real gem of a hotel, so different and unique. The pools were great but the art was a real show stopper. Very good staff, beautifully laid out rooms with brilliant views. All together a brilliant experience.

Really stylish hotel, not at all the typical, bland corporate clone. Fantastic swimming pool. Lovely friendly staff.

Great hotel, good service, amazing swimming pool. Well disigned! Very creative! Loved it! A bit far from the center though. About 10-15 minutes to the Eiffel tower. The rooms are beautifull and comfcomfort !

This was a great hotel and it made the trip with my friend fantastic. We had so much fun and my dog loved it too!

Great pool, great pool. Hotel too modern and cool for me and too much plastic in the bathroom: very expensive for the offering and the staff requires a lesson in humility and hard work. Strangely, the staff on the night shift were charming and solicitous and helpful. Those on duty when we arrived the previous early evening thought that they walked on water and guests were an unpleasant distraction. Breakfast was early and good: but what is this obsession with 0 or low fat milk products? There should be a choice for those of us who want the real thing.

Wonderful hotel and an even more amazing art gallery. Don't miss out on visiting the cabins, they have all been converted into great tribute to street art. The hotel has a art director who can show you around and make you see every little trick and will help you to dive in all masterpiece.

Hotel Molitor is the BEST hotel I have ever been to period. It is my first time back in Paris in 15 years - I came as a visiting dermatologist from the US for the IMCAS 2018 congress. The best part of my stay was staying at this lovely place, the Molitor. I thoroughly researched hotels before my stay and am very happy I stayed at this one. From the moment I landed in Paris and at the hotel, concierge members Pascal & Tarik took me hand in hand and showed me the whole city. They arranged the best tour for the eiffel tower - I didn't even have to wait in line, they also surprised me every day for my birthday which was during my stay. Multiple times Pascal & Tarik made reservations for me and recommended where to go, no detail was left unattended. I highly recommend both of these individuals and will ONLY stay at the Molitor on my next trip to Paris which will be very soon hopefully :) !

Luxurious hotel in Paris with in indoor and outdoor pool. Built in 1929 as a public pool, rebuilt by Accor/MGallery in 2014 as hotel. Strong emphasis on street art throughout the entire concept, haven't seen anything like this, amazing!

Amazing hotel with extremely friendly and very professional staff.. the rooms are very comfortable with enough just the right amount of space left. It's at a very convenient place as many attractions are nearby such as Notre-dame , Louvre and also the Eiffel tower.

Would go there in a HEARTBEAT! However, some of the staff can be a bit too cool for school.

Probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Funky decor. An amazing open-air swimming pool in the centre. The most gigantic bed ever. So comfortable and luxurious. The perfect place to stay for a romantic long weekend in Paris. It has a great history, too. Tarzan used to swim here! It was also used as a rave venue in the 90s and was complete derelict.

This place is gorgeous. The pool is unbelievable, the staff are attentive and kind, and the food and drinks were spectacular. I would return without question. My room was lovely and there was literally no lapse in any area of my service or stay. Highly recommended.

Built almost a century ago (1929), the art-deco #Piscine Molitor in the 16th district of Paris is no ordinary swimming #pool. It was here the first #bikini was unveiled and the topless sunbathing revolution took off, and it is after this swimming pool that the main character in the 2001 novel Life of Pi was named. Closed in 1989 and classified as a #historic #monument, the neglected building was adopted by artists and became a temple of underground Parisian culture. The MOLITOR was renovated and the hotel opened its doors in 2014. I must admit, this is a hotel unlike any other in Paris. Indeed, it doesn't feel much like being in Paris at all, more like a #resort hotel, where you could easily spend your day on a lounger around the pool. Of course the two pools take star billing here, but I liked the ground-floor with its varied spaces and moods – restaurant, gym, hotel reception and club, small lounge areas – and a mix of floor tiles, colourful retro chairs, and #ArtDeco furniture found at the fleamarket. There's a gigantic #Clarins #spa and an art gallery, while the surprising roof terrace provides an eyrie-like outdoor lounge perched over the Périphérique ring road with suspended herb and flower gardens. The negative: the food was very average.

Funky and fun!!! Truly unique and amazing experience! A must try if you in Paris! Food, accommodation and service all 5*. If you not stay in the hotel make sure to visit the room bar for sunset and cocktails.

The property is only open for a year, and it still looks brand new. The refurbishment efforts have been incredible. The food is amazing comma and the facilities are top-notch. And of course, the pool is the big draw. The history and the service are unbeatable.

100 percent renovated, this historic public pools is now a fine Accor Hotels property. Luxury and five star only begin to describe this unique property.Bacially, when you're looking for Palm Springs when in Paris, this is the place to go. FYI the Clarins Spa here is the biggest in the city.

Amazing place. From the quality of the reception to the exquisite taste put into making this place exceptional, you feel disconnected, relaxed and ready to enjoy every single bite of the experience. It's almost disappointing that the city that host the Hotel Molitor doesn't manage to extend such a pleasure outside this highly recommended establishment walls.
