Property's Green Action

The hotel has worked with Racing For The Oceans, a start-up which helps companies “move from a single-use plastic consumer role to a zero waste ambassador.”

Together, they have replaced all plastic packaging in the hotel with sustainable alternatives.

The hotel’s 50 rooms and suites will no longer feature any single-use plastic, starting with the wooden keycards used to access the rooms. Eco-friendly amenities include laundry bags, slippers and binbags made from bamboo, plastic-free minibar products, and paper Nespresso capsules.

Capsules café (C) Racing for the oceans Bathrooms will also undergo a sustainable makeover. Rather than having three separate bottles for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, the hotel will now provide a three-in-one solid soap-like bar. Guests will also be supplied with a bamboo toothbrush and toothpaste in a lozenge form.

The hotel will install water fountains to refill the glass bottles provided in the rooms, and the bar and breakfast room will no longer serve products packaged in plastic. The project will see the hotel eliminate over 24,000 plastic bottles, 55,000 cosmetics packaging and 16,000 plastic bags a year.

Genuinely the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. My partner and I had to move from a previous hotel and we were so lucky to find this one. We arrived around 9:30AM and the receptionist gave us our key straight away along with an upgrade from our original booking. We were also able to avail of the breakfast even though we had only checked in. Our room was absolutely beautiful. Exceptionally clean, the only remark I would have is the inner rim of the toilet was a bit dirty but other than that the bathroom was spotless. The room had all the amenities you would expect from a hotel, comfortable robes and slippers. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, while we were in the bar a member of staff gave us a plate of macaroons because they had noticed it was my birthday from when we checked in. Our stay was made so special from the exceptional staff and the beautiful decorated and clean hotel. We’re very excited to return and will always stay here anytime we come to Paris.

Nice place, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. But with totally no COVID awareness. They still serve open buffet for breakfast and don’t maintain a mask compliance at all.

Clean and Comfy rooms (a bit small) - Good value for money. Good location of the hotel. Walking distance to Montmartre and shopping areas. I would recommend the hotel, but I wouldn’t order breakfast for the extra ~18€ pp if you don’t mind going out for breakfast..
minus - There was a very small “fitness centre” here with hardly any weights..

Hotel was great, loved my stay here in the perfect area of Paris quite but minutes away from the buzzing centre. The staff are so helpful and friendly , they pretty much sort out all your worries. My only problem was the Wi-Fi but luckily enough it wasn't a work weekend for me. Thanks for the stay. P.s. cool flooring in the bar perfect for blog pickures.

I almost missed this one coming in, as it's almost hidden in a secluded building entrance, but once you enter the building, it looks amazing. The service was good (although I had to call/email to get an invoice over email two weeks after) and the rooms were good - big and clean, apart from the calcified shower head :/. Price wise quite expensive, but hey, it is Paris and centrally locate after all!

Large (for Paris) rooms on a relatively quiet street. Black out curtains and comfy beds make for a good night's sleep. Friendly helpful staff. Stylish decor. Would recommend and will be staying again.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

Nice modern and clean hotel. However the service is terrible and slow. Bar / restaurant very quiet to the point where they won't serve a drink there and request you to take it via room service (and then take over 45 mins to get it to you). I think these are teething problems as it's a new hotel. Good location otherwise. Nice restaurants in walking distance.

This has been my favorite hotel to stay in Paris for the last few years. I stayed at a different hotel for a similar price during my last visit and was extremely disappointed so I checked out and went to BW Opera Liege.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are well kept and are a decent size. They have a great buffet breakfast and the staff are nice and friendly.

7

Decent hotel; clean, but small.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant but overall, unremarkable. I was in a tight spot, with another reservation falling through, and I was able to, last minute, secure a Superior room with a queen bed (for that I am grateful).

Staff: 4 stars - Curt but professional. Were able to concisely accommodate my few requests.

Common Area: 2-3 stars - Entrance way is nice, but the common area was under construction, therefore there was not much to enjoy and maintenance workers all around.

Rooms: 3-4 stars. Clean and comfortable. Some toiletries were provided, but not much else (i.e. Advil). Rooms were definitely smaller than expected.

Location: 4 stars. Hotel is on a quaint street a bit north of the city core. I enjoy walking, so it was not a big deal for me, and the neighbourhoods South/Southeast between the hotel and Louve/Notre Dame/Champ Elysees are beautiful, quiet, and have amazing shopping/architecture. Walking around the area was one of my favourite parts of Paris.

This hotel is beautiful with good size Parisian rooms. We booked the Prestige Suite with breakfast. Breakfast had great variety of options.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I took away a star because the dinner room service options were disgusting. It tasted like frozen dinners. My daughter had the salmon raviolis and we had the veal ragout and all the entrees were gross.

8

Wonderful hotel, though the rooms are a little small, and the lights are very florescent. Staff is very nice, and overall the property is very beautiful. Location is clean, safe, and convenient. Doesn't seem on the same level as other 5-star hotels, but then again, nights here don't cost as much as the others in Paris.

10

A beautiful hotel (seems quite new, believe it opened for Summer 2016) with a nice location, placed down the street from a metro a couple stops from the Champs-Elysées, with the Lafayette Galerie and Printemps a short walk down the other way.
Service is fantastic and accommodating, rooms are a little small, but ultra modern and equipped with a rain shower. Many nice touches (espresso machine, soaps, snacks) that really round out the whole experience.

A brand new five star hotel settle in a old parisian building. Rooms are stylish and elegant. The breakfast buffet is really good. Being only five minutes from Saint Lazare station it is a good place to explore Paris
