The staff is great and the rooms were very very very clean. Great weekend rates if you are looking to get away. Beautiful property overall. Thank you, Joe, Amy, David, Theresa, Yolo!, Jessie, Tatiana, Hillary, Koala, Rob, James and everyone who I forgot to mention.

I love Hyatt house, but there are small things wrong about the room that need fixing. It feels less like Hyatt and more like a really really nice holiday inn. I would still stay here again in a heartbeat, but they need to take care of this place better.

Very nice staff!!
The van driver was not there one morning so another staff member drove me to the airport at an early hour.
Nice to see that they make it work for the customer no matter what goes on.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had trouble with our key cards and at one point neither our key cards nor the staff's keys worked, so they replaced the entire lock mechanism! Breakfast was good, continuously refilled with hot food, and plentiful. Lots of parking space, which at some hotels can be difficult to find. Couldn't give a rating of 5 stars due to our continual struggles with the key cards.

Nice hotel. I booked because it's very near to my work place. Small issues during my stay where room service was not available on regular basis due to staff shortage. I hope that's a temporary issue. Otherwise, hotel is at great location and very helping staff.

We stayed in a suite, complete with a couch and full kitchen. The hotel was wonderful, the staff very friendly and accommodating! There is a wonderful hot breakfast daily, even had great options for someone eating gluten free! The hotel provides a shuttle anywhere within 5 miles. Would definitely stay again!

It was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok , they also have a nice beer place at a walking distance and a small little bar on premise. However the walls are pretty thin so I could hear anything in the other rooms (I usually don't mind noise but it was above normal). If you're at the first floor especially if facing the pool and the 🔥 pit - you would feel right at the party (if there is one), also the windows are huge and not hazed so it was inconvenient that I had to shade all the windows to be able to use the shower and the bathroom with some privacy.

Stayed at the Hyatt House during a week of off site training. Suites are large with the king size bed and full bathroom in adjoining rooms. Each spacious room has its own TV. Sweet includes full kitchen with fridge and stove top as well as dishwasher. Site has pool business Suite in Hotel bar full restaurants laundry service. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful.

Very good business hotel, located right in the middle of RTP on the Chappell hill road at the intersection near to I540. Lenovo and Oracle are at walking distance and there are a couple of restaurant right in front including an Indian restaurant. Rooms are neat and comfortable with all basic amenities such as TV, Fridge, a small kitchen, sofa. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. They have a small bar at ground floor and serve some snack in the evening. They also have small gym with all basic equipments for fitness freaks. A big Thumbs Up for Hyatt House Raleigh Durham Airport.

7

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The gym / fitness area is pretty good if you're looking for a good workout as it has several treadmills and other cardio equipment. The rooms on the first floor near the restaurant area can be a bit noisy in the evening. The shuttle is very convenient, but give yourself some extra time in the morning as there may be other people going to other offices first. The morning hot breakfast is a nice touch and value add.

Stayed here for 3 weeks last year. Easy access to RDU Airport and my office in New millennium way. Great receptionist - Very helpful and patient. Room was spacious. Temperature control worked fine and the bed was awesome. Swimming pool was closed during the month of October/November when I visited . they have a basic gym. Wish they had better breakfast menu. It's the same menu everyday and get boring if you are staying for more than a week. And the hotel restaurant didn't offer much varieties of food for dinner.. Close to some Indian restaurants and Walmart! Would definitely recommend :)

Walking into the hotel I was greeted by very friendly staff. The lobby and rooms were updated and very clean. The bar/lounge area included a pool table and several comfortable seats for relaxing. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The rooms are also very private, I did not hear any outside noise.

Room was fine but windows opened onto large parking area so needed blinds down all day. Evening meal was terrible. Worst meal I've had in a very long time. Apparently a new menu designed to avoid having chef afyer breakfast. Would never eat there again which is a problem as there's nothing open within walking distance...

If you're visiting the Triangle and looking at homes in Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Holly Springs, and North Raleigh this is a great place to stay and get to all of those places easily. It's very close to the intersection of Interstate 40 and 540. Clients have told me that the included breakfast is very good

Hotel was clean and the room itself was pleasant. The kitchen staff in the morning were not very welcoming or kind. It seemed as if I was bothering them to ask for a fork as the fork container was empty. This location seems to get a lot of traffic as many businesses are close by, so you can imagine things are crowded in the morning. Request a room on a higher floor, as the 1st floor is very noisy from the conference area and lobby. I prefer the Hyatt Place about 1 mile away.

Rooms are comfortable, bar staff and front desk are very pleasant, but the kitchen was closed because the cook didn't show up to work. So I had to spend additional time and money to leave and find a warm meal. The manager should have a few backup options when the cook doesn't show up.

Breakfast was pretty good, and the room where our meeting was held was nice. They even put out power strips for our devices and the internet was easy to connect to. The room temp was a little wonky, but that's my only complaint.

People were all friendly. Room was spacious and clean. AC was loud and continuously worked to maintain twmperature. Gym was small but adequate with some free weights, one bench and 6 or 7 cardiovascular machines. Free breakfast in the morning is buffet style with the usual suspects, but also with some parts changing daily. Not bad, but not great either. There is am omelette station, but the choices are very limited and the chef was hardly there. The bar was small and only open until 10pm. If it was summer time there is a pool, but it is pretty tiny. Since it is outdoor I doubt it gets much use. It also closes at dusk, which means I am guessing the hot tub doesn't get used at all.

A friend was staying at the Hyatt House on a business trip. I meet him for drinks at the bar. Service was quick and friendly, and they had a decent selection of local beers. Unfortunately they don't have any taps, but it was still nice to see a selection of local brews. We didn't order cocktails, but there appeared to be a limited number of bottles available. There is abundant seating broken it onto different areas, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to catch up. This isn't a bar I would make a destination if someone want staying there, but it was a pleasant place to pass a few hours.

Nice place. Excellent price for a suite with a kitchenette and 2 TV's. Staff were wonderful. One had a little fun at my expense for being an Auburn fan, but that was made up for by the next person I spoke with, another AU fan, saying, "Oh, we don't listen to her!" Good times. Only complaint was the made to order omelette was really small. I'm not even sure it was a 2-egg omelette.

The hotel was very neatly appointed and the property was clean. The Breakfast was on another level though, cold and hot items and a made to order omelet station. Main courses were eggs, bacon, french toast, even had sugar free and regular syrup to choose from. I have stayed in quite a few hotels and the breakfast at the Hyatt will stand out for a very long time to come.

My room was big and has everything you need. I only stayed a night, but wanted to stay much longer. The room was clean, check in/out was very easy and the lady working the desk was very kind. I chose this hotel because I am familiar with the area and wanted to be closer to Morrisville than the airport. I will definitely stay here again.

I met my brother and his family (the guests of the hotel) for breakfast while they were in town. The tables and chairs were stylish and spread apart with plenty of space from the other guests. The food was served buffet-style. It was all freshly prepared and steaming hot standard American breakfast fare, with plenty of options for both the indulgent and the health conscious. All silverware, serving dishes, and furniture were very clean. As soon as one dish ran low, it was promptly refilled and the bar was kept well-stocked with clean dishware. If you are a guest here, don't pass up this breakfast.

The care for appearance and quality of food will make me seek out a Hyatt House to stay at during my future travels.

☣ WARNING: SUITES 238, 338 AND POTENTIALLY OTHERS IN THE SAME AREA ARE CONTAMINATED WITH BED BUGS!!! (CONFIRMED BY DUKE HEALTH 8/5/2016)

I have known this property for three years and the current manager, Mark, is a great guy but the property is currently having a problem as described above. The manager loudly declares he has NEVER heard of a bedbug problem at his property during our conversation on 8/30/2016, but I do not fully believe him and think he is following Hyatt corporate or the Hyatt franchise owner's directives.

If you work at Lenovo (just not 6 or 7) this is a very convenient property for you. You can stroll to campus. Same for Oracle. For anything else, the hotel is a little out of the way and right off Chapel Hill Road—known for legendary traffic delays.

The hotel is pretty quiet and seemingly well maintained (see warning above) just do your best to avoid any room on the first floor near the oftentimes noisy and rambunctious elevators.

My fiancé and I stay at this hotel for the weekend. The experience was great. The only bad thing, which wasn't a big deal, the elevator stopped working and we had to take the stairs. One of the housekeepers told us she didn't want us to use it because she didn't want us to get stuck. The front desk acted very quickly and the elevators were working within a hour. I enjoyed my stay here. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. It's peaceful and I enjoyed the fire pit out back. The bartender was amazing.. The Hyatt House is the place to be for a peaceful vacation....

I have and always will say that the true measure of a business comes not when all is good, but when something goes wrong. My recent stay was awful, but the general manager, Mark, was so profoundly professional and genuinely caring that I'm giving this hotel a good four star rating.

I checked-in at a time when there was a wedding party--and not just any old wedding party--it was a rowdy and rambunctious one. My room was near the elevators and long story short, I had to move rooms at 4:00 am because of all the drunk and disorderly people lingering in the elevator lobby as well as the rest of the corridor on the first floor.

The next morning, my later than normal checkout was denied rudely.

The next day, I received the Hyatt survey by email and let my thoughts out thinking they'd fall on deaf ears or into an empty survey server in Provo. I was wrong. The GM Mark followed up with a voicemail with such a level of courtesy and concern that I swear I felt taken back to the days when service actually meant something.

It was taken care of.

The hotel itself is a lovely new property. If you like 10 foot ceilings, request a room on the first floor. Try to avoid Room 124 as it's right at the elevators off the lobby! Think noise late at night and first thing in the morning!!!

I stayed here back in July for 4 days. Pretty amazing hotel!!! I did have one issue which was resolved and I want to thank Rei Black for calling and addressing my concerns. There isn't anything me and my girlfriend didn't like other than the billing situation. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor fireplace. The staff for the most part were very accommodating and helpful. Everyone there was really pleasant. However, the big selling point to us was the bed! I mean no tossing and turning just wonderful uninterrupted sleep. We loved the bed so much we are planning on getting on for our future home.

The only thing I would say that needs to be "looked" into is bacon, I love bacon and was only able to get it once. But other than that great place to stay. I look forward to my next visit as I will be arriving tomorrow!

Great hotel, only 4 years old and looks brand new. Don't know about other Hyatt Houses but this one is an extended stay type. Had large king suite with full kitchenette. While no restaurant, the bar has a nice little menu at decent prices, with hot & cold breakfast bar and an omelette station. Great and friendly staff. Hotel easily accessible and right off of by-pass 540. Hotel exceptionally priced for all of the amenities. Highly recommend this hotel when planning a stay in Raleigh!
