Amazing breakfast, 2 bedroom King suite was spacious and set up like a small 2 bedroom apartment. Parking was a bit tight for my truck but we were able to make it work. Definately a great place to stay.

4.730 stars. My band stayed there prior to playing a gig. Our lead guitarist threw a TV into the swimming pool and our drummer rode his motorcycle through the lobby. Good times!

I would stay there again, but we were banned for life. The ban was well deserved. A tip of the cap to you, Continential Hyatt House!!!

This hotel is in a great location if you want to walk over to the bar various bars and restaurants near old town Scotsdale. The hotel itself is a suite almost a townhouse feel with a kitchen. Breakfast was included and parking is free

This is a nice hotel. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. It was nice to have a fridge and full kitchen. The shower was so refreshing. The only bad thing is there is no elevator and most of the rooms are outside. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and good choices.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Great for the rate and located in a more lively pray of the city. Nice cold A/C which was refreshing for those hot 100° days!

Really like this place. Conveniently located and very nice amenities. Best breakfast! Just realize there are no elevators...so if that's important, make sure to reserve a first floor room.

Hyatt House in Scottsdale reminds me of a townhouse community. I arrived very early and the staff had a room ready in ten minutes. I appreciated the helpful staff. Parking is free and available. Location is great with easy access to restaurants.

Great place, walking distance to mall, Old Town. Oldtown is a fun place to shop, eat, and drink and to just stroll around. We stayed for 3 nights. Clean place. Quiet. Awesome free breakfast, all staff were wonderful. Would definitely stay again, would recommend. Lots of room, room has all you need to cook. Driving distance to many, many hiking areas, some 20 minutes to 45 minutes away. Great location.

It was an ok place. Breakfast was good, the same thing everyday, but fresh. Room was clean, but not airy and no natural lights. The town has a good vibe but quality of the food was so so.

7

Family oriented place to stay while in Scottsdale. Close to downtown. Free decent breakfast. Rooms could use updating but they are clean. The pool is much smaller than shown on their website. I guess lens perspective distorts room and pool size a bit. No elevators for upper floors so it's not ideal for disabled folks. All in all a good deal.

It was beautiful. The grounds were well kept and the staff was Great! Breakfast was also pretty good. Pool is heated so it's comfortable to swim all year round. Jacuuzi was nice and the chlorine wasn't too strong. Right down the street from all of the nightlife but the rooms were still quiet. Really worth the money.... PERFECT STAYCATION SPOT

It's a good, solid value. You get a suite with good enough furniture, one or two bedrooms, comfortable bed, and full kitchen (including stove, pots and pans, fridge, and dishwasher).

It's not fancy, but it's roomy, clean, and in a great location.

Very nice place to stay. From the outside lawn and shrubbery being freshly manicured to the inside of the rooms being very spacious and nicely decorated with contemporary furniture and lots of wrk
Worm colors for that nice cozy feeling. All around a great place to stay.

This is the extension stay branch of the Hyatt tree, so think more Extended Stay America than Hyatt Regency. But that don't make it' cheap. The one thing the higher price does do is keep out the tweakers and prostitutes. But if you have the money to stay here why not stay somewhere better?

Hyatt House hotels are the Hyatt Hotels answer to Marriott's Courtyard, Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, etc. With fee breakfast included and non-luxury, economy-style accommodations. Well situated in town centers they are reliably clean and inexpensive. Great for overnight accommodations.

7

We had a nice stay. The staff was very courteous, and everything was clean. The room was spacious and felt like a 1 bedroom apartment (even more so than Hyatt House I've stayed at in Frisco, TX and New Orleans, LA). The room was by the pool and was a little noisy. We could also hear the person in the room above us anytime they walked around. The noise is only reason I rated this 4/5 instead of 5/5 The room was great overall: large shower, motorized vent fan in shower/toilet room, spacious walk-in closet was spacious, comfortable mattress, and a large kitchen with full-size appliances.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping! Hotel is clean, grounds are manicured, convenient parking, easy access to pool, lobby bar, and front desk. Free breakfast; coffee, tea, juice, eggs, potatoes, French toast, cereal, fruit, omelets made to order. All good!
The Hyatt team of employees go above and beyond to accommodate and to make your stay a pleasent experience at the Hyatt House in Scottsdale. We stay at this location several times a year, and will continue to do so because of the five star service!

I just went here to visit friends. The room was a nice layout with a separate kitchen living room. This hotel is right next to the club area so weekend nights will get loud. There is usually a security guard outside the entrance at these times to try and control the parking situation for guests and visitors only.

I stayed for several days/nights while on business. I thought it was a nice place and the staff was very nice each time I interacted with them. The included breakfast was great - many selections and custom made omelettes available each morning. The room had a fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, glasses, silverware, paper towels, and soap for the dishwasher! I had no issues with noise as other reviews mention. I would for sure stay there again!

Stayed here for a few days as part business/part leisure and very much enjoyed the hotel and surrounding area. It's attractive from the outside and feels private and safe even though it's right off a main road that leads to some great area restaurants and shopping.

The rooms are spread over several buildings and more like an apartment than a typical multi-story hotel, which I enjoy. It feels more homey and private. There are no elevators so if you have a heavy suitcase like me, you'll want a room on the first floor or you'll be lugging it up the steps. I'm not usually a fan of first floor rooms but these were private enough that it felt very comfortable. Yes, you may hear some noise as people check in/check out but it's a hotel, so you expect some of that no matter what. It didn't feel overly obtrusive.

There's a really nice bar/dining area that's open and attractive and the food (including free breakfast) was also good. I liked having everything in the main building - gym, laundry, dining, front desk. I didn't mind walking out to the building for meals or amenities since it's a nice space and everything is relatively close anyway.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating. After a few days they felt more like friends. They were quick with recommendations for places to go, and if you needed something like fresh coffee, all you had to do was ask.

The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. I really liked having the main bathroom separate from the sink area, and the walk-in closet was a nice bonus. It was a great place to work, too. Nice desk, comfortable couch with a side table that slides over it. Plus you're within a few miles of some fun bars and restaurants. There is also a cigar bar around the corner which is a favorite of mine.

Cons for people who like to know the down sides: not having an elevator could be an issue for some people. The shower door was heavy and tended to stick so it was a little challenging to move. If your room overlooks the pool you'll have a nice view but they play music, too, which some people may not want to hear. Can't think of anything else. These are all minor but may help some people with preferences.

Overall this was a great experience and I'd go back without question.

We stayed in a king suite, it was a very pleasant room fully equipped kitchenette, living room, desk, and walk-in closet. Nice pool and hot tub, with a free complimentary breakfast every morning. It was worth every penny we paid. Just be aware that your bill will include a state, city, and local tax; about $12.50 a day

So much to say. I was very pleased with my visit. A pool, a workout room, a nice breakfast and room makes it easy to call home. The staff were very helpful and nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good and there were many options even for those who don't eat dairy, gluten, etc. The rooms are very neat and comfortable. Everything you need should be walking distance from the hotel. I can assure you will have a nice stay here.

It's an apartment building. I didn't even have shampoo in my room and when I went to ask the maid, she gave me a hard time. The room came with earplugs, which I had no idea what they were for until the bars and other establishments next door were making so much noise.

From the moment we arrived we knew this would be a great stay. Kristy was at the front desk to check us in and she was amazing, very kind, welcoming smile and answered all of our questions of the property and of the Scottsdale area. The rooms are in great condition, very clean. Beds comfortable. I would highly recommends this property to anyone on your next stay in Scottsdale and be sure to say hello to Kristy she will take good care of you! Great job Kristy.

Clean and beautiful rooms. Especially nice staff. I think their free breakfast was great so I'm not sure why the other review's say it was just alright. It was definitely the nicest hotel breakfast I have ever had and I travel a lot. The rooms are like small apartments and the pool is salt water. Overall great experience and I will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here multiple times, right in old town and like the rooms they give you they are usually spacious and have a kitchen and are cheaper than something like the W or other old town hotels. As usual the one down side is that they are a bit crazy about their parking, and I don't feel like having to tell a "parking guard" my room number every time (although I understand why they do this as parking is always taken in old town).

I loved this place! We stayed there for 4th of July and we had a ball. It's located next to the mall so food wasn't a issue. We also shopped for food and had a bbq night. This was our home away from home. We had the 2 bed room suite and the separation between the two rooms was just great. It allows mom and dad to have their space and the kids to have theirs. I've been recommending this place to anyone who will listen since then.
