Facilities outside of the rooms are relatively minimal (though breakfast is good), but the rooms themselves are very comfortable and tasteful. Views are variable, though a good number look out over the Seattle Center/Space Needle, which is nice. Staff pleasant, check-in/out frictionless.

Great hotel in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean and having a small kitchenette made life easy. I also enjoyed the happy hour and the roof top patio with a view of the space needle. You can pretty much walk to anywhere from this point or get on public transit easy. The bed was also very comfortable. I will be staying at this property again on my next trip to Seattle.

Great place, across the street from the Space Needle. The suit was plenty big for a family of four. Don't be alarmed by the monorail outside the window. It literally went right past our room and you couldn't feel or hear a thing. The included breakfast was great. A step up from Holiday Inn or Hampton fare.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, it was great for a family of 4, particularly since everyone was jet lagged, having a separate room helped immensely. The Hyatt team were super friendly and accommodating, just makes all the difference to be honest. Parking under the hotel was easy enough and cheaper than public parking across the street 👍. Breakfast was really nice, with a fresh omelette station would recommend

Had a great room with a view (it was clean, bright, and felt updated). We always looked forward to going back after being out all day.

Showers are large and water pressure is good. The windows had both a privacy blind and blackout blind (which was very nice for sleeping in / getting natural light and privacy at the same time).

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful...I give them credit for the extreme patience they showed during
checkin (was pretty busy).

The free shuttle to the different locations was extremely beneficial. Daniel (shuttle driver) was so helpful and awesome. The people at the front desk were not extremely helpful in providing information about the hotel but Daniel made up for it. The free breakfast was incredible. Nice big room. Overall great experience!!!

We found the staff helpful both prior to, and during our stay at the hotel. There is no shuttle from SEA-TAC and the trip was $65 one way, but they provide a shuttle to the pier for cruise ship guests.
The breakfast variety and fare was standard for a hotel in this category, but they will cook a breakfast to order.
The room was much smaller than expected and much more expensive than the size and amenities warranted ($584.00/night on Saturday). A similar room stay often runs $150.00-$175.00 in other cities or further out from downtown Seattle. The hotel charges a $50 fee that is removed from billing once your room is checked.
All said, I would stay again if the room was reasonably priced, but not at the rate we paid. A stay at famous spa we like that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner with drinks, along with a spa treatment is about $650.00/night, for reference.

Very polite and friendly staffs, wonderful location. But the rooms! They are dirty! When I pay for the room I want to see a quality cleaning. we came to relax and celebrate our wedding anniversary. I'm very upset because of this((((

Great hotel, really nice rooms. Very close to everything you want to see. Including the space Needle... It's across the street. You get access to the roof and it's got patio fruniture and a fire pit table. The showers are really hot, rooms are really comfortable with tons of room.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days last month and had a great experience. The front desk was always very friendly and helpful and we loved that the hotel was in walking distance of a lot of attractions. The room was very clean and it was always quiet at night (as it should be!) with no disturbances. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're planning on visiting Seattle!

The location for this hotel is perfect if you want to visit the Space Needle or surrounding area. The free shuttle to the pier is very convenient a well. The rooms are very modern and spacious. The kitchenette is a nice addition. We stayed in a 2 queen suite and there was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. The staff was very friendly and even let us check in 3 hours early! We will definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located right next to the Space Needle and (more importantly) the monorail to Westlake Center. It was prefect for our vacation in Seattle.

Only thing to note is there parking is a bit hidden so it might be easier to park under the monorail track and ask the front desk.

The breakfast was pretty good as well.

Also, for those on a long trip, the laundry machines are large, cheap ($1 for wash, $1 for dry, get coins from front desk), and quick.

And there's a pretty nice rooftop terrace with a great view of the Space Needle and 2 BBQ grills if you're with a group.

While our room did not have a view of the Space Needle and Glass Garden, the 8th floor, terrace, did offer a brilliant view of the Seattle skyline. The room was very cozy with a nice nook for reading and a full kitchen. The hotel offered complementary breakfast which was plentiful and delicious. Hyatt House also provided transport service at no extra charge. Great hospitality and would definitely recommend it.

Very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They normally only allow one parking spot per room but allowed us the two spots we needed. This is my second time staying at the Hyatt House and I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed for two nights at the Hyatt House and really enjoyed it. Great location and friendly staff. The front desk was helpful during check in and throughout our stay. They also recommended a good late night spot to eat near by. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The room (king bed with view) was nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the shower was a good size. There were some slight issues with the tv remote responding, but those seemed to go away pretty quickly. The staff was super nice and willing to help. Breakfast was good and had nice variety. The location is unbeatable, right across from Seattle center.

The room was very nice and clean. The TV had a few issues with freezing and not responding to the remote, but that didn't last long. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited, but still a nice variety. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great.

This is my favorite hotel by far! Great location, walking distance to downtown and across the street from the space needle and the Pop Culture museum (which is a MUST visit!). The offer amazing breakfast, free coffee/tea 24 hours a day. There is a bar in the hotel and they have great food. Our room was in the corner and we were looking right at the space needle. Rooms are super nice and the one we had came with a full kitchen! Will be back for sure!!!

Absolutely loved this place! It was a surprise visit for my birthday and I wish I could have stayed an extra night. They have roof top access which I will include in my review, and our room had perfect view of Space Needle! WORTH ABSOLUTELY EVERY PENNY TO STAY HERE!!!!

Oh and they have a gym 😁😁 And a really sweet guy who drives the shuttle and take you places/picks you up 😁😁

Whilst we were staying here there was a fire evacuation at 2.30am . There was no communication between staff and guests. Everyone was confused, didn't know where to evacuate to. Guests were just loitering in the lobby confused. The staff didn't make any announcement to guests. The night auditor just looked grumpy and stressed completely unaware how to deal with the situation. I talked to the staff the next morning and she advised me the hotel had never provided them with fire training. This concerns me greatly. I use to work in hotels and fire training and how to respond to the situation and talk to guests is of utmost importance. Completely unprofessional.

Located right next to the Space Needle, it was a very convenient place to stay when visiting as a tourist. The room was spacious and clean, and they offer a complementary shuttle that will pick you up or drop you off anywhere within a mile of the hotel, including Pike Place Market. The included breakfast buffet runs from 6:30-9:30, and has a decent selection of food to choose from, like an omelette bar, fruit, breads, cereal, and oatmeal. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

Awesome hotel across the street from the space needle. Very comfortable with a family of five. Parking underground is also convenient ($25/day). The complimentary breakfast is great - they have a made to order omelette bar (fantastic). We enjoyed our stay here immensely. **rooftop terrace is also a really cool feature to enjoy the views.

I stay here regularly- the rooms are spacious and well equipped. They have a laundry which is really useful when you’re traveling and want to wash a load without paying dry cleaning charges, and a decent bar with food. It’s not fancy, but very well thought through and practical.

Room was beautiful, view was awesome! Yazmine at Front Desk was Extremely nice and helpful - she even ordered a car to take us to the airport at 4 a.m. Night Front Desk man was very nice also. The Hyatt House was wonderful to work with. They sent us a shuttle to pick us up from the mall area, and ordered us a car to get to the train station.the only negative we experienced is they wouldn't provide us a roll away bed option for our 4th party who slept on the floor. This is an opportunity for improvement even if it doesn't come up that often. The staff was nice and the room was clean.

Great hotel with awesome location near businesses and events. I've stayed here both for personal and business trips. The hotel staff are very kind and attentive. There's a ton of food downstairs to buy as snacks or to microwave. Breakfast is actually pretty good. Really happy they have a washer and dryer. Bathrooms and bedroom are nice. Blanket is a little bit thin but ah well. Everything is clean and new feeling.

Clean, well maintained large rooms. Great location close to the monorail, Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture and a really nice playground. Breakfast was one of the best complimentary ones I've ever had. Beds were too firm for my taste, but I'm a bit of a princess in that regard. The kids slept well on the pullout sofa bed. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families visiting the city.

The room was beautiful and gorgeous had a good sight given, for a second floor. Breakfast was delicious and I do not like sausage but the sausage was amazing. Only problem was that it was hard to scan your card in the hotel as well that the elevator took forever and that finding the stairs down the building was difficult. But if you think that's nothing, then this hotel is perfect for you.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at, and I used to work in hotel industry. Staff is genuinely nice and helpful. We are traveling with a toddler and they will stop what they are doing and help us either getting a high chair or grabbing a plate for us with the morning breakfast. The entire hotel is beautiful, and it's a great location for a tourist, across the street from the space needle and many other attractions. Only a few blocks from likes market. When I come back to Seattle I'm staying here.

Hyatt House is excellent for long stays. The room is spacious, and it has comfortable furniture. There is a dishwasher, cooking stove, microwave oven, bowls, plates, cutlery -- everything is there to make you feel like home. The TV is 42" flat panel that you can watch either from the bed or from a comfy corner sofa. The location of the hotel is convenient too. It's right next to the iconic Space Needle and if you like to walk, it would take you about 20 minutes to reach the downtown with all its shops, or you can take the monorail and get there in a matter of minutes. The hotel provides a shuttle service that can take you anywhere within a 1-mile radius. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Lovely place to stay if you want to see the popular attractions! Great location right across from Seattle Center, with a view of the Space Needle and MoPOP from your room. The monorail, which will take you to downtown, also passes right by your window.

We got the funny-shaped corner room, which was lined with a ton of windows and lots of light. The bed is tucked away from the living area in a cozy nook, with privacy provided by the TV screen, which swivels 180 degrees so you can watch from the bed or the couch. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and plates and silverware, a peeler and a grater, microwave and stovetop. The bathroom has an oversized shower head with good water pressure.

Desk staff was perfectly friendly. Supposedly there's a shuttle service that can take you anywhere within a mile of the hotel, but the two times we asked for it, it wasn't available. Daily breakfast is good and has some variety, including made-to-order omelettes.

Very nice hotel for a more reasonable price. The location is excellent being just across the street from the space needle. The staff is super helpful. I have to say that I didn't stay here. My 14 year old daughter happened to be running the Hot Chocolate 15k marathon earlier this month. Before her race, she really needed to use the restroom. It was a very cold March morning and very early in the morning. As we walked to the McDonalds we could see further down the street, we happened to walk by the Hyatt House. I know we could have pretended to be staying there and just walked in to use the bathroom, but as we walked by one of the men at the front desk, looked up with a smile and a wave. My husband took a chance and walked in with our daughter and asked if our daughter could use the restroom. The man, Scott Hoard, was so kind to us. We talked about the beautiful artwork that was hanging through out the lobby, and he was proud that the franchise owner fought to have only local artists. Thank you for employing and training such kind employees. Its things like this that make me want to stay at certain hotels.

Situated next door to the Space Needle, this hotel is perfect for me. I can get downtown with a 10 minute walk. There are interesting shops and restaurants on the other side, (and inside) of Seattle Center. Best of all, rooms come equipped with a full kitchen.

I need to watch my fat and salt intake; eating in restaurants makes this very difficult. With a full kitchen, I can do some groceries and plan my menu. Also, Seattle is a foodie town. Yes, I go to the amazing restaurants. However, I can also enjoy the local products available at Pike Market, in the different farmer's markets and in other places all around town thanks to my fridge, range and rooftop gas grills.

Last but not least, the personnel have always been friendly and helpful.

Hyatt House's are among my favorite line of hotels to stay in when traveling. There is a small kitchenette with a couple of stove tops you can use to make your own food to save yourself a little money... though I was disappointing to find that the microwaves here don't also double as small convection ovens (as I have found in other Hyatt House's before). They also seemed to have a shortage of hot water in the morning; turning the faucet to full hot only got you barely warm water. There is only 2 elevators in the hotel which tend to be overwhelmed during breakfast hours. But on the plus side our room was quiet, we had a great view of the Space Needle, there is an outdoor lounge on the roof (but I didn't get a chance to check it out), breakfast is free and delicious and the staff is very friendly. They also offer a free shuttle service that will take you to places within a given radius that will get you to most of the many popular tourist attractions in the city. Overall it is a great place to stay.

We stayed one night as a family of four, and as much as I'd like to rate the hotel higher because the room was fine, I can't. It started off with trying to figure our the main entrance and parking situation. After multiple turns on one way streets, we finally called the hotel and the receptionist was no help. We ended up at a steep downhill entrance to the parking garage with the doors down. It turned out we needed to check in first to get assigned a parking spot, which could have been communicated through the confirmation e-mail, but it wasn't. We checked in and were given a parking spot (48) which I realized was already taken when I attempted to park there. I wasn't able to call to inquire because there is no cell phone reception in the garage. Finally, after waiting for five minutes (literally) for the elevator, I got to the reception, and was assigned another parking spot (53), with no apologies for the error. The room was nice and comfortable. The swiveling TV is a great idea, so you can watch it either on the sofa or in the bed. It has a full kitchen, however the microwave is almost toy-size, and the fridge is quite small. The breakfast, though, is another story. We ordered omelets and were told the wait would be around thirty minutes (it was). Two things the management needs to look into: why thirty minutes, and how many omelets go into trash (ours did) because the customers are already full by the time the omelets are ready. The checkout was another ordeal; had to wait in line for more than 10 minutes because the (only) receptionist was busy taking to a customer (on the phone) disputing a credit card charge. I also find the parking fee ($30+ for one night) rather outrageous. Overall, the room is nice and the location is good, but there were multiple issues that just left a sour taste in our mouths. Stay if you want, but expect multiple issues.

Overall - 9

As my wife and I entered the hotel, the service was already amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Once we got to our room, we were shocked at how amazing the room looked. The view was amazing as well! The only inconvenience is parking was pretty hard to get to and you had to pay for parking even if you stayed at the hotel. Otherwise, everything else was great and the overall experience is amazing.

It was a nice hotel. Eden at the front desk was very nice and attentive. The room was clean. And comfy in a modern way, energy efficient rooms require a room key to have power. It was nice being right across from the space needle. The bar had two happy hour times. Good wine. Only down side was that there is no pool.

I only stayed one night here and it was with my brother and my sister and her family. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us in the suite. It was very clean and modern. The proximity to the Space Needle was super convenient (it is literally across the street). This made doing touristy things much easier.

This place was great. I would get down to breakfast early since it does fill up quick. Clean, comfortable, and great location for doing tourist stuff. The staff was great as well, very helpful.
Parking spots they had were terribly small though. I had to crawl out after parking in the assigned spot beside a pole and another vehicle.

Very clean hotel, our suite was pretty complete. Electrónica Window blinds, 3 tvs, full kitchen. Only one bathroom. 2 beds and a couch.
The hotel staff were incredibly polite, respectful and helpful.

The location was amazing. The only bad thing to say about the hotel is that they lacked private parking available and that I believe the parking should be included. Other than. That is perfect.

Huge room and reasonable price. They have no free toiletries if you forgot something so get ready to pay a premium to get it from them. Great breakfast spread but it only runs for 3 hours and it is packed the whole time making it less likely you will be able to grab a bite to eat in a timely manner. I got the wheelchair accessible room and planned on having a wheelchair delivered but the company didn't have one available right away. I was disappointed hyatt house did not have a chair for use until mine arrived. Staff is very nice and very helpful. They have a free shuttle which is nice but with a 1 mile radius it might as well not exist.

The room was extremely clean with a very modern decor. I loved the view of the Space Needle from the room, as well as some of the new technological features the room offered. There were the automated double shades system, one for light filtering and one for total privacy, and the key card slot at the entrance which allowed you to quickly turn on and off power for the lights in the room. The staff were extremely friendly, and the location was very central. This hotel made for a truly memorable stay in Seattle, and I will have to stay there again!

Excellent place to stay. I had a corner room on the 3rd floor, so I had an excellent view on both sides and a lot of light in the room. The breakfast was good. Great atmosphere and facilities. Wifi should be faster.

Staff very accommodating and room was nice. I would call it a 3 star hotel. Bar only open 5 - 10 and breakfast a madhouse and under-served. HD tv

We were 6 family members traveling and needed one hotel room to stay for 4 nights. This hotel was an unexpected find and turned out to be one of the best experiences ever.

The hotel is right across from Space Needle, our room had a beautiful and direct view of it. If you plan on buying CityPASS then the majority of the places are walking distance from the hotel. The hotel also provides a 24-hour free shuttle ride to Pike Street Market. We made full use of the shuttle and were delighted. The hotel provided free breakfast and had a good selection of items.

It is a brand new hotel that opened its doors for business a week before we arrived. We found very helpful staff eager to assist. On one occasion, we had to switch rooms due to technical reason and during the move we forgot our baby shampoo in the old room. A day later we requested the staff to check the room for the baby shampoo bottle. Unfortunately anything left over is thrown out after a day. The staff took it upon themselves to find another shampoo bottle from the nearest store and delivered it to my hotel room.

The room we stayed was spacious with 2 queen size beds and 1 pull out sofa bed with a full blown kitchen (full sized refrigerator, cook top, microwave, utensils, pots and pans, etc...) I will highly recommend all my friends and family to stay at this hotel and experience the quality of their customer service. I am SOLD and will first look for Hyatt Place in the future.
