Nice, modern and very friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms, and facilities include gym, pool and spa. The bar is a friendly place for a drink or dinner (say hi to Mark the barman from me).

The rooms even have a kitchenette if you are looking to sell cater.

Highly recommended.

Clean, modern room. Comfortable bed. Liked the separate starting area. Shower had good pressure and temperature. Breakfast exceeded expectations.

Nice hotel with all the options I need. Only negative is that the rooms are studio format, like more traditional hotel rooms. I'm used to this chain having separate living areas from the sleeping area.

The location is walking distance from quite a few dining options that are worth your time, yet it still feels out of the way enough to be comfortable. The staff isn't the friendliest, but they got me a room key, and directed me to the parking structure. Beware of getting here during evening rush hour traffic.

Pretty new hotel, the staff was very friendly. However, things in my room didn't work so well. The shade cord broke right away when I pulled it. The coffee machine didn't work properly either. My mattress was caved in pretty bad. I stayed here for business trip. It was the location that mattered to me. So I gave 3 stars.

Good location, friendly reception, the room was fantastic, free parking nearby, and great breakfast with lots of variety. There was a mini kitchen in the room (which I didn't use) including a full fridge, but it was nice to have as an option.

The only minor thing I didn't care for about the room was the odd shower, with the Euro-style fixed glass half-door that included a large cut-out hole allowing you to turn on/off the water without getting in (see photos). I felt I was getting the floor all wet as water would splash out because of the design. Otherwise, a great place to stay when in the Redmond area.

Very comfortable clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is great. Plenty of nearby restaurants and close to Redmond Town Center. Conveniently located to local software companies for business trips. That said, traffic in the area can be gnarly.

Very clean, my only complaint was we were put in a room over looking a kfc and an empty lot, but other than that it was really great! The room had a balcony, a mini kitchen and was really roomy!

Place is great for families looking for a suite style hotel room. Clean, accommodating, and friendly staff make this my favorite place to stay whenever I am in town (3x a year). The indoor pool is a big plus and a lot of fun regardless of weather.

Excellent rooms and perfect location to walk or drive to some great resturuants. And if you are having dinner at the hotel, bartender Marc is great. He remembered my name, my drink, and made me feel right at home. And for those just looking for a good nights rest, Hyatt Hotel beds really are some of the most comfortable around. Happy travels!

Great bar service and extremely friendly. Food and drinks are great and if you're alone sitting up at the bar was fun, the regulars are friendly and bar tender we're fun to talk to. Not sure why this place isn't busier on a weekend!

The Hyatt gets overlooked too much I think. This is a solid hotel with great amenities and they're usually at least 25% less expensive than snobby Marriott. Plus you seem to get better accomodations. The Hyatt House brand even offers apartment style features. The bar is clean and comfortable and the food on the local menu is great (ask for both menus to see the difference). It's a gem on the hem of downtown Redmond and in walking distance to some great restaurants.

Breakfast was great. Today I had an egg white omelet with many vegetables and I was pleased with how great it tasted. The service was amazing; the lady who was making the omelets was probably overwhelmed with the numerous orders but she worked hard and cooked everyone's omelet to perfection! I commend her for that.

7

For a brand name hotel this property needs an upgrade. The rooms are dark with terrible yellow light bulbs in all 3 lamps and the mattresses are worn out and lumpy. I had a spring constantly going “boing” when I moved. The staff are helpful and the morning breakfast is great. Parking although free is difficult, tight spots and confusing parking structure mixed in with a lot of permanent apartment dwellers. The main reason for giving this hotel a 4 rating is the very helpful and friendly staff.

This hotel is wonderful! I arrived early before the check in time and the front desk the young lady was awesome she allowed me to check in early. Actually the front desk staff were all extremely friendly making sure that my stay was pleasant. I had the deluxe king suite with kitchenette and the room was gorgeous. The breakfast buffet was delicious there is a chef there taking orders for omelettes everyday. It was an awesome hotel and I will definitely stay again!!

The Hyatt house was an amazing spot to get ready for my wedding. The front desk staff was great at helping us out where needed and gave me lots of amazing ideas for pictures since it was raining the day of my wedding. I had two standard double queen rooms for the bridesmaids to stay in and the bridal party to get ready in. My only complaint would be that they didn't give me joining rooms which made it a bit cramped for us to get ready since the rooms were narrow. It ended up working better for keeping my now husband away from me until out first look since they were on different floors (directly above and below) the breakfast bar was yummy, loved the omlette bar. Hot tub was nice. Lots of parking across the road in the parking garage, we parked near the elevator which brings you up by the driveway

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. The night bartender was an entertaining and knowledgable. The breakfast served included a variety to accommodate all diets. I cannot say enough about the staff that runs this hotel. They do an amazing job, one that other hotels should try to emulate. Thank you Hyatt House Redmond. We can't say enough about our stay with you!

Had some minor bumps initially with my stay but the staff were excellent and bent over backwards to collect everything as best they could. Rooms were very clean with a nice kitchen amongst the amenities. Breakfast was included with a fair number of great options including fresh omlettes. Would definitely stay here anytime I'm in the area.

The hotel is great once you are onsite. The breakfast was lovely. The room was nice. I had my wedding guests stay there and the communication with both the event manager and the group sales personnel was lackluster. They were hard to get a hold of. If you are planning an event there I would suggest another hotel.

9

By far one of the best hotels I've stayed at and certainly the best Hyatt House. I had really nice corner room with high ceilings and an amazing view. It was very relaxing and I loved being right there by Redmond Town Center so I could just hop down to iPic or to shop etc... Staff was super nice. I don't really eat breakfast a lot but this breakfast was amazing! Loved the custom omelet station.

I really don't have anything bad to say, try get a view of the park on the side of the hotel, it's just peaceful. I hope you enjoy your stay!

The lobby is beautiful and the service at the Bistro was excellent. A drink was ordered that wasn't quite what we had in mind and the bartender realized we had hardly touched it and offered to make a different one just to ensure that we didn't leave unhappy.

We stayed 2 days. Got an issue with the reservation. This was a bummer because they couldn't help us. Right there, I would put 1*, but once this issue was fixed by me, I put aside the startup and was able to give an honest 5* rating.

The room we were in had a king size bed, very comfortable. The couch was also transformable into a bed. We were able to get a complementary pack-and-play for our daughter. The room had a little refrigerator, a tiny stove and a microwave. TV is huge and the restroom was great. No bath, but it doesn't matter to us.

They have a huge clean pool at a convenient temperature. Next to hit, a big spa. Not the greatest one in term of jets but still very hot and big.

The morning breakfast is where they get their best mark. Lot of choices. About 6 types of cold cereals, hot potato, pancake, scramble egg, toasts, custom eggs (someone was there to make your custom omelette). The are to eat could have more table in my opinion because at 8h30 it was already full.

The location is not great. The neighbor is a lot of abandoned building, but we can see that the area is changing a lot so this might be temporary. To get to the Town Center, you will need a big 10-15 minutes walk so it's not that long to walk but not as close as some other hotel.

Pros: Hotel and room are nice and clean. Shower is a little weird, but otherwise fine. Bed is firm, but okay. Cons: parking is not close, (but is free), "free WiFi" barely works, food at bistro is barely average. Overall, okay.

Great rooms much more affordable for longer term stay than the Marriott nearby, about 100 cheaper. These are the two good hotels in the area. Rooms have huge balconies. It's about a 15 min walk to Redmond town center so very reasonable.

Convenient location. Clean. Very friendly staff. The burger at the restaurant/bar is fantastic.

One small issue - some sort of noise in the room. perhaps just vibration from the AC unit of the next room over, not a big deal at all.

If you rather spare the rush hour in traffic and would rather stay by the trails closer by the office, this is definitely a great option. The Sammamish trail by the for step with lots of green areas, lovely squirrels and rabbits. The rooms are large and many have a kitchenette for your convenience to warm up meals or preparing a cup of tea.
Good parking options and varied breakfast included in the price. No room service, but they would do take away from the hotel's restaurant.

Good spacious rooms, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. The only thing missing that I could've asked for was a 24 hour in room dinner service but overall a pretty good experience. Would recommend staying here. P. S. The hotel has parking is in the building on its opposite side.

Staying at the Hyatt House was a good experience. The room was as expected, service was great, and the free parking included is a nice bonus. If you have a need to be in the Redmond area, the Hyatt House location is perfect. Just a short drive to Bellevue, Kirkland, and right in the downtown area of Redmond.

Very nice bar area. Staff has always been very friendly, has a pool table, can lounge near the bar or at the bar, and a nice fire pit outside. Neighbors at the apartment across get annoyed with the noise at the fire pit sometimes. Food is pretty good too. Especially the breakfast. Rooms were very nice when I stayed there.

Facility was nice, and clean. There wasn't any ice in the ice maker, and it was inconvenient to go back to the lobby to get some. Also we had noisy neighbors going between rooms early in the morning.

The Hyatt House felt very welcoming, clean, and modern when we walked in. The service was very good. Our friends staying at the hotel wished the windows to the pool were obscured in some way since it is facing the road. The rooms were nice, but the hallways were a bit dark.

I have to admit that the area the hotel is located is a little wonky to get to. I love I felt safe with my car in the parking garage the.

We stayed Saturday night, and they had a full breakfast (only available on the Fridays and Saturdays.) Omelettes made to order, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, bagels, cereal, milk; you name it, they probably had it!

The staff is amazing. I felt very welcomed when we got there, both by the lobby and staff. The entire hotel is immaculate! Our room was a modest one since it was a last-minute trip, and not expecting to be there so late. We found this one for a pretty good rate - putting into consideration how much it was, and their ratings. The only problem I ran into is, we had put a couple things in the mini fridge and it was unplugged. It was so late when we have got to our room, we didn't even notice. So of course in the morning, everything had gone bad. But of course, the full breakfast made up for that and then some! The bed was a big king size, and we had a small chair and desk with a nice size TV and we both had an end table. The sheets were soft, pillows nice and fluffy, and the bed was very comfortable.

There's a tiny little area where are they sell chips, and drinks and little snack items. There are plenty of stores around the area, but this was nice and convenient to have something I could literally take the elevator down to and get a drink or snack. The pool was amazing, and even though there were a lot of people staying in the hotel, only a few were actually in the pool.

It's about 15-20 minutes to Seattle from this hotel. All freeway, so very close, and way more affordable than staying in Seattle. This was a gorgeous hotel, and we plan on staying there again!

The staff is super friendly. The king bed suites are even larger than I expected. They could use firmer pillows, but overall I can't complain. It was a great stay, and the fresh omelettes in the morning really hit the spot.

To be honest, the location is... meh. The nice thing about the location is that it's relatively secluded and feels private, quiet, safe. But it is a little difficult to find, and not within walking distance of much. Not that you wouldn't need much, however. This hotel has all the amenities I could have imagined including bar, restaurant, pool and the like. The rooms we had were beautiful, clean, and accommodating. We had suites with basically a full kitchen, huge bathroom and even one that had a separated bedroom. Definitely the most luxurious hotel I've been in for a while. Would stay again.

Nice location near Sammamish River, enjoyed my morning strolls along the trail. The ideal location, in my opinion, I'm glad I made the right choice. Easy short walk along the river trail to two supermarkets. I chose the studio with kitchen and was able to cook hamburgers, steaks and enjoyed fresh grilled salmon. The staff were very friendly, it felt like home during my 4 weeks' stay.

Good breakfast with egg station. Nice hot tub and pool. Good laundry facilities. The free afternoon coffee and tea was a nice touch.

We stayed at the Hyatt house in Redmond for only one night. It has a very comfortable set up and a friendly full bar with night-club curtain-sectioned couches. Not all Hyatt houses have full bars I discovered. There are many conveniences just a short walk away. Top Pot coffee. Trader Joe's. Redmond Town Center. I would stay here again.

I've stayed here 4 times. Everytime I have to go to Seattle(festering cesspool) I stay here. Very modern and clean and quite. Unlike Seattle , where you have beggars, drug dealers, goth freaks, and your general Seattle scum bags...... this hotel is surrounded by garbage people. Nice setting in upscale suburb with plant of places to eat and shop nearby.

Four stars for the physical comforts: rooms are decently appointed and physically secure, beds comfortable, amenities good (the coffee makers are even new/clean enough to heat water for tea without it tasting like Folgers leftovers!), TVs large with most of the channels that should be HD in HD (though not a huge selection overall). Breakfast was good enough to not need to go out, though I would've hoped for waffles or pancakes, not just egg/potato/pre-baked breads. Parking is a bit unconventional (underground in the garage across the alley, with an elevator that brings you up to ground level back outside across from the entrance), but there's plenty of it and reasonably well-signed. If you just want to sleep solidly, eat and get out, this is a very comfortable place to do that.

1.5 stars at best for the connectivity, though. Very poor cell service (though I saw the construction permit for a new tower for my carrier on site that should fix it), but worst of all was the Internet. The Wi-Fi signal itself was steady, but the bandwidth out was disgraceful. It was sort of passable at 5:30 AM with the rest of the hotel asleep. With any significant number of guests awake, it was a crawling disaster completely unacceptable in a high-tech center like Redmond.

Overall I would come back if in the area no questions asked. The shower is a bit quirky, with no door and a hole in the glass to turn on the water, this results in a minor amount of flooding if you don't adjust the shower head properly even with great care taken water still escapes. The bed is comfortable. The hue of the room is a bit on the dark side lots of browns, this could get very depressing over time but feels warm and comfy I guess.

The internet is not fabulous but is usable, I had no real need to resort to my mobile hotspot, though you could tell it was struggling at times. ~2Mbps per a quick test.

Food, don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. For example - the morning buffet had no OJ today, so I got a different juice (colored water), meh.
