Great location just opposite to tram station and lot of restaurants, zoo and tourist attractions nearby but rooms are pathetic.

Good:
Friendly and accommodating staff. Water always hot. Great location near transport. Secure door, felt very safe. Restaurants and fast-food outlets right outside.

Bad:
No water (to drink) . Hairs and faded stains on towels. No sockets next to the bed in some rooms. Breakfast was limited, no variety and the drinks were empty quite often.

Hotel lies next to metro station on line 8, that takes you to Central paris easily and always on schedule.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Rooms are OK size, bathroom was a bit on the small size, but does the job and is cleaned well.

Reception is open 24 hours

I faced no issues and all my needs were met, that's my basis for 5 stars.

The hotel room was very compact, clean, new, probably more suited to a short stay in Paris. The staff was friendly. It was easy for me to buy foods for breakfast and supper nearby. Its location is also useful for transportation (near tram, metro).

It's okay for a budget hotel. The room is clean. But needs maintenance as the amenities are old and lacking. Our room has an intermittent buzzing sound which was annoying and kept my partner awake at night. When we complained about it, the staff at the night shift tried to fixed it, unfortunately, they were not able to locate where the sound was coming from. However, we commend for the professionalism of the staff and their willingness to make our stay comfortable as possible.

Room a bit small. But, good for a short stay. Okay location but, would be better if a bit closer to the attractions.

Zimmer OK... man darf nicht empfindlich sein... einen Staubsauger für die Teppiche kennen sie eventuell nicht... die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr sehr gut!

I had a great deal for 4 days. The hotel is located in a good spot in Paris, close to the subway. The rooms are small but very comfortable and clean. I had a good experience there.

Couldn't fault this place. Great value for money, right next to a tram stop and a metro station. Takes a while to get to main Paris attractions but it is in a nice location so it makes up for it. Staff was friendly and available 24hs of the day.

Difficult to navigate. Front door is unnecessarily difficult to open, especially with luggage. Elevator is tiny, only room for a single person. Those gripes aside, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are very helpful and went out of their way to help us with a booking mix up last night. Breakfast was wonderful.

4

The room in which we stood was near the reception area, small, didn't have at least a small fridge and days later when we did our check out we left our baggage in a room that was much bigger than ours. So the problem was not the availability of rooms, but the service they provided for us. I felt very bad seeing that there were rooms better than the one we stood. Hope it doesn't happen anymore in a future trip.

Metro is very close by and Paris centre is easily accessible. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is quite poor especially within the last hour of the time frame with little choice left. Rooms are small but if you are only there for sleeping more than sufficient. Airco did not work as expected.

Decent value for price. Situated on the edge of zone 1 but close to transport. Rooms are somewhat cramped, but probably normal in Paris. Breakfast and service are all quite good.
