To protect the environment, we are reducing water use, energy consumption and recycling waste with the goal of limiting our carbon footprint. We integrate sustainable development into our operating procedures, contribute to preserve local communities and the natural ecosystems in which our hotel is located. Certifications

Planet 21 Bronze

AccorHotels created an action plan that offered actions listed below to promote sustainable development, tailored to the hotel context. Those initiatives are structured into 4 pillars & 2 specific issues:

- PEOPLE: Raise employees’ awareness of the eco-friendly practice
- CUSTOMERS: engage guests in a sustainable experience
- COMMUNITIES: work hand-in-hand with local communities for a positive impact
- PARTNERS: co-innovate to open up new horizons

- BUILDING: Move towards carbon-neutral buildings
- FOOD: Strive for zero food waste & healthy sustainable food

Then, to go even further, each hotel selects other actions from over 60 additional initiatives. This flexible system enables it to build its own program in line with AccorHotels’ commitments, but also reflects the hotel’s local characteristics:
- Its prior level of progress on sustainable development
- Its priority areas for improvement
- The environment and local issues

A weighting mechanism establishes the action achievement level with a score that places the hotel around the higher levels. Each level marks the progress hotels are making in implementing the Planet 21 program.

Good hotel, in a good location with friendly staff. The location has easy access to metro 5&6 with metro 6 giving quick access to RER B. It's a shame the temperature control in the room was fairly useless, too hot in January!

I am giving 5 stars for the staff, very friendly, welcoming and helpful, i stayed in this hotel with my dad to visit a family member at the hospital nearby, the hotel location is fantastic, shopping centre cross the road, pizza shops, kebab shops, restaurant next door, the metro station cross the road, a bit noisy people next door to our room but didn't bother me, over all the hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and a fantastic location.
Thank you

At first you'd think you're way out of the buzz, but as soon as you get to understand the location you're less than 500m from one of the main Metro stations leading to most all major lines. Did Eiffel and La Defence in one trip on the same Line with one exchange. For a first timer it was pretty good to navigate and experience how easy and central you are to going basically everywhere from here... Rooms small but neat. Temperature well controlled. Bathroom small but very neat. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom but I'm glad I brought my own as it has a bit more power 👍.. Construction underway in the surrounding area. Coffee may only be had in the lounge, but very good indeed! My only wish is to have a mini coffee area in my room, and a mini fridge for storing snacks 😊

The hotel is not up to 3 star standard, the rooms are small for two persons and the bathroom is small but clean,
the elevator was not working for 3 days during my 4 days stay and the room is in the 5th floor, is this a 3 star hotel and the price is high,

The fact that it is near public transportation is a plus. And they also have public parking and private parking near the area. Just accross the street is a shopping mall. Also lots of restaurants within the area. Overall it is a very nice place to stay to explore paris.

Not the first time I've been here, but this time it didn't feel as welcoming from the moment we arrived. We arrived at 11 and we were coldly told that we couldn't get a room yet. Anyways, the room is overpriced with barely any useful amenities in the room. The liquid soap is multi purpose, face hand hair body floor and dish.. so i recommend to bring your own if you care for your skin

I cannot count the number of nights I've spent in this hotel. As a business traveller I spend, for several years, 3 to 4 nights every week in this hotel and I have never been disappointed during one of these many stays. The beds are outstanding, the rooms are quiet and very clean, the breakfast offering is more than adequate and the location is ideal for me, at the crossing of several important metro lines. And very important: the service is very correct, always with a smile. In other words, I can only give a very positive advise about this hotel.

If you are going to see the tourist items then I would choose a hotel closer to them. This is a nice quiet budget hotel away from all the tourist spots like the Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower etc. No more than 2 full size luggage and carry ons fitting in here with 2 people, for-warned. We had this hotel as a Groupon deal and it definitely meets the needs of tourists. You get a nice breakfast in the morning, a hot shower and nice toilet. The staff is more than helpful with suggestions and very patience with the language barriers. The rooms are much smaller compared to USA, but are average for Europe and budget hotels. Rooms tend to be on the warmer side with no A/C in the winter when we travelled but we just opened the window. We used Uber, anywhere form 10-35 Euros to get to our destinations, so no comment on mass transit. I would stay here again, the price is right, friendly helpful staff and quiet. Thanks for reading and if this review helps give a thumbs up.

Like the location as it is near the China town. However, I am not impressed with the stay this time. Come back to hotel after a long day out. Floor was wet which is right below the air con. When I started to sort out my camera chargers and I noticed some of them have water drops on it. I looks like they were trying to dry them off with tower!!! I was furious.. I then went to the reception to find out and was told by Florian (one of the staff on duty) that there was a water leaking happened in my room and air con techinician was trying to rectify, however, floor is still wet. very disappointed experience!!!

Clean rooms, very friendly hotel staff that also speaks english. Make sure to not put your magnetic key card next to your phone otherwise it deactivates the key card. Note to US travelers: hotel rooms here are smaller than typical US rooms.

The staff were very pleasant and it is in a convenient location with the metro.

The room was clean. However there were some disappointments. There was a tile missing in the ceiling that exposed the dirt and dust in this area.

The bathroom was a disappointment too. The toilet was placed right up against the wall and so close to the sink you could not sit on it unless your were sat 90 degrees off straight. The hand gel next to the sink was placed directly above the toilet paper so whenever used it would drip on the paper and ruin it. The shower was so small and the taps so large that you literally could not turn around in the shower without knocking the taps giving you a sock of boiling or freezing water depending which way you turned!

The bed was comfortable, but there was no back board and the mattress would move away from the wall meaning your pillow would fall down the crack!

All in all a poorly designed room that was uncomfortable.

If some thought was placed on how to best make use of the space in the room rather than just trying to squeeze in the standard ibis fittings then this review would be much better.

Very good hotel, you'll have everything that you need. Bathrooms also have hair dryer and shower gel. They clean every day and change the towels. In the neighborhood is the metro station Place d Italie which is directly conected to the Orly Airport.

It is the one of the best cost-benefits in Paris. Near of metro stations and gare de lyon train station. Staff are multilingue, kind and agile. Rooms are normal size, which can offers a good stay to costumers. The bed is a dual single which together makes a queensize, but still confortable. Everything is very clean. I would indicate to everyone.

Très bon accueil et chambre très propre. La nouvelle literie est confortable. Cependant :
- Une seule prise de courant
- Ventilation un peu bruyante quand elle se met en route
- Eau chaude qui devient vite tempérée
- Pas de pression sous la douche

I got 3 nights for 220 euros. Worth mentioning!
