Property's Green Action

To protect the environment, we are reducing water use, energy consumption and recycling waste with the goal of limiting our carbon footprint. We integrate sustainable development into our operating procedures, contribute to preserve local communities and the natural ecosystems in which our hotel is located. With all sister hotels, we have already planted three million trees as part of a global reforestation project supported by the United Nations. The last but not the least, we engage our partners and suppliers in their sustainable development strategy and integrate them into the responsibility chain.

Certifications

Planet 21 Bronze

AccorHotels created an action plan that offered actions listed below to promote sustainable development, tailored to the hotel context. Those initiatives are structured into 4 pillars & 2 specific issues:

- PEOPLE: Raise employees’ awareness of the eco-friendly practice
- CUSTOMERS: engage guests in a sustainable experience
- COMMUNITIES: work hand-in-hand with local communities for a positive impact
- PARTNERS: co-innovate to open up new horizons

- BUILDING: Move towards carbon-neutral buildings
- FOOD: Strive for zero food waste & healthy sustainable food

Then, to go even further, each hotel selects other actions from over 60 additional initiatives. This flexible system enables it to build its own program in line with AccorHotels’ commitments, but also reflects the hotel’s local characteristics:
- Its prior level of progress on sustainable development
- Its priority areas for improvement
- The environment and local issues

A weighting mechanism establishes the action achievement level with a score that places the hotel around the higher levels. Each level marks the progress hotels are making in implementing the Planet 21 program.

Practical and functional. Lovely restaurants in the vicinity. Room was very hot even though room stat was set to minimum made for a disrupted night's sleep. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from

Very very small rooms. Literally like pods. Imagine 1 ft boundary on 3 sides of the bed. That is it, room is over. Couldnt find a place to keep and open by baggage. Had to do it on the bed itself. There is one chair, if you use that, you cannot go to the washroom. The coffee / water kettle is just outside the toile, sounds insane. They literally encourage to come without luggage. No water in the room. Breakfast is good though contains madeleines, crepes, breads, jams, coffee, tea, juices, non veg slices, eggs, fruits etc.

Extremely friendly staff, and a convenient location. Only complaint is the tiny bathroom.. the position of the toilet force you to do a "side way"..

What a wonderful place. Small hotel off the beaten path, but what a great place to stay. Close to the Metro which gets you just about any place you want to go including Disneyland. It is run by a family and they welcome you as if you were family. A full breakfast is served downstairs and the price is really reasonable. They are extremely helpful with directions, calling for a taxi if you want one. If I ever go back, I will definitely stay there again.
Rooms are clean, small, but they were willing and able to accommodate 3 of us in one room. We still had room to walk to the bathroom.

Fairly centrally located hotel, about 30 by public transport to Arc De Triomphe. We arrived pretty late. But the guy at reception (think his name is Cybil) was great and really helpful. The only negative is the Rooms are a bit small, bit that's to be expected for the something in the heart of Paris.

I would definitely stay there again. This hotel is really well located, next to a underground station. In the neighborhood there are many fine restaurants, supermarkets and drugstores. The staff is really nice and helpful. The only negative point are the small bedrooms, but it’s totally worth the price!

Great hotel with a good overall cleanliness. It would be even better with a private parking lot. The way breakfasts work are a bit weird : they give you a card supposed to be a pass but in the end you have to go back to the reception to get another ticket.

5

Standard hotel, very minimal, great if you're just there to shower and sleep. It's cheap, so it's more than ideal since you don't really need more than a bed and shower, after all, you're there to explore not spend time in a hotel room.

4

Extremely small room and bathroom. For tall people. Can barely sit on the toilet seat. So called 3 people room is actually small double room. But fitted 2 single bed and 1 tiny bed. Compare to even London ibis. It's much smaller and breakfast is expensive. I didn't choose it. The menu looks poor though compare to U.K. Breakfast. No kettle in the room. Don't know why most of the French hotel has no kettle. The location is alight. The area is safe and nice. Near subway.

It's been 4 years since I was there, but here it goes: the hotel is very simple, but I considered the cost/benefit a good one for Paris. It was July and I payed 40% less than at another Ibis closer to the center. in Paris, as long as you are near a subway station, you're ok. And the region is (was?) pretty nice, had some restaurants and supermarket, which was quite convenient for our 4 night stay.
