Property's Green Action

To protect the environment, we are reducing water use, energy consumption and recycling waste with the goal of limiting our carbon footprint. We integrate sustainable development into our operating procedures, contribute to preserve local communities and the natural ecosystems in which our hotel is located. With all sister hotels, we have already planted three million trees as part of a global reforestation project supported by the United Nations. The last but not the least, we engage our partners and suppliers in their sustainable development strategy and integrate them into the responsibility chain.

Certifications

Planet 21 Bronze

AccorHotels created an action plan that offered actions listed below to promote sustainable development, tailored to the hotel context. Those initiatives are structured into 4 pillars & 2 specific issues:

- PEOPLE: Raise employees’ awareness of the eco-friendly practice
- CUSTOMERS: engage guests in a sustainable experience
- COMMUNITIES: work hand-in-hand with local communities for a positive impact
- PARTNERS: co-innovate to open up new horizons

- BUILDING: Move towards carbon-neutral buildings
- FOOD: Strive for zero food waste & healthy sustainable food

Then, to go even further, each hotel selects other actions from over 60 additional initiatives. This flexible system enables it to build its own program in line with AccorHotels’ commitments, but also reflects the hotel’s local characteristics:
- Its prior level of progress on sustainable development
- Its priority areas for improvement
- The environment and local issues

A weighting mechanism establishes the action achievement level with a score that places the hotel around the higher levels. Each level marks the progress hotels are making in implementing the Planet 21 program.

Nice hotel for the price, Bathrooms are very small. Location is good and service was good for the budget price. Highly recommended for young tourists

Great staff! Great location, there are some things to improove at the room. More then one sanitary bag for women, and maybe a plastic bag in the bin. (In the bathroom)
(And a toilet brush for the needy..)

Maybe a wine opener at the room? Simple things for a much better experience. All in all a five star review for the price and service.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, also we requested a quiet room and we certainly got it, as our room was overlooking a cemetery. The hotel loses a star for being in quite the state of disrepair. If you stay here I hope that you like Artex coatings on every visible surface.

Rooms are tiny... the updates have not been done to this hotel, and montmartre is NOT an area you want to be in... the area is supposedly “up and coming” but we were so disappointed that we ended up transferring hotels and not even trying to recoup our lost funds. The staff is really friendly and helpful and they did their best... but the second you walk outside you will be greeted with filth. We were asked if we wanted a room with a “view?” We replied with, “yes please.” Only to have a window the size of a 2’ x 2’ box overlooking a cemetery... utterly creepy and misleading. The desk was falling out of the wall, and the bathroom faucet was spraying water sideways.

We ended up transferring hotels to the Drawing Hotel near the city center and saved our trip. That hotel is beautiful and run tremendously. We highly recommend following our lead and booking somewhere else.

We stayed for three nights. The staff was friendly, we could change the room with twin beds into one with a big bed. Breakfast is not included in the price, it's 10,50€. We didn't eat there because that is too pricey for us,you can get a nice breakfast around the corner for approximately 6,50-9,50€
Room service every day.
No toilet brush in the bathroom!
The bed is really comfortable

Okay, the rooms are a bit small, like the tiny bathroom BUT clean, the staff super friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet terrific, the location in Montmartre is simply outstanding. Have spent a great week in Paris! Conclusion: if you are looking for a good place to stay and no luxury home, for the highly recommended.

I loved staying at this Modern Hotel. Rooms are small but very clean. Each room is equipped with a safe. Hotel is within walking distance to Moulin Rouge, and Sacre Coeur. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is included and leans towards European cuisine.

Reasonable price for relatively Central hotel.
The food is pretty good as were the rooms.

The only issue might be the neighborhood. It's almost next to the Moulin rouge. And this leads to associated shops and services being in the area.

This maybe not the best place to take kids.

Excelente hotel, habitaciones cómodas, limpias, y personal muy amable y atento. La ubicación excelente, bastante cerca del Moulin Rouge, la basilica del sagrado corazón, la ópera y a poca distancia en metro de los demás lugares de interés turístico.

People at the front desk were very nice. It is close to the subway and there are nice restaurants about. I would probably not choose this location next time due to all of the sex shops just a block or 2 away. That's the reason for 4 stars. Location. Otherwise it has been great.

This is an Ibis, so it will look exactly the same as Ibis hotels elsewhere. This means it's very basic, functional and without any extras. Except for the chair, which was different. In Paris it also means the room is larger than many other hotels. The location is very convenient, close to the métro, lots of restaurants and bars. If you need to be close to something in the area and only need a basic and clean room, this hotel is a good choice.

Except location, I could not find any benefit from this hotel. Smallest room without any accessories such as dental, razor, shampoo and no drinking water or tea maker. The hotel is not so low cost to do such cost reduction. I never stay here again. Bathroom shower was so slow flowing and hot/cold adjust is not working properly. No iron Box, no fridge, no slipper, no safe box....TV is with french channel only.

Location of this hotel is great, being 2-3 minute walk from the Metro and close to sacre cur for a great city view. Rooms are small but a decent size for a city hotel, as you'd expect with what you pay for an Ibis. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, upon arrival handing us a map of the local area, Paris tourist destinations and any additional information we required. Reception staff also printed us some documents which we needed immediately on request which was very helpful! A nice bar on the 1st floor to wind back after a days sightseeing, with a cheeky waiter who made us laugh alot! All channels except BBC world news worked on the TV which wasn't great as a non native speaker, but you're not on holiday to watch TV so didn't bother me! No noise leaking from other rooms which was refreshing, although unsure if there was other guests in adjacent rooms. Overall a great stay at a very competitive price, would recommend!

It is very clean , and staff is kind, but l think it is not suitable for family, because room is very small.
There's not safety box in the room.
There's not any facility like as refrigerator, slipper, no soap, ....

It is very simple, it's ok for business man.

There's not enough outlet and we have problem to charge mobile and power bank , camera, and....

There's not any outlet in bathroom.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice but basic. If your like me you don't spend a lot of time in your room anyways because your in Paris! It's a good place to rest your head and get ready for your day. They have breakfast and coffee available in the mornings and snacks and dinner available in the evening. The location couldn't be better right next to the metro and just a block away from the Moulin Rouge. There are a bunch of cafes and clubs around, plenty to do around the area. I left my phone and a couple of other things in my room when I checked out (I live in the States) I emailed them and they got back to me right away. They shipped my things back to me right away I received it a week later. They saved me a lot of hassle and communicated with me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Placed nearby the Moulin Rouge attraction and near several metro station.
The room is comfortable and quite sizeable. The staffs are helpful. The trouble with the suitcases is that metro station usually do not have lifts or escalators and carrying the luggages are quite a challenge. The nearest station to the hotel is with stairs

Good location, close to the underground (Metro) and not too far from Sacre Coeu. There are many nice restaurants nearby, especially on the way to Sacre Coeur. The hotel itself is quite, clean with nice staff, rooms are cosy with comfortable beds. However the biggest strength of this hotel remaims its location.

For what you get...it does the job. The shower didn't work properly and you had to be quick or flood your room as the drain also didn't work. But it was relatively cheap and the staff were friendly

Clean rooms, good service and a 10.5€ buffet breakfast throughout the morning. Rooms are small but nice, with a small view on the Montmartre cimitery, Montmartre and the sacre coeur chapel. In general I would recommend this hotel as it's in a very good and central place (the metro station is 2 minutes walk).

web site advertising AC, when we arrive we had no air conditioning. There was a note hanging in elevator that they were working on it and would be up and running very soon..

Management said it was turned off for the season and would not be turned on again. I have allergies and could not open the window. They did furnish ua a portable fan.
I would not have booked the room, if I knew about turning it off for the season. False advertisement on the web site and again in the elevator is not acceptable. I ask the manager for a discount for the stay,; he told me I would need to contact you. I am asking for a refund.

Breakfast was a chaotic experience - tasty fruit and pastries but slow restocking of cups and no restocking of pancakes. Bedroom small but ok - comfy bed. Door to bathroom needs renovating. Need to have a safe in the room. Towels tiny & tatty - this was a not a luxury stay but we didn't spend much time in it. Entrance area lovely.

We enjoyed our staying at the hotel, though we had some minor issues. The room is a bit small, but clean and cozy. The sink was malfunctioning and we had a leak in the bathroom, thus forced to use our towels to prevent the water from getting into the room. Another thing was that the temperature in the room was very low and there was no way to adjust it from the thermostat on the wall.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated in a central location! The public transport services are excellent that link you to key areas of Paris. In the heart of Moulin Rouge, it is a lively area full of cafés, pubs and brasseries. The hotel's facilities are of a very good standard with adequate clean rooms and high quality of service.

Quiet in the day time. Comfortable & convenient.
Room located near bar and restaurant.
From 4-6 am noisy staff. Moving stock, trollies and loudly speaking when outside for smoke and work other far from our window.
As we got dressed at 9 am cleaner was coming into room without knocking first.

This Ibis benefits from a great location as it is conveniently located a few mins walk from the nearest metro station and very near the lively area of Montmartre. The bed was comfy and the air-con was much needed! The room is very basic but clean and the shower had good pressure even for the 9th floor. Overall, it was good value because of its location, rather than what you get in the room.

we enjoyed staying at the Ibis Montmartre because it is away from the centre but everything was accessible by metro or bus.. The rooms are very comfortable and clean , but it would be nice to have facilities to make a coffee in the room. The decor in the public areas could do with a spruce up.

Rooms are basic ..has tv but NO english channels, no face clothes, no Kleenex and no pool. For the dollar .. NOT the best deal. Compared to North American hotels Ibis has a way to go. Has a young fellow on front desk with a real helpful attitude..others older could learn from him.

The hotel is very low budget. The rooms are old, only 2 small towls available and tge bathroom has a lot of space for improvements. The breakfast is a joke, because any cafe around the corner can provide more for this price. Also the parking lot attached close to the hotel is extremely expensive. This will be our last visit in this hotel.

The hotel was okay. We could see the Montmartre Cemetery from our window, which is huge and kind of beautiful. The location is good and near transportation, also a few minutes walk from the Moulin Rouge (the area almost reminded me the Amsterdam Red Light district).

Location: About an hours walking distance from most of the classic tourist sights. Good food to be had im the nearby vicinity of the hotel, but same applies to most of Paris. Hotel rooms seem a little outdated, particularly the bathrooms, but it was clean and pleasant enough. The view over the nearby graveyard is beautiful in the summer, but hotel wasn't really designed to take in the view (windows rather small).

The hotell was exactly what I would expect at the price we paid. The room (500) was of decent size, neither big or small. The beds were comfy. We visited in january when the temperature outside was colder than usual. This was not a problem at we could adjust the temperature in the nedenom. However, the bathroom remained cold. The breakfast offered for an extra charge (10.50 €) was good. Not too much to choice from, but I really liker the bread.

Really smart and clean rooms, cleaning service is perfect. The wi-fi is really good and doesn't require a password. Showers are good (shampoo/body wash is provided) and the tv is good. The only downside I can think of is that my room felt a bit cold, but I'll admit I'm one of those people who is cold all the time. Really nice experience in general!

Our stay here has been really quite nice so far. The reception staff were friendly checking us in, and our relative lack of French was no issue at all. The hotel corridors upstairs could do with new carpet and paint, and perhaps better lighting - but that's a very minor thing.

The room is very nice for the advance price we paid through Expedia. It's quite spacious for a Parisian hotel room, warmly decorated and quite comfortable for us - and the view of the cemetery is rather pleasant. The sheets and towels are soft, white and clean and these have all been changed daily so far. There's plenty of room on shelves, tables, hangers and desk for putting clothes, suitcases and other belongings. The desk at the window would be big enough to work at on a laptop.

The en suite bathroom is also roomy, so no cramped manoeuvring at all. The shower has superb water pressure and a good thermostat, and a fairly good all in one body wash and shampoo is provided. Bags for feminine products are provided. Loo roll is the overly economic sort sadly.

All in all, superb for the price point and no downsides at all for it.

8

Excellent yet inexpensive hotel, really great value. Located near The Moulin Rouge. Our stay was 75 euro per night, which for the second most expensive city in the world I consider a slick deal. Lobby and staff are welcoming. The hallways look and smell a little like an old person's home, but the rooms are lovely. I've never seen hard wood floors in a hotel room before! Rooms aren't exceptionally spacious, but have plenty of room. They have corner cubbies and shelves that really utilize and maximize the storage and space. The bathroom wasn't as nice as the rest of the room, but plenty fine. The shower has a divider, but it doesn't go all the way to the wall, so it's an open shower. Wifi is free for 24 hours per email account, so just use a fake email account and name (they're not checked) and you can use free wifi for your entire stay.

Area is part of the red light district, but felt very touristy, I never felt unsafe.

I have stayed at this on several visits to Paris and found it quite good value for money. However, I have recently made several new bookings at the same hotel, but when I tried to check online to make sure that the bookings were OK I found that the "No reservation " sign showed for each booking. I have since, over a period of two days , made two requests to the hotel to verify my bookings. I am still waiting for a reply. NOT the way to treat incoming guests. Robert lee.
