Property's Green Action

To protect the environment, we are reducing water use, energy consumption and recycling waste with the goal of limiting our carbon footprint. We integrate sustainable development into our operating procedures, contribute to preserve local communities and the natural ecosystems in which our hotel is located. With all sister hotels, we have already planted three million trees as part of a global reforestation project supported by the United Nations. The last but not the least, we engage our partners and suppliers in their sustainable development strategy and integrate them into the responsibility chain.

Certifications

Planet 21 Bronze

AccorHotels created an action plan that offered actions listed below to promote sustainable development, tailored to the hotel context. Those initiatives are structured into 4 pillars & 2 specific issues:

- PEOPLE: Raise employees’ awareness of the eco-friendly practice
- CUSTOMERS: engage guests in a sustainable experience
- COMMUNITIES: work hand-in-hand with local communities for a positive impact
- PARTNERS: co-innovate to open up new horizons

- BUILDING: Move towards carbon-neutral buildings
- FOOD: Strive for zero food waste & healthy sustainable food

Then, to go even further, each hotel selects other actions from over 60 additional initiatives. This flexible system enables it to build its own program in line with AccorHotels’ commitments, but also reflects the hotel’s local characteristics:
- Its prior level of progress on sustainable development
- Its priority areas for improvement
- The environment and local issues

A weighting mechanism establishes the action achievement level with a score that places the hotel around the higher levels. Each level marks the progress hotels are making in implementing the Planet 21 program.

Windows were completely closed but rooms were still cold even we turned on the air conditioner. Rooms were not hygienic and they were small

Very basic hotel with very basic rooms in need of updating. The shower cubicle had mould all over it. I managed to get a good nights sleep. The worst thing about the hotel was the lifts in the morning. There are not enough lifts to serve the amount of customers. Waiting ages for the lift was very frustrating.

A good and clean hotel with courteous staff. About half a kilometre from the metro station. Good shopping and eatouts nearby. A clear view of Eiffel tower from the hotel and one side of the rooms. 2-11 are ibis budget hotel and 12 to 15 are ibis hotel. Reasonably priced comfortable hotel accommodation in Paris.

Nothing special but u get what u paid. Let's be honest. Its heap hotel and u can't expect to be superb. I booked that hotel cause it have price parking. That was the only reason and it wasn't that bad. The rooms r tiny but for 2 people they r. The bathroom was clean and good size. If u wanna stay for night or two I can't see why not. If u r planning holiday in paris, better go and find something bigger and better. Staff was friendly and polite but took ages to sort out everything cause they can't speak English. French ye but English nooo. Weird that. The area is dodgy. I didn't feel safe there.

Just outside the ringway, but very close to metro Porte the Montreuil, which will take you straight to the city center. Rather small rooms, but a good place if you want to save money on a citytrip.

actually not bad for spend the night , room and bed for me was very comfy and always clean , subways station, trolleys and bus are close, there are lot a restaurants ( mostly middle east food) bars and coffee pharmacies 24 hours , markets ( like flea markets ) , i had good time around that area. i didn't give 5 stars just because we came early from the airport and the guy in the front desk was unable to give us a room so we spend the night in another place.

Rooms and staff are nice. If you are lucky you can be high enough and well oriented to see the Eiffel tour and Paris. Prices attractive.
Location is not right in the middle of Paris so you would have to take the subway to reach the touristic places

6

Very decent hotel on the edge of the Paris city center. 5 minute walk to metro station 'Porte de Montreuil'. Located next to a large shopping mall which we did not visit during our short stay but I assume would be convenient. Room was not magnificent but satisfied our needs; comfortable bed, clean bathroom and wi-fi were present. Parking was secure and conveniently located. Breakfast was very overpriced given the not so extensive buffet. All in all still a good stay for a few days of city sightseeing!

Hotel is fine if your on a budget. Towels, soap and room service cleaning included in the price. Area is not the best location if this is your first time in Paris by night. Shopping centre next door café and essentials right by the hotel with the metro station in sight do very short walk from the hotel.

Hotel is fine, cheap rooms from £39 a night did not eat the hotel food so cant comnent there. There is a market outside which is okay but very crowded which can be annoying. Area is a little ghetto just dont stay out late and you will be fine.

Fascinating how they must have hired a consultant to design the restaurant instructing him to make it as uncosy as possible. I immediately regretted sitting down here but was starving after a long day of work visiting Paris. Was actually surprised when the caesar salad came in and turned out to be even worse than expected. Two stars because of the bottled beer...
