An absolutely beautiful hotel! Why you go for a Five Star ...? To get the best of the service and this is the place in Jaipur who have lived the values of service industry since ages and still maintaining it.....

The staff was just amazing. You can tell they genuinely want you to have an amazing stay. This sets the standard for the ITC brand!

located centrally with many amenities and attraction nearby. The food at the restaurants was great. The breakfast was just barre-none! Definitely get the breakfast included.

The rooms were really striking. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very quiet. Great views over the pool and courtyard areas.

It's an experience of it's own. If you've already seen Jaipur , and looking for a place to relax. THIS IS IT. It's beautifully constructed ,very spacious and gives that unique rajasthany feel. The pool area centrally located is where the action happens, from the folk dances to just chilling, you'll want to be here 24x7. There are multiple restaurants depending upon your mood . The rooms are good as you'll expect from ITC , and so is the staff. Highly recommended as a weekend Getaway with family.

It is easy to notice from a moving vehicle and situated quite close to Jaipur railway junction. It has an amazing banquet hall for small functions. Food is nice. Staff is also courteous and friendly. It's interior is aesthetically pleasing. With facilities like restaurant, swimming pool and lively music, it makes for a luxurious experience to stay while traveling Jaipur.

The staff was way above the hospitality as compared to lot of 5 star luxury stay properties in India and abroad. Keeping the Indian flavor on striking summer of Jaipur at 42 degree centigrade temperatures we were welcomed with blackberry juice right from the arrival, guest attention for check-in was impressive and prompt, rooms and swimming pool was nicely maintained. Successful mention to swimming instructor who was laser focused on kids and adults with hawk eye against any fall out. Evenings are adorned with local music and dance performances around pool area for perfect Rajasthan flavor. Basic room types in terms of area are just ok in size while the higher ones were lovely.

One of the best property in the heart of Jaipur. Just walking distance from the Railway station. Excellent ambiance, staff, rooms, facilities and food. Really loved this place. If you are looking for a luxury, authentic and traditional stay at Jaipur, this is the place to be.

Have been visiting ITC Rajputana quite regularly for the various events we organize at the hotel, and also as guest to events (both professional and personal) organized there. The staff has always been very welcoming and courteous. The location is sometimes an issue because of traffic, but I love the place enough to overlook that. And once inside the hotel, you never get the feel of being right in the middle of the city and the traffic outside.

A luxury hotel near railway station. Great interior and famous for its food it is a satisfying experience for those who visit. One of the old hotel continuing Rajasthani tradition with modern facilities. Parking is congested many times but rest us good. Particularly ambiance and well groomed staff.

Overall I had a good and amazing experience, the staff is helpful, soft-spoken, respectable and humble (from the door keeper to the manager included).
-The ambiance is nice, clean and easy to follow the signboards on your own as it's a palace and it's huge so people tend to get lost on their way I did in the beginning but later i was on track
-Cleanliness and Maintenance is good

*Things that can be improved- - Little communication gap within the staff about the pool and gym timings, can be improved
- Should have the directory for Room Service and other departments like (kitchen, travel & spa) as currently they have only 1 line available i,e: (0) and they connect you internally to other lines upon request. This was a little frustrating as in the middle of the night its took a while to connect to 'Kitchen' and I disconnected as I was irritated holding the line. This makes Room Service slow.
- Pool should be open to guest all night, as I am a night lover and enjoy poolside drinks late night and so I couldn't enjoy the pool side experience properly
-Bathtubs are little small but manageable (nothing major)
- Wi-fi is chargeable

Absolutely amazing hotel. Everything about it was perfect from start to finish. The most friendly courteous staff from the people at the front desk, to the waiters in the restaurants, to the custodial workers. One waiter even helped us to book a taxi to the amber fort using an app on his phone, then showed me how to get the app set up so I could do it myself in the future. The room we stayed in was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Pool area had many lounge chairs/tables available with or without shade as you wanted. I can't say enough about how enjoyable an experience it was to stay here.

7

Definitely one of the best hotels in Jaipur the rooms are amazing also love the the pool side and the swimming pool breakfast is a little disappointing if you compare it with the other ITC properties in India or even other five star hotels from major cities like Mumbai Hyderabad at Chennai it's not as amazing options are a little Limited the hot chocolate was really terrible but other items were good I would definitely suggest that they improve the quality of the breakfast. Room service is a Lil slow things take 30 minutes to reach your room even thinks like a towel or nail remover took time. That's one more place for improvement. Otherwise everything is pretty perfect

I am not sure this hotel is worth the price... While I've stayed at a few ITC hotels, I have been disappointed by the lack of attention to details of this one .

Bathroom was remotely clean and amenities (coffee pot, scale) broken or missing. When signaling issues, we were answered by head manager that "we should have called to ask for a new one". I think this should have been straight up right.

The next day, they offered pillows with our embroided names as a commercial gesture... Lovely attention but one had a funny misspelling. 🤷‍♂️

Dance show and happy hour at pool are very enjoyable and overall the food is good and people nice.

It's a good hotel for sure, but too amateurish to be a luxury hotel. They are still charging professional luxury prices though.

Beautiful heritage property that you can spend the whole day in. Get the more premium rooms for the "royal" feeling. Nonetheless, you will be treated like royalty no matter which room you take.

Try the Peshwari restaurant. You will begin a new culinary journey with Indian food. The vegetarian options are surprisingly good too.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming(MAHIMA RANA).. I'll back to this place and highly recommend to others when in the area.

Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

The stay was great but the service not so! They should improve the customer care and also check the rooms before giving them to the customers. AC not working for 2 nights and making them fix it because we couldn't sleep is definitely the reason why I would think twice before booking them!

This is a very luxurious hotel, right in the heart of the city, walking distance from the railway station, and half an hour drive from the airport.

Rooms and architecture is amazing, kind of like living in a palace. Lovely swimming pool amd other activities such as Spa, Snooker table, kids play area etc...

Food is excellent, would strongly recommend the Northwest Frontier cuisine at the Peshawari restaurant.

On the whole, quite an expensive place during winters (tourist season), but I would say well worth the money spent...

Nice hotel with a sprawling location. Not too far from the airport and places of interest. Good number of dining options as well but the Indian food is tuned for the western palate by default so not the best way to get a local cuisine flavour.

Unsure if you can compare this hotel to its star class. Check-in was a little slow, butler service was slow. Housekeeping gave limited shower gels/ towels every time we ask - despite prior knowledge that we were 2 adults and 2kids in one room. Door bell was not working. Buildings and interiors look tired. Lobby is definitely pretty.

We stayed for 3 nights. Would not recommend if you are thinking of a 5 star type of accomodation. This is a high 3 star at best. Look elsewhere to derive the best value for your money.

It's a very nice blend of traditional heritage with modern conveniences. The food is really nice and the staff is very warm and courteous. Just a tip, use an uber instead of the in house cab. The service is the same but the price is less than a quarter.

If you can forgive the messy & frustrating entry & exit to the hotel, live with noisy ambiance of adjacent Railway station and not so up to date rooms then its an ok place for touring executives provided your company is footing your bill. But the 24 hour coffee shop and restaurants are really good. The food is good specially at Peshawari.

This is definitely one of the best hotels I have been to. Firstly, the hotel looks beautiful. The breakfast spread also has many options. Overall I don't think this place warrants the price. 192$ a night in India really....? I just think it's too much but then again I'm not really a fancy traveller. I was actually here for a wedding and wedding venue wise the place was amazing. Unfortunately we all got sick staying here which was a surprise since they pride themselves on their water purification standards.

The ITC Hotels has an ongoing program of Kitchens of India. The intricately built ITC Rajputana is one of the newly built forts. Peshawari takes to the North West Frontier Province. The food from the hunters and nomads comes alive, albeit in a luxurious way. There is plentiful of Kebabs to try out along with the legendary Dal Bukhara.

My family and I are from New Zealand and stayed here at ITC Rajputana early February 2017. Wow, this too is a stunningly beautiful hotel right in the heart of Jaipur, not far from the train station if coming from Agra. Old world charm of the Raj days and simply breath taking in every aspect. Food selection is magnificent and a delight at every turn. The hotel is spotless and the staff were simply wonderful and accomodating. Highly recommend you visit the Elephant Rescue near by too, if you love elephants. Closeup and very personal. But 5 stars easily earned for ITC Rajputana, Jaipur.

As far as ITC goes, this place lives upto its expectations. I have only been to the restaurant. I was lucky to watch Roger Federer win his 18th Grand Slam on a nearly 70+ inch TV accompanied by a freshly brewed espresso and chocolate dessert. Life is good. I got a really good deal on the tariff so I thought it must be a mediocre property. But I was extremely and pleasantly surprised. This place is palatial. The interiors are so opulent. The service is top notch. The food is tasty. The luxury is unbelievable. I wish I had a longer stay.

Stopped by for dinner at the Indian restaurant. The food was excellent, and the live ghazals were beautiful. The kebabs were sumptuous, but the main course buffet was slightly disappointing

Clean hotel with good rooms, service and amenities right in the heart of the city. I stayed 2 nights while sightseeing in Jaipur and would stay here again.

Amazing, I felt as if I have entered the era of Queens n Kings actually the Rajputana style. Awesome. Everyone should experience this one , particularly the ITC in Jaipur. Their hospitality n the way the portray our culture and heritage cannot be explained in words.
