This hotel has very nice and welcoming staff. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and smell great. Only issue was their WiFi not working the first 2 day of my stay.

Very nice hotel....friendly helpful staff....tucked away from busier streets...close to several dining spots...about 10-15 minutes in two different directions to Eiffel Tower on the right and Arc de Triumphe on the left...also about 5 minutes from the Arc there is a huge pharmacy which was open on Sunday night and we had gone there because I had a cough and cold..was able to get some over the counter medication AND this place is massive with a little bar...restaurant. various groceries...I bought a small tin of Pierre Hermes macarons...WOW....they sell wine..a great little find...about 15 minutes from hotel...the hotel also has a great breakfast....was very delicious....one of the many things the French do very well is to provide a good breakfast at the hotel ..it's worth the price and this was very good...you couldn't find this at a restaurant if you were out and about.

Great value. Lovely bed and room. Not as nice as the online pics make out but still pretty nice. Fantastic location if you're a tourist. 10 mins walk to Eiffel Tower.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, but possibly not the absolute best for new couples. The bathroom wall is separated by a full length ceiling to floor window, which makes showering scandalous but going to the bathroom less pleasant.
They may have rooms without this feature though.

The location is good, it's near from Arc de Triumph. The interior is unique, but they need to improve the cleanness.

Nice hotel a bit off the beaten path. Metro lines are not as easy if you are a tourist. The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is older, so they constantly have to renovate. The rooms are comfortable and we enjoyed our balcony!

Dear Manager at Hotel Kleber, there was a girl at the front desk at our check in (Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she was there during the day of our stay which was a Saturday-Sunday).
GIVE HER A RAISE !!!!!!
Perfect English and extremely polite (which trust me is rare in Paris).
lets be clear she is the only reason I'm giving this 5 stars cause we had no internet while we were staying there (they blamed it on some sort of system malfunction) which caused us a massive headache.
We would have appreciated to be compensated for it which but weren't.
Either way the hotels location is amazing, the rooms are nice, clean and cosy.

The hotel was nice enough but I specifically booked it because it had a jacuzzi tub. When I got back to the hotel for the evening with a sore back and looking forward to sitting in the tub I discovered that the pump didn't work and it was basically just a tub. A called the front desk and they said they'd look into it. I got back the next day and it was still not working. When I checked out I asked for a discount since the jacuzzi didn't work. (i.e. be charged for a non-jacuzzi tub rate) but the manager refused.

Hi,
we booked a room for a sunday night ,my partner was sick so we had to change the day. It has been done with a lot of understanding even though we had a no refund/no date swap policy. The interior is great with ancient furnitures in contrast with modern bathroom and features.
I think it's a great deal considering this hotel is situated at a walking distance to the Arc de triomphe and other great touristic places.
I highly recommend it.
I will return to this hotel for my next trip to Paris.

My girlfriend & I had a long weekend there at the beginning of August 2013 & we really liked the place & would highly recommend it to anyone, it's close to the Eiffel Tower & other landmarks to. There's a lovely restaurant across the road aswell.

je recommande fortement cet hotel à tous les points de vue: un personnel accueillant et charmant, un emplacement excellent calme et magnifique, un petit déjeuner tres bon frais et appetissant, services de communication faciles et disponibles. en conclusion qualité prix très bon
Good hotel, in between Arc the Triumph and the Eifel tower. Close to the most things you want to see and experience.
The staff speak good English, and the rooms where clean.
The downside was that the bed was rock hard, so i barely got any sleep, and the AC was working but not very good, so i could not cool down the room to much. Also the shower hose was a little to short for a person thats almost 2 meters. Even though we got a tub.
All in all a good hotel, but will not recommend for the future, unless the bed is swapped with something better, and they atleast get a longer hose for the shower.
