Really nice staff. As a Marriott bonvoy member I felt really welcomed by everybody. The hotel is not far from the city so you can walk everywhere in a couple of minutes.

Not really a 5 star hotel. Dining rooms, reception and communal areas are nice ....rooms falling apart round the edges. Fridges not working...furniture looking tatty....no refreshments in the room.
Staff helpful and friendly....can get very noisy with the Mall and Cafes across the road but quitens at 23:00. If you're to at the back it's a bit quieter but not much.
Convenient location...ample parking...

Nice hotel but in need of a refit. Good pool but service very hit and miss. The older pool guy is a credit to the hotel. Breakfast very good. But it's the small things like taking 1 hour to get a iron as they only have 6!!. But overall not a bad place

I don't usually complain about other people's attitude but the woman at the front desk was pretty rude - had a question about ATM and she acted like "I don't really want to talk to you". I called front desk another time trying to extend my current stay and the person responded "call me 10 min later."

Room was a bit dated. Breakfast was good. Location is ok - it's next to a mall with plenty of restaurant options but a bit far from all the tourist attractions.

Great grounds and lobby. The jasmine smell from the gardens at night is heavenly. The service and rooms are definitely not 4-star. The wifi does not work in the rooms.

Decent hotel away from the city center. Although it’s suppose to be a 5 star hotel I would consider it more of a
3 star. Rooms are basic and old. Bathrooms are decent. Room has a locker. Property has a pool and a bar. Breakfast is good. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they made our stay quite enjoyable and interesting. Right outside the hotel is a small mall and a department store to buy stuff. There are many restaurants in this place and one can have a decent meal. The property has a very pretty garden to relax.

Marrakech, Morocco and the Le Meridan hotel in Marrakech is like the Palm Springs California of Morocco. This hotels gardeners are amazing. You wish they took care of you're garden. The garden is perfectly laid out and manicured. The hotel has great security and a lovely restaurant where the fruits are super ripe and the orange juice is fresh squeezed right before you're eyes. The flat bread is baked right in front of you and is wonderful. The hotel has a very nice and clean pool that rivals the best. While the culture takes a bit of getting used to, for the most part the people I've met have been very nice. The airport when you arrive whether by private jet as I did or by common carriage is an architectural masterpiece. The sidewalks are unusually wide, however gives one lots of room for walking. I would look forward to visiting Morocco again and staying at this Le Meridien Marriott Hotel.

Great hotel with beautiful grounds. Rooms are basic but clean, breakfast is buffet with good variety including eggs to order and crepe like food to order. Mall/supermarket right across the street but the hotel is pretty centralized.

Let's get the big issue over first, It's dated. The hotel is clean and nearly all of the staff have been uber polite and helpful (except one grumpy housekeeper lady). On checkin, we were offered the choice of rooms and even had a quick look in them both before we chose a room overlooking the pool. Breakfast is amazing and the pool is fantastic, although not heated, so quite cold in April, but I still managed a swim with my 4 year old daughter. Wifi is fast and reliable. There are a couple of restaurants in the hotel and a large mall directly oppersit with loads of eating options. So as long as you can look past the dated and tired furniture, you will have a great time here. About a 20 min walk to the old town.

There’s a lot of facilities, Gym is small but has everything. Pool is great, I swam in it. It's really cold in April, but it's still a nice pool in a large garden. I didn’t eat the breakfast there

Location is a bit far from the Medina, but you can walk 2km or taxi or bus over.

Honestly, I like this hotel much better than staying in the Media. The Medina area is probably good for 1 day, but after that I got extremely sick of staying there. The Median is full of motorcycles rushing past you, a billion people, smells, and trash. and the Riads (hotels in the Medina) don't have any windows. Also, the Riads in the Medina are REALLY small, since there's absolutely no space inside.

Anyways, this hotel is next to a huge mall (I didn’t go in but there is a supermarket)

The rooms are spacious, the beds are big and fluffy.

Room could be a bit cleaner though, I wouldn’t exactly call this a 5 star hotel.

Overall, good stay. I give it a 5 star because the pool is beautiful, and the rooms are large and spacious.

Also, the Wifi works ok. Wifi had never worked that well for me in the other 3 hotels I stayed at in Morocco.

The lobby and grounds are nice. Pool is great. If you need to get any work done or don’t have a good international cell plan then DO NOT stay here. The Wi-FI cuts in and out all the time. When I brought up the issue they asks if I wanted to change rooms? I just want internet to work! Sleeping rooms are lack luster and location is 30 minute walk to the Médina. If you are going with a few people and I’d suggest a riad or a more upscale hotel. Not in line with SPG properties other areas of the world. I’ve been platinum for years and keep staying at other properties lately because of the inconsistency. On another note, the Chicken Nagine is amazing on the room service menu!

Great property for our 1st visit to Marrakech. Its about 20 minute walk to Kotobuia and Medina. Food is pretty good the sleeping rooms need updating. But we did not spend much time in the rooms anyway. Western style bar with decent alcohol selection which is a bonus in Morocco.

This was a nice hotel with a western feel to it. I would have done more local than "Americanized" but I didn't make the reservation. The room was rather spacious. Didn't require much from room service. And the concierge was good with making a variety of recommendations for different restaurants and excursions in the area. It was overall a pleasant experience.

Excellent staff. Good security and landscaping. Very dated facility buildings including the rooms. For a SPG property, I was surprised to see that a queen/king bed is two singles pushed together. Nice location across street from Manera Mall. Location is 10-15 min walk to the old city. City bus 7 MAD (

Really enjoyed my stay here for 7 nights. The hotel is clean, the rooms are kept clean and maintained well. It could do with a little retouch but they are trying to keep the Moroccan decor. The staff are really friendly and very helpful with suggestions and ideas of things you can do in Marrakesh. The bed was comfortable and regularly changed the bedsheets except for the last day. The breakfast was delicious but repetitive, so many choices available so it should be ok and it was easy to find a table even when it was a busy morning. I got a room on the 4th floor but wasn't happy with it so I got moved to a ground floor room with a garden and some seating area which was really nice. The whole hotel is huge, you can play tennis, go swimming or just simply enjoy one of the restaurants within.

Rooms need a renovation as soon as possible. The hotel is decadent, the pool bar does not have almost nothing and the prices are very high. The rooms are badly cleaned. They care more about the garden them the rooms. Staff is very friendly and tried to solve all our problems. Climatization is weak. The hotel location is its best asset, near Menara Mall, train station, etc. Renovation please!!!

Nice place to chill out. I was with friends spending the last day in Morocco, the breakfast was very nice. The swimming pool looks great but it was directly under the sun, if you won't mind to get your skin tanned then feel free to jump. Spa is also included, massage, hammam and stuff.

I always have a good experience here. No, it is not modern and contemporary. It is old and nostalgic beauty with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The tub and shower are nice with good hot water pressure. The staff is extremely accomodating and welcoming. I stay with family in Morocco but I always try to sneak away for a night or two at this establishment.

Old school hotel set in a beautiful garden. Should spend a bit of time strolling through the gardens and pool area as it makes good photo ops. The rooms are big and comfortable albeit a bit dated. Service is very friendly and English is spoken proficiently by the staff. Location is convenient. Foodwise...so so quality and quite expensive. The targines is about 3x the price of that served in a restaurant in the Medina. Overall a decent SPG hotel. Will stay again when in Marrakech.

Landscaping is perfect but it is not the only thing. Limited item for breakfast, mistake on room delivery items, non renovated rooms and corridors and dirty towels that made me disappointed. I don't know who is giving them stars but it is not worth the stars got. The location and landscaping has many opportunities for the owner to have one the best hotel in the region but I regret that they don't care.
