What a wonderful family friendly place. The pools and daily activities kept everyone busy and having fun. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom villa was great. Nicely decorated and had what we needed. If you prefer quiet I'd suggest asking for a room facing the lake. Those overlooking the pools will have lots of action outside. We'd come back. The kids enjoyed themselves so much they almost didn't want to go to Disney. Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely enjoyable for small children. There's something to do everywhere. Fun activities for toddlers in the morning. Things for older kids in the afternoon. They've also got great package pricing such as all you can eat ice cream and all you can play mini golf. This is the place to go if you're looking to have a adventure without going to a theme park

Great place to stay with a large family. Awesome pools and pool slides. Kids love the resort, not really built for the relaxing adults. But if I was a kid still this is where I want be. Staff was friendly and positive and fun in the sun. We will be back in the years to come. Make sure you get a 1 bedroom or 2 or 3 villa they are very spacious and heart warming.

The apartment rooms are fully equipped with everything you could need and were immaculately clean.

The facilities are geared towards keeping kids entertained which they did amazingly well considering we arrived in time for the Spring break influx.
The poolside games kept the kids happy and were pleased when they 'earned' pool tokens that they got to spend at the gift shop.

The Gator show was also a hit with the little ones which came at no extra cost and was a pleasant change from the general attitude of anything Disney related that seems to want to take your last penny from you.

The poolside bar and restaurant served just about everything you could want.
Really enjoyed the breakfast and had a big enough selection that we didn't get bored with eating the same things for 2 weeks.
The frozen corona- margaritas were a great touch too!

This is a great location for all the parks as they are all reachable within 20 mins or so.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the Harbour Lakes to anyone and if we were to return to Florida, I would certainly stay here again!

My family & I absolutely love this place. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa in building 14. There is plenty of room & Activities on the property, so you'll never be bored. The splash pad was a hit with my 4 year old. The food is good but pricey. The service is top notch & everyone is friendly & extremely helpful. Stay here & you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon! The resort is definitely geared towards kids but it didn't bother us because it was close to many if the Orlando attractions we wanted to go to. It could've used an adult only pool though if I had to "complain" about anything. Our one bedroom unit was spacious and had a great view of the lake!

Very clean and nice room, we had a 2 bedroom villa. Professional and courteous staff, really liked the security at the front gate. The person at the gate even welcomes you home every time you come home 24 hours a day! It was a really nice touch. The pool was amazing and our kids loved it. Outdoor BBQ grills were cleaned daily which is awesome, I used them several times during our weeklong stay. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Orlando.

Harbour lake sits minutes from Sea World, Universal Orlando Studios, and is just up the highway from Disney. The staff was welcoming from the very beginning. Every time we entered the complex we were greeted with a "Welcome Home." The front desk staff was cheerful and professional, and we checked in at 1:30am. The grounds are well maintained and there hasn't been a loud grounds keeping presence, which is nice. The rooms are big with full kitchen, and the pull out bed is the nicest I've ever seen. I haven't seen one since the late 90s for the record. The A/C was always appreciated upon entering the room from the late June Florida heat. The 3 pools weren't crowded during our visit and we were able to find seats poolside with ease to watch our boys splash, while we drank frozen drinks. There was never a "free if you listen to our presentation" pitch either, which was refreshing. I will definitely be back to Harbour Lake, and may consider it our only option when returning to Florida.

Really excellent resort. The staff is all great, the amenities are on point. The condo was very nice and modern. We loved the splash pad and big water slide. We stayed here on a timeshare exchange and I'd definitely stay here again.

A great resort for families plenty of activities my kids loved it more than going to the Disney parks however the one thing I would recommend is at least give a heads up to guests if the splash park is not available prior to checking in! However they did have a shipwreck pool Where kids could play and enjoy themselves and a slide. The only issue with the Shipwreck pool is it is connected to a much larger pool so parents can't really relax because you're consistently trying to make sure kids don't go to the deep end of the pool and drown. Other than the splash park not being available it was a really great experience I would love to go back and recommend this place to anyone who ask. The activity center in the activities that were set up for the kids in a different Ages were wonderful and my kids really enjoyed that and that is what really matters to me! Staff was great and assisted in every way possible!

A fun resort that's excellent for children. Includes scheduled activities for both children and adults, two large pools, water park, mini-golf, cafe, and more. The rooms were comfortable and included mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Our room had a small patio as well. The staff were friendly and the front desk helpful. Would go back in the future.

Great location centrally located. Kids programs were perfect for 4 and up. Pools we're enjoyable. The only neg was the kids water okay area was under construction but that's just timing nothing neg for the property. The bar and grill staff was very attentive and we're very helpful. Rooms were well stocked and comfortabley furnished

We really enjoyed staying here for 5 days. The location was perfect for all Disney attractions. The grounds were really nice too. It had a large water play area for kids and hot tub for adults. There were several bbq areas and tables. Sitting out by the lakes was very relaxing as well. We will definitely be back.

Rooms were extremely spacious and decorated. We had 5 people sleep comfortably with enough room for a family of 8. The kitchen was updated and the room was fully stacked with everything you could need from plates, cups, even laundry detergent! The exterior was nicely decorated in a key West theme. The grounds are nicely kept and the amenities are a great plus. They have a giant splash park, a pool, and a pool+splash park on the other side. The water was heated which was nice. They also have mini golf, tennis, arcade, and a ton of activities daily. Parking was easy and plenty. They have a guard at the front that is really friendly. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, we definitely will be back.

We always love our stays here as owners. Couple of disappointments this year: at pool slide you have an older lady who constantly blows a loud whistle and isn’t friendly, at all. As an Aquatics coordinator trust me she needs a serious lesson in customer service. How about hiring a certified lifeguard and not a half attempt at a pool attendant. Saw an awesome younger male give a water aerobics class and I was super impressed! Pool side food and entertainment was great (slide races.) We expressed a need to have rooms ready early as we changed resorts and we were told we would be put on expedited list, guess what time our rooms were ready? 5pm...after regular check in. Rooms as always were very clean, roomy!

My family and I have had a great experience at this resort. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and plenty of activities make this place positively memorable. They have a wide range of possible recreational activities that will provide hours of entertainment for all ages.

Vacationed there in Oct./Nov. 17. Had a great time. Had the best waitress ever...Mary!!!! Makes you feel like you've known her forever. Cheerful, energetic and awesome!! The rooms were good... property was well taken care off. When you return back to the property they come out and tell you "welcome home". Definitely will be back!!!

Stayed for 5 days. Room was nice, but showed some wear. Could use modernizing like USB charging. Pools were great, ate lunch at the pool bar and it was perfect for a quick bite. Fitness Center was very nice. Overall a pleasant experience.

Poolside chairs available. Different theme pools for the kids. Pool slide. Beds have good support. Super soft wonderful pillows. Very clean sheets. Drinks arent too bad price or pour. Great experience.

staff is extremely friendly and helpful. at poolside they even offer swimming diapers for those who forgot. the only way I can even possibly come up with negative feedback is the floors were a little bit dirty as evidenced by our socks and bare feet. I would most definitely prioritize this place as one we would revisit in the future.

Looking back, this location was wonderful! In 2016, we stayed here as a family (my husband, 3 sons, a daughter in law and a 1 year old). It's definitely a location for family. In 2018 my husband and I stayed at The Marriott Grand Vista. While very very nice, we liked this location better (even as 2 adults without grown children and grandchildren). It's smaller thus easier to get around, loved the zero depth pool, mini golf, night lighted walking path, actually, just about everything. The properties are very close to each other. Both are close two attractions. Hope this helps you. Good luck!

I have officially been to harbour lake for exactly 10 years and it's my greatest pleasure to say that this is my favorite resort of all time. They have one of the most friendliest staff members on the planet, they have so many activities to do so you'll never ever get bored, and it's close to most of the attractions in Orlando. Every memory I cherish from harbour lake has been with me for all those years,so if you want a kids friendly resort this place will not disappoint you.

This one of the best Marriott properties my family has ever visited. The accommodations are outstanding, the activities are wonderful including the pool area and even the wait staff at the bar. I have to give a special shout-out to Dimitri and Waldo. Dimitri is one of the wait staff at the pool bar and Waldo is at the front desk. Waldo was great and my kids loved him. it is located very close to all the Disney parks. But you almost don't even have to leave this hotel to have a great time with your family. We will definitely come again in the future.

This resort was great for families with small children. I frequently stay at Marriott's globally and this resort met all my expectations. Great location, pool area and activities for the kids. The room was large with plenty of space. The staff was friendly and very nice. Everyone took time to greet us as we passed and always asked if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone with small children.

We've stayed here multiple times, and every stay is great! The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and have plenty of space. The resort is close to the freeway and all the attractions. We love the splash-pad and the pirate ship swimming pool!

This is a fantastic Orlando resort. There is lots to do included in the lodging price. There are some fun activities. You are close to all the major theme parks. Service is outstanding. Great place to vacation!

Great and kindly service at check in. Poor gift for resort owners. Comfortable and warmly room. Very good attention as per needed extra requirement at room. Resort attractions great for summer gang with kids. Kindly attention at check out. Roughly attention by phone by front desk lady once late checkout was required. Too much wide difference between check in 4pm and check out 10am. Not policy for late checkout even if 3 kids still sleeping at 9:30am with 30 grades outside after long day at parks.

Location excellent. Service excellent. Our 4 and 6 year old enjoyed the pools to their hearts content. The water was heated which made that possible even on those not so warm days. Plenty of activities taking place daily. Rooms really well furnished and equipped. Extremely comfortable.

I love coming here. We have stayed here on four different occasions and I really have no intention of staying anywhere else when I visit. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Some of them even remember you when you visit again. There is never a time when they can't help with any issue that might arise. It is a smallish resort that makes you feel like you are visiting a home, but still has great amenities and activities.

What a wonderful experience I had here at harbor lake the staff members are the most friendly staff members I have met in my entire life if you have kids I highly recommend coming here it is super kids friendly and there is always something to do here the place is very nice and clean it makes you never want to leave the the place. One particular staff member I want to recognize is Gary he is super nice and is what is truly what it means to be a staff member.The rooms are so homey the have a washing machine so we do not have to bring much clothing, a kitchen so we don't miss home cooked food and a beautiful balcony is breath taking if you get a good view.If you came for a quiet vacation I do not recommend this place it is extremely lively and perfect for having fun.This place is amazing and I get butterflies in my stomach just thinking about our next visit. This place is our 2nd home.I cannot wait to come again and again

As owners here, this is our little home away from home and one of the best Marriott properties we've been to. So nice, in fact, that you won't want to visit the parks - Harbour Lake has it all, and ENOUGH to keep you busy all day and night. Outstanding staff and management. Stayed here for 5 days while attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. Husband and I stayed in a 1 BR. While the place mainly caters to families going to theme parks, we really enjoyed our stay too. Very easy access to the convention center by car a mile away via a sort of "back-door" entrance. Beautiful apartments, well serviced, clean, very nice amenities, 2 nice pools, gym facility. When I left a charger behind they contacted me and mailed it to me. Super helpful! I would highly recommend and would stay here again. (Also, no pressure to submit to a time share sales pitch, which I despise.)

My family stayed in a 1 bedroom villas for 4 days, 3 nights. We requested s renovated room on the first floor near the pool, and we got exactly that. The room was very nice and met our needs. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was fantastic and very helpful.

We stayed on floor 5 of building 15 right next to the elevator - I would advise to avoid this unless you have mobility issues as you will be woken every morning by people going to the elevator and chatting loudly. The cleaners cupboard is also by there and so they congregate each morning and chat too.

The rooms in this resort are very dark despite the bright exterior of the building. That is my biggest complaint about the rooms - even on a bright sunny day you have to have all the lights on inside so that it isn't dismal.

In terms of activities for kids and general resort amenities though it is fantastic. If you are with a family? Absolutely go here - there's so much to do for kids. If you're a party of adults? I would advise going across the road to Cypress Harbour instead.

Had a great vacation here. The multiple pool/water areas are fantastic, and my daughter loved them. This resort offers a lot of activities that the kids enjoyed, while understanding that the resort is most likely playing second fiddle to the theme parks. They play a nice balance.

The unit was as expected for a Vacation Club resort. No issues at all for the villa.

Great hotel. 2 bedroom room is wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen even a tea kettle. Kids pool play areas are great. All the staff we have dealt with are super friendly and accommodating. Will stay again.

I spent some afternoons visiting family who were resort guests. My review is mixed because on its own, this is an enjoyable resort. Very comfortable and modern, and I like the way it feels like authentic Florida. You have a great view of both Sea World and a cypress surrounded swamp. But, compared to a few other Marriott properties in the area, this is a notch lower. The full site has not been built out, so it feels a little unfinished. Also, from luggage carts to toilet paper, it seems like the quality of the housewares and furniture is cheap. I don't know how the price compares to other Marriott properties nearby. The staff here is fantastic, the pool is great, and we enjoyed fishing (licensed) in the pond.

Absolutely a great stay. Always very courteous staff. Kids had so much fun in the water. Great pools and always clean.

Best time share experience ever! They did not try to sell us more timeshare, extremely friendly and personable - staff really are into excellent customer service and sincerely want their guests to be happy. I would say the employees here are right up there at the same level as Disney. Highly recommend. Plenty for all kids/teens to do. I would go as far to say that next time we may not bother with the ridiculous expense of Disney. Stay right here, relax and have fun! Oh, also rooms are perfect too - spacious and comfortable!!

Great if you are not going to parks every day as it is a resort with plenty to do. Had a 1 bed villa which was nicely appointed. If you will be at parks every day then there are cheaper alternatives. Would stay again.

4 stars for the water park, mini golf and other activities. 2 stars for the villa we stayed in that was not what was expected as we expected a modern room with granite counters and updated furnishings as pictured on website. Guess you have to be a timeshare member to get a room with a pool view or a decent view. We got the most excellent view of the front pond and road (sarcasm!!!). We also had some extremely noisy neighbors above and beside us. My kids even complained about them as they slept and my kids are usually the ones making the noise.
To summarize: The room wasn't what is shown on site and if your not a MEMBER of a timeshare or their club forget getting a good view or any new room. The whole place looks and feels ran down and they need about 2 months down time to renovate.

Absolutely excellent! I read great reviews and decided on this hotel. I am pleased to say that every shining review was completely correct. This place is amazing. So many events and activities for the family. Great clean water park, splash area, water slide. Smored by the fire, grills, pool tables, soccer, basketball, beach volleyball... You name it!! The rooms are very clean and fresh. I will definitely be back.

Rooms are updated and clean. Customer service is impeccable. Tons of activities for kids and adults. Everything on resort is easy to locate. Mini golf, arcade, splash park, water ship pool, activity DEN with board games and movie rentals, playground, water slides, bonfires etc.

This is an excellent hotel that is especially kid/family friendly within close proximity to numerous theme parks. The room was spacious and clean, the property is well kept with numerous activities going on throughout the day on the property that the entire family can enjoy. This was an outstanding vacation hotel. The pool/splash pad area was so much fun!

Really loved this property. Tons of stuff fro the kids to do. We didn't get to explore it much but we want to return. We thought the price we paid was a steal. Very clean. Staff was nice but very interaction took place.

The hotel initially gave us a scare by calling us on the day off arrival saying that there was an issue with the reservation and that we would not get the 2 bedroom Villa we booked over 3 months ago. Apparently the person who made the reservation on their end had made an error. However, by the time we got to the hotel, it was sorted out and we got our original room. The hotel staff was great, the villa easy accommodated a family of four (could accommodate 8 easily). Their pools are great with water slides for all ages.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite! It was beautiful with plenty of room for all of us! We spent the majority of our time at the pools and we. LOVED. It!! My kids are little (4 and 1.5) and they played all day without getting bored. I highly recommend this resort!

My husband an I stayed here just this week for our anniversary. The amenities are wonderful! especially if you have kids, The staff was amazing very accommodating and nice, however I am a Marriott employee an I felt like because of that they put us in the lowest grade (crapy) room. I was taken a back because our room looked nothing like it does on the site, I couldn't wait to get back to my bed at home because the bed there was not comfortable. I was disappointed in the room it's self, they all need to equally be upgraded.

Great location with anything you need very close by. The pools are great for kids but could use some more chairs for the adults. As with most places people line up to save a chair that they don't sit in all day. Very nice overall.

Lots of activities.. Comfortable.. Apartment with 2 rooms, kitchen, living room and patio. 2 pools with slide. 2 bars and a restaurant on property. I really​ liked the campfire sing along and the dueling pianos nights.

The view of my room was very nice, overlooking into the lake. The room was nice as well, prepped with a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all cleaned up and prepped before I got here. The service seemed to be good as well as I got instructions on how to do fun things around Orlando.

No where have I had better service than at this hotel. He customer service is amazing. From the staff at the desk, the food service folks, housekeeping and the management they all are exceptional!!! Always greeted with a " welcome home" on each visit.

Very conveniently located to top notch restaurants, airport, Universal Studios and anything else we wanted while we were there. The resort staff was very efficient and always greeted us with a smile. The on-site restaurant was very good. Absolutely fabulous place to take the family for a vacation. Plan to return with more family next time.

Family oriented resort. I was only here a few hours visiting friends. The rooms were nice but wasn't here long enough to give a proper review.

Our 5 year old loved the pools. We did all the parks with a 'down day' in between each, she never got bored. It's a bit of a drive to get to the parks, but it's an easy one (off season at least). Staff is friendly, villas are clean, and (again) pools and activities are great.

Best place to visit with little ones. Had two water parks designed for little ones. Clean and staff very nice and helpful.

I gave this place a 5-star review because of the amenities. The room had two full bathrooms, a king, two queen beds, a pull out couch, a fully functional kitchen, a washer and dryer as well as a lenai. The resort had well mannered employees and provided onsite options for entertaining children and adults. The resort also had two kid themed pools with a total of 3 large hot tubs and an onsite restaurant that served casual meals and beverages, including alcohol.

So far so good. There's a bit of construction happening on the property, and the water for our shower never quite got hot this morning, but otherwise, wonderful property!

Got a great & super clean, spacious top floor corner suite. Full kitchen, huge balcony. The hot tub was nice & pool crystal clean. The buildings have exterior entrances -- condo style apts. They could have had better wine selection and food options. (mostly like a snack bar bistro). Ext Elevators smelled of smoke. For Orlando, it was priced pretty well and property was very well kept with lots to do. Gated property. Best for young families and business travelers - not so interesting for couples on romantic getaway, unless they're seniors. Kids would have a blast with the interactive splash parks. You'll need a car to get anywhere, like most places in Orlando. Highly recommend: Visit nearby Dakshin Indian Restaurant for delicious southern style Indian cuisine, and then walk all around Disney Springs at night.

Great environment and feels like a small beach front town. Activities available through most of the day and well kept grounds. Will come back again!

Spacious room with fully furnished kitchen (including blender, pots & pans, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, etc.). The front desk even asked if we needed a roasting pan for a turkey as we stayed over Thanksgiving! The dining table could have seated 6-8 easily. Lots of activities around the facility- so much fun! Beautiful grounds! Try the flat iron steak while hanging out at the pool!

The Marriott Harbour Lake is a beautiful resort. It's very big, has two very nice pools with a mini water park kind of setup that's great for kids. The minigolf course was very fun to play on, as it's much more challenging than a regular minigolf course, and that made it very fun to play. The rooms were really nice, the beds were comfortable, and I felt at home in them. The location is annoying, however, if you're coming from Orlando, as you'll need to get off I4 to another highway for a short time. It's not the worst thing, though, and the pros outweigh the cons in this case. Definitely enjoyed my stay.

Awesome resort for families....loved the decor in the room. Very clean and modern. Screened in porch a plus. Lots of activities to do. We were at parks for the majority of our stay so we didn't get to use pools and games as much as we'd have liked. My daughter had a blast on the water slide and splash pads. Employees were pleasant and helpful. Just 15 min drive from Disney parks. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay! Accommodations were very clean and extremely comfortable. We arrived in the off season. The staff was polite and courteous. The grounds had plenty of activities for children and teens. Parking was plenty. The community is gated with security onsite. We stayed for one week and would definitely return. The unit was approximately 1200 to 1400 Sq feet. Six of us stayed there. We had everything we needed and everything you would expect for an extended stay vacation villa. Microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, toaster, silverware, and all the pots/pans needed to cook. Absolutely beautiful and clean grounds. Can't wait to stay again!

The rooms here are great in size. The pools here are pirate themed. Which is great for the kids. The resorts are located close to international drive. And close to everything like the Disney parks and Universal Studios. My family loves it and and returned 5years in a row.

Felt like home clean room with everything we needed to enjoy out stay away from home. Pool and activities are endless .only meals are expensive but we had the option to cook or BBQ outside grill available. house keeping great. We will definitely come back next year

As Marriott Vacation Club owners, we have stayed here twice in the past four years. It is a great place to take the kids for a vacation as they offer two large pools, one with a big water slide, and plenty of activities. You almost would prefer to spend your day here versus the theme parks (and it would make these trips a lot less expensive, of course). The large suites with the kitchen are perfect for a week's stay away from home; you can relax with most, if not all, of the comforts of home at your fingertips. The resort is very close to all the major attractions; Sea World is right down the street and you could almost walk there from here. The best part, as I have found with all Marriott resorts I've visited, is the staff. From the moment you get there until you leave, you are surrounded by smiles; even the housekeepers and the maintenance staff are sporting mile wide smiles. Why would I not go somewhere I feel so welcome? Overall, if you have young kids, this is a great place to stay while in Orlando.

We love this resort. This was out 2nd time here and its kid friendly and fun for adults too. Our kids are 2 and 5 and they love the pools and kid zones, the restaurant offers great choices and the pool bar is convenient and great service too! Our 2 bedroom villa was spacious, home like and clean and orderly. We we likely stay here again!

The service is excellent. The view is nice, and the whole hotel is very kid-friendly. The hotel hosts seasonal events, and had nightly ones, too. The best part is that the hotel is very close to Disney and Universal Parks. All in all, if you are looking for a good, family friendly hotel, then this is the right choice for you.

Great family resort! Excellent location, facilities and super friendly staff. Highly recommended for families with little ones.

Amazing resort. The location is ideal. Close to Seaworld, Universal, and a variety of other attractions. The Pirate Pool is a blast, even for older "kids" like myself.

I would recommend for anyone that is coming to vacation in Orlando.

I spent a week there with my daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren. The room exceeded all of my expectations. A great place to stay with family, very kid friendly with plenty to keep them entertained. We all had a great time, I would love to go back!
