Certifications

Planet 21 Bronze

AccorHotels created an action plan that offered actions listed below to promote sustainable development, tailored to the hotel context. Those initiatives are structured into 4 pillars & 2 specific issues:

- PEOPLE: Raise employees’ awareness of the eco-friendly practice
- CUSTOMERS: engage guests in a sustainable experience
- COMMUNITIES: work hand-in-hand with local communities for a positive impact
- PARTNERS: co-innovate to open up new horizons

- BUILDING: Move towards carbon-neutral buildings
- FOOD: Strive for zero food waste & healthy sustainable food

Then, to go even further, each hotel selects other actions from over 60 additional initiatives. This flexible system enables it to build its own program in line with AccorHotels’ commitments, but also reflects the hotel’s local characteristics:
- Its prior level of progress on sustainable development
- Its priority areas for improvement
- The environment and local issues

A weighting mechanism establishes the action achievement level with a score that places the hotel around the higher levels. Each level marks the progress hotels are making in implementing the Planet 21 program.

We had a great stay. Great for our 10 and 11 year olds. Breakfast was included with our rate. And it was amazing. Small pool, two blocks from the metro station. Very helpful concierge.

Hotel is fine, fairly close to metro and different bus routes, but not the closest hotel to tourist centre. Swimming pool requires tight shorts and a swimming cap!

Evening meal is buffet, but includes wine and food is ok, but much cheaper than going out to eat.

Generally good place to stay.

Great location and beautiful views, but there were ants in the room. I was not able to get a hold of anyone from the phone in my room. Also, a colleague of mine had her credit card stolen out of her wallet, so be sure to utilize the safe!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during our stay in Paris. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. It has a great location and you get a good view of the Tower right from the front of the hotel. Staff was pretty good and friendly. Only one complaint is that I called the concierge desk several times one day and no one answered. I ended up calling the front desk and got someone immediately. There was always a line for breakfast but it goes pretty quickly. Breakfast was good, although the eggs are a bit runny. My daughter realized you can request the restaurant staff prepare fresh eggs for you instead. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Paris.

One of the best hotels in Paris, the location is great and very gracious staff. A special reference to Edith Lambert, who was so kind. Look at the package with breakfast as some of the breakfast cafes were walking distance and returning to the hotel is cumbersome. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast at Novotel Eiffel, though it became monotonous. Don't miss the statue of Liberty in the hotel floor to remind you that the actual statue is situated a stones throw from here.

Stars only for location. Not at all comparable to Novotel standards worldwide. Rooms Needs an upgrade ASAP. Shabby carpets in rooms which were not vaccumed by housekeeping throughout out stay of 5 days. We had to wear slippers throughout as there was something sticky on the carpets. Found the rooms really small for a family of 4. Complimentary Breakfast is catered for mass consumption no quality whatsoever.

The hotel is nice, staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and the AC works perfectly. The hotel is so close to Eiffel tower and a shopping mall and the metro. So it's very convenient. Children under 16 stays for free ( up to 2 per room). I totally recommend it.

Hotel location is great, very nearby to Eiffel tower, and the river is just one road away. Hotel room is quite big, every room has a big window to enjoy the views of Paris. Hotel staffs are all very friendly. Definitely a hotel i would love to go back in the future.

It all started a little messy with problems in the bathroom and elevators, but after some time the cast of the hotel made everything up and then everything was fine. The room was nice, and the cast is great! Great breakfast too. Very near from 2 metro stations and right beside a big supermarket and a shopping center.

Perfect location for a break in Paris!
Rooms are very good, views are amazing and staff is very friendly.
The hotel has a very good breakfast and dinnertime at the hotel restaurant is superb.
About 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and other landscapes as well as restaurants and gardens.
5 minutes to a big shopping mall and a Ladurée store.
The hotel staff arranges river cruises for you and you can even buy museum's tickets directly from the receptionist.

This Novotel is a 31 storey tower. Reception is spacious and it's all marble floors. Staff are curtious and all speak english. Room was spacious and clean. One thing that made chuckle was that it was advertised that there would be a bottle of water in the mini fridge. It was a small bottle that I could have drunk in one go. Paris is expensive so shop around for places to eat. Breakfast at the hotel is all you can eat and thankfully it tasted good. It's a standard affair with sausages, streaky bacon, scrambled eggs and croissants etc. Was half a mile from the Eiffel Tower which was ideal ideal because we picked up the Big Bus tour and a boat cruise close by. I would stay there again and recommend it.

Too busy. Near to tower but too much people. Breakfast time is so many people. Room maintenance is not updated. But the location is very very good. Nearby tower, good shopping mall, theater etc.

Rooms are hot in all seasons and you cannot open a window or get them cool. Staff is friendly and polite to Americans. Rooms are not always cleaned well. Would be 3.5 stars but a sauna while you are trying to sleep is unforgivable in a hotel. Great location but I would not pay to stay here if my company didn't put us up here.

A hotel which seems to be mainly used for big tourist groups. I stayed on the 31st and the 29th floors respectively. Beautiful views from there. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and the Arch de Triomphe. Practically situated on the Seine. Big shopping centre close by.

Got to my room, but someone was already in it. Front desk was helpful in getting me another room though. The room was fine. The bath/shower is the worst design ever. The door panel only covers 1/3rd the tub size so a lot of water ends up on the bathroom floor when you shower.

It is a lovely hotel with a kind staff. The rooms are spacious and good if you just need a place to sleep. The "king" he's are just two beds pushed together, but this is a typical European design. There are other facilities available like gym, pool, resturant, and store.

Great Hotel! Paul at the front office was extremely helpful and accommodating. Dominique in concierge helped us navigate the metro system and knew all of the best restaurants to eat at in the area. This was my first time abroad and both gentlemen were very welcoming. The hotel itself is safe and clean with security checking bags as guests arrive. Check out the statue of liberty on the deck- one of eight in the city!

Dirty rooms and bathroom! The bathrooms are outdated and rusted all over. The bathrooms are very close to the bed as well. Carpets have stains over them that hasn't been cleaned properly. The plumbing isn't even done evenly. Room smells OK but gets quite humid after a shower. Sinks have very little space to put your toiletries bag. Bed is OK but squeaks a lot. Staff is average, but if you have a problem, they are not quick. My second time I stayed here, they gave me a room with no hot water and had to move me. Elevators are very full in the mornings so give yourself at least 30 minutes to get on one. For the money you pay on this "four star" hotel in Paris, there are better options.

In general a Nice hotel with good standard. But swimming facility was way below standard for a 4 Star hotel. Worn out changing rooms and showers that did not work, the pool seemed dirty. Do not spend 20 EUR pr. Person for on the breakfast use one of the nice shops in the area instead.

Just a 10-15 minute walk along the River Seine to the Eiffel Tower, with beautiful views along the way.

This hotel is old and dated, but still holding it's own. Remember staying here 25 years ago and it hasn't changed much. The rooms have been renovated/modernized, but it's past time for further upgrades, especially the carpeting and lifts.

Comfy bed and pillows, large HDTV, free Wi-Fi and friendly staff all made for an enjoyable stay.

The place is situated in the heart of the city. You really dont need to go anywhere for amazing food and views. The tower is about a 600 m walk and there is plenty to do near the river siene during the nights.

Best place for business and food.

Breakfast is amazing.

I stayed here for four days with my three teenaged sons on their first stop within their first trip to Europe from Calfornia, USA. This place is clean, roomy (by European standards), has a very extensive breakfast buffet (for which the hotel only charged for me-my kids were free!) And incredibly located. On our first night we walked to the Eiffel Tower and back in a half hour. The next day we walked to a Segway tour about a mile and a half away. Our second full day we walked

Nice place to stay but service is vEry poor for novotel 4 star property. Ordered for kirs sofa bed to me made and after 4 hours no body even come to room. Some one showed up after 8 pm to make up and he brings duvet and bed sheet he doesnt even realise he is stomping on the sheet with his hoes and his foot prints are over the sheet. He claims to be new took him to reception and showed to duty manager later on he came back to room and made the bed and did his job in front of me. Cheap standard

Why 4 star because the property is in good walkahle location to tour arch di triump and soke ppaces. Has good restaurants near by..

Car park killer 😤😡 29 euros for 24 hours. When asked if car park is free outside the receptionist said welcome to paris!!!

Hopefully the staffs will be better off..

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was perfect! Hotel should be 5 stars! Room was gorgeous - view of the river Seine and memory foam mattress:) Hotel itself was immaculate and the staff were so professional and were extremely helpful! Breakfast buffet was lovely and always fresh food placed out as soon as anything was running low! Location - Perfect 5 min walk to Eiffel Tower and less to the metro and train station! We would stay again 100%.
