I cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff is amazing. Room and bathroom lovely and bed very comfortable. Stain hairdryers on room. Try the pool in the spa they play music underwater. Loves the bar - great cocktails and staff is very friendly

Afternoon tea experience for 10+
This lovely location truly looked after my hens and I - putting us out of the way in their 1st Floor Restaurant and treating us to such a tasty afternoon tea! Fantastic service, beautiful treats, my girls and I had the most amazing time here. Thank you!!

Went there for the "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" Afternoon tea. The food, from the savouries, to the scones to the sweets were very good quality. The mix of flavours was delicate and all working very well together.
The only cons was the room for the afternoon, it was quite dark and didn't give justice to the rest of the hotel.
I still very much recommend the afternoon tea !

Pros: Fantastic celebration with family for an 80th birthday. Venue is great. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was excellent.

Cons: Entrance to the hotel was a little difficult to find, discreet frontage on the Aldwych. Definitely worth the hunt!
