I can't think of a better hotel in the heart of Seattle. If your looking for both luxury and relaxation in the middle of bustling city this is your hotel. The decor alone is beautiful and one of a kind. The bar is really down to earth, staff is friendly and willing to assist. And the location is perfect! walking distance to great restaurants, the famous ferris wheel and a short drive to the needle, countless museums and tons of charm and culture.

A great find for those looking for a hip, boutique hotel experience in the heart of Seattle. A block from the Pike Place market and several excellent restaurants. Staff went above and beyond in service. If that's not enough... They allow dogs. I met a great Labradoodle on the elevator.

Great location in Seattle and I loved the bedding. The decor is also very nice. The service in the bar is slow but it was busy. Would be nice to have people open the front doors as it is hard to get in with luggage. Bathroom style was great.

Excellent hotel with delightful staff! nightly social hour with complimentary wine along with free coffee and tea in the lobby each morning. excellent restaurant as well. decor is fun with dark quirky theme and rooms are clean and tastefully done, they also smell really nice. the surrounding area was a little noisy from the street at night, but overall it was a very enjoyable stay!

They tried. The hotel has a unique vibe and great location, but the hospitality could use an upgrade. It is not very clean, beds were made sloppy, bathroom has visible dirt and the carpet is the same. Missing an exhaust fan in the bathroom and our room did not have a floor length mirror. Front desk attendant was decent, but not as welcoming or helpful as other hotels I have stayed. He kind of had a hipster attitude, which is not really suitable for a guest relations role. Hotel feels more like a 2 or 3-Star hotel with flair.

Nice hotel but the rooms are a little small. The gym is tiny and the half covered showers are a terrible idea (water gets everywhere). Great location and the happy hour is a great perk. Staff of super friendly and good bar/restaurant.

Stayed here a few nights. Perfectly located within walking distance of most city attractions. They offer good breakfast great cocktails and have bike’s you can borrow to go explore. The lobby is amazing. Only complaint is that my wife really wanted a room with a bear claw soak tub, witch I called to confirm was what we had just purchased, only to find out something different at check in. I didn’t hear the end of it all weekend 🤨 otherwise I would have gave it five stars

A great place to stay when you come to town. Friendly staff and very nice, clean rooms! My favorite thing about them is how accommodating they are after checkout. I had a late flight so they managed my bags until I needed them and allowed me to charge my phone in order to haul an uber. This was 7 hours after checkout, they could've turned me away but didn't, which is why I'm writing my first review off of my now charging phone. :)

The rooms are immaculately clean, and the space is gorgeous! All of the staff there was super helpful with directions, suggestions and were so great to interact with. Awesome experience!

P.S. As we were checking out, some rude woman was berating the poor front desk staff for something SHE missed in reading the rental agreement. These guys stayed professional, calm, and apologized to ME for having to hear her. Seriously. They are way more patient than I could ever be!

Dogs allowed with no additional cost. Friendly staff on both days to help with suggestions for nearby food and attractions. Complimentary refreshments and apples. Rooms were clean and were above expectations. Got upgraded to the spa suite, was extremely happy to see a large clawfoot tub. Wish we were able to stay longer as it was all beautifully staged in the room as well as the lobby.

Leanne is a wonderful part of this fabulous hotel. I called to get a romance package for a friend's future anniversary stay and Leanne went above and beyond to make it perfect. She was kind and respectful and had all the necessary knowledge and information to make the anniversary exceptional. THANK YOU LEANNE!!!

Very nice details. Beautiful bathroom, lamps and wardrobe, enjoyed the room. Staff was friendly and location was awesome. Parked at a parking garage all weekend across the street and it only cost $21. Enjoyed walking around.. hotel was close to pike place.

My wife and I came up to Seattle for a weekend getaway before a work week in the city. The rooms were very clean and large, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The views of the wadlter and the north end of the market we're the icing on the cake. Will definitely stay here again!

Super cool aesthetic. Really nice staff. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and the bar in the lobby is cozy. Would recommend. Only 4 stars because our room didn't have a tub ( I think you can request one that does). Also be prepared for a barn style door with no soundproofing on the bathroom...

This place is great! I am so glad we decided to stay here over our other options we were looking at. Brynn made it all so easy ahead of time and had so many recommendations that were perfect. She knows all the right spots. She and Leeann could not have been any more hospitable. They are both absolute delights and know their city well. I know we're staying here again when we return to Seattle! Easily 5 stars!!!

Very fun themed place. I stayed here for work and I found the decor delightful. They have a lot of paintings and pillows with old time-y military dressed individuals who turn out to be famous people like Brad Pitt or Samuel Jackson. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff are awesome. Overall, they are very friendly, but today they really went above and beyond for me. I am not feeling well and they just went out and picked up soup for me!! The hotel is clean, bed is comfy, great water pressure, good location, and modern, quirky decor. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning and free wine mixer from 5-6 pm.

A truly gracious staff and a very clean room made our stay more memorable than we even expected.
We enjoyed a very nicely appointed room on the 5th floor. It was not only very well decorated, but our two nights were whisper quiet; never once awoken by outside noise.
The staff was on point and friendly yet extremely professional - a difficult balance.
Location is quite perfect for walking or the bus stops.
The bar and the restaurant we're great, quaint and neighborly in feel.
Great Bourbons available and the desserts were delicious.

Very convenient location near the Moore Theater and short walking distance to the Pike Place Market. The option to order room service for breakfast in the night before is a very convenient and well-thought-of option. The rooms were very nicely decorated and well maintained and our room in particular had an awesome pillow with Tom Selleck as a turn of the century military commander. It was pretty rad! Would totally stay at this hotel again

Top-notch service and staff. Bryon and his team go above and beyond. Amazing location. Older building--although fully renovated and styled wondefully--is a little louder than you'd expect and water pressure is also inconsistent.

Original style that sets it apart from others. Never stayed at a Kimpton hotel before but was told they are all different. Food at Shaver and Spear was elevated and we enjoyed a nice dinner and bfast. Seated right away and served real food. The room was modern rustic with an industrial age flair. Will stay there again if I'm ever back in Seattle. Only one night but wish my entire stay was there.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

Gorgeous, edgy hotel blocks from Pike Place Market. Hotel lobby was deep gray with paintings of Seattle figures as classic portraits. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed. Unfortunately the barn door on the bathroom didn't afford as much privacy as was desired.

The people of the Kimpton Palladian could not be more exceptional. I, and family, were astounded with the level of service provided... from the valet to the front desk to the manager. All are intent and focused on ensuring that your stay is the absolute best.

That said, while the property itself is well-appointed and decorated with care... its simply an aging building. The plumbing needs some attention (as mentioned in previous reviews) and the beds weren't particularly comfortable. The rooms are also relatively small for the price (may be a Seattle thing) but not overly tight.

However, the location cannot be beat, and the staff's devotion to top-tier service make up for what the facilities somewhat lack. 3-star facility, decorated and serviced at no less than a 5-star level.

I paid about $350 for a night, which can be typical for a stay for a comparable hotel in Seattle from what I've seen. I'd pay that (or more) for the incredible level of service and design in any city.

Do try the PennyRoyal or Shaker+Spear on site. Both exceptional.

I'm conflicted on this one. The room and staff were very good and comfortably appointed. My issue is around the shower, it's something I care about. I want it to be hot and enough water so that i don't feel like I'm not wet and cold at the end. I didn't get that at all here. I can't say if it was just my room or they are all like that. So i can only give it 3 starts.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Palladian hotel. Gorgeous, clean rooms and exceptional service. We will always want to return here for our future Seattle adventures! So close to everything. We walked everywhere! And the bathrooms were a dream. Loved every corner of this place. Parking is a little pricy but it is worth it for the secure storage of your vehicle.

We are staying 2 nights at the Palladian and have had a great time. The eclectic details are awesome and we even had a great response we had to a customer service issue we had before we ever got to the hotel (problem with our reservation). There is a $40/night valet parking charge so be aware of that but otherwise has been a good stay.

I'm in Seattle a few times a month and have settled into the Kimpton Palladian as a go-to spot. I had tried the Hotel 1000 a few times but found it tough to sleep with road noise unless I was on the top few floors. Staff is very welcoming and its easy to get in and out.

Awesome! Will look for one whenever I visit any other state. From the Valet Parking to the Concierge, and everything in between, nothing has been overlooked as to the guest' comfort. The Room was clean, comfortable, elegant and functional. Complimentary Wine/Whiskey tasting at 5, was fun. The Lounge was welcoming and cozy (espescially for a single traveler) in a very unintimadating way. The Restaurant offered a varied and tasty menu with views of the city's streets.

The staff is so friendly. The rooms are beautiful and modern and whimsical. Every room has a throw pillow with an oil painting of a celebrity in old-fashioned military garb. The restaurant and bar it's attached to are delicious and cozy. Everything was honestly amazing.

Was here for a meeting on one of the upper levels.

The room was VERY nice and staff came in regular to deliver snacks and stuff. They were really friendly.

The attendant downstairs was a bit gruff when I asked where the meeting room was located. Otherwise, it was a good place. A bit pricey, but you're getting what you pay for here.

It's also fairly conveniently located to a lot of options.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Seattle, and this is my favorite so far. Dog friendly rooms allowed me to bring my best buddy. Large room allowed space to spread out and be comfortable while my significant other conducted some work. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Love the charm and decor. The water pressure in the shower is terrible, but that seems to be the norm for all hots these days. It's disappointing. Almost made we want to use the claw foot tub instead.

Great location and amenities. Located in downtown Seattle, the palladian is close to most of the major tourist spots like pikes market. The hotel has simple, but modern style rooms with a little flare ie an elvis pillow on the bed and a TV being held up on what seems to be a paint canvas style wooden frame. The bathroom is modern an nice as well. I had a chance to hit the hotel bar last night, they had a great selection of cocktails and late night snacks. Overall, it's a great hotel with a friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the palladian. The staff was warm and kind and always willing to help us with our accommodations. It was my birthday and the staff put together a special package and champagne that awaited Us in the room - what a nice touch! My only grievance was that it is very minimally staffed, which made for some longer than usual waits.
