Merci! All the staff from reception to concergerie to housekeeping are top notch. Any question, any help needed...immediately accomplished. My visit was for tough reasons, divorce, and they made it like a vacation. I will stay here again. 5 🌟

The staff throughout are very friendly and accommodating. The executive lounge is always stocked and the staff are very friendly. Convenient & walkable to transportation, stores & restaurants. Fantastic location in Montparnasse. It’s about 20 min transport outside of Paris either by taxi or a few stops on the metro but still very convenient location.

The hotel staff was friendly and even upgraded my room to have a great city view. The area has some nice restaurants and is close by to the catacombs. It is a bit further south from the center of Paris. The rooms are not as modern as some other hotels but overall fairly clean and nice. The restaurant staff and bartenders were also extremely helpful and nice.

I ran into a couple of major issues though. First, my bathroom did not have toilet paper on the roll and the toilet still had the previous occupant's morning dump in it. This was fairly disgusting to discover when I arrived. The second issue is that Marriott's webpage said there would be complementary water bottles but there were none. I called the front desk to ask about it. They responded that it was not included and just hung up. Surprisingly poor service there.

Great hotel . If you are coming from Orly airport this hotel is great for you. Its located very close of main station for Orly bus and great metro connection. The bed was super comfortable ( we are coming from Canada and always staying in Marriott hotels and travel a lot ), so far this Marriott is winner in great madrass.. so you will get great rest and good sleep after long day visiting gorgeous Paris(too many things to see) .

Decent hotel. Nice staff. The cafeteria is good and the chocolate cake it to die for at the cafeteria. It's a lovely place and not too far from the train station with a couple minutes walk. There are restaurants around it and is very easily accessible.all in all decent hotel and great service.

If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

Beautiful hotel, great lounge amenities for rewards members with access! Delicious food served regularly. The staff has been so pleasant and helpful, even complimenting me on my broken french :) check in staff informed me that my preferences were taken into account (no feather pillows) and this is huge for me, as it's in my profile, and only about half of the Marriott properties I've been to actually take it into account when assigning my room. Restaurant food beyond breakfast is just so-so. I didn't eat there much, though. Room service items limited. But it's Paris and you shouldnt be eating in the hotel anyway!

Modern hotel in the 14th Arr. Situated nearby the catacombs and just off the Metro line 6, Saint-Jacques station. Rooms here are a bit small but clean and efficiently designed with modern furnishings and comfortable beds. There is a safe, mini-bar fridge, iron/board and hairdryer in each room. Large LED TV with local and international channels that can be connected to your personal device for streaming. WiFi in the rooms is reliable though a bit slow. Staff is very friendly here and gave immediate, personal attention to all requests. 24 hour security guards placed in the lobby for safety. There's a restaurant in the lobby area with decent options for all meals. Starbucks there too if you need a quick coffee. The area and location are away from the center, but transport in Paris is very easy with the Metro just outside the hotel. There is also a taxi stand just outside with a few cabs always waiting.

Extremely helpful staff in all areas! Stayed at this lovely location from June 5-15,2018. In the executive lounge Luis and Luz went above and beyond. Luis offered many suggestions of areas to explore and pointed out sights on maps and local activities. Luz made us feel at home and was available for all of our requests.
Radek in the resuturant bar provided exceptional service and was a wealth of information. He made our evening visit to the lounge a relaxing experience. Overall wonderful stay in this beautiful city. They had the best French onion soup in the city and their Bordeaux wine was fabulous! Thank you.

Second best hotel I've ever stayed in (best is a Marriott in Shanghai). Impeccable service, in every way they can possibly do it.

Only ate on site at the executive lounge, which was not outstanding, but totally worth it, no complaints in any way.

I will find a way to stay here much longer and use the rest of the amenities as well as use it as a base for tourism in Paris.

Always busy. Rooms are modern and in good condition. The Exec lounge is perhaps a little small for the size of the property and the number of American visitors with Elite access. Staff are very attentive. Competitively priced compared to those in central Paris.

The hotel is nice and clean. The room was nicely sized, which was a welcome surprise. The room was also clean. Didn’t dine at the restaurant as it was a bit pricey. Hotel is close to 2 metro stops, 1 being about 1.5 blocks so we could easily access and use to see the sights. Overall it was worth the $$$ spent for the time at the hotel however I gave 3 stars because when we checked in we were told a room was not available, even though we were open to either 1 or 2 beds, yet the hour we waited we watched other people arrive and go up to their rooms. Then when I presented my Marriott rewards card to put on my reservation a room was then available.

Concierge and executive lounge was excellent. Reception is ok. Building is great, room is spacious but air in the hotel was horrible. Even temperature outside was pleasant but we can’t open windows. The fan was always on but seem won’t carry out the smelly air. We got seriously sick after staying for a week. The virus is still bothering me after 2 weeks. Poisonous and dangerous air! The shower water temperature was not consistent, sometimes can burn your skin. A health hazard. The room keys were not always working. A hassle to ask front desk for help. Really not worth the money. Won’t go back. Won’t recommend to you!

Lovely, very clean and quiet room. No slamming doors which is a pet hate if mine. The lifts however, seemed to pose a problem for us and others. We walked up five flights as this seemed quicker than waiting.
The breakfast was a bit of a mess. Two Coffee machines for seemingly 100 people which meant a long queue. Average breakfast food.

Great hotel, good location, metro station two blocks east of hotel. Stayed on the top floor which was 18th floor. Room was good however heat/ac was not working properly in room, was a little cold due to it being winter. Offered space heater to use which helped. Overall, great hotel.

Clean, quiet rooms, comfortable beds/pillows. Executive lounge breakfast during the week is free, but no omelettes. For those you need to go to level 2 restaurant, but that breakfast is very nice, 26€. Free beer and wine in exec lounge 5:30-9:30. 25/30minute walk to Louvre and Notre Dame. Right beside metro as well.

Staff is very helpful and hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Metro. The breakfast buffet is fresh and the views from the 'City View' rooms are impressive! Be aware that there is no on-site laundry room as is common in American Marriotts - you will either have to pay for premium per item cleaning or drop off/use a laundromat if you need it done.

I stay here about four times a month and its a perfectly upscale Marriott right off the metro line with good shopping opportunities around the area. Staff is always professional. If you don't care about your view, all rooms are consistent and well done. If you do care about your view, insist on high floor, even number rooms, or enjoyn the quiet of the odd number rooms. Gym is fine and 24h.

This hotel is a gem. The concierge and front desk staff are multilingual and very service oriented. The rooms are in great shape, and well maintained by the cleaning crew. Breakfast buffet was not included, but had a great spread of hot and cold foods, and of course great bread and cheese - it was definitely worth the money. The In room bathroom situation was interesting: a toilet room with a door, entirely separate from the main bathroom room with sink/shower. This feature was great for traveling with a friend (one person can use the toilet while the other showers, for example), but might not be great for everybody. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, about a 2 minute walk away.

The staff spoke good English which was a good start for me as I don't speak French. I was there for two nights while attending a professional conference. The room was amazing, very clean, comfy beds, useful desk, nice TV, everything you would expect for the price. I was a little disappointed the standard room I was in had no USB charging facility but that just shows how nice the room was if that is the only down side. As for the conference, the food was amazing and it just kept coming so I was happy. The hot water for tea however was at time barely warm, I think they could potentially benefit from upgrading those hot water dispensers. As for the coffee that was fine. The conference's rooms themselves were perfect, comfy chairs, pads and pens on every desk and even nicer, water (unopened)! Overall, very nice venue, professional staff, perfect for the occasion.

Hotel is located conveniently to nearly everything. There are restaurants, supermarkets, two metro stations, and more nearby. The staff are amicable in general and willing to help out with anything. The only issue I have with this place is that it is under renovation and they start work at about 7am. If you happen to be next to a room they're working on...get to sleep early.

The management was great, we had a few problems with our room initially but the staff took care of it pretty quickly and they are generally friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are all cramped because of the hotel's location (paris is overpopulated) but designed somewhat efficiently. You can't see the Eiffel Tower from any of the rooms, but you can get an okay city view depending on what side you're on. During my stay, there was often maintainance workers in the hallway with dirty rugs laid out, which was very uncomfortable for me. The room service was not great, the menu is very small and the food is mostly plain but has high prices. At other Marriott locations, the food is normally a lot more savory. I would give three stars if not for the hotel staff's kindness and compensation.

I stayed here for a conference. The facility spaces that we used were large and fit for purpose. The food served throughout my stay was adequate.

I stayed in a Junior Suite on my own. But it would easily cater for a couple who share one bed, or the sofa can open up and be made into a bed if people sharing need separate sleeping arrangements. The suite has two bathrooms and two toilets. The bed was fantastically large and comfortable, with plenty of pillows.

My room was situated on the tenth floor, with a view of a office block.
Ice machine was situated outside in the lift lobby.

I didn't know there were regular sized hotels in Paris. Most are boutiques. The rooms here would be normal sized in other cities, but they're massive by paid standards. Clean and nice decor. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in my stay and the food was good! About a 5 minute walk to the Catacombs and a 15 minute walk to Notre Dame but also right next to a metro stop so exciting is pretty much accessible. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay here. It is close to subway stations for easy travel. The beds were comfortable. There was a shower/bath which was nice because I took a hot bath each night to ease my sore feet. There was soft ice available which I love. The breakfast buffet was not free but it was delicious. The concierge desk was very helpful showing me directions and suggesting restaurants. The only bad thing is we changed some money at the reception desk and they did not give us a very good rate. Maybe we should have already known not to exchange at the hotel?.

Hotel is in a great quiet location, central to many train stations including an RER stop. There are a few supermarkets located nearby within walking distance. The hotel is quite dated, and not in a good way. Fixtures and features seen quite old
Saying that, the room itself was quite comfortable if a little small - though the heater was set really high when I arrived, so took a while to cool down.
The bed was large and comfortable , facing a huge flatscreen TV (for once a good signal on all channels!). Bathroom was small, with low ceilings - in the shower my head was just short of hitting the ceiling.

Breakfast was ok. I had breakfast in both the executive lounge and main restaurant. There wasn't much choice in the lounge - only go here if you want somewhere a little more quiet to sit.
There was a selection of hot food in the buffet, though nothing really appetising to me; various pastries, beads, cheeses and cold meat, salmon and fruit. Also, in the corner was a chief cooking eggs to order.
I kind of expected better quality being in Paris.

In the evening, the exec lounge has got food until 19.30, and drinks until 21.00. This was quite good. Only 2-3 got choices, but of reasonably good quality, plus salads, cheese, cold meats. Desserts were served to table.
There were various softdrinks, beers and wines .

My only real complaints were the lifts in the morning, which would take forever to arrive. Fine from one of the upper floors, but from level 2/3 after breakfast, the lift was always packed - and no obvious stairs .
And then checkout took a long time, as there was a long queue of people arriving for a conference and trying to check in. Would have been nice to have at least one line dedicated to people trying to leave. (I also had the mobile app, but it wouldn't give the option to mobile checkout)

I didn't spend time in the local area - I saw there were a few restaurants close by, and the metro station is a short 5 min walk.

Security is tight, be prepared to be checked each time you come in, but I appreciate the safety. Typical as far as Paris hotels go. You'll feel like you overpaid for a small room. 3rd floor lounge provides snacks and wine. Fitness center is decent. Concierge was particularly helpful in booking dinner and getting museum passes.

Good location near Denfert-Rochereau (RER B to Orly and CDG in addition to airport buses) - 10 minutes by foot. Room wasn't clean when I checked in, and hotel had security going through bags and had a metal detector wand during my stay. Never saw that before, and that was unusual. Everything else is pretty typical of a full service Marriott hotel - ask for a city view room.

Overall I would give this hotel 3.5 stars.

Pros- The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever stayed in, and by far the best I have had in Europe. Their breakfast buffet had a wide selection to get your day started. Nice gym. Good wifi, I was able to video Skype without issues.

Cons- It is a pretty long commute to attractions via the train (approx 30 minutes), I dealt with construction noises in my room from the floor above. There isn't a clock in the room. The shower is open air, which made me feel cold the entire time i was bathing. The water temp also fluctuated from hot to cold.

The room was fine. There were some broken/wobbly titles in the bathroom. Service seemed pretty good. The breakfast is horrible. Some french baguettes and pastries. And it's exactly the same every morning. The setup seems more for the conference center than normal hotel guests.

The hotel is located well. Very easy to get around town. Restaurant is very good. Coffee was exceptional. Even the gym offers a great workout! Highly Recommend!!
