Almost every room offers good view across Creek river. Friendly, helpful and charming staff. The choices of restaurants within the body of the hotel make it easy to drop into without enduring the heat during the summer months. My stay ended up great indeed..

Great property. Only downside is staff running down to my room 1 minute after check in to lock the minibar with a key. Assumption being I would somehow steal their drinks and refuse to pay? After a complaint they opened. Consumed what I needed and paid as I always do. I hate to assume the reason for their bizarre action. Been to several and I have met nothing less than great service.

Awesome revamp of a creekside classic. The Persian restaurant is out of this world. The newly renovated pool deck and bar are really nice too.

We attended Korean BBQ buffet and I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised. First of all with quality of offered food, second with price, and third above all staff. Very pleasant and very polite.

This is quite possibly the oldest 5 star hotel in Dubai! Its has some of the best F&B outlets in Dubai, of which the Pub is the oldest and also the very first pub in Dubai. They also used to have Dubai's first Disco which is now the Fish-market which was also a first when it opened. Yes, its a hotel of firsts! The boulevard used to be a favorite for friday morning breakfast.

The best four star hotel in dubai. It should label as five star hotel. So, i gave fave stars for them. Overlooking the creek. Hop on -off bus stop right out front which made visiting all sites easy. Dhows our front to cross over creek. Rooms were spacious and clean with own balcony. A great buffet breakfast.

A nice four star hotel near Dubai creek. Nice and quite rooms and if you are lucky the view from the balcony is very nice. Nice and friendly staff. I enjoyed the stay even so it was for one night only.

A fantastic base for a break in Dubai. The staff are all exceptional - attentive, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely pool, comfy loungers and a great pool bar. Food was tasty - recommend booking a club room for the all the extras that comes with. Had dinner on the Al Mansour Dhow boat - again, excellent food and service, with entertainment included, with the Dubai skyline as a moving back drop. Will definitely be going back.

Decent 5 star property in the heart of Deira. More of business and conference hotel. Parking can be a challenge. The coffee shop at the lounge can be good for short meetinfs for two or three people. Very close to gold souk and spice market and Naif souk

Near to the sea, there is tours you can take for between 50-100 AED and open buffet dinner. Ship sails for 2 hours than there is music and some shows during tours. Hotel is also nice, alive musics at bar in nights also many shopping places in hotel. Also near to Baniyas phone market that you can find very good priced phones after negotiate.

Very good hotel! Fair price for what it offers. They were very useful in everything we needed. We could even do a late check out without problem and its location is perfect to walk around the city. Breakfast is very good and it has lots of bars and restaurants inside. The room is clean, as well as the rest of the hotel.

7

A comfortable hotel with generously-sized rooms (on the 9th floor at least) and excellent, firm but comfortable king size beds. The bathroom is clean and well-lit. Each room has a small balcony with a couple of chairs and a coffee table, some overlooking the Dubai Creek. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, with rooms serviced daily.

In the heart of city is this beautiful hotel. Many Burz, Bur Dubai, are like 15 minutes drive/boating from here. Hotel is quiet and calm. Staff is very polite and professional. You get a small balcony to sit and relax outside of your room. There is a restaurant on ground floor offering Indian, Continental, food. There are many convenience stores for gift items for your lovable ones.

Good and modern hotel. Quite large rooms with a small balcony. I like the lighting in the room, most hotels have dark rooms but here, the lighting in the ceiling makes the room very bright. Room has most amenities required, except in the bathroom where things like toothbrushes are not provided as standard, although may be requested. It shouldn't be necessary in a 5*hotel. The minibar is empty, can be filled upon request. Breakfast has a large selection of international and local dishes. The only minus point about this hotel is the service and attention to detail. Long queue at the reception counter that seems to be mostly manned by a single person. I wanted to change some Dhs500 notes that I got from the ATM into smaller denominations, after waiting for more than 20 minutes to be attended, I'm told that they don't have any change and that I may try at the restaurant. Really? no change for $500 at a place where I've seen many people paying cash?. Two times I wanted to ask something at the concierge only to find his desk empty, mind you , it was during working hours. 3 times I've requested an ashtray to use it at the balcony (1 to reception, 1 to house keeping, 1 directly to the cleaner ) and I've never got it despite being promised. I was assigned a table for breakfast by one of the staff. After I got my food, come back to find out that another staff member has given my table away... all no big deals, but issues that show a lack of attention to service by the staff and their management and that should not happen at a 5* hotel. Location is good, near the creek with plenty of cheap options to eat and a metro station around 200m away.

The hotel is situated bang opposite the Dubai Creek and just an Abra ride away from Old Dubai/ Bur Dubai and the other famous souqs in Dubai. The best part about the location is that its very close to the metro station, has an outstanding view of the Dubai creek and the Dhows that ply it at night and all this with the fabulous hospitality of the Radisson Blu group. Add to it the fantastic dining options you have in house and you've got a package deal few others can meet at the price point its delivers it. A small bit of trivia to end our review. This hotel also has the distinction of being the 1st five star hotel in Dubai. Some of its restaurants are favorites of the current Sheikh of Dubai which means that you can maybe pass by their entourage if you're lucky.

Attended an event Her Health First at Zabeel Ballroom in Radisson Blu on November 18 evening. About the venue, it's just eye catching with its unique lightings. Also, the location was really easy to reach even for those travelling by metro. The snacks and the drinks provided for the event was yummy too.The staff of the hotel did a really good job and were really helpful as hosts. I would recommend Radisson Blu, Deira Creek in Dubai as one of the perfect spot for your events and day outs.

Good looking hotel this. It has a good old vibe to it. The washrooms in the hotel have the age old taps. Its something nice because i havent seen such in a long time. I came to the Plaza Ballroom for a wedding event. The event was well organised and the view was fantastic of the creek. There is a small issue with parking as it takes time to be driven back by the valet, but the valet does provide the option where we can collect our cars by ourselves, which is brilliant as it reduces the time taken! All in all good hotel.

Never been into the rooms but hotel lobby and ground floor shows how old and tired the decor is. Need immediate remodel. Also location is in crowded area that has traffic jam of 10-15 mins to reach so unless you have nearby business, it's not recommended to stay here!

My husband and I went to Dubai on a business trip. We chose Radisson Blu Hotel Deira Creek, because of its excellent location. To our surprise, not only was the hotel location excellent, the room had the most beautiful view of the creek, where hundreds of boats carrying cargoes and passengers to and fro created a silent commotion in the already busy scene of Dubai. Our room was great with a luxurious bathroom. The business lounge offers great snacks, so anyone who is not so familiar with the Dubai scene, opting for the Business lounge when checking in is an idea well worth the few extra AED you'll spend. The shopping arcade, has some amazing shops. The breakfast area downstairs is also super inviting with natural light shining through its glass ceiling. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Radisson Blu lies within the beautiful Deira Creek area of Dubai, a short walk to the bus and metro stations and only 7 kilometers from Dubai International Airport. Is a classic fixture of Old Dubai. This area teems with shopping malls as well as traditional souks such as the Spice Market.

Very nice hotel. Room service was fantastic - even at night, they brought milk/water for my 3 yr old right away. Room dining options were very good. Nice swimming pool and children play area. Wish they could add spa services to their massage services. Had attached shops (jewelery, pharmacy, grocery store etc) and 5 mins walk to the metro. Loved the stay and this was our first stay in Dubai. Very nice view of the creek - make sure you ask for a room on a high floor (4th or higher).

Loved everything about this hotel: perfectly located between the famous Creek and the subway station( it is walkable both ways). If you stay for a long layover between flights ( let's say 12 hours) this is the hotel to stay. Just couple of stops from the airport and you are already in the atmosphere of Dubai. The rooms are upscale, clean and renovated. The staff is helpful and fast. The hotel offers dining options but a local supermarket is in a walkable distance...turn right from the front door and walk approximately 10 minutes...The pool is very big and clean..and the hotel has sauna ( exactly what I needed after a long flight from Australia). Highly recommended!

Hotel staff and room service experience is great. The swimming pool has no heating system that makes it impossible to swim on even slightly cold day. The bathrooms are quite small but that's not such a big issue but something I'm extremely upset about is that the dine-in menu is absolutely terrible with really limited options.

Excellent hotel. The buffet breakfast is very extensive. There are tons of options available. There are numerous other restaurant choices in the hotel. The rooms are clans and comfortable. This a very understated luxury hotel with the friendliest staff we have encountered on our many travels. From the moment you arrive, they do their very best to accommodate all your needs and wishes including the location of your room. We have, two years running, arrived at 9am due to flight times and both years we have been in the room of our choice by 9.30. There is a variety of restaurants which look lovely, but as we like to like to try local food, we have never used any of them. The cleanlimess of the hotel is superb and the small balcony a great bonus-perfect for sitting watching yhe world go by. The location is also perfect - on the Creek, within 5 mins walk of Union Metro Station and a large shopping mall with coffee shops and food outlets as well as many well known stores. It's a very multicultural area, with the Gold Souk and Spice Markets also within walking distance (in winter).

Great looking hotel down in the marina area. Not so far from the train station. About a 200 yard walk I think. Looks like a very typical radisson with everything you'd expect from this chain hotel.

The staff were amazing. Very helpful, polite and thoughtful. My sister and I celebrated our birthdays here on separate days, at midnight the staff remembered and provided complimentary cakes for us. Lol they did manage to put a happy anniversary instead of a birthday message for mine but the thought was there. The newly refurbished swimming pool was brilliant. However at 1am till 5am they decided to carry out repairs on some tiles, using an angle grinder and chisels! The gym facilities were great! However the changing rooms were untidy and dirty, the steam room was mouldy. Definitely requires over hauling. The views of the Creek are clear and brilliant during sunrise and sunset. It helps being so close for access around town too. The breakfast included was outstanding. A huge variety of different food, including English, French, Indian, Arabic, amongst other options. The staff were more than happy to make anything for us even if it wasn't on the menu. The rooms were brilliant. Comfy beds, 4 different pillow options. Clean, tidy, cosy with good AC. The corridors do smell strongly of cigarettes, it would be great if the hotel ensured they maintained the scent. Overall a decent stay. 3 stars ***

Really charming place; the facilities are somehow kept new while maintaining the 1980s charm. The bathrooms were a bit too small for a hotel of this calibre, but otherwise the rooms were excellent. It has a nice, mystery feel to it and is located in an overlooked part of Dubai, good for walking to places. Also: the bars and such in the hotel itself seemed a bit seedy; be warned. It shouldn't stop you from drinking there, however.

Dined here this weekend in YUM!, the quick noodle restaurant. Very good food, excellent, and quick, service, and good value for $$. Highly recommend for family, inexpensive night out. There were two weddings in the hotel that evening, so getting our car out of valet was somewhat long, but the staff handled everything pleasantly.
