Staying here for four nights, in the sea view room. Fantastic views of the French Riviera, lots of seagulls. Spacious room, comfy bed, nice shower, complimentary toiletries, close to the tram that goes to the airport or to the city centre. Staff were friendly at check in and super helpful with things to do in the area, provided maps etc. Note that the private beach is only available from April.

Great hotel on the beach. Clean with all modern amenities, great restaurant and rooftop bar with pool, chill out music and panoramic sea views with cocktail bar. The welcoming staff with good local knowledge helped us to make an unforgettable stay! I recommend that you visit it whenever possible.

Nice hotel on the Promenade des Anglais, great views and well located for both buses and the L2 tram. Didn't use the restaurant but the bar food was quite impressive. Lovely bit of beef. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only negative I can think of is a lack of drawer space but no problem really. Happy to return

Really enjoyed my stay here. We had a sea view from the terrace and looking over the water was really relaxing and beautiful. They have a concierge service so was able to get various services like flowers cakes etc. The staff was very friendly as well. Also got food delivered to the room, and the room service charge was only 3 euros, so absolutely inexpensive. 5 stars!!

Nice contemporary hotel on the water. Breathless view of the Mediterranean. Cordial staff (a bit stiff though). Room was clean - everything looked new, but it wasn't very comfortable. Contemporary, minimalist motif. Bathroom was pretty comfortable though. I didn't like hard wood floors throughout the suite, but it looked nice. Would probably stay there again, though I'd check other places first.

Great place. Just a street away from the beach. Rooms are European standard with basic amenities. What makes this hotel great is great pool with lounge on rooftop. Waiters are very polite and smiling people which makes lounge even more pleasuring. Gym is basic and small. Also breakfast buffet is really nice and it has the sitting outside option.

Radisson Blu Hotel was amazing. The rooms had a breath taking view and the room service cleaned the room so well.

The open buffet had a range of choices such as scrambeled eggs, bacon and ham.

The roof top pool was amazing and the water was very clean. The waitresses served delicious refreshments.

The concierge was extremely nice and gave us a lot of places for sight seeing.

Positive points:
Staff was friendly and helpful. Ten minute walk to downtown Nice. Nice ocean view. Nice rooftop pool with beautiful view. Easy access to the beach. Close to the airport
Room is spacious enough.

Thankfully there’s a cute café behind the hotel. We are good and not expensive breakfast three times there.

Negative points:
When at the pool or beach you see and hear every plane land or take-off.
-The food is expensive and not very good.
Hamburger at the pool was terrible, and expensive.
-Went to the breakfast buffet. (23 euro!) and not very diverse or appetizing. When you enter, nobody seats you. Not seeing any available tables, we just stood there for three minutes, until we asked someone to seat us.
-The bathroom floor of our room wasn’t washed when we arrived, nor while we were there. I know this, because there was a tiny green paper stuck to the floor when we arrived, and it remained there all week! (I was able to easily scratch it away with my finger) (see pic of little green paper. Can’t believe it was never noticed!)
-Cleaning lady forgot our room one day.
-After cleaning our room, the side-table remained full of empty bottles and used coffee cup.
-the bed pillows seem to be 10 year-old down pillows which offer zero support
-The elevators are out of sync. Quite annoying actually. We were on the third floor, and 9 times out of ten we had to ride all the way to the 7th and back down (stopping and various floors) in order to get to the ground floor!
- unless you’re staying in a suite, they charge you 18 euro for a long-chair by the beach!

After explaining my dissatisfaction when checking out, the lady (Lucie) who was friendly, credited us a half-day fee for long-chair at the beach. (24euro, but really costs them nothing)

All in all, not what I expected from a 4-star, 300euro/night (460$ Dollars Can.)

I don’t think I would go back.

Really nice hotel with amazing roof top pool area. The staff are really helpful and the location is quite near the airport. The down side is that it is an hour or so walk to Nice centre but buses do run quite regularly. The prices are reasonable ( for Nice ) and I would recommend this hotel for couples

Excellent. Lovely modern room, great room service and the location is fantastic with excellent sea views and easy transport links to the airport, town and train station - we made it from the hotel to Monte-Carlo in under 90mins using a local bus and train. Highly recommend.

Very nice location and breakfast. Rooms have view to the see and to the back. Of course prices will differ. Breakfast is good and quite cheap comparing to places in the city. Big beds, good TV and very spacious. I definitely recommend this place for a quick getaway

Some of the best views on the promenade! They are finishing up with really nice renovations. The rooms were well thought out and well designed. Bed and sheets of high quality. Slept like a baby! Private beach for hotel guests with chairs and umbrellas provided. As I stayed in the business suite, breakfast was included. May I the breakfast/brunch was almost as impressive as the view!! Can't go wrong staying at this hotel! Only negatives - some rooms are not yet renovated, renovation noise, and no dedicated room service at night. For the cost, would have liked/expect 24 hour room service.

The room smelt damp. The double glazing doesn’t keep the noise out (hence no sleep) and the hotel is miles from the centre of Nice

Very nice but slightly dated hotel with fantastic views of the Mediterranean. if you get room view they have quadruple thick windows on the view size so you don't hear the usual heavy traffic. only drawback is a bit far from town center but an easy walk and there is always a cab and a bus stop is nearby. Staff super friendly

With a Radisson Blu you always know what level of service, rooms and facilities you are receiving. The room was superb and the seaview area beautiful.

This hotel has a beach section with a restaraunt a beach section. During our stay we stayed in the Seaview Deluxe Suite on Floor 07. It was immaculate with a premium quality of furnishing.

The room provided a perfect base to our trip and was incredibly convenient to the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant (which provided excellent food).

Got to the hotel at 845am. did not get a room until 4.23pm. Room was the worst room i have ever stayed in. Besides the awful smell. The room was in need of major upgrades. Cracked tile in the bathroom. I had a signature booking with champagne and a $50 room credit i never got. The internet was very fast. Front desk was unable to provide a detailed billing upon check out. 3 days later still don't have it.

We were dismayed to see all the recent negative reviews on TripAdvisor as we checked in this week and have been treated to nothing but five-star service by all of the staff and the local French people while here on holiday. We booked a standard city room view however upon checking in they upgraded us to a sea view with the balcony at no charge and our travel agent arranged for a bottle of champagne waiting in the room. The hotel is spotless and clean the rooms are excellent and updated the beaches beautiful and the included breakfast buffet is delicious with French croissants and quiche and is very extensive just like all of the other European buffets we have had on this trip from Amsterdam to Rome to Scotland. Upon arrival this Sunday afternoon before a long four day French holiday weekend, I had a minor illness that the concierge staff went above and beyond in having a local doctor to my room within 20 minutes and prescriptions from the local pharmacy before they closed. They even made an appointment the following day with an ENT to have my ear checked and as a result I am able enjoy the rest of this week at this great resort. The rooftop pool and bar is a beautiful place to look out on the French Riviera, but others have been negative about the cost of some of the menu or drink prices yet you can drink local wines at $7 a glass which is very reasonable for this view, service and location. All of the service staff from the breakfast servers to the reception and concierge staff and the pool and private beach staff have been absolutely attentive polite and responsive, unlike some of the reviews we had seen just prior to checking in. As many Americans can be very difficult when travelling in European countries please disregard some of those reviews and consider this for your next stay as it is one of the top locations we have been to on our four week trip through Europe.

Great location close to the airport, but still on the Main promenade, on the quiet bit. Rooftop pool and bar are nice, good staff. Surprisingly hotel guests do not get a free or discounted rate at the Radisson beach club. They want 15 Euro for a plug adapter, but you can cheat and charge your phone in the bathroom off converted 120v.

Lovely property with well appointed rooms. We arrived six hours ahead of check in and they were able to give us a room immediately, which we greatly appreciated. The pool is quite nice as well. A good 2+ mile walk to the main area of town - save yourself and catch the bus right out front for 1 euro 50 and a quick 15 min ride.

The staffs are so kind. They are kindly answered me about my question.

I enjoyed great Beach view while I swimming on the top of the hotel. But Bar next to swimming pool was under construction.

Fitness center is small. so I just ran at beautiful beach road

I really enjoyed breakfast. The view of beach with breakfast is awsome.

A nice hotel in a good location, just outside of the main area but within easy walking distance (just under 2 miles/30 mins). Takes 10 minutes from the airport which costs €30 in a taxi. Bus's are much cheaper.

Reception area is very nice, lobby area's could do with a spruce up though. Room's are nice.

At the moment the is ongoing works (March 2017) so there's no access to the swimming pool or terrace which is a real shame. Work seems to start at 8am with drilling starting at 9am.

If you have a city view you'll probably be woken by the church bell that rings at 8am, then again at 8:02am and then finally at 8:05am! View is awful but the sea view that you pay more for seems very noisy due to the amount of traffic that passes.

Picked it because it was cheap and close to where my relatives lived. Service is snotty for such a rundown hotel. Concierge really has a thing for Americans- as snotty as I can be I was generally very pleasant to him. The best part of this whole experience was the checkin girl who was very nice and attentive- that and the view from breakfast of the côte azure. Can't imagine what summer service is or maybe it's much better because everyone is paying a premium.

Generally satisfactory but looking pretty dated and tired in places - in need of a refurb. It certainly feels like going back to the 90's in there. The bedside table was really low down in comparison to bed making it very awkward to use - poor design. Staff were acceptable, but certainly not the most helpful I've experienced and bordering on rude. With its distance from the centre of town and the fact you have to pay an additional €18 to use the sun loungers on the beach I'd look elsewhere and get much better value for money somewhere else.

Sea view, well designed room and good food.
Situated between the airport and the city centre, it is a good choice for all kinds of travellers.
Here you can park your car in a very safe place and avoid the long queue of the city centre, which you can easily reach from here in 5/10 minutes by bus.
On the roof you can find a lovely restaurant, a swimming pool and a bar, where you can drink very nice cocktails and enjoy the panoramic view of the bay.
The food I had here was exquisite and I enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere of all parts of the hotel, from the reception to the small wellness area.

The hotel is a fairly typical Raddison Blu- very clean, clinical and reasonable service. There are however some fairly major issues for me; if I pay more for a hotel with a private beach and pool I personally don't expect to pay another €44 for my wife and I to sit on their private beach! They are nearly 2 miles from the old town and still charging to stay on a beach miles from anywhere. In my opinion this is unacceptable and needs addressing. I see there's a recent review on this subject suggesting it's benchmarked against other hotels - but they are actually in Nice not 2km away. This is also the only place on our 10 day visit to the region where there not only hasn't been a complimentary bottle of water, it is €5.50 per small bottle.

I really feel it lives up for its reputation. 4-5 star is an honest comment to them. Nice hosting and friendly front desk staff, very decent room size that equips with certain standard facilities, there are fitness room and sauna free of charge. The roof swimming pool doesn't open during the Winter season but it is acceptable because it is indeed cold at this time around the year. Room is very clean. Mini bar is a bit pricy but it really depends on people. Bus stops right at the corner and there is no problem to get to central Nice in about 4 mins because pretty much every bus stops there and goes to central. Since i first joined Radisson Blu up to now, I have never felt disappointed with their quality and service. My expereince at Nice this time really gave me a wonderful memories at Nice.

Amazing facilities. Room view great, even from first floor. Pool is awesome but closed too early considering its summer and pack season. The bikes are 19 euros a day, which is a rip off. Breakfast very good too!!!!
