This hotel, and the people who work here are absolutely incredible. What a fantastic experience - I have to call out Jonathan and Annalyse by name for going above and beyond to make the experience perfect. This is the only place you should stay when you are visiting Paris.

A fantastic hotel just blocks from the Arc de Triomphe with beautiful balcony views of the Arc and Eiffel Tower, especially at night with the tower all lit up. The room was very spacious, clean, well appointed with everything you could ask for and a bed that was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was top-notch with amazing pastries, a great selection of hot items and American Coffee that was as good as it gets. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. When we arrived early and just expected to store our luggage for a few hours, they provided us with an early check-in that we didn't even ask for and beverages during our brief wait. You will not find a more accommodating staff.

What an amazing experience. From the time walking out of the airport to walking back into the airport they took total care of everything. The customers service experience was 100% perfect. We never wanted for anything. The room was amazing. We had at one meal a day on our private terrace with a spectacular veiw of some of the world most identifiable landmarks. The best vacation ever.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Very accommodating in every way. Great ho,e base for me and my family. The location was perfect and the room was in excellent condition. Modern hotel. Staff is delightful. Rooms are newly renovated and spacious - bathroom is modern - and generous ammenities. Heat and air worked well. Rooms were queit. Beds were cery comfortable. The gym was incredible - well designed and all of the cardio equipment and free weights that you could ever need. Cool touch was pictures of atletes from all different disciplines and quotes. Breakfast was nice buffet. Very convenient to Champs-Elysee - location was a little too touristy for my liking - with McDonald's and Starbucks right down the street. But would definitely recommend hotel if looking to stay near Arc de Triumph and the Champs.

We spent 4 nights as a mini honeymoon. I emailed the hotel prior to see if they could accomodate an upgrade due to my status with Marriott. They not only upgraded upon my arrive but also left us with a nice note written on the mirror, a bottle of champaigne along with another note and a lock to add to their hotel love locks. The staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed like directions, taxi service, skip the line tickets for The Eiffel tower and super friendly. Most spoke excellent English. We ordered room service a couple times and also ate breakfast (which was included due to status). The food was excellent. Our only complaint, and a minor one at most, was they cleaning staff never replaced our coffee mugs or filled the coffee. We had to ask for replacements. Again minor. The rooms were very clean and up to date. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. We were upgraded to a larger room with a small balcony. View was just okay but the balcony was a plus to just sit outside and enjoy some fresh air. Location is excellent as well. A very short walk to the Arc and Champs-Élysées. Which we went to at least 3 times to get snacks and cigarettes, plus all the shopping you'd want of course including Louis Vuitton. Plenty of nice places to eat right on the street of the hotel as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Modern style hotel, great location, excellent staffs, even better cleaning service. We can get anywhere within 15 to 20 mins on the metro. There are tons of shops, bakeries, markets, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes... all within 10 mins of walking. Staffs are very friendly, welcoming and helpful, we arrived a little more than an hour early with a 2 year old sleeping in the hiking carrier and they let us check in earlier because the room was ready. Well insulated room, can't hear people outside the hallway or the rooms beside us. House keepers are very nice and friendly as well. There is one thing l can complain about is the water pressure of the shower is not high enough for the rain shower, it would be better off with a pressure shower head.

Amazing hotel in a great location, everything is accessible walking. We booked an architectural room, view was nice, hotel rooms are not pricey if you book in advance. They serve delicious breakfast in room if you don’t prefer buffet style. Front desk team was amazing as they surprised us with a bottle of champagne as it was a special occasion.

Spending 200+ nights in the hotels over the last couple of years around the globe, I can assure that Renaissance Arc de Triomphe is beating all possible expectations from hotel, Marriott, Paris and France😉

Local team is so attentive and helpful with all possible complications we had during our stay, we could not be thankful enough.

Hotel has a great convenient location, easily accessible to the most major hubs and touristic spots in the city. Rooms are clean, spacious and most importantly have very good sound proof from neighbors.

If you have SPG/Marriott status, you will enjoy a delicious complimentary breakfast, top speed internet and access to business center and gym.

Staying in the hotel for almost a month with family, I was very glad in our choice and highly recommend it to anybody visiting the capital🇫🇷

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel in September for our 15 year anniversary. From the moment we arrived he were greeted with a smile and staff was extremely helpful with early check-in as well an upgrade in room. The 5 nights that we stayed here service was top notch, if I needed additional amenities I would get it within 10 mins. Being a Platinum member I've stayed at many Marriott hotels and I have to say this is one of the best ones I've ever stayed at. The location of the hotel is also great in walking distance to Champs-Élysées and the Arc, also Metro is close by. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to the staff at Renaissance in making my celebration complete.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

We stayed at this hotel in May/June of 2017 and it was a wonderful experience. I can not say enough about the staff- they were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I actually got engaged while staying there and we mentioned it when we returned from dinner one night and they went above and beyond with little gestures to make it special for us. Margeaux from their Guest Relations team was wonderful and sent us champagne with a cute handwritten note. When you visit France and are not fluent in French, it can sometimes be difficult to communicate but the staff never made us feel as if our questions were an imposition and gave us multiple options for every question we had. I would highly recommend and we'd definitely stay here again. Great location as well! A quick walk to the Arc and its Metro stop and about 5 minutes to the Champs.

I was here back in March 2017. Not a bad spot but I had some problems with water leaking from the shower floor. It is a prime spot on the Champs Elysees.

The Conciergerie was very helpful in getting reservations and tickets for places in the city. I would go back, following a stay at a different Marriott property...like the Opera House.

I am platinum elite and have a lot of experience at Marriott hotels.

This hotel is superb. The decor is ultra modern. The hallways and rooms are dark espresso wood. They are small but everything in Europe is small. We were on our honeymoon and we got champagne and french macaroons.

The staff can be a little stuffy at times. But they can also be very helpful. We had a bad experience checking in but after that the staff was more than helpful

They had a love locks thing that we got free wine and put a lock on one. I lost my charger and the concierge had a stash of all kinds of chargers. The concierge also directed us to a great french market and little know french restaurant L'annex.

The hotel is located very close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysee. It is a small hotel but we'll worth it. You can even get a balcony that has a view of the Arc.

We recently stayed at Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe during a vacation.
The hotel is spotless, excellently located in walking distance of Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees on a nice Avenue. The service and reception staff is one of the best, very eager to assist and resolve any issue, always smiling and full of energy. Rooms are large ,very modern and well decorated with a large attached full bath. The customer service including cleaning service is superb. The breakfast is delicious and upto Renaissance/Marriott standard. I specially remember a front desk staff member Michael , a tall slim guy likes of which one meets rarely. He is the most charming and friendly person I met at a front desk, always smiling and trying hard to give the best customer service. We will be returning to Paris later in the year and look forward to our next stay at this hotel. Well deserved 5 stars.

An exceptional hotel in Paris. Hotels are measured not only by their amenities, but by their staff, and the Renaissance was absolutely top-notch with their employees from cleaning staff to navigators to bartenders. We celebrated my wife's 29th (cough, cough) birthday trip, and they did all the little things, from leaving us notes on the desk to small gifts. They even called the last afternoon to make sure we didn't need anything special planned for the evening.

The room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed, two televisions (for some reason) and a Nespresso machine for emergency caffeine. The restaurant downstairs produced one of the best meals I can remember, with wonderful ambiance and service.

I stayed at this hotel in mid-October 2013. The hotel is as expected of a Renaissance property. Extremely accommodating and professional staff and well appointed lobby, rooms, restaurant and fitness facilities.

The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed with very comfortable beds and pillows.

Breakfast was excellent with a full buffet in a nicely laid out restaurant.

Due to my schedule I was not able to partake of the fitness facilities. However one of my assistants said the fitness room was extensive with a complete selection of fitness machines.

The front desk staff was very good. The agency that booked my group's rooms made an error which the staff made every attempt to rectify even though it was not their fault.

Overall this is a solid, well run property in an excellent location. I really cannot find anything bad to say about this hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

There are a ton of reviews of this monument so there's nothing I can add that hadn't already been said. Still a beautiful place to see. Recommend seeing it early morning to catch the warm sun casting off the side, or in the evening to see it lit up.

Everything is amazing
And service second to none.
Everything done to a standard, not to a price.

And the views from the suite of Arc De Triomphe and Eiffel tower are stunning.

Another nice Renaissance property. Standard rooms are small -per American Standards-, but that is what you expect in Europe, specially in big cities. Good location, with close-by metro station, and walking trips to Arc de Triomphe and Champ Elysées.

This hotel has been my home away from home 2-3 weeks a month for the last 8 months. The staff and management is very very welcoming, very warm, very helpful and I consider all of them friends and my second family. The General manager Mr. Lemmerlling has assembled a fantastic and very professional staff. I also want to thank the entire staff for making me so comfortable here and making my wife's first trip to Paris so wonderful.
Merci' beaucoup,

It's part of Marriott chain of hotel, so you'll expect top service.

I was given a small room for a 3 person occupancy so I complained. I was then given a junior suite with an additional pull-out bed with an upgrade. The catch is I was given an architecture side for an additional 70€, bummer. At least the room is big and it is really nice.

We felt very save and well attended to at this location. The rooms were comfortable but hotel like. But the staff was very helpful and assisted with our taxi and car reservations. The breakfast was included in our stay, but if it wasnt we would have gone to one of the local cafes in the area. Again the restaurant staff...

Overall, this is a great hotel in a location that cannot be beat. The hotel has large, updated rooms. The decor of the hotel is trendy/modern. The entire hotel staff was great.

We were flying all night from the US and arrived in Paris early in the morning. I emailed the hotel and called the main Marriot number to see if they might be able to accommodate us earlier since we'll be getting there first thing in the morning. We were pleasantly surprised that they had a room ready for us when we arrived at the hotel. We thought they wouldn't let us check in that early.

If you get the odd numbered rooms, you'll be facing the hotel courtyard. These rooms have a small balcony that opens and usually are quieter. If you want a view, try to get the even numbered rooms. These rooms face the street and have no balcony but have large floor to ceiling windows.

The location of this hotel is great. It is very centrally located to most of the touristy attractions in Paris. You're able to walk to many of the attractions. It's about 2-3 minute walk from one of the main train stations, as well as busses and shuttles. Very easy to get to/from the airport (CDG). The train station near the hotel has both the RER trains and Metro trains.
