• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

What a comfortable and convenient stay! Right off the highway and right in the center of downtown. We took a morning walk to the beautiful Temple and there were tons of restaurant options on the way. The room was very large, bathroom as well, great quality hair products. Pool and hottub were exceptional! The lobby atrium area was very well designed/trendy/comfortable to get a little work done on the computer. And safe parking garage for our van! Highly recommend.

I have not personally stayed overnight, but relatives did and they loved it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the interior design was not kitsch by any means. They received a room conveniently placed close to the parking lot because it was apparent they drove there and the all you can eat buffet was great bang for their buck. They even got a box to get food on the go. Great place for quick weekend getaways!

Wonderful staff- especially the shuttle driver. When we got there he openly offered to help us up to our room with our bags and two trolley carts. We were having a bachelorette party that night so we had a ton of stuff. He also offered to drive us to our dinner reservation, he was very kind and funny. The room was great, the only thing I noticed that was a little dirty was the vent in the bathroom and the tub looked a little grey at the bottom. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

Love the hotel, the restaurant, and the location. Great beds, rooms, etc. The restaurant is really tasty, albeit smaller portions, but it is a hotel. Why not 5 stars? Funny thing, I heard this strange continual low noise the latter part of the night. Finally when the sun came up, I figured out it was the construction next door. Avoid the west side of the hotel for a while. The only other downside is the AC is not the best.

Not sure why my first review was taken from a retail guitar store and placed on double tree. I love double tree in salt lake City! Over the last few years it has become a lot nicer and they have updated alot of areas. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff is pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast is amazing and all around food is great. I feel bad my original post was negative but I was not reviewing double tree because double tree has always been 5 stars in my book!

Great location. Bed was comfy. Room needed some updates but was serviceable. The service was lacking. My flight came in late and when I got in, the front desk seemed annoyed they had to serve me. I had to ask for a cookie the morning after I checked in.

Great room. Clean with all required amenities. They sold Coke at the front desk snack area. Gym was a little sparse but that's cool. Working out on vacation sucks anyway.

Thought the front desk staff was excellent, they were very nice to deal with. The housekeeping on the other hand does the bare minimum, no water replacement, does not wipe down the floor in the bathroom. I mean that was not a deal breaker. the place was nice and would stay again, the sofa in the outside room was really comfy. Lobby was nice, however they were doing construction in the lobby at the time. I did order one meal from the place downstairs, thought it was excellent. It was the braised beef over french fries. Beef Poutine.

Beautiful rooms. Beautiful hotel. Pool is small but the area is large around it. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Just want to let you know that they do place a hold for a considerable amount above the price of your room. I wish I would have been prepared for that prior to us checking in since that affected our spending during our trip.

Touring comedian Barbara Grey stayed here recently after a performance in Salt Lake City, and loved it! The staff was very welcoming and check-in was nice and easy (even after 12am!) The room was perfect, spacious, clean, and quiet. There was a nice little restaurant for lunch after hitting the indoor pool and before hitting the road again the next day. Thank you for taking such great care of our client, and we look forward to staying with you again!

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Very responsive to a minor maintenance issue. Fixed in less than 5 minutes. Only problem was the walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear a lot of scrutiny from upstairs, not words and such but doors and movement. Overall, a very good stay, though.

The Double Tree his always clean and professional. Our organization uses them at b least 4 times a year for events. Staff is friendly, up for a chat, willing to help with anything and down to earth.

The customer service was great. The hotel is a bit older and the style of the interior shows it but it was really clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to the Salt Palace from there which was convenient.

Location is convenient to downtown, but a little difficult to get to with all of the one way streets. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool is pretty nice. Suites are quite roomy and very nice, but I did have one issue. The beds are pretty hard, and all of the pillows are thick, too thick for me. Didn't get much sleep. Breakfast buffet is pretty decent, but it doesn't start until 7 AM, at least on weekends.

We go to Salt Lake a couple times a year and always stay here. The rooms and service are always of the highest caliber. They have always been willing to shuttle the family room or destination. The is located in close proximity of several restaurants and both the Salt Palace and Vivint Arena. This hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel is gorgeous. Comfortable modern furniture, clean room, breakfast was delicious with many varieties to choose from. The pool area had a hot tub and pool that were clean and had plenty of seating. I would highly recommend staying here and most definitely would come back to the double tree again.

I would share five stars. But I had one problem with breakfast. Being a gold member it comes with breakfast for two. Well I got she slept in. Then when she went to eat they wouldn't let her eat. Now come on what up with that they didn't even ask her room nothing. Other then that I love this hotel. It's one of my top 5 in salt Lake City. UT so 4.5 stars.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and very clean. However, their "incidentals insurance" which was not visably listed when I got this hotel online turned a 1100.00 stay for 5 nights into 1600.00 for a few days. Bad initial experience for that, and the water pressure in the showers leaves a lot to be desired. Good overall.

Beautiful hotel. Absolutely gorgeous. Rooms were spacious and big. The queen suite is legitimately a suite. Any service calls to front desk were answered promptly with very helpful and polite staff. Would stay here again.

I stayed here for a work meeting. Utilized the rooms, conference rooms, restaurant and gym. The room was ok, very large, decently clean. My biggest complaint is the poor functioning air conditioning. I reported the feedback but nothing changed. It was very hot in the room. That said, If you’re looking for a decent room this would be good. The common areas seem slightly dated but kept up well. The check in counter seemed new. The parking garage seems a bit shady and it was not immediately clear how to get into the hotel. The smoking area was right there as well, which was off putting. The conference space was new and very nice. As was the gym. It was small but the equipment was new and well appointed.

Great hotel that my wife and I were fortunate to book as late as we did. King sized room is a full suite minus the stove top you would get going to an extended stay hotel. Parking is a garage with that is $12 and it can be validated. Overall it great location with spectacular service. Will use Hilton again. Juliana checked us in and was more than helpful!

Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is in a good location for downtown events. If you park in the garage make sure you take your room key with you even on the day you check out. If you don't you'll get stuck in the garage.

I had a great experience here! I got called back to a job interview after I checked out of the hotel and packed up my suit. After explaining my story, they assisted me in ironing out my suit so I could return to the interview a second time looking fresh. The service was great and the room was clean.

We are staying at the hotel during Christmas. And to our Delight we found a stocking on our door handle with candy. The fact that the hotel does these little things makes the other pluses seem that much bigger. The rooms are awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

I long for the good old days when this was Embassy Suites. In those days, the hotel offered a happy hour (family style), free parking, and a free made to order breakfast... What's not to like? Under the Doubletree brand, that's all gone...

That said, the hotel is great, nicely upgraded, and has a friendly and helpful staff.

We love going to DoubleTree! Their rooms are awesome and pretty affordable for the quality and size. There's a huge seating area that's great for playing games. I love that they give you a cookie when you check in.

Only complaint is that they didn't have nut free cookies. But the staff was attentive, the common areas were clean and the rooms were comfortable. My son loved the windows at the railings into the courtyard area and the glass wall elevators.

My stay was perfect. At check in we got fresh warm chocolate chip cookies. The suite was large, clean, and comfortable. The best part was the bed. It was like sleeping on a cloud. On top was a down feather comfortable.

This hotel was extremely pleasing. Being in Salt Lake City parking sometimes isn't the easiest but this hotel had its own parking garage. Hotel staff was exceedingly professional. Plenty of staff was their to accommodate the guests. The hotel room was huge! It was a king suite and it was divided into two rooms. It had two TVs, two desks, full couch set, mini kitchenette complete with a sink, microwave, and mini fridge. And obviously a king size bed. Only issue was that when I arrive the microwave contained some food splatter from a previous guest but hotel cleaning staff promptly addressed the issue when I pointed it out. I left this hotel very pleased and will stay here again next time I visit Salt Lake City.

Love this hotel. Always a good room. AC was not perfect, but it was cold outside, and sometimes that makes it not work well. The double room setup is nice and that helps keep noise to a zero. Great breakfast, but unfortunately I had to leave too early this time. Walking distance to bayou, which is a definite plus. Great pillows and bed comfort. Overall stellar hotel.

Really nice hotel. Glass elevators with a view. We loved the suite! Very spacious, nice furniture, wet bar, "kitchenette" closet, an actual door between the sitting room and bedroom, hide-a-bed in couch. Beautiful view looking down from any of the hallways around the center of the hotel as the center is open. Friendly staff. Acceptable cleanliness. We would recommend and we will stay again.

The cookies are getting cold.

We used to stay here at least once a year for the last several years. We loved the rooms and location.
Recently, the hotel started charging for parking their parking garage. The quality of service and the hotel staff competency has also decreased in the last year and a half. We had a significant miscommunication during our last stay where the staff forgot that we had scheduled an additional night and they wanted us to vacate our room.

We arrived super late but the front desk agent was courteous and capable. The room was nicely sized and well designed. I liked the extra sink outside the bathroom as well as the night light option in the bathroom. Blackout curtains were great and if anything we slept a little TOO well. The breakfast was hearty and well-stocked and the servers were incredible. Everyone I came into contact with, especially Kai, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I stay here once a year for several days while attending a conference. The staff is friendly and the airport shuttle is quick and appreciated. The cookies are amazing!! The prices aren't super high but aren't smoking deals either. The pool and spa is clean and well kept. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I will likely be back again next year as long as the conference stays in this area.

I was a little unsure about the staff when I was checking in. But my first impression was wrong as they were great. I really appreciated the way they checked with how things were going via text message. I had an issue with connecting to the internet which they helped resolve. The room was quite nice. The breakfast was inconsistent. I really enjoyed what I had but my travel partner didn't. Close enough to walk to temple Square in about 15 minutes which was great.

Our stay at the Double Tree Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City last month was wonderful. The whole staff was professional. Upon arriving there was an error with our reservation made by the main reservation office, but Donya the manager corrected it immediately with no inconvenience to us. On the day of our departure we needed to leave the hotel at 4:30 am to catch our flight leaving at 6:30 am, but the taxi did not show up, so with Jared’s quick thinking he called another taxi company, and within minutes it arrived in time to take us to the airport. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I’m in Salt Lake City!

The hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff were on top of things. Equipment worked well. No issues at all. I would love to stay here on my next trip. My only issue was the front desk staff. The services were simply amazing...all the staff seemed to be in good cheer and ready to help. I have a rather simply but particular list of five things I need in my room, including hot chocolate and extra lotion. They were happy to oblige me! When my flight was delayed, they even agreed to check me in over the phone so that the kitchen can go ahead and put some Cuba sandwich in my room waiting at midnight. I cannot recommend my Doubletree enough

I was there for a work event. I had called prior to the meeting to make sure they had a place where I could pump. They said they could accommodate me and to remind them when I arrived. When I let them know I was there I also let them know what time I would need a space. The lady at the desk said to come back up and she would let me in the consultant room. So I hurried and ate my lunch and went to the front desk with a half hour left of the hour lunch break. There was a big line of people waiting to check in. I waited my turn in line and when I got to the front she said to step aside and wait for the rest of the line to be helped. By the time she was done and had let me into the room I didn't have enough time to pump all I needed to. The facility was nice, but the experience with the front desk staff left me feeling like I wasn't important.

We stayed in a suite and it was very nice. Plenty of room and we had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The pool is small but classy, and even had swimming noodles for the kids. Pool has lots of nice seating and lounge area, and large bathroom. Two TVs in the suite worked out great. The bathroom had a lot of counter space and a large sink. The shower had good water pressure. If we have the need to stay in downtown SLC again, we'd definitely stay again here. Great price, too.

The staff were great and so was the facility. The breakfast was disappointing. Thank goodness we had vouchers otherwise it would have been $50 (for 3) for cold eggs and cold pancakes from the buffet. Cold enough that the butter didn't melt and the bottom of the pancakes were soggy. But, the room and staff really were great.

Visited for a hiring event. Parking was a little confusing. They do validate so that was handled well. The lobby has portions under construction but those are appropriately closed off with no construction debris. The lobby area was very clean with plenty of seating and a really open area that made the view feel inviting. I visited on Halloween and seasonal decorations were present including a fun contest judging pumpkin carving creativity and skill. The staff were very accommodating and encouraging.

Loved this hotel especially if you are bringing the family along!! Located in downtown SLC, Free parking, Free breakfast (not just continental, a full gourmet breakfast), huge rooms with comfy beds!! Amazing views below. Elevator has glass windows (not a big deal for most, but if you have kids, this will be their favorite part of the stay). Great weight room and pool! My husband and I have stayed at many hotels in SLC, and this one was the best. This was very rare to have such an amazing stay at any hotel. I give this hotel an A+!
