The hotel itself is a middle of the road Sheraton property in the US, but they get 5 stars for the location, which is great for getting into midtown Manhattan via the ferry 1 minute walk away or the NJ Transit bus (126 in a 3 minute walk, 158 in 1 minute). Didn't use the pool, but saw a ton of kids going to it, so must be good. Excellent views from the parking lot or from the Hudson facing rooms.

Sad that they took away the generous pet policy.

The hotel is great. The beds are fabulous and the service is good. Though I have been coming to Shows at the Javits Convention Center for years. I have one complaint or maybe two. When I first used this hotel, we got a great breakfast and free parking and discounted ferry tickets. Now we got nothing. So probably I'll be looking at another hotel for next year. I'm very sorry . I loved it there. To the loving manager I will say many thanks!!!!!! God Bless!

Excellent location overlooking the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. There is a foot-ferry shuttle to Manhattan leaving every 20 minutes right outside the lobby entrance. Service is excellent, the off-season price is very good and the rooms are fantastic- especially the rooms with views directly across the river. Highly recommended.

A decent hotel with good room rates. We enjoyed the ferry rides across the river to NYC, which included free bus rides to get around the city and back to the ferry station. They also have a shuttle to pick you up one ferry station down. You can catch the bus to the city for a cheaper rate than the ferry. The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet until 1030am. Parking is $25/day.

The suite is quite roomy with king size bed inside the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the outer room. Bedding for the sofa bed must be requested. Other than the sofa, only one chair is available si seating is limited. We started on the second floor and we were waken up middle of the night by garbage collection. Next day we requested to be moved and landed on the tenth floor. The room was quieter and had better view. Speaking about view, the hotel overlooks the Hudson River and provides a spectacular New York skyline.

Friendly staff and the location is great, only 10-15mins by bus to Port Authority without any traffic. A room is a bit old but spacious, well-managed and clean. And if you have a Manhattan view from your room, it's amazing all day long

Amazing location. There's a ferry right outside that'll take you right to NYC. We had a meeting in the Whitney room, which is beautiful and has a lot of space and good coffee available. The bathrooms were nice and clean. We had a catered dinner at Jack's steakhouse and the food was good, but the service was better. Both at the dinner and at the bar. Beautiful views of the city throughout. Very good experience, 9/10 would go again!

Great staff. Really helpful and nice. Great location. Close to the Lincoln Tunnel by road. Has buses to and from New York all night. Has connectivity to the NJ light rail. Decent rooms. Some of them have great city views. :) A few good restaurants in the neighborhood. Overall, a nice place to stay if you are here for work.

We stay at this hotel once a year during the spring break when we like to visit NY. Hoboken town is near by and it is a really nice neighborhood. We usually go to NY to do activities during the day and come back in the evening for dinner (very nice restaurants plus the Famous Carlo's Bakery of Cake Boss) or a nice walk by the park. Sinatra park is our favorite.

Great place to stay if are wanting to be in the NYC area but away from the crowds. Fantastic view of the Manhattan Skyline and a friendly staff. Our room was large and clean. They also had a nice club room, indoor pool and fitness center. The only downsides were it’s difficult to get back to the hotel late at night because the ferry stops running and the cab rides back from NYC are pricey, so make sure you make travel arrangements back ahead of time if planning to return late and you don’t have a car. The only other complaint we had was the free breakfast up in the club room was very minimal. They need to expand that a bit.

Good place to stay. There is the ferry to Manhattan from right outside the hotel. The tickets can be purchased from the front desk. You can get a very nice view of Manhattan if you step out, especially at night. But, I think it is very overpriced. Parking is $25 a night. Internet is not free for general customers. The breakfast is terrible. We made it a point to go out and eat breakfast. Hotel food is average but expensive. If you are going to pay $250 a night, I am sure there are comparable hotels in Manhattan.

Convenience, Luxury and breath taking views!

The ferry to Manhattan is a few steps away, the ticket to the ferry can be purchased at the front desk. We got a room with a panoramic view and it was worth every penny. The room is spacious and luxurious. Few down sides, breakfast Is not included in the basic package so we choose the upgraded package, the breakfast buffet was worth it, another let down is you have to pay for parking, $25 a day. I’m still giving this place 5 stars because the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

I gave it 3 stars because their rooms are way too small. I have been here 2 times in 2015 and 2017. It’s not as clean as you might expect from a 4 stars hotel. However, they have one of the best view of Manhattan skyline.

Make sure to double check your room package when you are booking it, otherwise you should pay extra for WiFi, breakfast and parking.

Front desk very rude , 25 dollar parking fee per night, view was horrible ( bull dozers in front of our window) and breakfast not included!
We paid 150 per night and were def. Dissatisfied with the noise view and no breakfast.

We stayed here for more than a week before our furniture arrived from across the country. Michael has been absolutely lovely and all the staff make the stay totally pleasant. The club lounge offers good continent breakfast and evening snacks. The view was fantastic and so convenient to get across to Manhattan by ferry or bus.

Lovely hotel with great views over looking Manhattan. Bar staff mostly friendly. There is a ferry outside the hotel that brings you over to Manhatten for $18 return but there is also a regular bus outside the hotel which brings you to Manhatten for about $3

A bit dated. Views of NYC were spectacular. Conceirge lounge was pretty much useless. Open 24 , hours but no snacks, no alcohol and small. Very limited breakfast. Restaurant had a pretty limited menu with poor service. Positive, very convenient access to ferry to NYC and free parking.

Nice hotel. Pool water not so clear. Run out of towels. Long walk from front desk to west wing. From west wing to pool or gym you will have to pass by the front desk in your swim suit while guests checking in are in suits. Poor layout. Rooms are nice, though. Our room was overlooking manhattan skyline where you can just stare at the view at night while in bed.

Sheraton Lincoln Harbor is a good stay for a business trip. It has beautiful views of Manhattan and is conveniently right next to a ferry. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. The rooms are clean and decent but mini fridges are notably missing. Be aware that dining options are limited. Jack Austin's is way over priced for what it is and Ruth Chris is very expensive. Thankfully Hoboken is a relatively short walk away with more restaurants.

6

Great views of Manhattan, if you are on the right side. Right next to the water ferry, so it is convenient. Rooms were a bit of a letdown. The shower lacked heat and pressure. Few amenities were available and the traveling between the two towers was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a standard room with ample space.

The staff is great, the restaurant has tasty food and the room layouts are spacious and comfy, perfect for business trips. With that being said, I do not at all like their beds. I'd give 5 stars IF they offered a firm mattress.

Cons: Our room was not as clean as it should have been (hair on floor, dirty faucet knobs). The elevator smelled like urine. The remote button was damaged. My cousin ordered hot wings; you pay $10 and only get 6 (no sides); she ultimately threw some away because they were undercooked.

Pros: The good things about this place is that we had an awesome view from the hotel window, and the staff is very helpful/friendly about how to travel the area via bus/subway. This place is right in front of the bus stop from the NJ transit, which takes you back and forth to MY for only $3.50.

Disappointing experience. The room was missing a refrigerator which for is important. No complementary wifi & expensive $10 p day and the pool very small 👎. The good part is that you have the waterway to Manhattan just outside the door. Nice view from the room to Manhattan.

My understanding is that this place has been recently updated. Feels fairly contemporary and comfortable. Depending on where your room is located, you may catch a great view of Manhattan across the harbor. Customer service could be a bit better and acoustics need some work. More specifically, the slamming of neighbors doors could easily disturb your slumber.

When I first entered the hotel to check-in, the receptionist provided OK service. The rooms were large and spacious, but old and somewhat on the work / work side. The location is a bit more remote from my destination, but still reasonable.

8

Amazing views of Manhattan and nice, clean rooms. Would rate higher but had issues checking in when rooms we booked were "not available" and told we needed to take non-city view rooms. After some discussion they amazingly found rooms for us. Also, they never told us that there would be a separate fee for parking until we checked out. Aside from that, nice hotel and would recommend.

Stayed here for 2 days. We were in the panoramic room. It was a pretty good view. The house keeper kept busting in our room though which was very awkward. First time she just walked right in without knocking and I was like are you serious? She just asked when are you leaving so I can clean. the next day she busted in again and was like oh whoops and left and then she came back again and busted in. I should have learned to put the deadbolt in.

They also over charged me for ferry tickets but when I confronted them, they gave me my refund.

Pretty good experience here. Beautiful view of the Hudson and the NYC skyline. There's a restaurant onsite called Jack Austins but I didn't check it out. It looks casual though. Rooms are clean and comfy, furniture lay out is a bit awkward but it works.

I currently work in another Starwood property and I loved this hotel, staff, and the great view that they were able to give me . Stanley stood out as a great ambassador of this property he helped us with navigating around the area and made us feel at home. Only problem I had was with an extra authorization but everything else was perfect! I strongly recommend if you plan on visiting New York/New Jersey and don't mind the short 10 minute ride into the city.

The location is perfect, right on the water with a great view of the city. Transit to Manhattan is easy and quick with the ferry, and you don't have to worry about traffic or parking. The room had a king size bed and everything was clean and neat. Breakfast the next morning had many choices and service was quick.

5

Of all the Sheraton's I've been to the level of service was definitely subpar. I ask for a scale to measure my luggage, they don't have any. I go to the gym early in the morning and the initial impression is things are clean instead they haven't been wiped or cleaned. At the rate I paid $275 a night I had to pay for wifi for 3 devices, seriously. Instead of feeling at a home away from home I feel shafted in terms of quality and service. If anything I know for sure I'm never coming back here again.

7

Good location to go out to area bars and restaurants. Parking was easy and affordable. Bed was very clean and comfortable. The room had an odd layout - stayed in a king room, to much space was used on a quasi office/living area leaving the bed and bathroom side somewhat crowded. The curtains let in a little too much light even when closed fully and the noise from the Hudson was a bit louder than I anticipated, but I was ok with that knowing this location ahead of my stay.
Overall, good, clean room and nice employees in a good location. Can't complain.

The hotel was a nice property but there aren't many things like restaurants in walking distance, just Ruth Chris steakhouse.
The beds in the hotel were atrocious, very very old mattresses.
The breakfast at the hotel is Buffett only, so don't worry about ordering the entree you route prefer. Overall a mediocre property with a good location.

Would not come back for the price that we paid. Hotel needs an overall upgrade in terms of decor and layout! However, the staff was generally friendly and you can't beat the location. There's a convenient ferry that shuttles you to New York right out front.

Showing it's age, with noisy air conditioners and dirty lifts - but great staff and convenient location makes it a decent choice if working in northern New Jersey by day and entertaining in NYC at night. Keep your eye out for bands on tour here, one of the few places around with bus parking.
