I don’t usually write reviews on anything; I stay at a ton of hotels, and the staff at the Sheraton were the best ever. From the desk staff to Jerry who took the time personally to arrange over height parking. The hotel was so clean and well maintained, and supplied all covid related protection. Hats off guys. I will definitely be back.

Following covid 19 protocols is even better service and so on. Room was cleaner than ever food was top notch. Service in meeting was absolutely super. Only thing not so great was the waffles plated for breakfast for our group--hard and cold.

Nice hotel with a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even with the hospital emergency room across the street, my room was pretty quiet. My only complaint would be is that the bed was pretty small for two to share.

Huge facilities and have great views when you're in the highest tower. Great staff but like everything in Vancouver crazy expensive. If you need parking shop around to find an outdoor one that will save you hundreds of dollars during your stay. I was renting so I just brought the car back and used bus, sky train and a lot of biking. Way better to view the city. You are centrally located so this is a plus, walking distance to a lot of cool spots. Worth the stay when you get a good deal.

Staff are eager to accommodate. Such well trained staff - Front Desk + Bell Hop + Valet. Must be a great place to work because everyone was genuinely happy to help.

Our room was beautiful. Nice city view. Uber comfortable bed. Nice soft linens. Clean. Everything was spice and span.

You're in walking distance from everything. Friday night there is some street fest that happens, roads are closed and lights are everywhere, everyone is in the mood to have a good time. Quite beautiful!

Ordered room service breakfast. Server was so respectful. The food was awesome.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Definitely recommend this place.

I was there for a wedding and the service and food was amazing.

I was helped by Cesar, Andre and they helped me transport the wedding stuff to the ballroom.

Sadie was amazing at what she did and took care of everything for my friends wedding at ease.

Blake, Tyler and the banquet team really set the bar high with their outstanding service.

The was a person who was celiac and they provided her with the most detail care telling her what she can and cannot eat.

The food... Was amazing!!

I highly recommend friends and family who is looking for a venue here!

I spent several days here for a conference and I was very impressed with the facility. Rooms were very clean, incredible views of the city, staff were very accommodating (I lost my key twice and they didn’t get annoyed) and the hotel food was top notch. Central location near all the action in downtown. Would definitely stay again if ever in Vancouver again.

Was here for a wedding reception and catering staff were excellent. However, the voucher we got for the parking, we had issues validating it at the exit when we were leaving. We pushed the help button and the staff on the other end said we had to ask the host on how to validate it. Uhm, doesn't the guy work for the hotel? And if you're the one guests talk to when requiring your help, you should be able to answer a simple question as to how to validate a parking ticket, and not tell us to go back inside and ask the host! He told us he could not help us.

I sometimes park at the Wall Centre. Keep in mind, if you are part of a local business that has parking deals with the Centre, you now need to get a fob to get the correct rate and there is a waiting list for these fobs. There are also issues with the gates not working. I rated my experience as a 5 because the hotel's concierge was extremely kind and helpful, but I do miss people actually working in the garage. Also note that West Park, the company that runs the garage, doesn't seem to pick up the help line connected to the gates.

The hotel is lovely! My room was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. There was a large plasma screen TV, a small writing desk, and a comfortable sitting chair with ottoman. The curtains were very effective at blocking out unwanted lights of the city for sleeping. The bathroom was the most cramped part of the room; they had a large standalone shower taking up most of the available space. As a result, maneuvering around the rest of the facilities was less comfortable. The staff of the hotel were unfailingly polite and courteous, even when rude guests decided to vent their spleens at them. I saw every staff member taking time to help however he/she could. At the bellhop desk, I even witnessed one young woman painstakingly mark out a path on a map for one couple and talk them through it. The hotel is located downtown, an easy jaunt from a variety of delicious restaurants. Everything you'd need is close by. That being said, a warning- there is a hospital in close proximity and you can sometimes hear sirens. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Very nice and helpful employees. Very good dessert. Rooms large and clean. Lobby very nice and location exceptional. Only problem was the walls are not very soundproof but it's not too bad. Would come back!

This hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing. It's close to a lot of eateries, shopping and parks and museums. The lounge is a nice space with a balcony and second floor. The food selection at the lounge was a bit light but I appreciated that it was open 24/7. The hotel decor was a bit dated and the walls were so thin that I heard our neighbors very clearly (could almost make out conversations). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing rooms. The gym is equipped for weights, which is fantastic. There no cardio machines in the gym. The Conference I attended was well set up with the help of the hotel event staff. Food was okay, but the in room service menu meals were amazing. Friendly staff and the hotel manager was incredible and attentive. Views are gorgeous and the hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of shopping, food, city transit and bar districts.

My friend and I had a lovely experience at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. Lisa T. at the front desk was incredibly sweet and made sure we had the best accommodations at the hotel. We had an incredible view of the city! It was quite the scenery to wake up to. We will stay at Sheraton Vancouver wall centre again for sure! Special thanks to Lisa T.!

I love this hotel and will definitely return! The service is amazing, everyone I encountered (on staffed) was friendly and accommodating. I put in a request to check in for hours early and to be on a high floor and they did both!

The beds are the perfect combination of firm and soft and the linen was super comfortable. The views for my room on the 33rd floor were beautiful (I stayed on the South Tower). I ordered room service three times during my stay and the food was delicious (just note that the menu didn't have a variety of items to choose from (limited vegetarian/vegan options)and that everything was expensive, especially when you add on the 18% gratuity and $5 delivery charge).

The location is fantastic and it's walking distance from everything (especially if you like to shop). I walked and biked my entire stay, and the mobi bike share stations are near the hotel.

The Sheraton Vancouver Wall is a phenomenal location. Situated in the heart of the city, the Wall Centre is in reach of almost every tourist destination and restaurant you can think of. I had no difficulty walking to virtually all of my meals, and whatever places that I wanted to visit that weren't in walking distance were only a short drive away. The hotel itself is extremely comfortable, clean, and we'll staffed. When I return to Vancouver I will absolutely be staying at the Wall Centre again.

Mother's Day Brunch at Cafe One was fantastic. First the dining area is very open, modern, and comfortable. In addition, they had a wide variety of items including an omelette station and a New York striploin carving station. Last but not least, the service was impeccable.

Beautiful place, very friendly staff. Not cheap but a great experience. Was there for a work event so we had a variety of meals and snacks served to our group and they were first class. They even do a smoothie/mixed nuts/granola bar offering in the mid afternoon that was very cool. The room was very nice but the TV service was a bit clumsy. Great views from the room and from the large balconies off the event spaces.

What a great place. We were greeted by Joanna as we checked in. She was awesome. We told her why we were staying and she just made the day wonderful. We sorted out my booking error and she even helped us celebrate by sending a bottle of wine to our room. The place is beautiful and modern with the friendliest people just waiting to help you. We will be back!

First time experience at this wonderful hotel! Very helpful and very nice. Our check in host Ian helped us settle in.(and how to us the evaluator with a keypad) the night hostess gave us great places to explore and must see while we where in the city, along with streets of popularity/avoidance. The food was amazing! Along with great servers for the restaurant/bar.
The only negative thing was the shower cleanliness of the mens change room. But, everything else was top notch!
I highly recommend that everyone should stay here at least once in their life time! My husband and I will return again! The next time with more guests possibly!

Excellent service. Comfortable room. Good drinks at the bar. Location on Burrard allowed for easy shopping and lots of options for dining. We asked to be moved from our original room due to the conference being in the North Tower and we were easily accomodated.

Great location with professional and friendly staffs. When they made a mistake, they apologized and made it right.
For example, the person who worked the reception desk told us the incorrect time of coffee shop operating hours. Which resulted in my friend missing her much needed late afternoon coffee. By the time we went back to our rooms, a nice note and gift card were slipped under our doors, apologizing for the mistake. The Sheraton staffs pay attention to details and make things right.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. When we had some issues with hot water, they had someone up to our room in five minutes to fix it. Room service, valet and front desk staff were all friendly, accommodating and provided excellent service. Thank you!

Nice hotel at a convenient location. My kids had a great time in the swimming pool and hot tub. We had a 2 bed room family suite the bedrooms were of good size but outside the bedrooms basically it was just a corridor... would have been nicer if there were some extra space to sit down and chill out a little bit. We went to the cafe to a continental breakfast buffet, great pastries and reasonably priced for a hotel. Bellhops and receptions were also very helpful and efficient.

After a nightmare beginning with Sheraton call center where they mixed up my reservation and I got transferred around in phone hell for over two hours, I was ready to swear off all Sheratons forever. However, Mia, the reservations on-site manager at the Vancouver Wall Centre was the first person who took the time to listen and handle the issue with efficiency and courtesy. I ended up staying at the property with my family and encountered Rachel, the front desk manager who personally helped my family with check in and even upgraded our room. My kids were thrilled with the room and the views. We all enjoyed the sauna and pool plus the room service. Both Mia and Rachel were the shining stars of this experience. Sheraton should be thankful to have such helpful and professional ladies on their team-- they saved the company from losing a customer to gaining one. And more importantly, I am now recommending this hotel to friends.

My experience at the Wall was awesome - my room was fantastic, the staff were quick to help me forget my forgotten toothbrush, and the ballroom was an excellent setting for our professional summit. The hotel kitchen catered our event for the full two days, and they were extremely accommodating to both my allergy as well as the allergies of all I'm co-workers. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in this hotel for a conference and had a few hundred of us checking in all at once...the staff handled the surge in business very well and had us all checked in quickly. The front desk staff were informative, polite and helpful. The room was very clean and bright and the views fantastic!. The location was great and near many restaurants and pubs if you are looking to explore and dine and enjoy some night life!. Will stay here again!

The Sheraton was a great stay. Came here for my anniversary and they made us feel like VIPs. We stayed in the king room with club lounge and was a great choice! When we checked in they sent us up a bottle of red wine and 2 beers. Our room didn’t have a microwave but they brought one up to us so we had one! We also got complimentary breakfast and was very filing and they had lots of healthy option! All the staff was super nice and helpful when we had any questions. It is located in a great spot and has a breath taking view on the 27 floor. I would definitely recommend coming here I know I will definitely be coming back! They also let us check out late at 2 instead of the normal time!

Nice hotel, great location. Rooms are fine except our Jr Suite the 2 armchairs in the sitting area were really uncomfortable and the shower floor had long black hairs which none of us has. That shows the bathroom wasnt properly cleaned. Lately some hotels are trying to be green so they lack in proper cleaning. I bet they also save money by " being green". There is also a lounge area pretty basic, mid level breakfast n snack after 6PM, nothing special but OK. I may stay there again mainly because of its location. But there r other major hotels in the area too. See the pic of the nice long black hair in the shower floor!!!!!

The location of the Sheraton Wall Centre is central Vancouver and amazing if you have a car, however transit is difficult for Vancouver. The hotel has been recently updated and their ballrooms are great for work and social functions with up to date fixtures and carpeting. The main bar is a lively environment at night and features the biggest horse lamp I've ever seen.

I was attending a professional event at the first floor. The event was in the junior ball room which is very spacious but incredibly cold. It can accommodate around 200 people. The food and service is excellent. They have given a lot of thought in to presentation of food. Overall I loved the place.

All the staff are top notch professionals. The room is immaculate and updated. A wonderful experience. (edit to a 4 from a 5: checking out the guy at the desk was giving me some attitude about having to print out a receipt - they had my e-mail wrong to begin with so I just wanted to make sure I had something that said that I paid - seemed very reasonable. One guy among many great staff there)

Everything about my stay was pretty awesome! Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff were very polite. I was at the Wall Centre for a conference, and we were well taken care of. Just a few things were off: First, if I select the green option, I shouldn't need to defend my room from being given new towels multiple times per day. I used the DND sign just to actually make the green choice. Second, the escalators, which were the main forms of transportation on the 3 main levels, were out of commission for multiple days. Overall, this place was wonderful and I would highly suggest it. It's close to a lot of great places to eat, see, and enjoy. I hope I get to return someday.

Had a flawless stay with my husband. I have to thank Lisa and Peter who welcomed us with a warm and friendly smile and a free upgrade! The location is perfect to all the local shops and restaurants. The hotel is really nice and the staff are super friendly. I had a great time there as the hotel was really comfortable. They also had a gym and swimming pool which guests were able to use. I love this place. The staff are very friendly. I almost don't want to tell people about the hotel bar because it's such a well kept secret. It's quiet and one of the few bars in Vancouver that don't play music. You can have a quiet conversation here.

We went for lunch in their restaurant as we work close by. Once you enter their north tower lobby, you'll make it to their restaurant on the same floor. The lobby is beautiful compared to the restaurant. Not saying the restaurant is not nice, just that the lobby is much prettier. The food was delicious and decent priced for a hotel. Their pasta is amazing. It was not too busy when we went but so service was good but we can tell if it was busier, the servers would be overwhelmed

Rooms in the North tower are always nice, clean, beds are very comfortable. View from even the 5th floor is great, and it gets better the higher up you go! It is close to just about everything as it's on Davey, so you can walk to dinner, drinks, and nightlife easily and walk back. No cabs needed!

Really nice and the staff were super friendly. And as usual they respect spg members and enough to upgrade me to the suite. But don't let all these good things tell you that everything is perfect. Must say that the pool and fitness is outside the hotel and can only be accessed from the north tower. Also the carpets in our rooms were old. Anyways hope you find this useful and stay here if it's affordable.

The location of the hotel is very good.. Minutes walk from great shopping malls and food courts. Our room has a good view of the law Court, few other buildings and the streets. the room and the king bed felt tiny but had every amenity.. Was surprised to see mini-fridge that I used to store my baby's homemade food. Baby daughter thoroughly enjoyed playing in her crib and the soft headboard of our cot as She is learning to stand and is looking for support. Service at the front desk is good too.. Would definitely stay here again.

Great room and super central location. Clean and well maintained. The parking is a little complicated as there are 2 hotel towers. It's good to call and confirm which one you'll be staying at. Service was great albeit expensive. Maintains the Sheraton brand well. Will return.

All the 4 stars are for some sweet view from my hotel room during the stay. Some of the credit for a high rating will go to excellent breakfast through room service. The potatoes were exquisite (not. Something you say very often for potatoes ) I would take away one star for some rather ugly looking dust bins in my room and for the brand and price, they should know better. All in all I would recommend

We have been enjoying our stay at the Sheraton Wall Centre. The room is very nice and clean. The concierge was very kind and fulfilled our request to upgrade our room to a higher floor with a nice view. The only reason we are not giving the hotel 5 stars is because there are various things broken or damaged in the room, such as the blinds being off their hinges and the door lock being loose. Our shower is also not very good with low pressure and the drain backing up a bit. All of these things aside, we are so far enjoying our stay!

Have a nice lounge opened 24/7 with food on the 25th floor, incl free soft drinks, chips, vegetables and more. The hotel needs to be renovated. While it is beautiful on the outside, the interior did not live up to the Sheraton name. The artwork and decor is cheap and dated (picture unframed canvas prints with white text overlay). The bar is very inadequate, with only 4 wooden dinner table-style chairs. I suspect I'm not the only business traveler who likes to wander no further than the lobby to unwind, and the atmosphere is very off-putting. I will say that the bartenders were great, though, and were friendly and had great suggestions. The gym: picture an old grade school locker room, with dented, rusty lockers, bunched up rubber flooring, ancient hair dryers, and mucky Adobe-like tiled showers with dingy white curtains. The free weights were also rusted, but the machine selection was good. Overall, it needs a revamp, but the staff was friendly, food was good, and location was convenient.

The room and staff are great. The pool area would need a little love. Especially if you compare to the rest of the hotel's installations. Great overall.

I have stayed in the ribs here once. They were fine, though a little expensive. I have attended 3 conferences here. The food is so so ,the space is just fine. The staff is nice. It has a gray location. There is a stop for the capolino suspension bridge park across the street. No close train stops.

I'm a good member who used points to book the room. I didn't get an upgrade since none were available, room was huge, quiet and bed was super comfy. Shower was ok, not as hot as I like it, but it does have an adjustable head. Service in the bar was great, room service folks were fantastic and valet was quick.

We stayed over night last night in a room with 2 double beds on the 26th floor. The room was very nice, very clean and they even left us a nice dessert and bottle of San pellegrino for my husband and I to share. The hotel was very busy as there was some event happening there but otherwise everything was great! The beds were comfy and we ate breakfast in the lounge and it was all fresh and delicious. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

The location of the venue was nice to be separated from the rest of the hotel. The food served at the event was very good. Great service in cleaning up after lunch.

When hotels usually offer free breakfast, it's usually not much of a perk. But at the Sheraton Wall, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The whole stay including the rooms was great.

I attended a networking dinner and the event went off without any problems. Food was delicious and the service was great, being a place where interaction between the waiter and attendees should be kept to a minimum so as to let us tall and discuss I felt this was carried out well.

Review based on event hosting.

The Sheraton is beautifully located up on one of the elevated areas of Downtown Vancouver, far enough from the busy downtown core but close enough to get to by foot. In the summer of 2016 they opened up a renovated 34th floor, which used to be a floor of executive suites, but is now a modest meeting space with enviable 360 degree panoramic views and an outside terrace circling the entire floor. We haven't hosted an event here, but attended as a guest of the Sheraton for the grand opening.

The Grand Ballroom we've hosted events many times, is accessible by elevator and escalator but mostly removed from public access allowing ample privacy. Loading/unloading supplies is convenient as one of the street level entrances is near the loading bay. The ballroom can be divided using airwalls, so in our set-up one side was reserved for the event program, and the other for a buffet breakfast/lunch. The Grand Ballroom foyer is spacious enough, but the slopping underside of the escalator is a visual distraction. Dedicated washrooms are conveniently located, but many of our guests still require direction.

The building was completed in 2001 so there isn't much in terms of heritage or history—expect rather plain decor.

In terms of the catered food, I have mixed feelings about breakfast: the potatoes were starch dry and the maple bacon soggy. The lunch menu more than made up for that, however.

The location, it's close to everything you need. The service and staff were awesome. One of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in.

Had a great 1 night stay on the 27th floor for NYE. The counter staff were so friendly, helped accomodate our requests for a room while being genuine and understanding. The beds were SO comfortable, best sleep I've had in ages! The TV was massive, great view from both our beds, and floor to ceiling windows and an amazing view of the mountains. Thank you so much for a very pleasant impromptu stay!

Very nice hotel with a beautiful lounge and great food/staff there. It was our first time in Vancouver and the views were amazing. The location was great as we were within walking distance of most places we went. Most of the staff was friendly but we were charged for a 3rd person in our room, in the past I've only seen this for parties over 4.

One of my favorite hotels in Vancouver. Recently has undergone extensive renovations of the suites which removed the kitchens in favor of larger living spaces. Nicely appointed rooms, always helpful and professional staff. Excellent location to hold a conference.

Overall the location was great. The hall we were in was big spacious and decorated festively. However, the hall, especially the foyer was freezing even after we asked the heat to be turned up.

Got to see "behind the curtains" setup. A large number of customer-oriented employees are working around the clock to offer one of the best service in the hotel industry here in Vancouver. I didn't felt the "got sick of this job" attitude when dealing with these people. There are other hotels where these back-stage employees are being treated like little robots, who are mostly people from Philipines or Mexico. It is sad to see the luxury of the place and the shiny faces of the customer service employees then when I entered the service hallways, I saw another reality, another world, a voiceless world. This is not the case in this Sheraton hotel in Vancouver

In general we had a nice stay at Sheraton. The location is great, within walking distance to many attractions/shopping.
The staff were mostly quite responsive except for a time we had to call down to get more toiletries as they did not properly stock one of our two rooms. At that time we had to call a couple of times before someone actually came up. Otherwise the staff were polite and professional, their valet staff were exceptional.
The rooms looked well maintained and there was no shortage of electrical outlets, making it very convenient in our tech abundant lives. The only issues with the room we had was the poorly designed standup shower that leaks a huge puddle onto the bathroom floor everytime we use it and the lack of hooks or towel rods to hang wet towels. There was one hook behind the door for a 4 person room.

Great service and great location. They really need to update the lobby though as it seems stuck in the 80's. Also it would be interesting if they could use the outdoor space facing Burrard street as an outdoor lounge/cafe in the summer.

Stayed in the two bedroom unit. Loved it. Decor was great and I loved the view which offered a view of english bay and stanley park. Lounge on the same floor which was convenient. Service was exceptional. Enjoyed the use of the facilities as well. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very central in downtown Vancouver, restaurants and good shopping facilities are nearby.
Our room (Junior Suite with one additional bedroom) was very spacious and clean and we had a nice view over downtown Vancouver.
The staff is very friendly and helpful! They helped us a lot when we asked them for advice. All in one, we would definitely recommend this place.

Good location within downtown Vancouver. Very comfortable room with free bottles of water (always a plus for me). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet staff was friendly/open and allowed us to ask questions about the area.

Attended a conference in the ballroom and everything seems to work well. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and filled everyone up.

You have to swipe your room card in the elevator to enter your floor number. This was difficult a few times when my hands were full and my card was in my pocket.

They do allow you to choose minimal housekeeping so that they don't give you new towels everyday. Anyway to save energy and water is appreciated!

We stayed here with 2 one year olds in a family suite. Was perfect for them to run around with enough space. The rooms are Not as nice as the north tower rooms, but with kids the extra space was worth allot more!! Didn't eat at the restaurants as everything is within walking distance. Staff were great and helpful and the hotel gym is quite large for a hotel!

I was at the Sheraton for five days for a conference, and had an extremely good stay. The staff showed an extreme amount of care and concern for the details of my stay.

I arrived too early for check-in (about 11 a.m.) and my room wasn't ready, but I was given a key for the workout facility, located in the North Tower, so I could take a shower and freshen up. Later in the day checking into my room was quick and easy.

My room was a little on the small side, but very modern, crisp, and updated. I liked that as a rewards member I had the option of forgoing the daily housekeeping service for the first two days of my stay and instead given rewards points.

Additionally, I hadn't brought an umbrella with me on my trip, but when I inquired about it, the receptionist graciously gave me one that the hotel owns for the duration of my stay. I also had a delicious meal at the restaurant in the hotel, with live music on a Monday evening.

Lastly, I hate riding in hotel elevators, but this one was so quick, it made riding it fun.

I would recommend this hotel for business travelers that want a relaxing stay.

Good clean well-presented comfortable rooms (we were high - could see Mt Baker). Very well situated in downtown for walking most places, and tour pickups come by. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would certainly come back.
